The number of the cell strings included in the module unit can be calculated and selected according to the number of the cell strings included in the actual photovoltaic module and the model design of the photovoltaic module.
The stepping conveying mechanism 15 is not only configured to receive the battery strings, but also configured to position the battery strings, the battery strings can be positioned after being placed on the stepping conveying mechanism 15 by the typesetting part, and each battery string in the assembly unit can also ensure accurate position under the positioning action of the stepping conveying mechanism 15 in the conveying process, so that the welding quality in the subsequent stitch welding of the bus bar is ensured.

In one implementation, the stepping conveying mechanism 15 of the present application includes a conveying belt, a stepping driving mechanism and a conveying support device, the conveying belt is sleeved on the conveying support device, and the stepping driving mechanism is mounted on the conveying support device and is in transmission connection with the conveying belt; the conveyer belt is provided with adsorption holes and is used for bearing and adsorbing the component units typeset by the typesetting part.
The battery string is supported by the conveying belt, the use of a glass plate is avoided, the battery string is positioned on the component conveying belt through the arrangement of the adsorption holes, so that the battery string is static relative to the conveying belt when the conveying belt conveys the battery string, the position accuracy of the battery string is ensured, and the direct welding of the bus bar in the next process is facilitated; the conveying belt is supported by the conveying supporting device, and the battery string is conveyed in a stepping mode through the stepping driving mechanism.
In an implementation mode, the conveying and supporting device comprises a conveying supporting frame and a conveying belt supporting roller set, the conveying belt is sleeved on a conveying supporting roller, a stepping driving mechanism is installed on the conveying supporting frame, a driving end of the stepping driving mechanism is connected with a supporting roller in the conveying supporting roller set, and the stepping driving mechanism drives the conveying belt to transmit through the rotation of one of the supporting rollers. In one implementation, the stepper drive mechanism is a motor.
In one implementation, the conveyor belts include at least a first conveyor belt 25 and a second conveyor belt 26 spaced apart in a first direction, the first direction being perpendicular to the conveying direction of the conveyor belts; the first conveyor belt 25 and the second conveyor belt 26 are provided with suction holes.
When the half-sheet assembly is typeset, the first battery string 8 and the second battery string 9 are placed on the first conveying belt 25, the third battery string 10 and the fourth battery string 11 are placed on the second conveying belt 26 to form an assembly unit, the first conveying belt 25 and the second conveying belt 26 are arranged at intervals, the length-remaining welding belts at the head part and the tail part of the assembly unit respectively extend out of the first conveying belt 25 and the second conveying belt 26 towards two sides, the length-remaining welding belt at the middle part of the assembly unit extends out of the interval between the first conveying belt 25 and the second conveying belt 26, and after the assembly unit is stepped to a welding station, bus bars can be supplied to and welded below the length-remaining welding belts at the head part, the middle part and the tail part of the assembly unit. .
When the whole assembly is typeset, the whole battery strings are simultaneously supported and positioned by the first conveying belt 25 and the second conveying belt 26, the first conveying belt 25 and the second conveying belt 26 respectively extend from the head part and the tail part of the assembly unit consisting of the whole battery strings to the two sides, and the bus bars can be supplied and welded below the head part and the tail part of the long welding belts.
The arrangement of the first conveying belt 25 and the second conveying belt 26 can simultaneously adapt to the typesetting and stitch welding of half battery strings and whole battery strings, and the compatibility of the typesetting and stitch welding all-in-one machine is improved.
In one implementation, the composition part comprises a composition gripper and a vision device; the visual device is arranged above the typesetting gripper and is used for detecting the battery strings picked up by the typesetting gripper and acquiring the position information of the battery strings; the typesetting gripper is used for picking up the battery strings to the visual device and typesetting the qualified battery strings detected by the visual device to the typesetting station according to the acquired position information of the battery strings; the battery string gripper is further configured to place the rejected battery string detected by the vision device into a waste bin.

