In some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 3 and 4, the anti-falling mechanism 3 further includes a driving assembly 4, and the driving assembly 4 is operated to move the moving member 32 along a set path, so as to implement automatic control, instead of manually applying a force to the moving member 32 to move it.
Specifically, the drive assembly 4 includes a motor 41, a gear 42, and a drive shaft 43; the motor 41 is mounted on a cross frame 311 of the bracket 31, the gear 42 can be directly connected to the motor 41 in a transmission way, and the gear 42 can also be connected with the motor 41 through a transmission shaft 43.
The moving member 32 is provided with a rack portion 321 which is meshed with the gear 42 to drive, the motor 41 is electrified to rotate, and the driving shaft 43 is driven to rotate so as to drive the gear 42 to operate, so that the moving member 32 moves towards the clothes 6 until the moving member 32 abuts against the clothes 6, and the clothes 6 is clamped between the moving member 32 and the hanger body 22.
The motor 41 is electrified to rotate reversely, so that the moving member 32 moves to be separated from the clothes 6 until a hanging and detaching space is formed between the moving member 32 and the hanger body 22, and the clothes 6 can be easily detached from the hanger body 22.
In order to make the overall structure of the anti-falling mechanism 3 compact, the structure of the bracket 31 may be adaptively designed, for example, a avoiding space for installing the motor 41 is formed on the transverse frame 311 of the bracket 31.
Motor mounting seats (not numbered in the figure) are arranged on one side or two sides of the avoidance space, and an output shaft of the motor 41 is connected to the motor mounting seats through bearing transmission, so that the motor 41 is arranged in the avoidance space.
In some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 3 and 4, the anti-falling mechanism 3 further includes a reset assembly 5, where the reset assembly 5 is mounted on the cross frame 311 of the bracket 31 and connected to the moving member 32, so that the moving member 32 is reset to an initial position, that is, the anti-falling mechanism 3 is switched to a first state, that is, a hanging space is formed between the moving member 32 and the hanger 2.
When the motor 41 is powered off and the driving gear 42 cannot be operated through the motor 41, the moving member 32 is returned to the initial position, that is, a hanging space cannot be formed between the moving member 32 and the hanger body 22, the reset assembly 5 works, the moving member 32 can be automatically reset, and the clothes 6 hung on the hanger body 22 can be ensured, and the clothes 6 can be normally detached from the hanger body 22 in the power-on state of the motor 41 or in the power-off state of the motor 41, so that the use safety and the user experience of the clothes care device are improved.
The motor 41 may be a stepping motor, a servo motor, or any motor whose position can be changed by man-made, gravity or inertia reasons when the power is turned off.
As shown in fig. 3, the reset assembly 5 includes a reset spring 51 and a mount 52, the mount 52 is fixed to the cross frame 311 of the bracket 31, one end of the reset spring 51 is connected to the mount 52, and the other end of the reset spring 51 is connected to the moving member 32.
Further, in order to prevent the reset stroke of the reset assembly 5 from being excessively large, which may cause structural damage, a limit flange 313 is provided on the cross frame 311 of the bracket 31.
In some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 5 and 6, in order to prevent the garment from being wrinkled or damaged due to the excessive impact force of the moving member 32, a buffer member is provided on the moving member 32, and the buffer member may be provided in any of the following forms:
one arrangement of the cushioning element is: the moving member 32 includes a first moving portion 322 and a first pressing portion 323, and a buffer spring 326 is connected between the first moving portion 322 and the first pressing portion 323, where the buffer spring 326 not only can alleviate the impact force of the moving member 32, but also can adapt to the clothes hanging with different thicknesses between the first pressing portion 323 and the hanger body 22.
As shown in fig. 5, the first moving portion 322 is provided with a rack portion 321, the rack portion 321 is meshed with a gear 42, and the gear 42 operates to drive the rack portion 321 to move, that is, the first moving portion 322 moves along the extending direction of the guide 33, so as to compress a buffer spring 326, and the buffer spring 326 pushes the first pressing portion 323 to move along the extending direction of the guide 33.
When the first pressing part 323 is quickly approaching to the clothes hanger body 22 and impacts on clothes 6, the first pressing part 323 rebounds to compress the buffer spring 326, and the buffer spring 326 can absorb part of impact force to play a good role in buffering; meanwhile, when the first pressing portion 323 collides with the laundry 6, the buffer spring 326 is in a compressed state, and can provide a certain clamping force for the laundry.
Another arrangement of the buffer is: the first moving part 322 and the first pressing part 323 are integrally formed, and a cushion pad is arranged at one end of the first pressing part 323, which is close to the hanger body 22, that is, a cushion pad is arranged at one end of the moving part 32, which is close to the hanger body 22, and the cushion pad can be adhered to the moving part 32.
