antibacterial property: the soybean protein plant traditional Chinese medicine multifunctional viscose fibers prepared by the same mass of examples and comparative examples are taken, and the antibacterial property is determined by testing the escherichia coli bacteriostasis rate of the soybean protein plant traditional Chinese medicine multifunctional viscose fibers according to the GB/T20944.3 standard.
The anti-mite effect is as follows: the soybean protein plant traditional Chinese medicine multifunctional viscose fibers prepared in the same mass of the examples and the comparative examples are taken, and the mite repellent rate of the soybean protein plant traditional Chinese medicine multifunctional viscose fibers is tested according to the GB/T24346 standard to determine the mite prevention effect.
Skin care and health care: the soybean protein plant traditional Chinese medicine multifunctional viscose fibers prepared in the same mass examples and comparative examples are taken, and the skin care and health care properties are determined by testing the protein content of the soybean protein plant traditional Chinese medicine multifunctional viscose fibers according to the FZ/T50018 standard.
Water washing resistance: taking the soybean protein plant traditional Chinese medicine multifunctional viscose fibers prepared in the same quality embodiment and comparative example, respectively testing the escherichia coli inhibition rate, the mite repellent rate and the soybean protein characteristic soybean isoflavone content of the soybean protein plant traditional Chinese medicine multifunctional viscose fibers according to GB/T20944.3, GB/T24346 and FZ/T50018 after washing for 30 times, and comparing the escherichia coli inhibition rate, the mite repellent rate and the soybean protein characteristic soybean isoflavone content before and after washing to determine the water washing resistance.
Fiber strength: the soybean protein plant traditional Chinese medicine multifunctional viscose fibers prepared in the same mass of the examples and the comparative examples are taken, and the fiber strength is tested according to the ISO3060 standard.
Example 1
A preparation method of a soybean protein plant traditional Chinese medicine multifunctional viscose fiber comprises the following preparation steps:
(1) at 40 ℃, mixing soybean protein and a 3% sodium hydroxide aqueous solution according to the mass ratio of 1: 9, mixing, stirring at 200r/min for 5min, adding cysteine with the mass of 0.0003 time of the soybean protein, and continuously stirring for 10min to prepare a soybean protein solution;
(2) at room temperature, mixing Kochiae fructus extract, Sophora alopecuroides extract and Myrtus communis extract according to a mass ratio of 4: 3: 1, mixing, stirring at 200r/min for 20min to prepare the plant traditional Chinese medicine extract; adjusting the pH value of deionized water to 7.0 by using 0.3% sodium hydroxide aqueous solution at 45 ℃, and stirring for 5min at 200r/min to prepare weakly alkaline deionized water; then, mixing the plant traditional Chinese medicine extract and weakly alkaline deionized water according to the mass ratio of 1: 0.15 mixing, stirring at 600r/min for 1.5 hr, cooling at 3 deg.C/min to 20 deg.C, and filtering to obtain plant Chinese medicinal extract solution;
(3) at the temperature of 19 ℃, mixing alpha cellulose and a sodium hydroxide solution with the mass fraction of 18% according to the mass ratio of 1: 2 mixing, stirring at 500r/min for 40min, press filtering, pulverizing, sieving with 800 mesh sieve at 60 deg.C and 0.6MPa for 2m3Introducing carbon disulfide for 2 h/min, adding urea with the mass of 0.04 times of that of alpha cellulose and ethanol with the mass of 10 times of that of the alpha cellulose, performing ultrasonic treatment at 30kHz for 30min, and standing for 11h while keeping the temperature to prepare viscose fiber spinning stock solution; at the temperature of 60 ℃, mixing a soybean protein solution, a viscose spinning solution and a plant traditional Chinese medicine extract solution according to the mass ratio of 1: 3: 0.6, dripping concentrated sulfuric acid with the mass fraction of 98 percent, which is 0.003 time of the mass of the viscose fiber spinning solution, into the mixture at 30 drops/min, stirring the mixture for 2 hours at 1200r/min, defoaming the mixture for 30 minutes under the condition of 10Pa, and preparing the blended mixtureSpinning solution;
(4) at room temperature, mixing sulfuric acid, sodium sulfate and deionized water according to a mass ratio of 95: 290: 600, mixing, and stirring at 200r/min for 20min to obtain a coagulation bath solution; at room temperature, sodium sulfite and deionized water are mixed according to the mass ratio of 4: 900, stirring at 200r/min for 20min to prepare the desulfurization bath solution; spinning the blended spinning solution by using a screw extruder at the spinning speed of 800m/min, sequentially introducing the blended spinning solution into 45 ℃ coagulation bath solution, 65 ℃ desulfurization bath solution and 45 ℃ silicone oil at the spinning speed of 800m/min for treatment, and drying the treated mixture at the temperature of 95 ℃ for 30min to prepare the soybean protein plant traditional Chinese medicine multifunctional viscose fiber.
Example 2
A preparation method of a soybean protein plant traditional Chinese medicine multifunctional viscose fiber comprises the following preparation steps:
(1) at 50 ℃, mixing soybean protein and a sodium hydroxide aqueous solution with the mass fraction of 4.5 percent according to the mass ratio of 1: 10, mixing, stirring for 8min at the speed of 300r/min, adding cysteine with the mass of 0.0017 times of that of the soybean protein, and continuously stirring for 15min to prepare a soybean protein solution;
(2) at room temperature, mixing Kochiae fructus extract, Sophora alopecuroides extract and Myrtus communis extract according to a mass ratio of 4: 4: 1.5 mixing, stirring at 300r/min for 30min to obtain plant Chinese medicinal extract; adjusting the pH value of deionized water to 7.5 by using 0.45 mass percent sodium hydroxide aqueous solution at 50 ℃, and stirring for 10min at 300r/min to prepare weakly alkaline deionized water; then, mixing the plant traditional Chinese medicine extract and weakly alkaline deionized water according to the mass ratio of 1: 0.17, stirring at 700r/min for 2h, cooling at 4 deg.C/min to 23 deg.C, and filtering to obtain plant Chinese medicinal extract solution;