The typesetting gripper adopts a robot or a truss hand capable of moving in X, Y, Z three directions, can drive the battery string grabbing component to grab the battery strings and typeset the battery strings flexibly, and can grab the battery strings from different stations and typeset the battery strings to the typesetting station, for example, when the battery strings are provided to the typesetting gripper by using two stations, the typesetting gripper can grab the battery strings from a first station firstly, and then after the battery strings at the first station are grabbed, the typesetting gripper can continue to grab the strings from a second station directly, and meanwhile, the first station can prepare the battery strings to wait for the next grabbing of the typesetting gripper, thereby improving the working range of the typesetting gripper and meeting different requirements. The battery strings are guaranteed to be arranged together and have opposite polarities at the same ends of two adjacent parallel battery strings when being typeset, so that serial welding of bus bars is facilitated, a rotary driving mechanism is arranged, when a first battery string grabbing component 6 on a typesetting grabbing hand grabs one battery string, the two battery string grabbing components are controlled to rotate 180 degrees in a plane, then a second battery string grabbing component 7 continues to grab the next battery string, the parallel arrangement of the battery strings grabbed by the first battery string grabbing component 6 and the second battery string grabbing component 7 is guaranteed, the polarities of the ends, identical to the two battery strings, of the battery strings are opposite, and accordingly the typesetting requirements of the components are met.
In one implementation, the first string grasping assembly 6 and the second string grasping assembly 7 each include a suction cup set for adsorbing a battery string.
The grabbing and typesetting of the battery strings are realized through the typesetting gripper, the grabbing of the two battery strings at one time is realized through the two battery string grabbing components, the grabbing and typesetting efficiency of the battery strings is improved, the opposite head and tail directions (namely the same end polarity is opposite) of the battery strings grabbed by the two battery string grabbing components are realized through the rotary driving mechanism, so that the battery strings are grabbed by the typesetting gripper to be directly typeset, and the typesetting efficiency is improved.

Through the arrangement of the first side typesetting part 4 and the second side typesetting part 5, when the half-piece assembly is typeset, the first side typesetting part 4 and the second side typesetting part 5 can simultaneously typeset two groups of half-piece battery strings in the half-piece assembly, and the typesetting efficiency of the assembly units of the half-piece assembly is improved.
In one implementation mode, the composition stitch welding all-in-one machine further comprises a first series welding part 1 and a second series welding part 2, wherein the first series welding part 1 is used for producing battery strings and providing the produced battery strings to the first side composition part 4; the second string welding part 2 is used to produce the battery string and supply the produced battery string to the second side composition part 5.

The bus bar preparation part is used for preparing the bus bar, the bus bar conveying part is used for conveying the bus bar from the preparation part to the bus bar bearing part, the bus bar bearing part is used for bearing, moving and welding and supporting the bus bar, and the welding part is used for welding the bus bar to the welding strip. Wherein, the bus bar preparation portion, the bus bar carrying portion, the bus bar bearing portion and the number of the welding portions can be comprehensively considered according to the welding efficiency and the equipment cost. Through setting up busbar preparation portion, busbar transport portion, busbar supporting part and welding part, when busbar supporting part and welding part cooperation welding busbar, busbar preparation portion and busbar transport portion can carry out the preparation and the transport of busbar in step, improve the beat of busbar stitch welding.

