Background
The existing water flow early warning system needs human participation, has high labor cost and poor real-time performance, and particularly can cause huge losses to the nation and the people if the real-time performance is not strong for water level monitoring of emergencies such as urban inland inundation, river inundation and the like.
The existing early warning device has the following defects: 1. because the river changes infrequently, the river flow rate needs to be monitored for a long time, and when the river flow rate is increased rapidly, nearby residents are often not effectively reminded in time; 2. the existing early warning device is inconvenient to operate, poor in flexibility and incapable of being rapidly adjusted according to actual conditions, and monitoring effect of the early warning device is affected.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to solve the defect of poor early warning effect of river flow speed in the prior art, and provides an overflow early warning device for water flow detection.
In order to solve the problem of poor early warning effect of river flow speed in the prior art, the invention adopts the following technical scheme:
an overflow early warning device for water flow detection comprises a side box, wherein a pair of fixed bearings is arranged on the upper side and the lower side of the inner wall of the left side of the side box, a fixed shaft is inserted into each fixed bearing, a belt pulley is sleeved at the right end of each fixed shaft, a thick belt is arranged in the side box, two ends of the thick belt are respectively sleeved on the two belt pulleys, an L-shaped plate is arranged on one side of the middle of the thick belt, a U-shaped plate is arranged in the middle of an opening in the right side face of the side box, and the right side face of the L-shaped plate is fixedly connected with the inner side wall of the U-shaped plate;
the flow meter comprises a U-shaped plate, and is characterized in that a transverse box is arranged on the right side face of the U-shaped plate, a second motor is arranged on the left side wall in the transverse box, a limiting bearing is arranged on the right side wall in the transverse box, a lead screw is arranged at the end of a motor shaft of the second motor, the right end of the lead screw is inserted in the limiting bearing, a threaded cylinder is sleeved in the middle of the lead screw, a pair of rectangular slide holes are formed in the front side face and the rear side face of the transverse box, a pair of rectangular slide blocks are arranged on the front side face and the rear side face of the threaded cylinder, each rectangular slide block penetrates through the corresponding rectangular slide hole in a sliding manner, a rectangular sleeve is arranged at the outer end of each rectangular slide block, a rectangular rod is inserted in the bottom port of each rectangular sleeve, and a flow meter is installed at the bottom end of each rectangular rod.

step one, vertically placing a side box at the river, unfolding a hinged plate to enable the hinged plate to be horizontal to a fixed plate, respectively inserting a plurality of T-shaped long pins into the ground, respectively locking two end parts of a connecting rod with a first hinged seat and a second hinged seat through limiting bolts in a threaded mode, and fixing the side box through matching of the connecting rod;
loosening the fixing bolt on one side, enabling the rectangular rod to slide downwards along the rectangular sleeve, enabling the fixing bolt to move downwards along the oval long hole, driving the connecting shaft and the flow rate meter to slowly descend to a proper position, and locking the corresponding fixing bolt to enable the flow rate meters on the two sides to keep a height-staggered state;
step three, a motor shaft of a second motor drives a screw rod to synchronously rotate, the screw rod and the threaded cylinder rotate spirally to drive the threaded cylinder to move rightwards, and a rectangular sliding block is synchronously driven to slide rightwards along the rectangular sliding hole, so that a pair of flow velocity meters is driven to extend above the river surface;
step four, a motor shaft of the first motor drives a first chain wheel to synchronously rotate, a chain belt drives a second chain wheel, an upper fixed shaft and a belt pulley to rotate, and a thickened belt drives a lower fixed shaft and a belt pulley to synchronously rotate;
step five, when the thickening belt rotates, the L-shaped plate is driven to synchronously move downwards, the U-shaped plate and the U-shaped sliding block are driven to downwards slide along the T-shaped sliding rail, the transverse box is driven to synchronously move downwards, and the pair of flow velocity meters are driven to descend into river water;
and step six, setting a flow rate threshold value in the controller, detecting the flow rate of the river through a pair of flow rate meters, and controlling an alarm lamp to give out early warning by the controller when the flow rate exceeds the threshold value.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:
1. in the invention, a flow rate threshold is arranged in the controller, the flow rate at different depths of the river can be detected simultaneously by adjusting a pair of flow rate meters to keep the flow rate meters in a height dislocation state, when the flow rate exceeds the threshold, the controller controls the alarm lamp to give out early warning, and when the flow rate of the river is increased rapidly, nearby residents can be effectively reminded in time;
2. according to the invention, the second motor drives the screw rod to be matched with the threaded cylinder for use, so that a pair of flow velocity meters can be driven to perform transverse adjustment, the first motor drives the chain belt and the thickened belt, so that a pair of flow velocity meters can be driven to perform vertical adjustment, rapid adjustment can be performed according to actual conditions, and the early warning performance of the device is improved;
in conclusion, the invention solves the problem of poor early warning effect of river flow speed, has compact integral structure design, can carry out multidirectional adjustment operation on the early warning device according to actual conditions, and further improves the early warning performance.

