背景技术
通常使用乳液或无水体系来产生着色的局部用产品。通常在含水体系中包括如氧化铁颜料的材料以产生不同的肤色。通常,无水体系主要由油和蜡组成,并且用于配制眼影和唇膏。这些无水体系通常包含称为偶氮染料的化学类的染料,其允许在大范围的颜色调色板(color palette)中产生组合物。当这些偶氮染料以盐的形式沉淀到基材上时,它们变成色彩鲜艳的色淀颜料(其通过D&C和FD&C着色剂类别来鉴别)。
典型地,D&C和FD&C色淀颜料由于在这些大分子内的若干位点发生水解而不能掺入含水体系中。众所周知,处理色淀颜料可以在一定程度上延缓含水体系中的水解。例如,有机颜料的ITT处理通常用于增加包含偶氮染料的组合物的颜色稳定性。然而,如制造和填充过程期间的热量的因素会抵消颜料处理,并导致基于偶氮染料的着色剂水解,不管表面处理如何。此种水解将在制造过程中改变所得的组合物颜色,从而导致不太期望的产物。代替有机颜料,通常将氧化铁与二氧化钛结合用于产生柔和的色调调色板。
化妆品也通常使用二氧化钛(“TiO2”),其以金红石和锐钛矿晶形的组合形式开采。锐钛矿是彩色化妆品中TiO2的主要使用形式。将二氧化钛与有机颜料材料组合以通过提供增加的颜料颜色的折射来产生在唇膏、腮红和眼影中所见的更明亮的颜色(TiO2典型地是白色固体)。然而,由二氧化钛供给体系的电子通常加剧组合物的色调移动-特别是在具有有机颜料的水性组合物中。因此,因为在这些唇膏中难以获得由有机颜料的各种组合所获得的颜色,因此在明亮颜色的全色调调色板中不存在真正的乳液唇膏。
因此,本发明的目的是提供具有随时间推移的减少的色移的着色的组合物。
发明内容
根据前述目的和其他目的,本披露提供了具有减少的色移和/或均匀的颜色分布的组合物。在高温(例如,高于60℃)下加热组合物持续延长的时间段(例如,一小时、两小时、三小时、四小时、五小时、六小时、七小时、八小时)后,可以观察到色移的减少和/或均匀的颜色分布。不希望受理论的束缚,据信金属氧化物组分能够防止有机组分的水解,从而赋予颜色稳定性。通过稳定有机颜料,本披露的组合物可以能够以比以前可获得的更宽的色调调色板进行配制。在某些实施例中,色移的减少通过使用具有小于50μm或小于25μm或小于10μm或小于1μm的粒度的金属氧化物组分来完成。这些组分的粒度可以通过动态光散射来测量。在某些实施例中,颜色稳定性在水性体系中最为明显,所述水性体系被加热并保持在较高温度(例如,高于60℃、高于70℃、高于80℃、高于85℃)下持续较长的时间段(例如,八小时),因为有机颜料的不稳定性反应是放热的。特别地,这些较高的温度高于组合物基料(即,没有颜料研磨料的组合物)的熔点,在所述熔点下发生从固体到液体的全相转变。
着色的组合物可包含:
(a)任选地表面处理的颜料二氧化钛;
(b)任选地表面处理的有机颜料;以及

典型地,组合物呈乳液形式。该乳液可以是例如油包水、水包油、水包硅酮、硅酮包水、油包多元醇、多元醇包油、油包甘油、甘油包油、甘油包硅酮、硅酮包甘油、多元醇包硅酮或硅酮包多元醇乳液。在一个实施例中,乳液是油包水、水包油、油包甘油、水包硅酮或硅酮包水乳液。在另外的实施例中,乳液是油包甘油或油包水乳液。在某些实施例中,乳液是油包甘油乳液。
在某些实现方式中,着色的组合物可以呈油包甘油乳液的形式,其包含:
(a)按该组合物重量计从0.1%至10%的任选地表面处理的颜料TiO2(例如,金红石颜料TiO2);以及
(b)按该组合物重量计从1%至10%的任选地表面处理的有机颜料(例如,红色7、红色6、红色27、红色33、蓝色1、黄色5);