(4) at room temperature, mixing sulfuric acid, sodium sulfate and deionized water according to a mass ratio of 100: 295: 700, stirring for 30min at the speed of 300r/min to prepare a coagulation bath liquid; at room temperature, sodium sulfite and deionized water are mixed according to the mass ratio of 5: 950, and stirring for 30min at the speed of 300r/min to prepare the desulfurization bath solution; spinning the blended spinning solution by using a screw extruder at the spinning speed of 900m/min, sequentially introducing the blended spinning solution into 50 ℃ coagulating bath solution, 75 ℃ desulfurizing bath solution and 50 ℃ silicone oil at the spinning speed of 900m/min for treatment, and drying at 100 ℃ for 40min to prepare the soybean protein plant traditional Chinese medicine multifunctional viscose fiber.
Example 3
A preparation method of a soybean protein plant traditional Chinese medicine multifunctional viscose fiber comprises the following preparation steps:
(1) at the temperature of 60 ℃, mixing soybean protein and a sodium hydroxide aqueous solution with the mass fraction of 6 percent according to the mass ratio of 1: 12, mixing, stirring at 400r/min for 10min, adding cysteine with the mass of 0.003 time of that of the soybean protein, and continuously stirring for 20min to prepare a soybean protein solution;
(2) at room temperature, mixing Kochiae fructus extract, Sophora alopecuroides extract and Myrtle extract according to the mass ratio of 5: 5: 2 mixing, stirring at 400r/min for 40min to obtain Chinese medicinal plant extract; adjusting the pH value of deionized water to 8.0 by using 0.6 mass percent sodium hydroxide aqueous solution at 55 ℃, and stirring for 15min at 400r/min to prepare weakly alkaline deionized water; then, mixing the plant traditional Chinese medicine extract and weakly alkaline deionized water according to the mass ratio of 1: 0.2 mixing, stirring at 800r/min for 2.5 hr, cooling at 4 deg.C/min to 25 deg.C, and filtering to obtain plant Chinese medicinal extract solution;

(4) at room temperature, mixing sulfuric acid, sodium sulfate and deionized water according to a mass ratio of 105: 300: 800, stirring at 400r/min for 40min to prepare a coagulation bath liquid; at room temperature, sodium sulfite and deionized water are mixed according to the mass ratio of 6: 1100, mixing and stirring at 400r/min for 40min to prepare desulfurization bath solution; spinning the blended spinning solution by using a screw extruder at the spinning speed of 1000m/min, sequentially introducing 1000m/min into 55 ℃ coagulation bath solution, 85 ℃ desulfurization bath solution and 55 ℃ silicone oil for treatment, and drying at 105 ℃ for 50min to prepare the soybean protein plant traditional Chinese medicine multifunctional viscose fiber.

The rest of the preparation steps are the same as example 2.
Comparative example 2

Examples of effects
The following table 1 shows the analysis results of the antibacterial property, the anti-mite effect, the skin care and health care property, the water washing resistance and the fiber strength of the soy protein plant traditional Chinese medicine multifunctional viscose fibers prepared in the examples 1 to 3 and the comparative examples 1 to 4 of the present invention.

