The traction track car assembly comprises a traction track car 2, a No. 1 power steering frame 3-1 and a No. 2 power steering frame 3-2 which are arranged at two ends of the bottom of the traction track car, a front coupler 4-1 and a rear coupler 4-2 are further arranged at the head and the tail of the traction track car 2, and buffer devices are respectively arranged in the front coupler 4-1 and the rear coupler 4-2 and used for coupling and traction with other engineering vehicles.
The abrasive material replenishing pipeline between the abrasive material tank 16 and the telescopic replenishing seat 31 is made of elastic rubber material, so that the requirement of the relative distance between the abrasive material tank and the follower trolley is met; the telescopic supplying seat part and the supplying abrasive material pipeline at the lower end are made of rigid materials, so that the accuracy and stability of the pairing alignment with the interface are improved; the built-in switch of the grinding material box and the built-in switch of the water feeding bolt are independently controlled; but the lower ends of the abrasive material supplying pipeline and the water supplying pipeline are fixed with the telescopic supplying seat, and synchronously lift and reduce the mechanism.
A liquid level meter 21 is also arranged in the water storage tank 19, the detection of the water allowance in the water storage tank is realized.
The polishing execution parts comprise a 1# polishing execution part 26-1 and a 2# polishing execution part 26-2, wherein the 1# polishing execution part 26-1 and the 2# polishing execution part 26-2 respectively comprise a plurality of spray heads and a freedom degree connecting pair, are used for polishing the inner side of a steel rail, are end execution members of lifting connecting rods, namely water jet spray heads, and are connected at the polishing execution parts by an air pressure pipeline and a hydraulic pipeline, so that abrasive materials and water are mixed and sprayed from the spray heads of the polishing execution parts, and the water jet polishing of the steel rail is realized.
The intelligent coupler 7 comprises a buffer device which is arranged at the front and rear ends of the rail grinding vehicle and comprises a front intelligent coupler 7-1 and a rear intelligent coupler 7-2 which are used for being connected with the traction rail vehicle; and a sensor is arranged in the rail grinding machine to identify whether the coupling is completed or not, and the state is transmitted to an interaction module of the rail grinding machine.
Referring to fig. 6-8, the above-mentioned method for supplying high-pressure water jet rail grinding stock intelligent supply system, comprises a linkage state replenishing method and a non-linkage state replenishing method.
The method for supplying the linked state comprises the following steps:
(1) The intelligent coupler of the rail grinding vehicle 5 is coupled with the coupler of the traction rail vehicle 2, and the coupling state is displayed on an interactive module of the rail grinding vehicle, so that the safety of traction and driving is ensured;
(2) Based on the driving of the power bogie, the traction rail car 2 pulls the ground rail car to run, and an interaction module of the ground rail car is communicated with the traction rail car and displays the running state in real time;
(3) Controlling the polishing executive component to work according to the interaction module 9 of the polishing rail car 5;
(3.1) starting an air compressor 15, and transmitting the abrasive in an abrasive tank 16 to a polishing executing piece by high-pressure air of the air compressor 15 through an air pressure pipeline;
(3.2) starting a booster pump 22, connecting the booster pump 22 with a water storage tank 19, boosting water by using the booster pump 22 as high-pressure generating equipment, and transmitting the high-pressure water after passing through the booster pump 22 to a polishing executing piece 26 through a hydraulic pipeline;
(3.3) starting the hydraulic pump 23, driving the hydraulic cylinder, and respectively realizing the lifting of the polishing executing piece 26 and the lifting connecting rod 25 corresponding to the two steel rails;
(3.4) connecting the pneumatic pipeline 27 and the hydraulic pipeline 28 at the polishing execution part to enable the mixture of the abrasive and the water to be sprayed from a spray head of the polishing execution part, so as to realize the polishing profile of the polishing execution part on the high-pressure abrasive water jet on the inner sides of the two steel rails;
(4) The abrasive material detection device and the liquid level meter detect in real time, the interactive module of the grinding trolley displays and monitors the raw material allowance of the grinding trolley in real time and converts the residual grinding mileage according to a real-time grinding mode; when the raw materials in the grinding tank and the water storage tank are insufficient, the grinding operation is stopped.
The method for replenishing the non-linked state (state in the track garage) comprises the following steps:
(1) The intelligent coupler of the rail grinding vehicle is not coupled (decoupled) with the coupler of the traction rail vehicle, and the non-coupled state is displayed on an interactive module of the rail grinding vehicle;
(2) The rail grinding vehicle is parked in the rail garage, and the interaction module of the rail grinding vehicle is communicated with the supply system;
(3) The interaction module of the rail grinding machine determines a non-grinding mode, locks the grinding executing piece to be in a furled state, and displays the parking state of the rail grinding machine;
(4) The grinding material detection device and the liquid level meter detect in real time, and an interaction module of the grinding trolley displays and monitors the raw material allowance of the grinding trolley in real time and converts the residual grinding mileage according to a real-time grinding mode;
(5) Based on the interaction module, controlling the matching and detecting equipment to confirm the state of the grinding rail vehicle, and confirming that the grinding rail vehicle is parked by the matching and detecting equipment;
(6) The interaction module of the rail grinding machine sends a replenishment instruction, a follow-up trolley 30 of a replenishment system is started, the follow-up trolley 30 realizes horizontal movement of a warehouse top rail 29 based on the cooperation of a built-in space wheel and the warehouse top rail, and a replenishment water supply pipeline and a replenishment abrasive pipeline are confirmed to be aligned with a vehicle-mounted water inlet 20 and a vehicle-mounted material inlet 17 of the rail grinding machine through a matching and inspection device;
(7) The telescopic supplying seat 31 descends to realize synchronous descending of the supplying water pipeline and the lower end of the supplying abrasive pipeline;
(8) The vehicle-mounted feeding port and the vehicle-mounted feeding port are opened and aligned with the lower ends of the water supplementing pipeline and the abrasive supplementing pipeline;
(9) After the interface is aligned, an alignment instruction is fed back to an interaction module of the rail grinding vehicle;
(10) Starting feeding by opening a built-in switch of the grinding box 34 and a built-in switch of a water feeding plug;
(11) The grinding material detection device and the liquid level meter detect in real time, and an interactive module of the grinding rail vehicle displays and monitors the raw material allowance of the grinding rail vehicle in real time;
(12) After the grinding material tank and the water storage tank are respectively supplied, detecting feedback states to the interaction module by the grinding material detection device and the liquid level meter respectively;
(13) The interactive module of the rail grinding vehicle sends a command for stopping replenishment;
(14) The telescopic supply seat is lifted to realize synchronous lifting of the lower ends of the supply water pipeline and the supply abrasive pipeline;
(15) And closing the vehicle-mounted feeding port and the vehicle-mounted water feeding port.

