Abstract
The invention relates to a two-component waterproof coating, a preparation method and an application method thereof, wherein the two-component waterproof coating comprises the following components: liquid materials and powder materials with the mass ratio of 1: 2.75; the liquid material comprises the following components: water, butylbenzene, neutralizing additive, defoaming agent, quick bactericide, color paste and bactericide; the powder material comprises the following components: white cement, 40-70 mesh quartz sand, ultramicro active powder, cellulose ether, starch ether, a defoaming agent and a water reducing agent. The preparation method comprises the following steps: stirring the liquid material until the liquid material is uniformly mixed, and adding the powder material into the uniformly mixed liquid material according to the mixing ratio to obtain a solution A; and stirring the solution A for 3-5 minutes until uniform mucilage is generated, standing for 5-10 minutes, and stirring for half a minute to obtain the waterproof coating. The coating formed by the waterproof coating disclosed by the invention has excellent waterproof performance and weather resistance, and is good in bonding performance, high in wall grabbing force and drawing strength and high in coating drying speed. 7. The method of applying a two-component waterproof coating according to claim 5, wherein:
the number of the layers of the multi-layer coating is not less than 2, and the thickness of each coating is not more than 1 mm.
8. The method of applying a two-component waterproof coating according to claim 7, wherein:
when the thickness of each coating is 1mm, the dosage of the waterproof coating of the coating is 1.5-2.0kg per square meter.
9. The method of claim 5 for applying a two-component waterproof coating, further comprising:
and (3) coating maintenance: and after the brushing treatment is finished, maintaining the brushed coating for at least 24 hours.
10. The method of applying a two-component waterproof coating according to claim 9, wherein:
