气凝胶是一种保温性能优越的A级防火隔热材料,导热系数在0.013W/(m·K)至0.03W/(m·K)范围内,远低于目前市场上已有的用于建筑保温节能领域的无机类保温材料,具有较好的保温隔热性能和防火性能,是传统保温材料的理想替代品,具有良好应用前景。将气凝胶与石膏板相结合,研制出保温隔热性能更好的纸面石膏板,可以创造更加安全、舒适的室内装修环境。
然而,气凝胶粉末很轻,当采用气凝胶粉末制备纸面石膏板中时,易在制备石膏料浆过程中漂浮、飞离,难以融入石膏料浆体系。此外,气凝胶在石膏浆料中上浮,上浮至板芯与护面纸接触界面,严重影响粘接性能,导致板材强度下降严重,甚至低于国家标准,影响使用。

第六项、根据第一项至第五项所述的纸面石膏板,其特征在于,所述促凝剂选自二水石膏(CaSO4·2H2O)、硫酸钾、磷石膏粉(pH大于5,粒径小于100μm)、氟硅酸锌(ZnSiF6·6H2O)中的任意一种或更多种。
第七项、根据第一项至第六项所述的纸面石膏板,其特征在于,所述减水剂选自聚羧酸减水剂、三聚氰胺类减水剂和氨基磺酸盐类减水剂中的任意一种或更多种;
在本申请提供的一种实施方式中,所述玻璃纤维选自无碱玻璃纤维、抗碱玻璃纤维和中碱玻璃纤维中的任意一种或更多种;
在本申请提供的一种实施方式中,所述玻璃纤维的纤维长度可以为9mm至15mm,纤维单丝直径可以为10μm至15μm。
第八项、根据第一项至第七项所述的纸面石膏板的制备方法,其特征在于,所述制备方法包括:
将所述减水剂、所述促凝剂、所述淀粉与水混合均匀;然后与所述絮凝剂和所述气凝胶颗粒混合均匀,记为混合物1;
将所述石膏熟料与玻璃纤维混合均匀,记为混合物2;
将混合物1与混合物2混合均匀,与上下护面纸搭接粘牢成型,即得所述纸面石膏板。
第九项、根据第一项至第八项所述的制备方法,其特征在于,将所述减水剂、所述促凝剂、所述淀粉与水混合均匀,然后先与所述絮凝剂再与所述气凝胶颗粒混合均匀,记为混合物1;
将混合物1与混合物2混合均匀得到的石膏浆料上附上、下护面纸,成型,干燥,得到所述轻质耐水纸面石膏板。
在本申请提供的一种实施方式中,将干燥后的板材合片、锯边、封边、包装,得到厚度为12mm的纸面石膏板成品。
在本申请提供的一种实施方式中,在石膏浆料初凝前将其在离心力作用下甩入成型台上的下护面纸上,在凝固皮带牵引力的带动下经成型刀挤压,使下护面纸沿其辊出痕迹处折成直角后,下护面纸与料浆一起在成型板的挤压下与上护面纸搭接,并粘牢形成湿板,随后湿板在凝固皮带的牵引下被引出,完成成型;待湿板在传送皮带上凝固,切断后,进入干燥机,经过干燥阶段,得到所述轻质耐水纸面石膏板。
在本申请提供的一种实施方式中,所述干燥阶段可以包括:第一干燥阶段:干燥温度可以为150℃至200℃,干燥时间可以为0.5h至1h;第二干燥阶段:干燥温度可以为100℃至130℃,干燥时间可以为0.5h至1.5h;第三干燥阶段:干燥温度可以为45℃至60℃,干燥时间可以为12h至36h。
第十项、气凝胶颗粒、絮凝剂、玻璃纤维和促凝剂在纸面石膏板降低密度提升保温隔热性能提升耐水性能中的应用;
任选地,所述混合物还包括减水剂和淀粉;
任选地,各原料的用量为:石膏熟料100份、5份至30份气凝胶颗粒、0.05份至1份絮凝剂、0.05份至0.2份玻璃纤维、0.3份至1份的减水剂、0.2份至1份促凝剂和0.2份至1份淀粉,任选地,水的用量为70份至100份,任选地,所述减水剂的用量为0.3份至1份,任选地,所述淀粉的用量为0.2至1份。
本申请的有益效果包括:
1、克服气凝胶粉末易飘浮在石膏料浆表面的问题;
2、降低了纸面石膏板面密度,降低了板材吸水率;
3、提高了纸面石膏板的强度和硬度以及耐火性能。

具体实施方式
为使本申请的目的、技术方案和优点更加清楚明白,下文对本申请的实施例进行详细说明。需要说明的是,在不冲突的情况下,本申请中的实施例及实施例中的特征可以相互任意组合。
在下述实施例中,所使用的脱硫石膏熟料是由电厂烟气脱硫产生的固体废弃物脱硫石膏制成,其中的氯离子含量≤400mg/kg,比表面积在3500cm2/g至4000cm2/g范围内;气凝胶颗粒为二氧化硅气凝胶颗粒,粒径为0.6mm至1.5mm,堆积密度为0.08g/cm3购买自安徽科昂纳米科技有限公司,型号为KNF-B;玻璃纤维购买自河北京杭矿产品有限公司,为无碱玻璃纤维,纤维长度为10mm,纤维单丝直径为10μm;瓜尔胶为粉末状,细度80目,购买自任丘市凯帮化工产品有限公司,型号GRJ01;聚丙烯酰胺购买自聚丙烯酰胺购买自西陇化工股份有限公司,分析纯;促凝剂二水石膏(CaSO4·2H2O)购买自枣庄市振宇石膏销售有限公司;聚羧酸减水剂购买自临沂吉田新型建材有限公司,型号JT;改性玉米淀粉购买自济南元通化工有限公司,淀粉的粘度为3500mPa·s,粘度测试方法采用中国化工行业标准HG/T 3932-2007中的测试方法,样品浓度为5%,温度为25℃,转子号为3,转速为6r/min。
实施例1
本实施例的纸面石膏板通过以下方法制备得到:
按重量份数称量各组分:100份石膏熟料、100份水、30份气凝胶颗粒、1份絮凝剂、0.2份玻璃纤维、0.6份的聚羧酸减水剂、1份促凝剂和1份淀粉。
在水中加入聚羧酸减水剂、促凝剂和淀粉,混合均匀。然后依次加入絮凝剂,气凝胶颗粒,沿同一方向充分搅拌,充分混合,记为混合物1。
将石膏熟料与玻璃纤维混合均匀,记为混合物2。
将混合物1与混合物2搅拌均匀,成为料浆。
得到的石膏浆料初凝前将其在离心力作用下甩入成型台上的下护面纸上,在凝固皮带牵引力的带动下经成型刀挤压,使下护面纸沿其辊出痕迹处折成直角后,下护面纸与料浆一起在成型板的挤压下与上护面纸搭接,并粘牢形成湿板,随后湿板在凝固皮带的牵引下被引出,完成成型;待湿板在传送皮带上凝固,切断后,进入干燥机,经过三个干燥阶段干燥,其中,第一干燥阶段的干燥温度为180℃,干燥时间为0.6h;第二干燥阶段的干燥温度为110℃,干燥时间为1.2h;第三干燥阶段的干燥温度为45℃,干燥时间为35h,得到干燥的板材;
将干燥后的板材合片、锯边、封边、包装,得到厚度为12mm的纸面石膏板成品。
实施例2
本实施例的纸面石膏板通过以下方法制备得到:
按重量份数称量各组分:100份石膏熟料、85份水、20份气凝胶颗粒、0.6絮凝剂、0.12份玻璃纤维、1份的聚羧酸减水剂、0.6份促凝剂和0.8份淀粉。
其余制备工艺与实施例1相同。
实施例3
本实施例的纸面石膏板通过以下方法制备得到:
按重量份数称量各组分:100份石膏熟料、75份水、10份气凝胶颗粒、0.3份絮凝剂、0.1份玻璃纤维、0.8份的聚羧酸减水剂、0.8份促凝剂和0.6份淀粉。
其余制备工艺与实施例1相同。
对比例1
本对比例的纸面石膏板通过以下方法制备得到:
按重量份数称量各组分:100份石膏熟料、100份水、30份气凝胶颗粒、1份絮凝剂、0.2份玻璃纤维、0.6份的聚羧酸减水剂、1份促凝剂和1份淀粉。
在水中加入絮凝剂、气凝胶颗粒、聚羧酸减水剂、促凝剂和淀粉,混合均匀,记为混合物1。
将石膏熟料与玻璃纤维混合均匀,记为混合物2。
将混合物1和混合物2搅拌均匀,得到石膏料浆。
得到的石膏浆料初凝前将其在离心力作用下甩入成型台上的下护面纸上,在凝固皮带牵引力的带动下经成型刀挤压,使下护面纸沿其辊出痕迹处折成直角后,下护面纸与料浆一起在成型板的挤压下与上护面纸搭接,并粘牢形成湿板,随后湿板在凝固皮带的牵引下被引出,完成成型;待湿板在传送皮带上凝固,切断后,进入干燥机,经过三个干燥阶段干燥,其中,第一干燥阶段的干燥温度为180℃,干燥时间为0.6h;第二干燥阶段的干燥温度为110℃,干燥时间为1.2h;第三干燥阶段的干燥温度为45℃,干燥时间为35h,得到干燥的板材;

对比例2
本对比例与实施例1的区别仅在于,不涉及气凝胶颗粒、絮凝剂,其他原料、原料用量和制备工艺与实施例1相同。
测试例1
参照中国国家标准GB/T 9775-2008《纸面石膏板》对实施例及对比例的纸面石膏板进行测试,检测纸面石膏板的物理力学性能。依据GB/T 10294-2008《绝热材料稳态热阻及有关特性的测定防护热板法》检测石膏板的导热系数。测试结果如表1所示。