(d)按该组合物重量计从20%至50%的硅酮;以及

还提供了一种用于使人外皮着色的方法,该方法包括将包含以下的组合物施加于人外皮:
(a)任选地表面处理的颜料二氧化钛(例如,金红石颜料TiO2);

可以对有机颜料进行表面处理。在某些实施例中,有机颜料被表面处理。在某些实施例中,有机颜料的多于1%的表面被表面处理。例如,有机颜料可具有的其表面的1%与50%之间(例如,1%与20%之间,1%与10%之间)被处理。
组合物可包含TiO2颜料研磨料组分(即组合物中存在的所有TiO2),按TiO2组分的重量计,其为大于50%、大于60%、大于70%、大于80%、大于90%或大于95%的金红石TiO2。在一些实施例中,TiO2组分由金红石-TiO2组成。在一些实施例中,TiO2可以大于按组合物重量计的0.01%(例如,按组合物重量计的0.1%至10%,按组合物重量计的0.05%至10%)的量存在。在一些实施例中,颜料研磨料中的TiO2具有大于200nm的粒度。如本文所用,可以用动态光散射来进行粒度测量。

不希望受理论的束缚,据信金属氧化物颗粒的掺入可以增强着色的组合物的颜色稳定性。此外,与具有更大粒度的金属氧化物颗粒相比,具有小于100μm或小于50μm或小于25μm或小于10μm或小于5μm或小于1μm或小于500nm的粒度的金属氧化物颗粒导致组合物在本体中产生更均匀的颜色分布。在某些实施例中,金属氧化物颗粒是气相的。金属氧化物颗粒可选自、金属氧化物是二氧化硅、氧化铝、二氧化钛、氧化锆、氧化锌、氧化铟锡、二氧化铈、及其混合物。在某些实施例中,金属氧化物组分包含按金属氧化物组分重量计小于10%或小于5%或小于1%或小于0.1%的氧化钛。在一些实施例中,组合物不包含氧化钛。在一些实施例中,与没有稀释等级TiO2的其他方面相同的组合物相比,组合物的特征可以在于在80℃与100℃之间加热8小时后具有减少的色移。例如,组合物可以包含一定量的稀释等级TiO2,使得组合物的特征可以在于在高于80℃(例如,在80℃与100℃之间)下加热八小时后具有小于5的ΔE。

