The push plate can push the battery pack out of the storage bin or pull the battery pack into the storage bin, so that the battery pack can be automatically transferred.

According to a preset program, a plurality of adjacent gear bins in a certain area are at the same quality gear, and when the number of battery packs stored in all the accommodating bins 31 at the quality gear reaches the maximum temporary storage number of the cache module 2, the cache module 2 takes out the battery packs at the quality gear and sends the battery packs to the feeding module 1 for blanking.

in this embodiment, a battery pack grading method includes: when the battery pack at the first gear needs to be fed, the cache module 2 is moved to the feeding module 1, and the cache module 2 is controlled to pick up the battery pack which is loaded by the feeding module 1 and has the first gear; the cache module 2 is controlled to move to the position of the accommodating bin 31 of the gear bin corresponding to the first gear, and the battery pack is pushed to the accommodating bin 31; when the battery pack at the second gear needs to be discharged, the cache module 2 is controlled to move to the accommodating bin 31, corresponding to the gear bin at the second gear, where the battery pack is stored, and the battery pack in the accommodating bin 31 is picked up and taken out; and controlling the cache module 2 to move to the feeding module 1, and pushing the picked battery pack to the feeding module 1. By the method, automatic grading access to the battery pack can be realized, and the production efficiency is improved.

in this embodiment, after moving the buffer module 2 to the feeding module 1, the battery pack grading method further includes: controlling the temporary storage frame 212 of the temporary storage assembly 21 to rotate 180 degrees so as to enable the inlet and the outlet of the temporary storage frame 212 to be opposite to the feeding module 1; after controlling the cache module 2 to move to the accommodating bin 31, corresponding to the gear bin of the second gear, where the battery pack is stored, the battery pack grading method further includes: the buffer frame 212 of the buffer assembly 21 is controlled to rotate 180 ° to bring the entrance and exit of the buffer frame 212 opposite to the entrance and exit of the accommodating chamber 31. the feeding module is configured to provide a battery pack for the cache module, and the cache module receives the battery pack from the feeding module and places the battery pack in the accommodating bin of the corresponding gear;
the buffer module is also configured to pick up the battery pack from the containing bin of the stock bin module and push the picked battery pack to the feeding module, and the feeding module is also configured to receive the battery pack pushed from the buffer module.
2. The battery pack stepper of claim 1, wherein the feed module comprises a feed assembly and a feed assembly, wherein:
the feeding assembly is in butt joint with a front feeding station and the cache module, and the discharging assembly is in butt joint with the cache module and a rear receiving station;

for the blanking assembly, a mobile module of the blanking assembly moves a cache frame of the blanking assembly so as to enable a battery bin storing a battery pack to be opposite to a first end of a conveying line of the blanking assembly; the battery pack in the battery bin is conveyed to the subsequent material receiving station by the conveying line of the blanking assembly; and the moving module of the blanking assembly continuously moves the buffer storage frame of the blanking assembly so as to enable the next battery bin storing the battery pack to be opposite to the first end of the conveying line of the blanking assembly.
4. The battery pack grading machine according to claim 3, wherein supporting plates are arranged on two sides of the bottom of each battery bin of the buffer storage rack, and a channel is formed in a space between the supporting plates on the two sides;
the mobile module of the feeding assembly is used for enabling an empty battery bin to be opposite to the first end of the conveying line of the feeding assembly, the first end of the conveying line of the feeding assembly is located right above the channel of the battery bin, the mobile module of the feeding assembly upwards jacks the cache frame of the feeding assembly, and the support plates on two sides of the empty battery bin upwards pick up a battery pack on the conveying line so as to retain the battery pack in the battery bin;
the battery compartment with a battery pack is opposite to the first end of the conveying line of the blanking assembly through the moving module of the blanking assembly, the first end of the conveying line of the blanking assembly is located right below the channel of the battery compartment, the buffer storage frame of the feeding assembly is moved downwards through the moving module of the blanking assembly, and the battery pack on the support plates on two sides of the battery compartment is picked up through the first end of the conveying line.
5. The battery pack grading machine according to claim 3, wherein at least some of the battery compartments in the buffer rack are arranged in an up-down sequence;
when the buffer storage frame corresponding to the mobile module is driven to lift, the battery bins arranged up and down in the buffer storage frame are opposite to the first ends of the corresponding conveying lines in sequence.
6. The battery pack stepper of claim 1, wherein the buffer module comprises a staging assembly, a lifting assembly, and a traversing assembly, wherein:
the temporary storage assembly is arranged on the driving end of the lifting assembly;
the transverse moving assembly drives the temporary storage assembly to move along a first transverse direction so that the temporary storage assembly is in butt joint with gear bins at different transverse positions;
the lifting assembly drives the temporary storage assembly to move up and down so that the temporary storage assembly is in butt joint with gear bins in different vertical positions;
the temporary storage assembly is configured to pick up a battery pack from the feeding module and push the battery piece picked up from the feeding module into the accommodating bin of the bin module; the temporary storage assembly is further configured to pick up a battery pack from a containing bin of the bin module and push the picked battery pack to the feeding module.
7. The battery pack stepper of claim 6, wherein the staging assembly comprises a mounting frame, a staging frame, a mounting plate, a displacement module, a rotation mechanism, wherein:
the temporary storage frame is used for accommodating at least one battery pack;
the temporary storage frame is rotatably mounted on the mounting frame through the rotating mechanism;
the displacement module drives the mounting frame to move along a second transverse direction, which is opposite to the first transverse direction;
the rotating mechanism drives the temporary storage frame to rotate, so that the material inlet and outlet of the temporary storage frame is in butt joint with the material inlet and outlet of the feeding module or the material inlet and outlet of the stock bin module.
8. The battery pack grading machine according to claim 7, wherein the temporary storage frame is provided with at least one storage bin, and the storage bin comprises a support plate, a push plate and a push plate driving member which are oppositely arranged;

when the battery pack at the first gear needs to be fed, the cache module is moved to the feeding module, and the cache module is controlled to pick up the battery pack which is loaded by the feeding module and has the first gear; the cache module is controlled to move to a position of a containing bin of a gear bin corresponding to a first gear, and the battery pack is pushed to the containing bin;
when the battery pack at the second gear needs to be discharged, controlling the cache module to move to a containing bin, corresponding to the gear bin at the second gear, where the battery pack is stored, and picking up and taking out the battery pack in the containing bin; and controlling the cache module to move to the feeding module, and pushing the picked battery pack to the feeding module.
11. The battery pack grading method according to claim 10, wherein with the battery pack grading machine according to claim 6, after the moving the buffer module to the feeding module, the battery pack grading method further comprises:
controlling a temporary storage frame of the temporary storage assembly to rotate 180 degrees so as to enable an inlet and an outlet of the temporary storage frame to be opposite to the feeding module;
after the cache module is controlled to move to the accommodating bin, corresponding to the gear bin of the second gear, where the battery pack is stored, the battery pack grading method further includes:
and controlling the temporary storage frame of the temporary storage assembly to rotate 180 degrees so as to enable the inlet and the outlet of the temporary storage frame to be opposite to the inlet and the outlet of the accommodating bin.
