According to the invention, the mixed adhesive and the elastic particles are coated on the surface of the reflection base film in a layered manner, and the coated elastic particles can be exposed on the surface of the coating in a half way through the viscosity difference of the two layers of coating liquids, so that the scratch resistance of the reflection film is improved and the falling off of the elastic particles is prevented.

The invention relates to the technical field of optical reflecting films, in particular to a layered coating type scratch-resistant coating reflecting film and a preparation method thereof.
Background
The backlight module is a provider of the light source of the liquid crystal display, mainly comprising a light source, a light guide plate, an optical film, a plastic frame and the like, wherein the used optical film mainly comprises a reflecting film, a brightness enhancement film and a diffusion film. At present, there are three types of backlight modules, i.e., EL, CCFL and LED, and they are classified into edge-light type and direct-light type (bottom backlight type) according to the light source distribution position. In the application of the side-in type backlight module, the reflecting film is tightly attached to the light guide plate, so that the possibility of absorbing the light guide plate exists, and the light guide plate is scratched due to the direct contact between the light guide plate and the surface of the reflecting film, so that the light guide plate is damaged. Therefore, it is necessary to coat a coating layer with elastic particles on the surface of the reflective film to prevent the reflective film and the light guide plate from being attracted to each other and from being scratched by the elastic particles.
For example, in chinese patent document, "an anti-adsorption coating type polyester film for reflection and a method for preparing the same", which is disclosed in publication No. CN105109166A, the polyester film includes a reflective base film, one surface of which is coated with a coating layer, the coating layer includes coating particles and curing glue; the preparation method comprises the following steps: (1) preparing a reflection base film; (2) and (2) preparing coating liquid from the coating particles and the curing glue, coating the coating liquid on the surface of the reflection base film obtained in the step (1), and curing the coating liquid.
In the prior art, when the coating reflective film is prepared, glue and elastic particles are mixed and mixed to prepare a liquid and then coated on the surface of the base film, and the glue dosage cannot be too small in order to ensure the film surface quality and avoid the falling of the elastic particles, so most of the elastic particles in the coating reflective film in the prior art can be wrapped by the glue, and the optimal scratch-resistant and adsorption-resistant effects cannot be achieved.

the mixed adhesive layer coating liquid comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 10-15% of polyacrylate adhesive, 20-30% of organic silicon resin adhesive, 0.5-1% of curing agent, 1-1.5% of silane coupling agent and the balance of solvent; the elastic particle layer coating liquid comprises the following components: 20-30% of elastic particles, 15-20% of polyacrylate adhesive, 1-2% of curing agent and the balance of solvent; the solid content of the polyacrylate adhesive is 40-60 wt%, and the viscosity of the organic silicon resin adhesive is 100-200 cps; the particle size of the elastic particles is 3-10 mu m;
the coating thickness of the mixed adhesive layer coating liquid is 3-5 mu m; the coating thickness of the elastic particle layer coating liquid is 3-10 mu m.
In the preparation process of the coating reflection film, the mixed adhesive layer and the elastic particle layer are coated in a layered manner, and only a small amount of adhesive is added into the elastic particle layer, so that the elastic particles are prevented from being wrapped by the adhesive and exposed above the mixed adhesive layer. However, when the elastic particles and the adhesive are coated in a layered manner, the problems of excessive exposure of the elastic particles, poor bonding firmness, easy falling off from the surface of the reflecting film and serious powder falling easily exist, so the mixed adhesive layer coating liquid and the elastic particle layer coating liquid with poor viscosity are adopted for coating, and the adhesion firmness of the elastic particles is improved.
According to the invention, a single polyacrylate adhesive is used in the elastic particle layer coating liquid, and a mixed adhesive of the polyacrylate adhesive and the organic silicon resin adhesive is used in the mixed adhesive layer coating liquid, the main chain of the organic silicon resin adhesive is very flexible, the intermolecular action force of the organic silicon resin adhesive is much weaker than that of a hydrocarbon, and the viscosity of the mixed adhesive layer coating liquid can be reduced after the organic silicon resin adhesive is added, so that the mixed adhesive layer coating liquid has relatively lower viscosity compared with the elastic particle layer coating liquid. The high-viscosity elastic particle layer coating liquid is coated on the surface of the low-viscosity mixed adhesive layer coating liquid, the whole coating layer moves downwards due to solvent evaporation in the thermocuring process, the density of the elastic particles is higher than that of the adhesive, the height of the elastic particles sinking under the action of gravity is higher, the elastic particles can partially migrate into the mixed adhesive layer, the fixing effect of the mixed adhesive layer on the elastic particles is enhanced, and the powder falling phenomenon is avoided. When the viscosity of the mixed adhesive layer coating liquid is low, the volatilization of the solvent in the thermocuring process is easy to bring the elastic particles to move upwards, so that the fixation of the elastic particles is not facilitated; therefore, the invention uses the polyacrylate adhesive with higher viscosity in the upper elastic particle layer coating liquid, and the coating layer with higher viscosity is arranged above the coating liquid with lower viscosity, so that the retention of the elastic particles in the coating layer is facilitated, the upward migration of the elastic particles can be reduced, and the elastic particles are partially fixed in the coating layer and partially exposed on the surface of the coating layer, thereby improving the scraping resistance and the adsorption resistance of the reflecting film.
According to the invention, the organic silicon resin adhesive is added into the mixed adhesive layer to reduce the viscosity of the mixed adhesive layer, because when only the polyacrylate adhesive is used, more solvent is added for reducing the viscosity to reduce the film surface quality, and the organic silicon resin adhesive is added to reduce the viscosity of the mixed adhesive layer, so that the dosage of the solvent can be reduced, the effective migration of elastic particles is ensured, and the film surface quality is improved; meanwhile, the elastic particles migrate to the mixed adhesive layer by using the viscosity difference of the two coating layers, and holes generated in the film surface during solvent evaporation can be partially filled, so that the film surface quality is further improved.
Preferably, the reflective base film is a white polyester film.
Preferably, the thickness of the reflection base film is 150-225 μm, and the glossiness is 40-60 GU.
Preferably, the components of the mixed adhesive layer coating liquid further comprise 0.5-3% by mass of an antistatic agent.
Preferably, the elastic particle layer coating liquid further comprises 0.5-2% by mass of a dispersant.
Preferably, the polyacrylate adhesive and the organic silicon resin adhesive are solvent adhesives; the solvent in the mixed adhesive layer coating liquid and the elastic particle layer coating liquid is ethyl acetate. The solvent-based adhesive has better affinity with the hydrophobic polyester reflective base film, and has less influence on the reflective performance of the reflective film.