在一个实施例中,硅油包含苯基,如硅油如甲基苯基聚硅氧烷(INCI名称为二苯基聚二甲基硅氧烷)的情况那样,其可从信越化学公司(Shin Etsu Chemical Co)以包括F-5W、KF-54和KF-56的名称商购。二苯基聚二甲基硅氧烷具有良好的有机相容性,并可以赋予产品成膜特性。此外,苯基的存在增加了硅油的折射率,并且因此如果需要可以有助于产品的高光泽度。在一个实施例中,当在25℃下测量时,硅油将具有至少1.3、优选至少1.4、更优选至少1.45、并且还更优选至少1.5的折射率。另一种合适的苯基官能化的硅油具有INCI名称苯基聚三甲基硅氧烷,并且由道康宁公司(Dow Corning)以商品名DC 556出售。DC 556具有1.46的折射率。在一个实施例中,硅油是氟化硅酮,如全氟化硅酮(即,氟硅酮)。氟硅酮有利地是疏水性的和疏油性的且由此促成产品的期望的滑动和感觉。氟硅酮还给予唇用产品耐磨特性。如果需要,可以用山萮酸山萮酯将氟硅酮进行胶凝化。一种合适的氟硅酮是具有INCI名称全氟壬基聚二甲基硅氧烷的氟化有机官能硅酮流体。全氟壬基聚二甲基硅氧烷可从凤凰化学品公司(Phoenix Chemical)以商品名商购。按组合物重量计,组合物可以包含5%与75%之间的润肤剂(例如,硅油、酯油)(例如,按组合物重量计在10%与60%之间、按组合物重量计在20%与50%之间、按组合物重量计在25%与45%之间)。
这些组合物还可以包含烃油。示例性的烃油是直链或支链石蜡族烃,其具有从5至80个碳原子,典型地具有从8至40个碳原子,且更典型地具有从10至16个碳原子,包括但不限于戊烷、己烷、庚烷、辛烷、壬烷、癸烷、十一烷、十二烷、十四烷、十三烷等。一些有用的烃油是高度支化的脂族烃,包括C8-9异链烷烃、C9-11异链烷烃、C12异链烷烃、C20-40异链烷烃等。可以具体提及具有INCI名称异十六烷、异二十烷和异十二烷(IDD)的异链烷烃。
还适合作为烃油的是聚-α-烯烃,其典型地具有多于20个碳原子,包括(任选氢化的)C24-28烯烃、C30-45烯烃、聚异丁烯、氢化聚异丁烯、氢化聚癸烯、聚丁烯、氢化聚环戊烷、矿物油、五氢角鲨烯、角鲨烯、角鲨烷等。烃油还可以包含高级脂肪醇,如油醇、辛基十二烷醇等。
其他合适的油包括但不限于蓖麻油、C10-18甘油三酯、辛酸/癸酸/甘油三酯、椰子油、玉米油、棉籽油、亚麻籽油、貂油、橄榄油、棕榈油、马府油(illipe butter)、菜籽油、大豆油、向日葵籽油、胡桃油、鳄梨油、山茶油、夏威夷核油、海龟油、貂油、大豆油、葡萄籽油、芝麻油、玉米油、菜籽油、向日葵油、棉籽油、荷荷巴油、花生油、橄榄油及其组合。
预期将前述酯油、硅油和烃油中的任何一种用于本文所述的组合物中。因此,在一个实施例中,组合物包含至少一种选自上述的酯油、硅油和烃油的油。在另一个实施例中,组合物包含两种或更多种选自上述的酯油、硅油和烃油的油。在又另一个实施例中,组合物将包含来自以上清单的至少一种酯、至少一种硅油和至少一种烃油。因为本文所述的酯油作为润肤剂起作用,所以可能有利的是组合物包含至少另一种酯油,并且可以任选地包含选自烃油、硅油及其组合的至少一种另外的油。
尽管不要求,但是组合物典型地具有水相。在大多数实施例中,水相是乳液(例如,油包水、油包甘油)的不连续相。由于有机颜料的水解可能引起色移,因此这些组合物受本发明组合物提供的增加的颜色稳定性的最大影响。在一些实施例中,按组合物重量计,水相溶剂以从1%至50%(例如,1%至20%、5至15%、1至10%)存在。在其他实施例中,组合物是无水的。

在一些实施例中,油相可包括一种或多种蜡。蜡可以赋予乳液以主体,使得乳液具有半固体或固体的物理形式。如本文所用,术语“固体”旨在是指自支撑并且能够被模制成独立式棒(例如,唇膏)的组合物。在一些实施例中,蜡以足以使乳液为固体乳液的量存在。例如,固体乳液可以具有至少30g的硬度。组合物典型地在室温下具有至少40g的硬度。在一个实施例中,组合物可以具有显著更大的硬度,在100与300g之间。乳液的硬度可以在配备有4mm不锈钢探针(TA-24)的质构分析仪型号QTS-25上测量,如雅芳公司(Avon)的美国专利号8,580,283中所述,将其披露内容通过援引特此并入。

如果组合物是液体或如果需要澄清度的话,如果存在的话蜡的量可以小于按组合物重量计的2%(例如,0.1%-2%)。如果组合物为半固体或固体或如果不考虑澄清度的话,如果存在的话蜡的量将典型地大于按组合物重量计的10%(例如,10%-20%)。在一些实施例中,乳液可以包含按组合物重量计的从1%至25%(或1%-20%或1%-5%或1%-10%)的蜡,特别是在配制为唇膏的实施例中。

