The guide 33 may be a cylindrical structure, and as shown in fig. 3, the cross-sectional shape of the guide 33 may be a circular ring, a square frame, a rectangular frame, a triangular frame, or the like, and the cross-sectional shape of the moving member 32 is adapted to the cross-sectional shape of the guide 33.
For example, when the cross section of the guide 33 is a square frame, the moving member 32 may be a quadrangular prism, the moving member 32 is nested inside the guide 33, and a corresponding force is manually applied to the moving member 32, so that the moving member 32 moves along the extending direction of the guide 33, can approach the clothes hanger body 22 and can abut against the clothes hanger body 22.
In some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 3 and 4, the anti-drop mechanism 3 further includes a driving assembly 4, and the driving assembly 4 operates to move the moving member 32 along the set path, so as to realize automatic control, instead of manually applying a force to the moving member 32 to move the moving member.
Specifically, the driving assembly 4 includes a motor 41, a gear 42 and a transmission shaft 43; the motor 41 is mounted on the cross frame 311 of the bracket 31, the gear 42 can be directly connected to the motor 41 in a transmission manner, and the gear 42 can also be connected to the motor 41 through the transmission shaft 43.
The moving member 32 is provided with a rack portion 321 which is engaged with the gear 42 for transmission, the motor 41 is electrified to rotate, and the transmission shaft 43 is driven to rotate so as to drive the gear 42 to operate, so that the moving member 32 moves to approach the clothes 6 until the moving member 32 props against the clothes 6, and the clothes 6 are clamped between the moving member 32 and the clothes hanger body 22.
The motor 41 is electrified and rotates reversely, so that the moving member 32 moves to be separated from the clothes 6 until a hanging and unloading space is formed between the moving member 32 and the clothes hanger body 22, and the clothes 6 can be easily unloaded from the clothes hanger body 22.
In order to make the entire structure of the drop-off prevention mechanism 3 compact, the structure of the bracket 31 may be designed adaptively, for example, a space for installing the motor 41 is opened in the cross frame 311 of the bracket 31.
A motor mounting seat (not numbered in the figure) is mounted on one side or two sides of the avoidance space, and an output shaft of the motor 41 is in transmission connection with the motor mounting seat through a bearing, so that the motor 41 is mounted in the avoidance space.
In some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 3 and 4, the falling off prevention mechanism 3 further includes a reset component 5, and the reset component 5 is mounted on the cross frame 311 of the bracket 31 and connected with the moving member 32, so as to reset the moving member 32 to the initial position, that is, the falling off prevention mechanism 3 is switched to the first state, that is, a hanging and unloading space is formed between the moving member 32 and the clothes hanger 2.
When the motor 41 is powered off, the driving gear 42 cannot work through the motor 41, so that the moving member 32 returns to the initial position, that is, when a hanging and unloading space cannot be formed between the moving member 32 and the hanger body 22, the reset assembly 5 works to automatically reset the moving member 32, so as to ensure that the clothes 6 hung on the hanger body 22 can be normally unloaded from the hanger body 22 no matter in the power-on state of the motor 41 or in the power-off state of the motor 41, and therefore the use safety and the user experience of the clothes care device are improved.
The motor 41 may be a stepping motor, a servo motor, or any motor whose position can be changed by human, gravity, or inertia when the power is turned off.
As shown in fig. 3, the restoring assembly 5 includes a restoring spring 51 and a mounting seat 52, the mounting seat 52 is fixed on the cross frame 311 of the bracket 31, one end of the restoring spring 51 is connected with the mounting seat 52, and the other end of the restoring spring 51 is connected with the moving member 32.
Further, in order to prevent the reset stroke of the reset assembly 5 from being too large and causing structural damage, a limit flange 313 is provided on the cross frame 311 of the bracket 31.
In some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 5 and 6, in order to prevent the clothes from being wrinkled or damaged due to an excessive impact force of the moving member 32, a buffer member is disposed on the moving member 32, and the buffer member may be disposed in any one of the following forms:
one arrangement of the buffer member is as follows: the moving member 32 comprises a first moving part 322 and a first pressing part 323, a buffer spring 326 is connected between the first moving part 322 and the first pressing part 323, and the buffer spring 326 not only can relieve the impact force of the moving member 32, but also can adapt to clothes with different thicknesses and is hung between the first pressing part 323 and the clothes hanger body 22.
As shown in fig. 5, the rack portion 321 is disposed on the first moving portion 322, the rack portion 321 is engaged with the gear 42, the gear 42 operates to drive the rack portion 321 to move, that is, the first moving portion 322 moves along the extending direction of the guide 33, so as to compress the buffer spring 326, and the buffer spring 326 pushes the first pressing portion 323 to move along the extending direction of the guide 33.
When the first pressing part 323 rapidly approaches the hanger body 22 and impacts on the clothes 6, the first pressing part 323 rebounds to compress the buffer spring 326, and the buffer spring 326 can absorb part of impact force to achieve a good buffering effect; meanwhile, when the first pressing portion 323 abuts against the clothes 6, the buffer spring 326 is in a compressed state, and can provide a certain clamping force for the clothes.