The first carrying subsection, the second carrying subsection and the third carrying subsection all comprise bus-bar suckers and carrying driving devices, and the carrying driving devices drive the bus-bar suckers to suck bus-bars on the bus-bar bearing platforms and then carry the bus-bars to corresponding bus-bar bearing parts. The head bus bar bearing section 21, the intermediate bus bar bearing section 22, and the tail bus bar bearing section 23 each include a bus bar bearing plate installed at a driving end of the bus bar lifting driving device, and a bus bar lifting driving device driving the bus bar bearing plate to be lifted or lowered. The lifting driving device drives the bus bar bearing plate to ascend so as to enable the bus bars to be attached to the long welding strips. The bus bar lifting driving device can be an air cylinder or a motor.
The head welding subsection 12, the middle welding subsection 13 and the tail welding subsection 14 all comprise a welding lifting device and a welding head, the welding lifting device adopts a motor or an air cylinder, and the welding head can adopt an electromagnetic welding device, a laser welding device or an electric soldering iron welding device.
The preparation efficiency of the bus bars is improved by the head bus bar preparation subsection 18, the middle bus bar preparation subsection 19 and the tail bus bar preparation subsection 20, the carrying efficiency of the bus bars is improved by the first carrying subsection, the second carrying subsection and the third carrying subsection, the feeding efficiency of the bus bars is improved by the head bus bar bearing subsection 21, the middle bus bar bearing subsection 22 and the tail bus bar bearing subsection 23, the welding efficiency of the bus bars is improved by the head welding subsection 12, the middle welding subsection 13 and the tail welding subsection 14, when the bus bars are welded to the half-wafer assembly unit, synchronous preparation, carrying, feeding and welding of the head bus bar, the middle bus bar and the tail bus bar can be realized, and the stitch welding efficiency of the half-wafer assembly unit is improved. If the bus bars are welded to the module unit of the whole module, the intermediate bus bar preparation section 19, the second carrying section, the intermediate bus bar carrying section 22 and the intermediate welding section 13 may stop working, and only the synchronous preparation, carrying, feeding and welding of the header bus bar and the tail bus bar are performed, so that the stitch welding part is compatible with the whole module.
In one implementation mode, the typesetting and stitch welding all-in-one machine further comprises a blanking gripper 16 and a glass plate conveying line 17; the glass plate conveying line 17 is arranged below the stepping conveying mechanism 15 and has the same conveying direction with the stepping conveying mechanism 15, and the glass plate conveying line 17 is used for conveying glass plates to a blanking station behind the stepping conveying mechanism 15; or the glass plate conveying line 17 is arranged at a blanking station behind the stepping conveying mechanism 15 and used for bearing and conveying glass plates; the unloading tongs 16 sets up at the later stage station of buffer memory station, and unloading tongs 16 are used for carrying the battery cluster of the welded busbar to the glass board of unloading station on.

The blanking of the battery string group welded with the bus bars is realized through the blanking gripper 16, and the battery string group welded with the bus bars is directly fed onto the glass plate through the glass plate conveying line 17, so that the production of the subsequent process is facilitated.
In one implementation mode, the typesetting and stitch welding all-in-one machine further comprises an adhesive tape pasting mechanism, the adhesive tape pasting mechanism is arranged at the cache station, and the adhesive tape pasting mechanism is used for pasting an adhesive tape on an adjacent battery string in the battery string group of which the bus bar is welded.
The arrangement of the adhesive tape pasting mechanism realizes the adhesive tape pasting of the battery string group with the welded bus bar, and avoids the dislocation of the battery string group in the subsequent moving process.
The tape pasting mechanism comprises a tape pasting head and a tape pasting moving device, and the tape pasting moving device drives the tape pasting head to move for pasting. The adhesive tape moving device comprises an adhesive tape lifting device and an adhesive tape translation device, the adhesive tape translation device drives the adhesive tape lifting device to translate, and the adhesive tape lifting device drives the adhesive tape head to descend for adhesive tape pasting or ascend for avoiding so as to complete adhesive tape pasting in the whole plate surface of the battery string group. The adhesive tape lifting device and the adhesive tape translation device are motors, and the adhesive tape lifting device can be a motor or an air cylinder.
In one implementation, taking the type-setting stitch welding of the half-sheet assembly including 12 strings of battery strings as an example, the operation process of the type-setting stitch welding all-in-one machine in the present application is as follows: after the first series welding part 1 and the second series welding part 2 finish the preparation of the battery strings, a stack of battery strings are output by the corresponding discharging conveying lines 3. The first stringer 1 feeds the first side composition portion 4 and the second stringer 2 feeds the second side composition portion 5.
The typesetting gripper of the first side typesetting part 4 grabs the battery strings on the discharging conveying line 3 of the first string welding part 1 for typesetting, the first battery string grabbing component 6 on the typesetting manipulator firstly grabs the first battery string 8 during grabbing, then the rotary driving mechanism drives the two battery string grabbing components to rotate 180 degrees, the second battery string grabbing component 7 descends to grab the second battery string 9, the first camera is arranged above the first side typesetting part 4, the typesetting gripper grabs the strings and then moves to the lower part of the first camera for photographing, and then the position information of the first battery string 8 and the second battery string 9 is sent to the typesetting gripper. The typesetting gripper drives the first battery string 8 and the second battery string 9 to move above the stepping conveying mechanism, and then the first battery string 8 and the second battery string 9 are synchronously typeset on the first typesetting area; the second side composition part 5 has a similar operation principle to the first side composition part 4, and is not described in detail herein.

