The shield cover 530 and the camera head 540 each have a sleeve 550 for sleeving on the outside of the fitting sleeve 520. The sleeve 550 of the shield 530 is at its top and the sleeve 550 of the camera 540 is at its top, leaving a gap between the sleeve 550 of the camera 540 and the body of the camera 540.
The rotating block 522 is arc-shaped, and the rotating shaft of the rotating block 522 is concentrically arranged with the circumference corresponding to the rotating block 522. The rotational axis of the rotating block 522 is disposed perpendicular to the central axis of the coupling sleeve 520.
The locking member 523 comprises two sets of resilient posts 524 disposed opposite each other.
The locking part 514 comprises a conical head 515 and a connecting rod 516, the tip of the conical head 515 faces to the side far away from the locking rod 513, and the conical head 515, the connecting rod 516 and the locking rod 513 are coaxially arranged. Cone 515 is spaced from the end of locking bar 513 and link 516 is fixedly attached between cone 515 and locking bar 513.
Wherein the length of the link 516 is greater than or equal to the diameter of the resilient post 524. In other embodiments of the present invention, the length of link 516 may be equal to the diameter of resilient post 524, i.e., resilient post 524 can fit snugly into the gap between locking bar 513 and conical head 515. The diameter of conical head 515 is smaller than the diameter of locking bar 513 and the diameter of link 516 is smaller than the diameter of conical head 515. As the locking lever 513 moves along the inner cavity of the mating sleeve 520, the end of the locking lever 513 can push against the rotating block 522, and the tapered head 515 can clear the rotating block 522 without pushing against the rotating block 522.
Returning to the present embodiment, when the fitting sleeve 520 is fitted into the mounting hole 512, the tapered head 515 pushes the two sets of elastic pillars 524 away from each other, and the two sets of elastic pillars 524 are engaged with the area between the tapered head 515 and the end of the locking rod 513.
Furthermore, a positioning block 517 is fixedly arranged in the mounting hole 512, and the positioning block 517 is arranged close to the top wall of the mounting seat 510. The locking rod 513 penetrates through the positioning block 517, and the locking rod 513 is rotatably matched with the positioning block 517. Along the axial direction of the mounting hole 512, the locking rod 513 is slidably fitted to the positioning block 517, and an end of the locking rod 513, which is away from the locking member 523, is provided with a stop 518 for preventing the locking rod 513 from being removed from the positioning block 517, and the stop 518 can prevent the locking rod 513 from sliding downward and being removed from the positioning block 517.
The conical head 515 is provided with external threads, the ends of the two groups of elastic columns 524 are also provided with threaded parts matched with the conical head 515, and the threaded parts of the two groups of elastic columns 524 belong to the same thread circle. In other words, the threaded portions of the ends of the two sets of resilient posts 524 together achieve a threaded engagement with the external threads of the cone 515.
In this embodiment, the top of the mounting seat 510 is provided with an upper cover 560, and the upper cover 560 is detachably disposed on the upper end of the mounting hole 512. When the upper cover 560 covers the mounting hole 512, the upper cover 560 can push the locking rod 513 against the mounting hole, so that the stop block 518 of the locking rod 513 is attached to the positioning block 517, thereby ensuring that the locking rod 513 fully extends downwards.
The hole wall of the mounting hole 512 is further provided with an expanding section 519, the expanding section 519 is formed by sinking the hole wall of the mounting hole 512, and the expanding section 519 is located at the lower half section of the mounting hole 512 and has a certain distance with the lower end face of the mounting hole 512. An annular flange 525 for engaging with the expanding section 519 is fixedly provided on an outer wall of the engaging sleeve 520, and the annular flange 525 is slidable in an axial direction of the expanding section 519. The annular flange 525 is engaged and fitted with the expanded diameter section 519, so that the engaging sleeve 520 can slide along the axial direction of the mounting hole 512 smoothly, and the engaging sleeve 520 can be prevented from being completely removed from the mounting hole 512.
Specifically, during the use and installation, after the upper cover 560 is installed, the sleeve 550 of the shielding cover 530 and the sleeve 550 of the camera 540 are sequentially sleeved outside the matching sleeve 520, the camera 540 is pushed upwards, and the locking rod 513 moves towards the bottom of the matching sleeve 520 relative to the matching sleeve 520.
As the locking bar 513 moves relative to the mating sleeve 520, the end of the locking bar 513 can push the rotation block 522 to rotate, so that the rotation block 522 extends out of the relief notch 521 and holds the bottom of the sleeve 550 of the camera 540, thereby holding the camera 540 and the shield 530.
As the locking bar 513 continues to move relative to the mating sleeve 520, the rotating block 522 is extended sufficiently so as not to be re-retracted into the relief notch 521 under the influence of the locking bar 513. When the tapered head 515 at the front end of the locking lever 513 is in contact with the elastic columns 524, the tapered head 515 can push the two sets of elastic columns 524 away towards both sides, so that the tapered head 515 can pass through the two sets of elastic columns 524, and the two sets of elastic columns 524 are engaged in the area between the tapered head 515 and the end of the locking lever 513. In this way, the locking bar 513 is locked by the two sets of resilient posts 524. Since the shielding cover 530 and the camera 540 can apply a downward force to the matching sleeve 520, the top of the cone 515 abuts against the lower parts of the two sets of elastic columns 524, so that the whole structure is locked.
Therefore, the whole installation process is very simple, and can be completed only by sequentially sleeving the sleeve 550 of the shielding cover 530 and the sleeve 550 of the camera 540 on the outer side of the matching sleeve 520 and pushing the camera 540 upwards.
When the locking rod 513 needs to be detached, the upper cover 560 is detached, the locking rod 513 is screwed (for the purpose of facilitating screwing of the locking rod 513, a blade for engaging with a screwdriver may be provided at the top end of the locking rod 513, but not limited thereto), so that the tapered head 515 and the elastic columns 524 can be relatively moved by the screw threads, and the tapered head 515 can be relatively moved upward relative to the elastic columns 524, so that the tapered head 515 is moved back to above the two sets of elastic columns 524 by the screw threads, that is, the locking of the locking rod 513 by the elastic columns 524 is released, in this way, the locking rod 513 can be further withdrawn from the engaging sleeve 520, the locking rod 513 is also released from the locking of the rotating block 522, and the sleeve 550 of the camera 540 and the sleeve 550 of the shielding cover 530 can be sequentially removed from the engaging sleeve 520.
It can be seen that the disassembly process is also very simple, and the locking rod 513 can be rotated by disassembling the upper cover 560 in order.
Through the design, the arrangement and adjustment of the image acquisition unit 600 are very simple and fast.
In summary, the monitoring module for the traffic alert regulation and control system provided by the embodiment of the invention has very simple installation and disassembly processes, is very flexible and convenient to install and arrange, can be flexibly arranged according to the actual condition of a road, improves the monitoring comprehensiveness of the road, can be used for helping to confirm the processing priority of the traffic alert, and has positive significance for improving the processing efficiency of the traffic alert and reducing the risk of road congestion.
The above description is only a preferred embodiment of the present invention and is not intended to limit the present invention, and various modifications and changes may be made by those skilled in the art.
