Detailed Description
In order to more clearly illustrate the present invention, preferred embodiments are described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings. Referring to fig. 1 to 12, a brush bottle 100 according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention includes a bottle body 10, a valve body 20 and a brush head 30.
The bottle body 10 is used for containing liquid and is provided with a bottle mouth 10a. The valve body 20 is coupled to the bottle body 10 and covers the bottle mouth 10a. The valve body 20 comprises an outer cylinder 22, an inner cylinder 24 and an end cover 26, wherein the outer cylinder 22 is sleeved outside the inner cylinder 24, and the end cover 26 is combined on the inner cylinder 24. In this embodiment, the outer cylinder 22 and the inner cylinder 24, and the inner cylinder 24 and the end cap 26 are coupled together in a non-rotatable manner.
Referring to fig. 3 and 4, the inner cylinder 24 of the present embodiment has two first abutting portions 241 at one end edge and two second abutting portions 242 at the other end edge, wherein each of the first abutting portions 241 is formed along the axial direction of the inner cylinder 24, each of the second abutting portions 242 is formed along the radial direction of the inner cylinder 24 by being recessed inward, and the two second abutting portions 242 have flanges protruding and protruding along the radial direction of the inner cylinder 24.
An opening 26a is formed in the end cover 26 of the valve body 20, and the opening 26a is communicated with the bottle mouth 10a of the bottle body 10. The end cap 26 has two first corresponding portions 261, and the two first corresponding portions 261 are formed outwardly in the radial direction of the end cap 26 and are respectively disposed in the two first abutting portions 241, so that the end cap 26 is not movable relative to the inner cylinder 24 in the circumferential direction thereof. The outer cylinder 22 has two second corresponding portions 221 at one end edge, the two second corresponding portions 221 are formed to protrude along the axial direction of the outer cylinder 22, and are respectively disposed in the two second abutting portions 242, such that the outer cylinder 22 is not movable relative to the inner cylinder 24 along the circumferential direction thereof, and the other end edge of the outer cylinder 22 is formed to protrude along the radial direction of the outer cylinder 22. In this way, when the valve body 20 is coupled to the bottle body 10, the outer cylinder 22 is tightly fitted with the edge of the bottle mouth 10a of the bottle body 10, and the edge of the outer cylinder 22 on the side without the two second corresponding portions 221 is abutted against the edge of the bottle mouth 10a, so as to prevent the valve body 20 from being pressed and falling into the bottle body 10.
It should be noted that the manner of combining the outer cylinder 22 and the bottle body 10 is not limited to tight fitting, and may be in other detachable or non-detachable forms. The other detachable forms include a screw connection or a clamping connection, and the non-detachable forms include a welding or an adhering, but are not limited thereto.
The bristle 30 includes a base 32 and a bristle 34, wherein the base 32 includes a base plate 322 and a ring frame 324, the base plate 322 has a liquid feeding opening 322a, the bristle 34 is disposed on one side surface 322b of the base plate 322, the ring frame 324 is disposed on the other side surface 322c of the base plate 322, and the ring frame 324 is disposed along the periphery of the base plate 322.
Referring to fig. 4 to 7, the brush head 30 is rotatably coupled to the valve body 20, and more specifically, a coupling structure is disposed on an inner circumferential surface of the outer cylinder 22 of the valve body 20, and each coupling structure includes a blocking ring 222 and a set of stoppers, wherein the blocking ring 222 is disposed along the inner circumferential surface of the outer cylinder 22 and has a discontinuous first end 222a and a discontinuous second end 222b, and a break 222c is formed between the first end 222a and the second end 222b.
The set of stops includes at least a first stop 223 and a second stop 224, and in this embodiment, a third stop 225. The first stop 223, the second stop 224 and the third stop 225 of the combination structure are all located on a side of the baffle ring 222 facing away from the bristle 30, wherein the first stop 223 is adjacent to the first end 222a, the first stop 223 is located between the second stop 224 and the first end 222a, and the third stop 225 is adjacent to the second end 222b. A protrusion 325 is disposed on the outer peripheral surface of the ring frame 324 of the bristle 30, and the maximum distance of the protrusion 325 in the circumferential direction of the ring frame 324 is smaller than the distance between the first end 222a and the second end 222b, so as to facilitate the protrusion 325 to pass through the break opening 222c.
It should be noted that the first stop 223 is spaced apart from the second stop 224 by a distance greater than the maximum distance of the protrusion 325 in the circumferential direction of the ring frame 324. And the length of the third stop block 225 in the axial direction of the outer cylinder 22 is greater than the length of the first stop block 223, and the protruding block 325 cannot pass over the third stop block 225, so that the error of the rotation direction during the assembly of a user is avoided, and the fool-proof effect is achieved.
