In preferred embodiment 2 of the present invention, another method for controlling automatic door closing of a refrigerator is further provided, and specifically, fig. 9 shows an optional flowchart of the method, and as shown in fig. 9, the method includes the following steps S901 to S909:

s902: transmitting a closing password; a user sends a door closing voice command, the radio receiving device sends a command signal to the sensing device, and the sensing device receives the command and detects the accuracy of the command;

s905: judging whether the reaction time of the rotary actuator is less than 30 ms; if yes, go to step S906, otherwise, go to step S910; detecting whether the reaction time exceeds the program set time, and if the reaction time exceeds the program set time and does not work, triggering the reaction to be wrong; if the telescopic rod is controlled to work within the program set time, the triggering is successful;
s906: the rotary actuator works; if the rotary actuator works within 30ms, the voice password is valid, and the rotary actuator rotates the door body to close the door body stably at the speed of 20 degrees/second until the door body is completely closed;

s908: alarm feedback "drop" sound; if the rotary actuator does not work for 30ms beyond the program setting, which indicates that the current value does not reach the program preset value, the control instruction is not triggered, the alarm feeds back the 'dripping' sound, and the voice command is judged to be invalid;

The automatic door opening and closing refrigerator detects whether a voice control password is triggered, detects whether a person exists in the operation range of the door body when the voice control password is triggered, if the person exists, the door body does not work, if the person does not exist in the operation range of the door body, detects whether the reaction time of the controller exceeds the program set time, and if the reaction time exceeds the program set time, the controller does not work, and then triggering is mistaken; and if the controller controls the push rod actuator to work within the set time of the program, the triggering is successful. By the scheme, the suction force of the door body sealing strip can be eliminated when the refrigerator starts to automatically open the door, the process that the push rod pushes the door body open is cancelled, and the automatic door opening can be realized only by rotating the door body rotating shaft. And the door is opened and closed in a voice control mode, so that both hands are completely liberated, and the user experience is better.
Example 4
Based on the refrigerator control method provided in the above embodiment 3, there is also provided in a preferred embodiment 4 of the present invention a storage medium containing computer-executable instructions for performing the refrigerator control method as described above when executed by a computer processor.
In the embodiment, the automatic door opening device of the refrigerator is provided with the telescopic device on the door body seal, when the refrigerator is automatically opened, the door body seal is controlled to be retracted, so that the door body is separated from the inner container of the refrigerator, and then the door body is controlled to be opened through the rotary actuator. When the door is automatically opened by the aid of the automatic door opening device, the door sealing strip is separated from the refrigerator liner, resistance between the door sealing strip and the refrigerator liner is eliminated, the door pushing process is omitted, the door only needs to be rotated to open, and therefore the problem that in the prior art, the refrigerator has overlarge or undersize thrust when the door is automatically opened is effectively solved, the automatic door opening process of the refrigerator is more stable and reliable, and intelligence of automatic door opening and user experience are improved.

Claims (16)

1. An automatic door opening and closing device for a refrigerator, comprising:
the door body seal (1) is arranged on a door body (4) of the refrigerator and is used for being connected with an inner container of the refrigerator in a sealing mode;
the telescopic device (2) is connected with the door body seal (1) and used for controlling the door body seal (1) to retract when the refrigerator is automatically opened, so that the door body (4) is separated from the inner container of the refrigerator;
and the rotary actuator (3) is connected with the door body (4) and is used for controlling the door body (4) to be opened after the door body seal (1) is retracted.
2. The automatic door opening and closing device for the refrigerator as claimed in claim 1, wherein the retractable device (2) is further configured to control the door seal (1) to extend after the door (4) is opened or when the refrigerator is automatically closed;
the rotary actuator (3) is also used for controlling the door body (4) to be closed when the refrigerator is automatically closed.
3. The automatic door opening and closing device for refrigerators according to claim 1, wherein the extension and contraction device (2) comprises:
the telescopic rod (21) is connected with the door body seal (1) and is used for controlling the door body seal (1) to retract or extend;
and the boosting device (22) is connected with the telescopic rod (21) and is used for controlling the telescopic rod (21) to move so as to enable the door body seal (1) to retract or extend.
4. The automatic door opening and closing device for refrigerators according to claim 3, wherein the boosting device (22) comprises:
the pushing shaft (221) is connected with the telescopic rod (21) and is used for pushing the telescopic rod (21) to move;
a first driving motor (222) for driving the screw shaft to move;
and a first transmission mechanism (223) with one end connected with the first driving motor (222) and the other end connected with the pushing shaft (221) and used for transmitting the driving force of the first driving motor (222) to the pushing shaft (221).
5. The automatic door opening and closing device for refrigerators according to claim 4, wherein the assist device (22) further comprises:
a limit switch (224) is positioned on the first transmission mechanism (223) and used for limiting the movement range of the pushing shaft (221) so as to limit the maximum retraction or extension stroke of the telescopic rod (21).
6. The automatic door opening and closing device for the refrigerator as claimed in claim 1, wherein the rotary actuator (3) is connected to a rotating shaft (41) of the door body (4) for controlling the rotating shaft (41) to rotate so as to control the door body (4) to open or close.
7. The automatic door opening and closing device for refrigerators according to claim 1, wherein the rotary actuator (3) comprises:
the second driving motor (31) is used for driving the rotating shaft (41) of the door body (4) to rotate;
and one end of the second transmission mechanism (32) is connected with the second driving motor (31), and the other end of the second transmission mechanism is connected with the rotating shaft (41) and is used for transmitting the driving force of the second driving motor (31) to the rotating shaft (41).
8. A refrigerator, characterized by comprising:
the refrigerator comprises a refrigerator body (5), a door body (4) and the automatic door opening device of the refrigerator according to any one of claims 1-7.
9. The refrigerator according to claim 8, further comprising:
the display screen is arranged on the door body (4) and used for controlling the temperature of the compartment of the refrigerator;
and the voice module is used for acquiring a voice control signal of a user and controlling the automatic door opening device of the refrigerator to automatically open or close the door according to the voice control signal.

acquiring a control signal of a user; wherein the control signal at least comprises a door opening control signal and a door closing control signal;
and controlling the automatic door opening device of the refrigerator to automatically open or close the door according to the control signal.
11. The method as claimed in claim 10, wherein controlling the automatic door opener of the refrigerator to automatically open the door according to the control signal comprises:
controlling a first driving motor to start, and controlling a door body sealing strip to withdraw through a telescopic device so as to separate a door body from an inner container of the refrigerator;
after the door body is separated from the inner container of the refrigerator, a second driving motor is controlled to be started, and the door body is controlled to be opened at a preset speed through a rotary actuator until the door body is completely opened.

The method of claim 11, wherein controlling retraction of the door seal by a retraction device comprises: the door body sealing strip is controlled to be retracted through a pushing shaft of the telescopic device, and the first driving motor is controlled to be shut down after the pushing shaft touches a limit switch;
after the door body opens at preset speed, still include: the door body sealing strip is controlled to be pushed out through the telescopic device.
13. The method of claim 12, wherein controlling the automatic door opener of the refrigerator to automatically close the door according to the control signal comprises:
and controlling the door body to close at a preset speed through the rotary actuator until the door body is completely closed.
14. The method of claim 13,