Another arrangement form of the buffer member is as follows: the first moving portion 322 and the first pressing portion 323 are integrally formed, and a cushion is arranged at one end of the first pressing portion 323 close to the clothes hanger body 22, that is, at one end of the moving member 32 close to the clothes hanger body 22, and the cushion can be adhered to the moving member 32.
As shown in fig. 4 to 6, in the use process of the embodiment of the present invention, when an anti-falling acting force needs to be applied to the clothes 6, the motor 41 drives the gear 42 to operate, the gear 42 drives the first moving portion 322 to move, the first moving portion 322 pushes the buffer spring 326, and the buffer spring 326 makes the first pressing portion 323 approach to the clothes 6; while the first moving portion 322 moves to compress the return spring 51.
When the first pressing portion 323 abuts on the hanger body 22 and engages with the hanger body 22 to clamp the laundry 6, the motor 41 stops rotating to keep the gear 42 stationary. At this time, both the buffer spring 326 and the return spring 51 are in a compressed state.
When it is necessary to release the laundry 6, the motor 41 may drive the gear 42 to operate so as to restore the first moving portion 322 and the first pressing portion 323 to the initial positions.
Or when the motor 41 is suddenly powered off, the gear 42 can rotate under the action of external force, that is, the gear 42 retracts the first moving part 322 and the first pressing part 323 to the initial position under the action of the elastic restoring force of the return spring 51, at this time, the first pressing part 323 is separated from the clothes 6, that is, a hanging and unloading space is formed between the first pressing part 323 and the clothes hanger body 22, and the clothes 6 can be unloaded, as shown in fig. 5.
In some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 7, on the basis of the above embodiments, different from the above embodiments, the moving member 32 includes a second moving portion 324 and a second pressing portion 325, the second moving portion 324 and the second pressing portion 325 are connected by a flexible connecting member 327, and when the second pressing portion 325 abuts against the hanger body 22, the second pressing portion 325 and the hanger body 22 are provided with a magnetic clamping assembly 34 adapted to clamp the clothing 6.
The magnetic attraction between the first magnetic member 341 and the second magnetic member 342 enables the second pressing portion 325 to be attracted and moved to abut against the clothes hanger body 22, and at this time, the clothes 6 are clamped by the first magnetic member 341 and the second magnetic member 342 on both sides, so that the clothes 6 can be prevented from sliding off the clothes hanger body 22, and the clamping effect between the second pressing portion 325 and the clothes hanger body 22 can be improved.
As shown in fig. 7, the guide 33 may be a slide rail or a slider, and when the guide 33 is a slide rail, the slide rail may be integrally formed with the bracket 31, or may be attached to the bracket 31 by a fastener such as a bolt. The moving member 32 is provided with a sliding block matched with the sliding rail, and the moving member 32 is connected to the guide member 33 in a guiding manner through the matching of the sliding block and the sliding rail, or the moving member 32 can be directly sleeved on the sliding rail to realize guiding movement.
The flexible connector 327 may include a push-pull string, a spring, etc., and may provide a flexible connector for cushioning and connecting.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the magnetically attractive clamping assembly 34 includes a first magnetic member 341 and a second magnetic member 342, the first magnetic member 341 is disposed on the second pressing portion 325, and the second magnetic member 342 is disposed on the hanger body 22. The second magnetic member 342 can be disposed on an extension line of a moving path of the first magnetic member 341, so that the first magnetic member 341 and the second magnetic member 342 are magnetically clamped when moving along with the second pressing portion 325.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the magnetically attractive clamping assembly 34 may further include a coil, a combination of a coil and a magnet, etc., so that the second pressing portion 325 is attracted to the hanger body 22 under the action of the magnetic field, and cooperates with the hanger body 22 to clamp the clothes 6.
As shown in fig. 7 to 10, in the use process of the embodiment of the present invention, when an anti-falling acting force needs to be applied to the clothes 6, the motor 41 drives the gear 42 to operate, the gear 42 drives the second moving portion 324 to move, and the second moving portion 324 pushes the flexible connecting element 327, so that the second pressing portion 325 approaches to the clothes 6; while the second moving portion 324 moves to compress the return spring 51.
When the motor 41 stops rotating, that is, the gear 42 remains stationary, the second pressing portion 325 is attracted and moved to abut against the clothes hanger body 22 by the magnetic attraction between the first magnetic member 341 and the second magnetic member 342, at this time, the clothes 6 are clamped by the first magnetic member 341 and the second magnetic member 342 on both sides, the clothes 6 can be prevented from sliding off the clothes hanger body 22, the flexible connecting piece 327 is in a loose state, and the return spring 51 is in a compressed state, as shown in fig. 9.