Claims (12)

1. The typesetting and stitch welding integrated machine is characterized by comprising a typesetting part, a stepping conveying mechanism and a stitch welding part;
the stepping conveying mechanism is sequentially provided with a typesetting station, a stitch welding station and a buffering station along the conveying direction;
the typesetting part is arranged in front of the stepping conveying mechanism and used for picking up the battery strings and typesetting the battery strings to the typesetting station according to a preset typesetting mode to form an assembly unit, the assembly unit comprises at least two battery strings, and a plurality of assembly units form a battery string group;
the stepping conveying mechanism is used for receiving and positioning the component units typeset by the typesetting part and sequentially stepping the component units to the stitch welding station;
the overlap welding part is arranged at the overlap welding station and is configured to sequentially weld the bus bars to the remaining long welding strips of each assembly unit stepping to the overlap welding station, and the remaining long welding strips are positioned at two ends of each battery string in each assembly unit;
and the stepping conveying mechanism is also used for stepping conveying the assembly units of which the bus bars are welded to the cache station.
2. The typesetting and stitch welding all-in-one machine as claimed in claim 1, wherein the stepping conveying mechanism comprises a conveying belt, a stepping driving mechanism and a conveying supporting device,
the conveying belt is sleeved on the conveying supporting device, and the stepping driving mechanism is arranged on the conveying supporting device and is in transmission connection with the conveying belt;
and the conveying belt is provided with adsorption holes and is used for bearing and adsorbing the component units typeset by the typesetting part.

The type setting and stitch welding all-in-one machine as recited in claim 2, wherein the conveyor belts comprise at least a first conveyor belt and a second conveyor belt which are arranged at intervals along a first direction, and the first direction is perpendicular to the conveying direction of the conveyor belts; the first conveying belt and the second conveying belt are provided with the adsorption holes.
4. The composition stitch welding all-in-one machine according to claim 1, wherein the composition part comprises a composition hand grip and a vision device;
the visual device is arranged above the typesetting gripper and used for detecting the battery strings picked up by the typesetting gripper and acquiring the position information of the battery strings;
the typesetting gripper is used for picking up the battery strings to the visual device and typesetting the qualified battery strings detected by the visual device to the typesetting station according to the acquired position information of the battery strings;
the battery string gripper is further configured to place a rejected battery string detected by the vision device into a waste bin.