In the specific implementation process, as shown in fig. 2 and fig. 4, a first motor 15 is transversely placed on the top surface of the side box 1, the type of the first motor 15 is 90YF120WGC2290, a first chain wheel concentrically and fixedly connected is sleeved on the end portion of a motor shaft of the first motor 15, a left end portion of the fixing shaft 11 located above penetrates through the side box 1 and is sleeved with a second chain wheel concentrically and fixedly connected, and the first chain wheel is in transmission connection with the second chain wheel through a chain belt 16; a motor shaft of a first motor 15 drives a first chain wheel to synchronously rotate, a chain belt 16 drives a second chain wheel and an upper fixed shaft 11 and a belt pulley 12 to rotate, and a thickened belt 13 drives a lower fixed shaft 11 and a lower belt pulley 12 to synchronously rotate;
the corners of two side surfaces of the U-shaped plate 2 are respectively provided with a U-shaped sliding block 22, two sides of the right side surface opening of the side box 1 are respectively provided with a pair of T-shaped sliding rails 21 which are symmetrically and fixedly connected, and each U-shaped sliding block 22 is clamped on the corresponding T-shaped sliding rail 21 in a sliding manner; when the thickening belt 13 rotates, the L-shaped plate 14 is driven to synchronously move downwards, and then the U-shaped plate 2 and the U-shaped slider 22 are driven to slide downwards along the T-shaped slide rail 21, and then the horizontal box 3 is driven to synchronously move downwards, and the pair of flow velocity meters 37 is driven to descend into the river.
In the specific implementation process, as shown in fig. 1 and fig. 2, the front surface of the rectangular sleeve 35 is provided with an elliptical long hole, a fixing bolt is inserted into the elliptical long hole, the inner end of the fixing bolt is locked with the top of the rectangular rod 36 through a thread, the bottom end of the rectangular rod 36 is provided with a connecting shaft which is rotatably connected, and the bottom end of the connecting shaft is fixedly connected with the middle part of the current meter 37; rectangular pole 36 slides down along rectangular sleeve 35, and fixing bolt moves down along oval slot hole, drives even axle and velocity of flow appearance 37 and slowly descends to suitable position, locks corresponding fixing bolt again for the velocity of flow appearance 37 of both sides keeps the state of high dislocation, uses through the cooperation of a pair of velocity of flow appearance 37, can detect the velocity of flow of the different degree of depth of river simultaneously.
In a specific implementation process, as shown in fig. 2, a controller 23 is arranged on the left side of the top surface of the transverse box 3, the model of the controller 23 is WF-LWGY-20, a warning lamp 24 is installed on the top surface of the controller 23, the model of the warning lamp 24 is LTE-5051, the signal output ends of a pair of flow meters 37 are electrically connected with the signal receiving end of the controller 23 in a wired manner, and the control output end of the controller 23 is electrically connected with the control receiving end of the warning lamp 24 in a wired manner; a flow velocity threshold value is set in the controller 23, the flow velocity of the river is detected by a pair of flow velocity meters 37, and when the flow velocity exceeds the threshold value, the controller 23 controls the alarm lamp 24 to give an early warning.

Example three: referring to fig. 7, in detail, the working principle and the operation method of the present invention are as follows:
step one, vertically placing a side box 1 at the river, unfolding a hinged plate 41 to enable the hinged plate 41 to be horizontal to a fixed plate 4, respectively inserting a plurality of T-shaped long pins into the ground, respectively locking two end parts of a connecting rod 43 with a first hinged seat and a second hinged seat through limiting bolts in a threaded manner, and fixing the side box 1 through the matching use of the connecting rod 43;
step two, loosening the fixing bolt on one side, enabling the rectangular rod 36 to slide downwards along the rectangular sleeve 35, enabling the fixing bolt to move downwards along the oval long hole, driving the connecting shaft and the flow rate meter 37 to slowly descend to a proper position, and locking the corresponding fixing bolt, so that the flow rate meters 37 on the two sides are kept in a height dislocation state;
step three, starting the second motor 31, wherein a motor shaft of the second motor 31 drives the screw rod 32 to synchronously rotate, the screw rod 32 and the thread cylinder 33 are spirally rotated to drive the thread cylinder 33 to move rightwards, and the rectangular sliding block 34 is synchronously driven to slide rightwards along the rectangular sliding hole, so that the pair of flow velocity meters 37 is driven to extend above the river surface;
step four, starting a first motor 15, driving a first chain wheel to synchronously rotate by a motor shaft of the first motor 15, driving a second chain wheel, an upper fixed shaft 11 and a belt pulley 12 to rotate through a chain belt 16, and driving a lower fixed shaft 11 and a belt pulley 12 to synchronously rotate through a thickened belt 13;
step five, when the thickening belt 13 rotates, the L-shaped plate 14 is driven to synchronously move downwards, the U-shaped plate 2 and the U-shaped sliding block 22 are further driven to downwards slide along the T-shaped sliding rail 21, the transverse box 3 is further driven to synchronously move downwards, and the pair of flow velocity meters 37 are driven to descend into the river;
and step six, starting the controller 23, setting a flow rate threshold value in the controller 23, detecting the flow rate of the river through a pair of flow rate meters 37, and when the flow rate exceeds the threshold value, controlling an alarm lamp 24 to give out early warning by the controller 23.