(2) preparing a high-viscosity elastic particle layer coating liquid: the elastic particle layer coating liquid comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 20% of PMMA particles, 15% of polyacrylate adhesive, 1% of dispersing agent, 1.5% of curing agent and 62.5% of ethyl acetate solvent; when in preparation, the polyacrylate adhesive is added into the solvent, the dispersant and the PMMA particles are added after stirring and dispersing uniformly, and stirring and dispersing uniformly are continued; finally, adding a curing agent, and uniformly stirring to obtain an elastic particle layer coating liquid with the viscosity of 30 cps;

As can be seen from FIG. 1, the elastic particles of the reflective film prepared by the method of the present invention can be effectively exposed on the surface of the reflective film; as can be seen from table 1, the reflective films prepared by the formula and the method of the present invention in examples 1 to 3 have good scratch resistance and film surface quality, and the elastic particles have good adhesion and no dusting phenomenon.
As can be seen from fig. 2, in comparative example 1 in which the elastic particles are directly added to the mixed adhesive layer for coating, most of the elastic particles are wrapped in the adhesive, and the portion of the film surface exposed is small, resulting in poor scratch resistance of the reflective film in table 1. In comparative example 2, the mixed adhesive layer was not coated first, and since the content of the elastic particles in the elastic particle coating liquid was high and the content of the adhesive was too small, the adhesion of the elastic particles was poor and the reflective film was seriously dusted; the viscosity of the mixed adhesive layer coating liquid in comparative example 3 is too high, and the elastic particles are difficult to effectively migrate downward, which also affects the adhesiveness of the elastic particles; the organic silicon resin adhesive is not added into the mixed adhesive layer coating liquid in the comparative example 4, so that the film surface quality of the reflecting film is obviously reduced and the using requirement is not met; in the comparative example 5, the polyacrylate adhesive is not added in the coating liquid of the mixed adhesive layer, and the adhesive property is insufficient only by using the organic silicon resin adhesive, so that the coating layer has a degumming phenomenon; the coating liquid for the elastic particle layer in comparative example 6 had too low a viscosity, and also affected the adhesion of the elastic particles, and the dusting phenomenon occurred.

the coating thickness of the mixed adhesive layer coating liquid is 3-5 mu m; the coating thickness of the elastic particle layer coating liquid is 3-10 μm.
2. The layered coating type scratch resistant coating reflection film according to claim 1, wherein said reflection base film is a white polyester film.
3. The layered coating type scratch resistant coating reflection film according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the thickness of the reflection base film is 150 to 225 μm, and the glossiness is 40 to 60 GU.
4. The layer-coating type scratch-resistant coating reflection film according to claim 1, wherein the components of the mixed adhesive layer coating liquid further comprise an antistatic agent in an amount of 0.5 to 3% by mass.
5. The layer-coating type scratch-resistant coating reflection film according to claim 1, wherein the elastic particle layer coating liquid further comprises a dispersant in an amount of 0.5 to 2% by mass.

The layered coating type scratch resistant coating reflection film according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the polyacrylate adhesive and the silicone resin adhesive in the mixed adhesive layer coating liquid and the elastic particle layer coating liquid are solvent-based adhesives; the solvent in the mixed adhesive layer coating liquid and the elastic particle layer coating liquid is ethyl acetate.
7. The layer-coating type scratch resistant coating reflection film according to claim 1, wherein the elastic particles are selected from one or more of polymethyl methacrylate particles, polyurethane particles, and polyamide particles.
8. The method for preparing the layered coating type scratch resistant coating reflection film according to any one of claims 1 to 7, which is characterized by comprising the following steps:
(1) preparing mixed adhesive layer coating liquid;
(2) preparing an elastic particle layer coating liquid;
(3) layering and coating: and coating the mixed adhesive layer coating liquid on the surface of the reflection base film, then coating the elastic particle layer coating liquid on the surface of the mixed adhesive layer coating liquid, and performing thermocuring to obtain the scratch-resistant coating reflection film.
9. The method according to claim 8, wherein the heat curing temperature in the step (3) is 100 to 120 ℃ and the heat curing time is 2 to 3 min.