As shown in fig. 4 to 6, in the use process of the embodiment provided by the invention, when an anti-falling force needs to be applied to the clothes 6, the motor 41 drives the gear 42 to operate, the gear 42 drives the first moving part 322 to move, the first moving part 322 pushes the buffer spring 326, and the buffer spring 326 makes the first pressing part 323 approach to the clothes 6; while the first moving part 322 moves to compress the return spring 51.
When the first pressing portion 323 abuts against the hanger body 22 and is engaged with the hanger body 22 to clamp the laundry 6, the motor 41 stops rotating, so that the gear 42 is kept stationary. At this time, both the buffer spring 326 and the return spring 51 are in a compressed state.
When the laundry 6 needs to be loosened, the motor 41 may drive the gear 42 to operate so as to restore the first moving part 322 and the first pressing part 323 to the initial positions.
Or when the motor 41 is suddenly powered off, the gear 42 may rotate under the action of an external force, that is, the gear 42 retracts the first moving portion 322 and the first pressing portion 323 to the initial positions under the action of the elastic restoring force of the restoring spring 51, at this time, the first pressing portion 323 is separated from the clothes 6, which corresponds to a hanging and detaching space formed between the first pressing portion 323 and the hanger body 22, and the clothes 6 can be detached, as shown in fig. 5.
In some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 7, on the basis of the above embodiments, unlike the above embodiments, the moving member 32 includes a second moving portion 324 and a second pressing portion 325, the second moving portion 324 and the second pressing portion 325 are connected by a flexible connection 327, and when the second pressing portion 325 abuts against the hanger body 22, the second pressing portion 325 and the hanger body 22 are provided with a magnetic clamping assembly 34 adapted to clamp the laundry 6.
The second pressing portion 325 can be attracted to move to contact with the hanger body 22 by the magnetic attraction between the first magnetic member 341 and the second magnetic member 342, and at this time, the clothes 6 are clamped by the first magnetic member 341 and the second magnetic member 342 at both sides, so that the clothes 6 can be prevented from sliding off the hanger body 22, and the clamping effect between the second pressing portion 325 and the hanger body 22 can be improved.
As shown in fig. 7, the guide 33 may be either a slide rail or a slider, and when the guide 33 is a slide rail, the slide rail may be integrally formed with the bracket 31 or may be attached to the bracket 31 by a fastener such as a bolt. The moving member 32 is provided with a sliding block matched with the sliding rail, and the moving member 32 is connected to the guiding member 33 in a guiding way through the matching of the sliding block and the sliding rail, or the moving member 32 can be directly sleeved on the sliding rail to realize guiding movement.
The flexible connector 327 may include, among other things, push-pull cords, springs, etc., flexible connectors that provide cushioning and connection.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the magnetic clamping assembly 34 includes a first magnetic member 341 and a second magnetic member 342, the first magnetic member 341 is disposed on the second pressing portion 325, and the second magnetic member 342 is disposed on the hanger body 22. The second magnetic member 342 may be disposed on an extension line of the moving path of the first magnetic member 341, so that the first magnetic member 341 is magnetically clamped with the second magnetic member 342 during moving along with the second pressing portion 325.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the magnetic clamping assembly 34 may further include a coil, a combination of a coil and a magnet, etc., so that the second pressing portion 325 is attracted to the hanger body 22 under the action of the magnetic field, and any component capable of generating the magnetic field, which cooperates with the hanger body 22 to clamp the clothes 6.
As shown in fig. 7 to 10, in the use process of the embodiment provided by the invention, when an anti-falling force needs to be applied to the clothes 6, the motor 41 drives the gear 42 to operate, the gear 42 drives the second moving part 324 to move, and the second moving part 324 pushes the flexible connecting piece 327 to enable the second pressing part 325 to approach the clothes 6; while the second moving part 324 moves to compress the return spring 51.
When the motor 41 stops rotating, that is, the gear 42 keeps still, the magnetic attraction force between the first magnetic member 341 and the second magnetic member 342 makes the second pressing portion 325 attracted to move to abut against the hanger body 22, at this time, the clothes 6 are clamped by the first magnetic member 341 and the second magnetic member 342 on both sides, so that the clothes 6 can be prevented from sliding off the hanger body 22, the flexible connecting member 327 is in a relaxed state, and the return spring 51 is in a compressed state, as shown in fig. 9.
When the laundry 6 needs to be released, the motor 41 drives the gear 42 to operate so that the second moving part 324 and the second pressing part 325 are restored to the original positions. That is, the gear 42 is rotated by the driving of the motor 41, so that the second moving portion 324 and the second pressing portion 325 are retracted to the initial positions, and at this time, the first magnetic member 341 is separated from the second magnetic member 342, which corresponds to a space for hanging and detaching the clothes 6 between the second pressing portion 325 and the hanger body 22, as shown in fig. 10.