the distribution and inspection equipment is fixedly arranged on the follow-up trolley, and judges whether the ground rail vehicle is parked or not through image recognition, and whether the water supply supplementing pipeline and the abrasive supplementing pipeline are aligned with a vehicle-mounted water inlet and a vehicle-mounted material inlet on the ground rail vehicle assembly or not;
the water jet rail grinding machine assembly comprises a rail grinding machine body, a frame, an intelligent coupler, a control interaction device, a rotary warning lamp, an air compressor, a grinding tank, a vehicle-mounted feeding port, an abrasive detection device, a water storage tank, a vehicle-mounted water feeding port, a booster pump, a hydraulic cylinder, a lifting connecting rod, a grinding executing piece, an air pressure pipeline and a hydraulic pipeline;
the rotary warning lamp is arranged at the front end and the rear end of the top of the grinding rail vehicle body, and the rotary warning lamp is lightened in the operation process of the grinding rail vehicle, so that the driving safety is ensured; the air compressor is positioned in the grinding track vehicle body and at one side of the grinding material tank; the grinding material tank is positioned in the grinding rail vehicle body, and is internally provided with a grinding material detection device for storing grinding materials and a stirring device for preventing the grinding materials from hardening; the lower part is connected with an air compressor through an air pressure pipeline, and the abrasive is input into a polishing executing piece by taking air as a carrier; the vehicle-mounted feeding buccal electric opening and closing cover has strong waterproof and rainproof capabilities, is arranged on the grinding track roof corresponding to the grinding material tank and is used for being in butt joint with a relevant replenishing device when replenishing the grinding material; the vehicle-mounted water feeding port comprises an electric opening and closing cover, has strong waterproof and rainproof capabilities, is arranged on a rail grinding roof corresponding to the water storage tank, and is used for being in butt joint with a related replenishing device when being used for feeding water; the booster pump is positioned in the grinding track body and above the grinding executing piece, is connected with the water storage tank, is used as high-pressure generating equipment to boost water and is used for water jet grinding; the hydraulic pump is arranged in the grinding track vehicle body and connected with the hydraulic cylinder; the hydraulic cylinders are fixed on two sides of the frame of the grinding rail vehicle body, stable lifting of the grinding executing piece is realized based on hydraulic driving, and meanwhile, the height adjustment of the grinding executing piece in the vertical direction is realized; the lifting connecting rod is connected with the hydraulic cylinder and the polishing executing piece; the pneumatic pipeline is connected to the grinding material tank through the air compressor, then is connected to the grinding executing piece to enable grinding materials to be mixed with the high-pressure waterway, and the hydraulic pipeline is connected with the water storage tank and the booster pump to the grinding executing piece.

The intelligent high-pressure water jet rail grinding raw material supply system according to claim 1, wherein: the traction track car assembly comprises a traction track car, a No. 1 power bogie and a No. 2 power bogie which are arranged at two ends of the bottom of the traction track car, a front coupler and a rear coupler are further arranged at the head and tail of the traction track car, and buffer devices are respectively arranged in the front coupler and the rear coupler and used for being connected with and pulled by other engineering vehicles.

(4) The grinding material detection device and the liquid level meter detect in real time, and an interaction module of the grinding trolley displays and monitors the raw material allowance of the grinding trolley in real time and converts the residual grinding mileage according to a real-time grinding mode; when the raw materials in the grinding tank and the water storage tank are insufficient, the grinding operation is stopped.
