Examples of effects
The following table 1 shows the analysis results of the antibacterial property, the anti-mite effect, the skin care and health care property, the water washing resistance and the fiber strength of the soy protein plant traditional Chinese medicine multifunctional viscose fibers prepared in the examples 1 to 3 and the comparative examples 1 to 4 of the present invention.

From table 1, it can be seen that the soybean protein plant traditional Chinese medicine multifunctional viscose fiber prepared in examples 1, 2 and 3 has good antibacterial property, anti-mite effect, skin care and health care property, water washing resistance and fiber strength; compared with the experimental data of examples 1, 2 and 3 and comparative example 1, it can be found that the soybean protein solution prepared by using cysteine and the subsequent blending spinning can form Schiff base, and the prepared soybean protein plant traditional Chinese medicine multifunctional viscose fiber has strong washing resistance, antibacterial property and skin care health care property; from the experimental data of the examples 1, 2 and 3 and the comparative example 2, it can be found that the vegetable traditional Chinese medicine extract solution prepared by using the myrtle extract is subjected to subsequent blending spinning to form Schiff base, and the prepared soybean protein vegetable traditional Chinese medicine multifunctional viscose fiber has strong antibacterial property, water washing resistance and anti-mite effect; from the experimental data of examples 1, 2, 3 and comparative example 3, it can be found that the soybean protein plant traditional Chinese medicine multifunctional viscose fiber prepared by using urea to prepare viscose fiber spinning solution forms polyamide, and has strong water washing resistance and high fiber strength; from the experimental data of examples 1, 2, 3 and comparative example 4, it can be found that the soybean protein plant traditional Chinese medicine multifunctional viscose fiber prepared by using the ultrasonic-assisted viscose process to prepare the viscose fiber spinning solution has strong water washing resistance and high fiber strength.

Claims (9)

1. A preparation method of a soybean protein plant traditional Chinese medicine multifunctional viscose fiber is characterized in that the soybean protein plant traditional Chinese medicine multifunctional viscose fiber is prepared by blending and spinning a soybean protein solution, a viscose fiber spinning solution and a plant traditional Chinese medicine extract solution; the soybean protein solution is prepared by mixing soybean protein and cysteine; the viscose fiber spinning solution is prepared by carrying out ultrasonic-assisted viscose process on alpha cellulose by using urea; the plant traditional Chinese medicine extract solution is obtained by mixing a broom cypress seed extract, a sophora alopecuroides extract and a myrtle extract.
2. The method for preparing the multifunctional viscose fiber prepared from soybean protein plants and traditional Chinese medicines according to claim 1, wherein the method for preparing the multifunctional viscose fiber prepared from soybean protein plants and traditional Chinese medicines comprises the following steps: spinning the blended spinning solution by using a screw extruder at a spinning speed of 800-1000 m/min, sequentially introducing 800-1000 m/min into a coagulating bath liquid at 45-55 ℃, a desulfurizing bath liquid at 65-85 ℃ and an oil bath liquid at 45-55 ℃ for treatment, and drying at 95-105 ℃ for 30-50 min to prepare the multifunctional soybean protein plant traditional Chinese medicine viscose fiber.
3. The method for preparing the soy protein plant traditional Chinese medicine multifunctional viscose fiber as claimed in claim 2, wherein the soy protein plant traditional Chinese medicine multifunctional viscose fiber contains soy isoflavone, and the content of soy isoflavone is 10-200 ppm.

The method for preparing the multifunctional soybean protein plant traditional Chinese medicine viscose fiber as claimed in claim 2, wherein the coagulation bath liquid comprises 95-105 parts by weight of sulfuric acid, 290-300 parts by weight of sodium sulfate and 600-800 parts by weight of deionized water; the desulfurization bath solution comprises 4-6 parts by weight of sodium sulfite and 900-1100 parts by weight of deionized water; the oil bath liquid is silicone oil.

The preparation method of the multifunctional viscose fiber prepared from soybean protein, plants and traditional Chinese medicines according to claim 2, wherein the preparation method of the blended spinning solution is as follows: at the temperature of 60-80 ℃, mixing a soybean protein solution, a viscose spinning stock solution and a plant traditional Chinese medicine extract solution according to the mass ratio of 1: 3: 0.6-1: 5: 0.8, dripping concentrated sulfuric acid with the mass fraction of 98% and 0.003-0.005 times of the mass of the viscose fiber spinning solution at 30-40 drops/min, stirring for 2-4 h at 1200-1300 r/min, and defoaming for 30-50 min under the condition of 10-20 Pa to prepare the blended spinning solution.

The preparation method of the soy protein plant traditional Chinese medicine multifunctional viscose fiber as claimed in claim 5, wherein the preparation method of the soy protein solution is as follows: under the temperature of 40-60 ℃, mixing soybean protein with 3-6% of sodium hydroxide aqueous solution according to the mass ratio of 1: 9-12, stirring at 200-400 r/min for 5-10 min, adding cysteine which is 0.0003-0.003 times of the mass of the soybean protein in the solution, and continuously stirring for 10-20 min to prepare the soybean protein solution.

The method for preparing the multifunctional traditional Chinese medicine viscose fiber from soybean protein plants as claimed in claim 5, wherein the preparation method of the viscose fiber spinning dope comprises the following steps: at the temperature of 19-21 ℃, mixing alpha cellulose with a sodium hydroxide solution with the mass fraction of 18-20% according to the mass ratio of 1: 2-4, stirring at 500-700 r/min for 40-60 min, then performing filter pressing, crushing, sieving with a 800-1000 mesh sieve, and performing filtration at 60-80 ℃ and 0.6-0.8 MPa for 2-3 m3Introducing carbon disulfide for 2-3 h/min,and then adding urea with the mass of 0.04-0.06 times of that of alpha cellulose and ethanol with the mass of 10-20 times of that of the alpha cellulose, carrying out ultrasonic treatment for 30-40 min at 30-40 kHz, and standing for 11-13 h while keeping the temperature to prepare the viscose spinning solution.

The preparation method of the soy protein plant traditional Chinese medicine multifunctional viscose fiber as claimed in claim 5, wherein the preparation method of the plant traditional Chinese medicine extract solution is as follows: adjusting the pH value of deionized water to 7.0-8.0 by using a sodium hydroxide aqueous solution with the mass fraction of 0.3% -0.6% at 45-55 ℃, and stirring for 5-15 min at 200-400 r/min to prepare weakly alkaline deionized water; then, mixing the plant traditional Chinese medicine extract and weakly alkaline deionized water according to the mass ratio of 1: 0.15 to 0.2, stirring for 1.5 to 2.5 hours at 600 to 800r/min, cooling to 20 to 25 ℃ at 3 to 4 ℃/min, and filtering to obtain the plant traditional Chinese medicine extract solution.