在一个实施例中,根据本发明的乳液以用于施加到唇的产品形式提供。这样的唇用产品可以包括唇膏、润唇膏、唇釉、药用唇护理剂、唇保湿剂、唇化妆品、唇防晒霜和唇香料。在一个实施例中,唇用产品是霜状的、可流动的唇用产品。在某些实施例中,根据本发明的产品可以具有半粘性液体或糊剂的稠度。在其他实施例中,产品是唇膏。
当配制为唇用产品时,根据本发明的乳液可以包装在可重新封闭的容器中。这样的容器可包括装有配制为化妆品组合物的乳液的包封物或腔室,以及可移除地附接到容器上或可逆地配置在容器上的盖。在一个实施例中,盖可以附接到可挤压的包封物(例如,由柔顺的塑料材料形成),使得可以从可挤压的包封物的孔口移除盖并且在完成组合物分配时替换。盖可以附接到可挤压的包封物的主体上(例如,通过螺纹、卡扣配合等),以利于重新密封可挤压的包封物以在使用之间储存。在一个实施例中,盖可逆地附接到容器,用于在关闭位置时密封内容物,并且在打开位置时允许分配容器的内容物。设想了各种容器,包括但不限于点击笔、桶分配器、泵、无气泵、加压包装、手动挤压的容器、化妆品施加器等。
在其他实施例中,乳液可以呈护肤乳液的形式(例如,洗剂、霜剂、凝胶)、彩色化妆品、睫毛膏、眼影唇彩、唇线笔、粉底、遮瑕膏、卸妆液、防晒霜、除臭剂,仅举几例。
用于保护皮肤免受紫外线损伤的防晒霜也可以包括在具体化的组合物中。在一个实施例中,防晒霜可包括但不限于具有广范围的UVB和UVA保护的那些,如奥克立林、阿伏苯宗、甲氧基肉桂酸辛基酯、水杨酸辛基酯、氧苯酮、homosylate、二苯甲酮、樟脑衍生物、氧化锌、三嗪络合物(例如,Tinsorb、Univul)和氧化钛。当存在时,防晒霜的量可以为按组合物重量计的0.01%或范围为从0.01%至70%或包括70%。
合适的去角质剂可包括例如α-羟基酸、β-羟基酸、氧杂酸、氧杂二酸、及其衍生物,如其酯、酸酐及盐。合适的羟基酸包括例如乙醇酸、乳酸、苹果酸、酒石酸、柠檬酸、2-羟基链烷酸、扁桃酸、水杨酸及其衍生物。在一些实施例中,去角质剂是乳酸。当存在时,去角质剂的量可以为按组合物重量计的0.1%或范围从0.1%至80%或包括80%。

在一些实施例中,组合物包含多糖增稠剂。在一些实施例中,组合物包含阴离子多糖(例如,黄原胶)。在其他实施例中,组合物不包含多糖增稠剂,或者组合物包含按组合物重量计小于5%、小于1%、或小于0.1%的多糖增稠剂。
在一个实施例中,局部用组合物(或其包含内部甘油相的水相)可以具有范围从1至7的pH,但典型地具有范围从3至6的pH。在一些实施例中,内相具有的pH在3与5之间或3.5与4.5之间或3.7与3.9之间。合适的pH调节剂如但不限于氢氧化钠、柠檬酸和三乙醇胺可包括在所述组合物中以使pH在所需范围内。

实例
以下实例说明了本说明书的特定方面。这些实例不应被视为限制,因为该实例仅提供对实施例及其不同方面的特定理解和实施。
实例1:有机颜料组合物的颜色不稳定性
以无水配制品和油包甘油乳液二者制备了八种颜色配制品。对于每种颜色配制品,将相同的颜料研磨料以按组合物重量计的10%置于无水和油包甘油乳液中。表4中示出了每种色调配制品中的颜料。另外,表4中示出了每种色调配制品的包括镜面反射分量(“SCI”)的L*a*b*空间值(±5)。