The all-in-one machine for typesetting and stitch welding as claimed in claim 4, wherein the typesetting gripper is a robot or a truss hand capable of moving in X, Y, Z three directions, and a rotary driving mechanism and two battery string grabbing components are further mounted on the grabbing end of the robot or the truss hand, and the two battery string grabbing components are arranged in parallel and are mounted on the driving end of the rotary driving mechanism together;
the robot or the truss hand is used for driving the two battery string grabbing components to grab the battery strings in sequence;
the rotation driving mechanism is used for driving the two battery string grabbing assemblies to rotate after the first battery string grabbing assembly grabs the battery string, and controlling the second battery string grabbing assembly to grab the battery string, so that the head and tail directions of the battery strings grabbed by the two battery string grabbing assemblies are opposite;
the robot or the truss arm is also used for typesetting the two grabbed battery strings to the typesetting station.
6. The type setting and stitch welding all-in-one machine as claimed in claim 4 or 5, wherein there are two type setting parts, namely a first side type setting part and a second side type setting part,
the first side typesetting part is used for picking up battery strings and typesetting the battery strings to a first typesetting area of the typesetting station according to a preset typesetting mode, the second side typesetting part is used for picking up the battery strings and typesetting the battery strings to a second typesetting area of the typesetting station according to the preset typesetting mode, and the battery strings in the first typesetting area and the second typesetting area form one assembly unit;
the first typesetting area and the second typesetting area are respectively positioned on two sides of a central shaft of the stepping conveying mechanism along the conveying direction.

The type-setting and stitch-welding all-in-one machine according to claim 6, further comprising a first string-welding part and a second string-welding part, wherein the first string-welding part is used for producing battery strings and providing the produced battery strings to the first side type-setting part; the second string welding part is used for producing the battery string and providing the produced battery string for the second side typesetting part.
8. The type setting and stitch welding all-in-one machine according to claim 7, further comprising a buffer storage part;
the first side typesetting part is also used for picking up the battery strings from the first string welding part and placing the battery strings to the cache part, and the second side typesetting part is also used for picking up the battery strings from the cache part for typesetting; alternatively, the first and second liquid crystal display panels may be,
the second side typesetting part is also used for picking up the battery strings from the second series welding part and placing the battery strings to the buffer memory part, and the first side typesetting part is also used for picking up the battery strings from the buffer memory part for typesetting.

the bus bar preparing part is configured to prepare a bus bar;
the bus bar carrying part is configured to carry the bus bar to the bus bar bearing part;
the weld carrier is configured to move the bus bar to the stay solder strip position;
the welding part is used for welding the bus bar carried by the bus bar carrying part to the stay welding strip.
10. The type-setting stitch-welding all-in-one machine according to claim 9, wherein the bus bar preparation section includes a header bus bar preparation section, a middle bus bar preparation section, and a tail bus bar preparation section;
the bus bar transport section includes a first transport section, a second transport section, and a third transport section;
the bus bar carrying section includes a head bus bar carrying section, a middle bus bar carrying section, and a tail bus bar carrying section;
the welds include a header weld, a middle weld and a tail weld;
the header bus bar preparation section is configured to prepare a header bus bar, and the first transport section is configured to transport the header bus bar to the header bus bar carrying section; the header bus bar bearing part is used for driving the header bus bar to move below the stay solder strip of the head of the component unit, and the header welding part is used for welding the header bus bar to the stay solder strip of the head of the component unit;
the intermediate bus bar preparation section is configured to prepare an intermediate bus bar, and the second transport section is configured to transport the intermediate bus bar to the intermediate bus bar carrying section; the middle bus bar bearing subsection is used for driving the middle bus bar to move below a long welding strip in the middle of the assembly unit, and the middle welding subsection is used for welding the middle bus bar to the long welding strip in the middle of the assembly unit;
the tail bus bar preparation subsection is used for preparing a tail bus bar, and the third carrying subsection is used for carrying the tail bus bar to the tail bus bar carrying subsection; the tail bus bar bearing subsection is used for driving the tail bus bar to move to the position below the remaining long welding strip of the tail of the assembly unit, and the tail welding subsection is used for welding the tail bus bar to the remaining long welding strip of the tail of the assembly unit.