Other combinations of the above embodiments of the present invention are also possible and are not limited to the embodiments and the drawings. For example, in the case where the falling off prevention mechanism 3 includes the moving member 32 and the reset assembly 5; the anti-falling mechanism 3 includes a movable member 32 and a magnetic clamping assembly 34.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the laundry care device further comprises a steam generating device, a heat pump system and a fan for exchanging heat between air in the machine body 1 and an evaporator and a condenser in the heat pump system and blowing dust to the laundry 6.
As shown in fig. 1, the steam generating apparatus includes a clean water tank 11 provided at the bottom of the machine body 1, and a steam discharge port 15 communicating with the clean water tank 11, and steam is discharged through the steam discharge port 15 for sterilizing, humidifying, and removing wrinkles from the laundry 6.
The heat pump system comprises an air inlet 13, an air outlet 14 and a waste water tank 12 which are arranged at the bottom of the machine body 1, cold air entering from the air inlet 13 is heated, hot air is discharged from the air outlet 14, clothes 6 hung on a clothes hanger body 22 are dried, and water after air return, condensation and dehumidification of the air inlet 13 enters the waste water tank 12 to be collected.
The clothes 6 are required to be hung in the corresponding clothes hanging space by the clothes care cabinet and the like, and the anti-falling mechanism 3 is installed by the device for nursing the clothes 6 according to the setting mode of the clothes care device, and the description is omitted herein.
As shown in fig. 2, another aspect of the present invention provides a hanger 2 for a laundry care device, comprising a fixing body 21, a hanger body 22, and an anti-falling mechanism 3. Wherein the fixing body 21 is adapted to be mounted to the body 1 of the laundry care device.
The fixing body 21 may be a U-shaped frame body as shown in fig. 2, and has an opening; a slide table 211 (not shown) facing inward from the opening is provided on the inner side of the fixed body 21, and a slide groove 221 (not shown) is provided on the hanger body 22 to be engaged with the slide table 211.
In the process of installing the clothes hanger body 22 and the fixed body 21, after the sliding groove 221 of the clothes hanger body 22 is matched with the sliding table 211 of the fixed body 21, the clothes hanger body 22 is pushed into the fixed body 21 from the opening position of the fixed body 21, and the detachable connection between the clothes hanger body 22 and the fixed body 21 is completed.
The anti-falling mechanism 3 is mounted on the fixed body 21 or the clothes hanger body 22 and is suitable for switching between a first state and a second state along a set path; in the first state, a hanging and detaching space is formed between the anti-falling mechanism 3 and the clothes hanger body 22; in the second state, the falling-off prevention mechanism 3 abuts against the hanger body 22.
According to the embodiment of the invention, the anti-falling mechanism 3 is arranged on the clothes hanger 2 for the clothes care device or the machine body 1 of the clothes care device, and the anti-falling mechanism 3 is matched with the clothes hanger 2 to clamp the clothes 6 hung on the clothes hanger 2, so that the clothes 6 are prevented from sliding off the clothes hanger 2, and therefore, in the use process of the clothes care device provided by the invention, the slide fastener or button of the clothes 6 is not required to be repeatedly operated, the clothes 6 can be effectively prevented from sliding off the clothes hanger 2 in the care process, the operation is simple, and time and labor are saved.

1. A garment care device, comprising:
a machine body provided with a clothes hanging space;
the clothes hanger is arranged in the clothes hanging space;
an anti-drop mechanism mounted on at least one of the body and the hanger and adapted to switch between a first state and a second state along a set path; in the first state, a hanging and unloading space is formed between the anti-falling mechanism and the clothes hanger; in the second state, the anti-falling mechanism is abutted against the clothes hanger;
the anti-falling mechanism comprises a bracket and a moving piece arranged on the bracket;
the moving member is adapted to switch between the first state and the second state along a set path.
2. The garment care device of claim 1, wherein the anti-drop mechanism further comprises a guide;
the guide piece is mounted on the bracket;
the moving member moves linearly along the extending direction of the guide member.
3. The garment care device of claim 2, wherein the anti-drop mechanism further comprises a drive assembly;
the driving assembly is mounted on the support and connected with the moving piece to drive the moving piece to switch between the first state and the second state along the extending direction of the guiding piece.
4. A laundry care device according to claim 3, wherein the drive assembly comprises a motor and a gear;
the motor is arranged on the bracket, and the gear is in transmission connection with the motor;
the movable piece is provided with a rack part which is matched with the gear in a transmission way.
5. The garment care device of claim 3, wherein the anti-drop mechanism further comprises a reset assembly coupled to the moving member;
and under the condition that the driving assembly is powered off, the reset assembly is used for driving the moving piece to return to the initial position, so that the anti-falling mechanism is switched to the first state.
6. The garment care device of claim 5, wherein the reset assembly comprises a reset spring and a mount;
the mounting seat is mounted on the bracket;
one end of the return spring is connected with the mounting seat, and the other end of the return spring is connected with the moving piece.

in the first state, a hanging and unloading space is formed between the anti-falling mechanism and the clothes hanger body; in the second state, the anti-falling mechanism is abutted against the clothes hanger body.
