That is, in this embodiment, the drinking seat and the water absorption seat have substantially the same structure as the previous embodiment in terms of appearance effect, but do not include the first and second bottom plates, and the sizes of the bottom of the drinking port and the bottom of the base are matched with the size of the through hole, so that the drinking seat and the water absorption seat can be conveniently plugged into the through hole. Particularly, concave-convex lines are arranged on the bottom of the drinking port and the bottom of the base, the soft rubber ring is made of waterproof materials, and after the soft rubber ring is sleeved on the bottom of the drinking port or the bottom of the base, the drinking seat and the water absorbing seat can be fixed in the through hole of the cover body.