From table 1, it can be seen that the soybean protein plant traditional Chinese medicine multifunctional viscose fiber prepared in examples 1, 2 and 3 has good antibacterial property, anti-mite effect, skin care and health care property, water washing resistance and fiber strength; compared with the experimental data of examples 1, 2 and 3 and comparative example 1, it can be found that the soybean protein solution prepared by using cysteine and the subsequent blending spinning can form Schiff base, and the prepared soybean protein plant traditional Chinese medicine multifunctional viscose fiber has strong washing resistance, antibacterial property and skin care health care property; from the experimental data of the examples 1, 2 and 3 and the comparative example 2, it can be found that the vegetable traditional Chinese medicine extract solution prepared by using the myrtle extract is subjected to subsequent blending spinning to form Schiff base, and the prepared soybean protein vegetable traditional Chinese medicine multifunctional viscose fiber has strong antibacterial property, water washing resistance and anti-mite effect; from the experimental data of examples 1, 2, 3 and comparative example 3, it can be found that the soybean protein plant traditional Chinese medicine multifunctional viscose fiber prepared by using urea to prepare viscose fiber spinning solution forms polyamide, and has strong water washing resistance and high fiber strength; from the experimental data of examples 1, 2, 3 and comparative example 4, it can be found that the soybean protein plant traditional Chinese medicine multifunctional viscose fiber prepared by using the ultrasonic-assisted viscose process to prepare the viscose fiber spinning solution has strong water washing resistance and high fiber strength.

A preparation method of a soybean protein plant traditional Chinese medicine multifunctional viscose fiber is characterized in that the soybean protein plant traditional Chinese medicine multifunctional viscose fiber is prepared by blending and spinning a soybean protein solution, a viscose fiber spinning solution and a plant traditional Chinese medicine extract solution; the soybean protein solution is prepared by mixing soybean protein and cysteine; the viscose fiber spinning solution is prepared by carrying out ultrasonic-assisted viscose process on alpha cellulose by using urea; the plant traditional Chinese medicine extract solution is obtained by mixing a broom cypress seed extract, a sophora alopecuroides extract and a myrtle extract.

The method for preparing the multifunctional viscose fiber prepared from soybean protein plants and traditional Chinese medicines according to claim 1, wherein the method for preparing the multifunctional viscose fiber prepared from soybean protein plants and traditional Chinese medicines comprises the following steps: spinning the blended spinning solution by using a screw extruder at a spinning speed of 800-1000 m/min, sequentially introducing 800-1000 m/min into a coagulating bath liquid at 45-55 ℃, a desulfurizing bath liquid at 65-85 ℃ and an oil bath liquid at 45-55 ℃ for treatment, and drying at 95-105 ℃ for 30-50 min to prepare the multifunctional soybean protein plant traditional Chinese medicine viscose fiber.
3. The method for preparing the soy protein plant traditional Chinese medicine multifunctional viscose fiber as claimed in claim 2, wherein the soy protein plant traditional Chinese medicine multifunctional viscose fiber contains soy isoflavone, and the content of soy isoflavone is 10-200 ppm.

The method for preparing the multifunctional soybean protein plant traditional Chinese medicine viscose fiber as claimed in claim 2, wherein the coagulation bath liquid comprises 95-105 parts by weight of sulfuric acid, 290-300 parts by weight of sodium sulfate and 600-800 parts by weight of deionized water; the desulfurization bath solution comprises 4-6 parts by weight of sodium sulfite and 900-1100 parts by weight of deionized water; the oil bath liquid is silicone oil.

The preparation method of the multifunctional viscose fiber prepared from soybean protein, plants and traditional Chinese medicines according to claim 2, wherein the preparation method of the blended spinning solution is as follows: at the temperature of 60-80 ℃, mixing a soybean protein solution, a viscose spinning stock solution and a plant traditional Chinese medicine extract solution according to the mass ratio of 1: 3: 0.6-1: 5: 0.8, dripping concentrated sulfuric acid with the mass fraction of 98% and 0.003-0.005 times of the mass of the viscose fiber spinning solution at 30-40 drops/min, stirring for 2-4 h at 1200-1300 r/min, and defoaming for 30-50 min under the condition of 10-20 Pa to prepare the blended spinning solution.

The preparation method of the soy protein plant traditional Chinese medicine multifunctional viscose fiber as claimed in claim 5, wherein the preparation method of the soy protein solution is as follows: under the temperature of 40-60 ℃, mixing soybean protein with 3-6% of sodium hydroxide aqueous solution according to the mass ratio of 1: 9-12, stirring at 200-400 r/min for 5-10 min, adding cysteine which is 0.0003-0.003 times of the mass of the soybean protein in the solution, and continuously stirring for 10-20 min to prepare the soybean protein solution.

The method for preparing the multifunctional traditional Chinese medicine viscose fiber from soybean protein plants as claimed in claim 5, wherein the preparation method of the viscose fiber spinning dope comprises the following steps: at the temperature of 19-21 ℃, mixing alpha cellulose with a sodium hydroxide solution with the mass fraction of 18-20% according to the mass ratio of 1: 2-4, stirring at 500-700 r/min for 40-60 min, then performing filter pressing, crushing, sieving with a 800-1000 mesh sieve, and performing filtration at 60-80 ℃ and 0.6-0.8 MPa for 2-3 m3Introducing carbon disulfide for 2-3 h/min,and then adding urea with the mass of 0.04-0.06 times of that of alpha cellulose and ethanol with the mass of 10-20 times of that of the alpha cellulose, carrying out ultrasonic treatment for 30-40 min at 30-40 kHz, and standing for 11-13 h while keeping the temperature to prepare the viscose spinning solution.
8.