In addition, referring to fig. 5 and 9, another set of coupling structures are disposed on the outer cylinder 22 in the present embodiment, the two sets of coupling structures are symmetrically disposed on the inner circumferential surface of the outer cylinder 22, correspondingly, another protrusion 325 is disposed on the ring frame 324, and the two protrusions 325 are disposed on the outer circumferential surface of the ring frame 324 opposite to each other, thereby improving the stability of coupling the brush head 30 and the valve body 20, but not limited thereto. The manner in which the bristles 30 are coupled to the valve body 20 is described in detail below in a single set of coupling structures that mate with the protrusions 325 on the ring 324.
Referring to fig. 7, when the ring frame 324 is inserted between the outer cylinder 22 and the inner cylinder 24, the protrusion 325 can pass through the opening 222c of the valve body 20. With continued reference to fig. 8, the brush head 30 is rotated such that the protrusion 325 is located between the first stop 223 and the second stop 224 after passing through the first stop 223, and the protrusion 325 is kept abutting against the stop ring 222 to combine the brush head 30 with the valve body 20, and meanwhile, referring to fig. 12, the end cap 26 is abutted against the side surface 322c of the base plate 322, so as to avoid liquid remaining between the end cap 26 and the base plate 322. The protrusion 325 is limited between the first stop 223 and the second stop 224, so that the base 32 can rotate between a first position (see fig. 8) and a second position (see fig. 10) relative to the valve body 20.
With continued reference to fig. 8 and 9, when the protrusion 325 abuts against the first stop 223, the base 32 is located at the first position, and the liquid supply port 322a is in communication with the opening 26a of the end cover 26; referring to fig. 10 and 11, when the bump 325 abuts the second stop 224, the base 32 is located at the second position, and the substrate 322 of the base 32 completely covers the opening 26a. In this embodiment, when the base 32 is located between the first position and the second position, the base 32 partially covers the opening 26a of the end cap 26, so as to change the overlapping area of the liquid feeding port 322a of the base 32 and the opening 26a of the end cap 26, and thus the user can regulate the liquid feeding amount in the bottle 10. The liquid includes, but is not limited to, a cleaning liquid, a conditioning liquid, or a clear water.
In order to allow the user to more intuitively recognize the relative positional relationship between the base 32 and the valve body 20, the bristle 30 in this embodiment is further provided with an indicator 326, where the indicator 326 is located on the outer peripheral surface of the base 322 of the base 32, and the position of the indicator 326 corresponds to the position of the protrusion 325, that is, the indicator 326 and the protrusion 325 are on the same axis. The outer cylinder 22 of the valve body 20 is provided with an opening mark 226 and a closing mark 227, wherein the opening mark 226 corresponds to the first stop 223, and the closing mark 227 corresponds to the second stop 224. With the above design, when the indication mark 326 corresponds to the opening mark 226, the user knows that the base 32 is located at the first position, and the liquid supply port 322a is completely connected to the opening 26a, so that the liquid in the bottle 10 flows out at the maximum flow rate; conversely, when the indicator 326 corresponds to the closing indicator 227, the user knows that the base 32 is located at the second position, and the base plate 322 completely covers the opening 26a, so that the liquid in the bottle 10 cannot flow out. When the indicator 326 is located between the opening indicator 226 and the closing indicator 227, it means that the substrate 322 partially covers the opening 26a, and the user can regulate the flow of liquid by changing the distance between the indicator 326 and the opening indicator 226 or the closing indicator 227.
In addition, the brush bottle 100 of the present embodiment may further include a bottle cap 40 detachably coupled to the base 32 of the brush head 30 and covering the outer sides of the bristles 34, so as to avoid the situation that the bristles 34 are stained or the brush head 30 is not rotated even when the brush bottle 100 is not in use, resulting in leakage. In practice, the bottle cap 40 may be combined with the bottle body 10 or the valve body 20.
In other practical applications, the first butt joint part and the second butt joint part of the inner cylinder of the invention can also be formed by protruding, the first corresponding part of the end cover and the second corresponding part of the outer cylinder can be formed by recessing, and the concave-convex clamping structure can also combine the outer cylinder with the inner cylinder and the inner cylinder with the end cover to form the valve body of the invention. However, the combination structure between the outer cylinder and the inner cylinder, and between the inner cylinder and the end cover is not limited to the above. The outer cylinder, the inner cylinder and the end cover can also be integrally formed into the valve body, and the valve body is combined on the bottle body in a detachable mode. Or the bottle body, the outer cylinder and the inner cylinder are integrally formed, and the end cover is detachably combined on the inner cylinder. In addition, the number of the first and second butt joint parts and the first and second corresponding parts is not limited to the above embodiment, and the number of each of the first and second butt joint parts and the first and second corresponding parts can be one or more than three.
Furthermore, the number of the combination structures on the outer cylinder of the valve body and the number of the protrusions of the brush head are correspondingly configured, but the number is not limited to the number in the embodiment, and can be changed into one group or more than three groups according to actual requirements.
In summary, the brush bottle of the present invention can adjust the outflow of the liquid in the bottle body by rotating the brush head between the first position and the second position relative to the valve body, thereby improving the convenience and comfort of the user.
The above description is only of the preferred embodiments of the present invention, and all equivalent changes in the specification and claims should be construed to be included in the scope of the present invention.