本申请所用的气凝胶颗粒加入水中,气凝胶颗粒在水面漂浮、不下沉。制备的石膏料浆并没有因为气凝胶呈颗粒状而导致团聚或者流动性变差,相反,料浆和易性很好。
从表1可以看出,本申请实施例制备的含气凝胶颗粒的纸面石膏板,板材面密度下降明显,力学性能降低,在本申请配方范围内,其力学性能能够满足中国国家标准GB/T9775-2008的要求,在保温与耐火性能方面表现优异。实施例1、2、3的制备过程克服了气凝胶粉尘飞扬及在纸面石膏板中分散不匀的问题,降低板材面密度的同时,提高了纸面石膏板的保温隔热性能和耐火性能,这些性能明显优于对比例2的市售普通纸面石膏板。
对比例1改变了纸面石膏板的工艺,在制备石膏浆料的过程中,气凝胶颗粒絮凝后在石膏料浆中分散不均匀,一部分气凝胶颗粒未被石膏浆完全包裹,料浆即进入初凝状态,所产出的石膏板产品板材内部不均。影响了板材的力学强度和保温性能,粘接性能未受影响。
测试例2
参照中国国家标准GB/T 9775-2008《纸面石膏板》对实施例及对比例的纸面石膏板测试了2h吸水率结果见表2。结果表明,本申请制备的纸面石膏板具有一定的耐水性能。

Claims (10)
1.一种纸面石膏板,其特征在于,所述纸面石膏板按重量份计包括:由100份石膏熟料水化得到的石膏生料、5份至30份气凝胶颗粒、0.05份至1份絮凝剂、0.05份至0.2份玻璃纤维、0份至1份的减水剂、0.2份至1份促凝剂和0份至1份淀粉;任选地,所述减水剂的用量为0.3份至1份,任选地,所述淀粉的用量为0.2至1份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的纸面石膏板,其特征在于,所述纸面石膏板按重量份计包括:由100份石膏熟料水化得到的石膏生料、10份至30份气凝胶颗粒、0.2份至1份絮凝剂、0.08份至0.2份玻璃纤维、0.5份至1份的减水剂、0.5份至1份促凝剂和0.3份至1份淀粉。
3.根据权利要求1所述的纸面石膏板,其特征在于,所述气凝胶颗粒的粒径为0.3mm至5mm,优选粒径为0.6mm至1.5mm,堆积密度为0.06g/cm3至0.12g/cm3。
4.根据权利要求1至3中任一项所述的纸面石膏板,其特征在于,所述絮凝剂选自瓜尔胶、黄原胶、纤维素醚、聚丙烯酰胺中的任意一种或更几种。
5.根据权利要求1至3中任一项所述的纸面石膏板,其特征在于,所述淀粉的粘度为1000mPa·s至5000mPa·s。
6.根据权利要求1至3中任一项所述的纸面石膏板,其特征在于,所述促凝剂选自二水石膏、硫酸钾、磷石膏粉、氟硅酸锌中的任意一种或更多种。
7.根据权利要求1至3中任一项所述的纸面石膏板,其特征在于,所述减水剂选自聚羧酸减水剂、三聚氰胺类减水剂和氨基磺酸盐类减水剂中的任意一种或更多种;
任选地,所述玻璃纤维选自无碱玻璃纤维、抗碱玻璃纤维和中碱玻璃纤维中的任意一种或更多种;
任选地,所述玻璃纤维的纤维长度可以为9mm至15mm,纤维单丝直径可以为10μm至15μm。
8.根据权利要求1至7中任一项所述的纸面石膏板的制备方法,其特征在于,所述制备方法包括:
将所述减水剂、所述促凝剂、所述淀粉与水混合均匀;然后与所述絮凝剂和所述气凝胶颗粒混合均匀,记为混合物1;
将所述石膏熟料与玻璃纤维混合均匀,记为混合物2;
将混合物1与混合物2混合均匀,与上下护面纸搭接粘牢成型,即得所述纸面石膏板。
9.根据权利要求8所述的制备方法,其特征在于,将所述减水剂、所述促凝剂、所述淀粉与水混合均匀,然后先与所述絮凝剂再与所述气凝胶颗粒混合均匀,记为混合物1;
将混合物1与混合物2混合均匀得到的石膏浆料上附上、下护面纸,成型,干燥,得到所述纸面石膏板。
10.气凝胶颗粒、絮凝剂、玻璃纤维和促凝剂在纸面石膏板降低密度提升保温隔热性能提升耐水性能中的应用;
任选地,原料还包括减水剂和淀粉;
任选地,各原料的用量为:石膏熟料100份、5份至30份气凝胶颗粒、0.05份至1份絮凝剂、0.05份至0.2份玻璃纤维、0.3份至1份的减水剂、0.2份至1份促凝剂和0.2份至1份淀粉,任选地,所述减水剂的用量为0.3份至1份,任选地,所述淀粉的用量为0.2至1份。
