本申请实施例提供一种通信方法,涉及无线通信领域,可以在提高终端设备接收数据的可靠性时,降低网络开销。该方法包括:第一终端设备接收来自网络设备的第一资源信息,其中,该第一资源信息用于指示第二终端设备的下行数据的资源,该第二终端设备的下行数据的资源包括在该第一终端设备和该第二终端设备的重叠的带宽部分中;该第一终端设备根据该第一资源信息,接收来自该网络设备的该第二终端设备的下行数据;该第一终端设备向该第二终端设备发送该下行数据。