将配制品加热至87℃。通过经由差示扫描量热法(“DSC”)评估唇膏基础蜡相的熔点并确定测试配制品的蜡相从固体到液体的全相转变发生的范围,将此温度选择为最佳保持温度。以乳液达到87℃时开始(t=0)的小时间隔,测量每种配制品自初始加热时间起的色调变化(ΔE)。表4示出了在t=0时每种配制品的初始色调的对应的L*a*b*空间坐标。
为了测量每个时间点的颜色,将本体画在Lanetta卡上,厚度始终为3密耳。在Lanetta卡的白色部分进行测量。使用Konica Minolta CM-2600D分光光度计在L*a*b*颜色空间中进行分光光度测量。设计此过程以反映置于组合物上的制造应力,从而指示出在大量生产中配制品的色调稳定性和一致性。颜色典型地在冷却时不移动,因为加速色调不稳定性的力是能源(例如,热量、光)。表4示出了在t=0时每种配制品的初始色调的对应的L*a*b*空间坐标。
每小时之后,以小时间隔监测色调变化。以乳液达到87℃时开始(t=0)的小时间隔,测量每种配制品自初始加热时间起的色调变化(ΔE)。图1示出了在87℃下加热八小时后,每种色调配制品的每种无水和油包甘油乳液形式的色调测量值的变化(t=0与t=8小时之间的ΔE)。
如图1中可以看出的,如在每种色调配制品的无水与油包甘油乳液形式之间,在L*a*b*坐标系中,除了色调8(L*=40,a*=54,b*=18)外,无水配制品中的色调稳定性通常比油包甘油乳液中的色调稳定性高得多。
如图1中还可以看出的,一些色调配制品,无论是无水的还是油包甘油乳液形式,也比其他配制品更容易受到色调移动的影响(即,无水配制品中也存在不稳定性,尽管程度较低)。
实例2:用ITT处理的仅金红石TiO2减轻配制品的色移
在各种乳液中测试研磨料配制品6(如表2中所示),以证明通过使用具有小于100μm或小于50μm的粒度的金属氧化物颗粒提供的色调稳定性的效果。ITT处理的和ITT/聚二甲基硅氧烷(TTB)处理的化合物购自KOBO产品公司(美国新泽西州)。

