The transformer silicon steel sheet transferring crane includes one frame, one driving part connected to the frame and one bearing part, and one bearing part for bearing the silicon steel sheet. The frame 10 comprises a bottom plate 11, supporting single lugs 12, rear lugs 13 and an operating rod 14, wherein the supporting single lugs 12 extend forwards and upwards from two sides of the front end of the bottom plate 11 respectively, the supporting single lugs 12 are connected with a driving part 20, the rear lugs 13 are respectively arranged on two sides of the middle rear part of the bottom plate 11, the rear lugs 13 are also connected with the driving part 20, the operating rod 14 is arranged at the rear end of the bottom plate 11, and the operating rod 14 is used for pushing and pulling the whole crane. The driving part 20 comprises a connecting rod 21, a bottom double ear 22, a supporting double ear 23, a shaft seat 24, a rotating shaft 25 and a hydraulic cylinder 26, wherein the connecting rod 21 is provided with a pair, the lower end of the connecting rod 21 is provided with the bottom double ear 22, the middle lower part of the connecting rod 22 is provided with the supporting double ear 23, the top of the connecting rod 21 is provided with the shaft seat 24, the bottom double ear 22 is hinged on the supporting single ear 12, the rotating shaft 25 is arranged on the shaft seats 24 at the tops of the two connecting rods 21, the hydraulic cylinder 26 is provided with the pair, two ends of the hydraulic cylinder 26 are respectively connected on the rear lug 13 and the supporting double ear 23, and the hydraulic cylinder 26 drives the connecting rod 21 to rotate around the bottom double ear 22. It is to be added that the hydraulic cylinders 26 need to be equipped with a hydraulic source, which may be an electro-hydraulic source or a manual source, which is preferred for the application of the present embodiment, where the manual source is also sufficient to meet the requirements of use.
The bearing part 30 comprises a tray 31, side lugs 32, a pull rod 33, lower ears 34 and upper hangers 35, the tray 31 is provided with a pair of side lugs 32, the pull rod 33 is provided with a pair of side lugs 32, the side lugs 32 arranged front and back on the same side are connected with the same pull rod 33, the pull rod 33 is in an inverted Y-shaped structure, the two lower ears 34 below the pull rod 33 are respectively connected with the two side lugs 32 on the same side, the upper hangers 35 on the top of the pull rod 33 are rotatably connected on the rotating shaft 25, and the tray 31 can always keep horizontal under the action of gravity.
