6.2, the accident party opens a report page by clicking an accident report link in the short message, the basic information of the accident party, the accident party and the other party and the vehicle is reported and uploaded, and the accident site is located by a mobile phone GPS module and then uploaded together.
7. If the accident basic information is reported by the reporting page of the mobile phone, the information is synchronously pushed to the PC side seat picture of the policeman on duty.

After the on-duty policemen obtain the on-site situation and the evidence of responsibility confirmation, an electronic version 'traffic accident responsibility confirmation book' is generated in the responsibility confirmation system and is sent to the mobile phone of the party through a short message.

By means of the method and the system, the traffic management department can effectively reduce the police force, realize 'quick removal' of traffic accidents, particularly, under the current normalized environment of epidemic situations, the power-assisted traffic management department is upgraded to the working mode of 'zero contact, video and quick handling', the road smoothness is improved on the premise of safety and high efficiency, and the road passing experience of people is improved. Therefore, the present invention effectively overcomes various disadvantages of the prior art and has a high industrial utilization value.

and the traffic police disposal seat end is also used for generating a traffic accident responsibility confirmation based on the accident reporting information and the video investigation evidence, and issuing the traffic accident responsibility confirmation to the mobile phone of the party in a short message form through the responsibility determination application service platform and the short message issuing platform.