When it is required to release the laundry 6, the motor 41 drives the gear 42 to operate to restore the second moving portion 324 and the second pressing portion 325 to the original positions. That is, the gear 42 is rotated by the driving of the motor 41 to retract the second moving portion 324 and the second pressing portion 325 to the initial positions, and at this time, the first magnetic member 341 is separated from the second magnetic member 342, so that a hanging and unloading space is formed between the second pressing portion 325 and the hanger body 22, and the clothes 6 can be unloaded, as shown in fig. 10.
The above-described embodiments of the present invention may be combined in other forms, and are not limited to the embodiments and the drawings. For example, the anti-drop mechanism 3 includes the moving member 32 and the reset assembly 5; the falling-off preventive mechanism 3 includes a moving member 32 and a magnetically attracting jig assembly 34.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the laundry care device further comprises a steam generating device, a heat pump system, and a fan for exchanging heat between air in the machine body 1 and an evaporator and a condenser in the heat pump system and blowing and removing dust from the laundry 6.
As shown in fig. 1, the steam generating device includes a fresh water tank 11 provided at the bottom of the machine body 1, and a steam outlet 15 communicated with the fresh water tank 11, and the steam is discharged through the steam outlet 15 for sterilizing, humidifying, and removing wrinkles of the laundry 6.
The heat pump system comprises an air inlet 13, an air outlet 14 and a waste water tank 12 which are arranged at the bottom of the machine body 1, cold air entering from the air inlet 13 is heated and then hot air is discharged from the air outlet 14 to dry clothes 6 hung on the clothes hanger body 22, and water after return air, condensation and dehumidification at the air inlet 13 enters the waste water tank 12 to be collected.
The clothes nursing cabinet and other devices which need to hang the clothes 6 in the corresponding clothes hanging space and nurse the clothes 6 install the anti-falling mechanism 3 according to the arrangement form of the clothes nursing device, which is not described in detail herein.
As shown in fig. 2, another aspect of the present invention provides a hanger 2 for a clothes care device, including a fixed body 21, a hanger body 22 and a falling off preventive mechanism 3. Wherein the stationary body 21 is adapted to be mounted to the body 1 of the laundry care device.
The fixing body 21 may be a "U" -shaped frame body as shown in fig. 2, having an opening; a slide table 211 (not numbered in the figure) is provided on the inner side of the fixed body 21 so as to face the inside from the opening, and a slide groove 221 (not numbered in the figure) is provided on the hanger body 22 so as to be engaged with the slide table 211.
In the installation process of the clothes hanger body 22 and the fixed body 21, after the sliding groove 221 of the clothes hanger body 22 is matched with the sliding table 211 of the fixed body 21, the clothes hanger body 22 is pushed into the fixed body 21 from the opening position of the fixed body 21, and the detachable connection between the clothes hanger body 22 and the fixed body 21 is completed.
The drop-off prevention mechanism 3 is mounted on the fixed body 21 or the hanger body 22 and adapted to switch between a first state and a second state along a set path; in the first state, a hanging and unloading space is formed between the anti-falling mechanism 3 and the clothes hanger body 22; in the second state, the drop-off prevention mechanism 3 abuts on the hanger body 22.
According to the embodiment of the invention, the anti-falling mechanism 3 is arranged on the clothes hanger 2 for the clothes care device or the machine body 1 of the clothes care device, the anti-falling mechanism 3 is matched with the clothes hanger 2 to clamp the clothes 6 hung on the clothes hanger 2, and the clothes 6 are prevented from falling off the clothes hanger 2, so that the clothes care device provided by the invention can effectively prevent the clothes 6 from falling off the clothes hanger 2 in the care process without repeatedly operating a zipper or a button of the clothes 6 in the use process, and the operation is simple, time-saving and labor-saving.

a body having a clothes hanging space;
the clothes rack is arranged in the clothes hanging space;
an anti-drop mechanism installed at least one of the body and the hanger and adapted to be switched between a first state and a second state along a set path;
in the first state, a hanging and unloading space is formed between the anti-falling mechanism and the clothes rack; and in the second state, the anti-falling mechanism is abutted to the clothes hanger.
2. A garment care device as claimed in claim 1, wherein the fall-off prevention mechanism comprises a bracket, and a moving member provided on the bracket;
the moving member is adapted to switch between the first state and the second state along a set path.
3. A garment care device as claimed in claim 2, wherein the fall-off prevention mechanism further comprises a guide;
the guide piece is mounted on the bracket;
the moving member linearly moves in an extending direction of the guide member.
4. A garment care device as claimed in claim 3, wherein the fall-off prevention mechanism further comprises a drive assembly;
the driving assembly is installed on the support, and the driving assembly is connected with the moving member so as to drive the moving member to switch between the first state and the second state along the extending direction of the guide member.
5. A garment care device as claimed in claim 4, characterized in that the drive assembly comprises a motor and a gear;
the motor is arranged on the bracket, and the gear is in transmission connection with the motor;
and a rack part is arranged on the moving part and is matched with the gear in a transmission way.
