As shown in fig. 1 and 6, one crushing barrel 220 is connected with a first driving motor 221 and is relatively fixed in position, connecting shafts at two ends of the other crushing barrel 220 are connected with one end of a screw 222 through bearings, the screw 222 is in penetrating and rotating connection with a connecting plate 223, the other end of the screw 222 is provided with a control rod 224, the screw 222 is perpendicular to the axis of the other crushing barrel 220, and a sliding groove is formed in the mounting base 300 at the first driving motor 221 connected with the other crushing barrel 220;
