And thirdly, automatically closing the door: the wax motor 310 is powered off, the mandril of the wax motor 310 retracts to return to the initial state, and the driving rod 320 retracts under the action of the return spring 340 to drive the lever 330 to return clockwise. As shown in fig. 1, 6 and 7, when the door 200 loses its ejection force, the door 200 rotates in the direction of the inner container 100 due to the self-lifting force and the pulling force of the door pulling rope 431, and finally, a stable door closing state is achieved by the attraction force of the magnet.
Fourth, the wax motor 310 cannot be maintained in an energized state for a long time due to its inherent characteristics. In order to realize the automatic door opening and closing function within a certain time, the automatic door opening and closing function can be realized by repeating the automatic door opening stage and the automatic door closing stage.
In one embodiment, referring to fig. 5 and 8, N satisfies: n is more than 0 and less than or equal to 30. When N is set too large, the top of the dish washing machine is too small, and the overall attractiveness and practicability are affected. In an embodiment, referring to fig. 1 and 2, the wax motor 310 is disposed on the outer top wall of the inner container 100, the specific driving mechanism 300 may be disposed at a middle position of the outer top wall of the inner container 100 near the door 200, and the moving direction of the piston rod 311 of the wax motor 310 is perpendicular to the side of the inner container 100 closest to the side of the door 200.
In an embodiment, referring to fig. 1, a baffle 110 is disposed on an edge of an outer top wall of the inner container 100 near one side of the door body 200, an extension section 210 extending from the inner container 100 is disposed at a top end of the door body 200, the first suction piece 111 is disposed on the baffle 110, and the second suction piece 211 is disposed at a position of the extension section 210 corresponding to the first suction piece 111. Specifically, two first suction pieces 111 may be disposed on the baffle 110 at intervals, two second suction pieces 211 may be disposed at intervals at positions corresponding to the extension sections 210, when the door body 200 is located at the closing position, the baffle 110 is parallel to the extension sections 210, and the first suction pieces 111 are parallel to the second suction pieces 211. The shutter 110 may be formed with a through hole or notch that accommodates the insertion of the driving rod 320 to avoid interference with the driving rod 320.
In an embodiment, referring to fig. 1 and 9, the anti-falling mechanism 400 includes a hinge 410, an elastic member 420, and a transmission assembly 430, wherein one end of the hinge 410 is fixed to one side of the bottom end of the door body 200, one end of the elastic member 420 is connected to the inner container 100, the transmission assembly 430 is connected between the elastic member 420 and the hinge 410, and the transmission assembly 430 is configured to have a tendency of constantly pulling the door body 200 to rotate around the inner container 100 toward a direction close to the inner container 100 under the driving of the elastic member 420, so that the door body 200 can be prevented from falling suddenly when being opened.
In one embodiment, referring to fig. 1 and 9, the driving assembly 430 includes a pulling rope 431 and at least one roller 432 installed on the outer wall surface of the inner container 100, one end of the pulling rope 431 is connected to the other end of the elastic member 420, and the other end of the pulling rope 431 is connected to the hinge 410 after passing around each roller 432 in turn. The other end of the pulling rope 431 can be provided with a hanging ring 433, and the hanging ring 433 is hooked on the hook of the hinge 410, so that the connection between the two is realized.
In an embodiment, referring to fig. 1 and fig. 2, the bottom of the inner container 100 is provided with two base assemblies 120, and two rollers 432 are provided, and the two rollers 432 are rotatably installed on the outer side wall of the base assembly 120 close to the door body 200; the elastic member 420 is a tension spring 421, an adjusting plate 440 is disposed on an outer sidewall of the inner container 100, and when the number of the rollers 432 is two or more, any two of the rollers 432 and the adjusting plate 440 are not in the same line. A plurality of adjusting holes are vertically arranged on the adjusting plate 440 at intervals, and the hook at one end of the tension spring 421 can be hung on any one of the adjusting holes, namely, the hook at one end of the tension spring 421 can be selected on one of the adjusting holes at a proper position as required, so that the tension degree of the pull rope 431 is suitable for the actual application requirement; one end of the pull rope 431 is connected to the hook at the other end of the tension spring 421. The interior of the base component 120 can be provided with a hollow structure, so that other water pipes and wire harnesses can be arranged in the interior of the base component, and meanwhile, the base material is saved; the roller 432, the pulling rope 431 and the tension spring 421 are arranged on the side of the inner container 100, and the design of the anti-falling mechanism 400 is relatively simple because the space on the side of the inner container 100 is large.
In an embodiment, referring to fig. 1, 2 and 9, two anti-falling mechanisms 400 are provided, and the two anti-falling mechanisms 400 are symmetrically disposed at two opposite sides of the inner container 100 in the width direction, that is, the anti-falling mechanisms 400 are symmetrically disposed at the left and right sides of the inner container 100, so that the opening and closing process of the door 200 is more stable than the single anti-falling mechanism 400. The other end of the hinge 410 is hinged to the base assembly 120, specifically, a fixing plate 450 may be disposed on a position of an outer side wall of the base assembly 120, which is close to the hinge 410, and the fixing plate 450 and the hinge 410 are connected by a rivet 411, so that the rivets 411 on both sides form a rotating shaft of the door body 200 rotating around the inner container 100, and the door body 200 rotates around the rivets 411 on both sides.

Claims (15)

1. A dishwasher, characterized by: the method comprises the following steps:
the inner container is provided with a first suction accessory;
the bottom end of the door body is hinged with the inner container, and the door body is provided with a second adsorption piece which can be adsorbed by the first adsorption piece;
the drive mechanism comprises a wax motor, a drive rod and a linkage piece, wherein the wax motor is arranged on the outer wall surface of the inner container, one end of the linkage piece abuts against a piston rod of the wax motor, and the other end of the linkage piece abuts against the drive rod;
the anti-falling mechanism is elastic and is arranged between the inner container and the door body, so that the door body has the tendency of rotating around the inner container towards the direction close to the inner container;
wherein the wax motor is electrically connected with a controller of the dishwasher, and the controller controls the wax motor to be turned on or off according to the working state of the dishwasher.
2. The dishwasher of claim 1, wherein: the drive mechanism further comprises a shell installed on the outer wall surface of the inner container, the wax motor, the linkage piece and the drive rod are contained in the shell, a through hole is formed in one side, close to the door body, of the shell, and one end of the drive rod extends out of the through hole.

The dishwasher of claim 2, wherein: the wax motor is characterized in that a fixed shaft is arranged in the shell, the linkage piece comprises a lever which is rotatably arranged on the fixed shaft, one end of the lever is abutted to a piston rod of the wax motor, and the other end of the lever is abutted to the driving rod.