如可以看出的,不含有任何金属氧化物颗粒的对照乳液具有显著的颜色不稳定性。具有金属氧化物颗粒(例如,TiO2、氧化铝)的那些乳液显著比对照乳液更稳定。然而,还观察到实验配制品中的另外的差异。100μm氧化铝乳液和TiO2乳液B导致组合物具有更不均匀的色密度(对于100μm氧化铝乳液,这种效果在8小时时加剧)。在每种情况下,都会在本体中产生深色斑块,这对于着色的化妆品组合物的大量制造将是有问题的。只有包含小于50μm的金属氧化物颗粒且颜料(颜料TiO2+有机颜料)与金属氧化物的比率小于1:1的乳液(即TiO2乳液A和气相氧化铝乳液)示出均匀的颜色分布和颜色稳定性二者。应该注意的是,试图配制像TiO2乳液A但具有小于5%的金红石TiO2稀释等级(TTO-TTB7)(用适量润肤剂)的TiO2乳液导致商业上不可接受的、不稳定的、发黄的产品,而气相氧化铝乳液仅用1%气相氧化铝且没有更昂贵的金红石TiO2稀释等级(TTO-TTB7)就能实现类似的稳定性。
由于在不脱离本发明的范围和精神的情况下,可以对上述主题进行各种改变,所以旨在将以上述描述中包括的或所附权利要求中限定的所有主题解释为本发明的描述和说明。根据以上传授内容,本发明的很多修改和变化都是可能的。因此,本说明书旨在包括落在所附权利要求的范围内的所有这样的替代方案、修改和变化。
Claims (25)
1.一种着色的组合物,其包含:
(a)颜料二氧化钛;
(b)有机颜料;以及
(c)具有小于50μm的平均粒度的金属氧化物颗粒;
其中所述组合物中所述颜料二氧化钛和所述有机颜料与所述金属氧化物颗粒的重量比大于1:1;
其中,所述有机颜料与所述颜料二氧化钛的重量比在20:1与1:20之间;
其中所述金属氧化物颗粒选自二氧化硅、氧化铝、氧化锆、氧化锌、氧化铟锡、二氧化铈及其混合物,和/或其中所述金属氧化物颗粒是气相金属氧化物颗粒;和
其中所述组合物呈乳液的形式,并且其中所述乳液包含水相并且所述水相占按所述组合物重量计的从1%至20%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的着色的组合物,其中,在大于80℃下加热8小时后,所述组合物具有小于10的颜色变化。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的着色的组合物,其中,在大于80℃下加热8小时后,所述组合物具有小于5的颜色变化。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的着色的组合物,其中,所述二氧化钛主要由金红石相二氧化钛组成。
5.根据权利要求1或2所述的着色的组合物,其中,所述金属氧化物颗粒包含气相氧化铝。
6.根据权利要求5所述的着色的组合物,其中,按重量计大于70%或大于80%或大于90%或大于95%或大于99%的所述金属氧化物颗粒是气相氧化铝。
7.根据权利要求1或2所述的着色的组合物,其中,所述颜料二氧化钛和所述有机颜料与所述金属氧化物颗粒的重量比为从100:1至2:1。
8.根据权利要求1或2所述的着色的组合物,其中,所述颜料二氧化钛和所述有机颜料与所述金属氧化物颗粒的重量比为从30:1至5:1。
9.根据权利要求1或2所述的着色的组合物,其进一步包含水和/或甘油。
10.根据权利要求1所述的着色的组合物,其中,所述乳液是油包水、水包油、油包甘油、水包硅酮、或硅酮包水乳液。
11.根据权利要求1或2所述的着色的组合物,其中,所述颜料二氧化钛和有机颜料用异丙基三异硬脂基钛酸酯或异丙基三异硬脂基钛酸酯/聚二甲基硅氧烷进行处理。
12.根据权利要求1或2所述的着色的组合物,其中,所述有机颜料包含红色7和/或红色6和/或红色27和/或蓝色1和/或黄色5和/或红色33。
13.根据权利要求1或2所述的着色的组合物,其中,所述有机颜料包含按该组合物重量计在5%与40%之间的红色7。
14.根据权利要求1或2所述的着色的组合物,其中,所述组合物进一步包含蜡。
15.根据权利要求14所述的着色的组合物,其中,所述蜡包括固体石蜡、微晶石油蜡、或其组合。
16.根据权利要求1或2所述的着色的组合物,其中,所述组合物呈固体棒、液体、霜剂、洗剂、或粉末的形式。
17.根据权利要求1或2所述的着色的组合物,其中,所述组合物呈唇膏、唇彩、睫毛膏、眼线膏、腮红、古铜粉、粉末、眼影、指甲油、粉底、洗剂、或遮瑕膏的形式。
18.一种呈油包甘油乳液的形式的着色的组合物,其包含:
(a)按该组合物重量计从0.1%至10%的金红石颜料二氧化钛;以及
(b)按该组合物重量计从1%至10%的有机颜料;
(c)按该组合物重量计从0.1%至10%的气相氧化铝,所述气相氧化铝具有小于50μm的平均粒度;
(d)按该组合物重量计从20%至50%的硅酮;以及
(e)按该组合物重量计从1%至50%的甘油;
其中所述组合物中所述金红石颜料二氧化钛和所述有机颜料与所述气相氧化铝颗粒的重量比大于1:1。
19.根据权利要求18所述的着色的组合物,其中,所述有机颜料与所述金红石颜料二氧化钛的重量比为在20:1与1:20之间。
20.根据权利要求18或19所述的着色的组合物,其中,所述金红石颜料二氧化钛和所述有机颜料与所述气相氧化铝的重量比为从100:1至2:1。
21.根据权利要求18或19所述的着色的组合物,其中,所述组合物中所述金红石颜料二氧化钛和所述有机颜料与所述气相氧化铝的重量比为30:1至5:1。
22.一种用于使人外皮着色的方法,该方法包括将根据权利要求1-20中任一项所述的组合物施加至所述人外皮。
23.根据权利要求22所述的方法,其中,所述人外皮是角质表面。
24.根据权利要求22所述的方法,其中,所述人外皮是毛发、皮肤、唇、或指甲。
