天窗3的窗框边缘设有凸台5，凸台5高于种植土4上表面。
天窗3的边缘突出于凸台5。
屋顶2呈倾斜状，在屋顶2的低位端设有排水沟6。
天窗3呈倾斜状。
还包括走廊7，走廊7通往房屋1，房屋门11位于走廊7，走廊7上方设有楼梯间8，楼梯间门10位于地面以上，走廊7通过楼梯间8与外界相通。

本发明将房屋1建造在地面以下，冬暖夏凉，在屋顶2上覆盖种植土4可作为耕地，不占用耕地，且保温性能好。
