The drilling device comprises a base, a positioning block, a supporting plate, a drilling plate, a drill bushing, a pressing slide block, a support, an adjusting bolt and a J-shaped supporting block. Background
The support part is an important part in an airplane hydraulic system, plays an important role in connecting finished products and the like, is complex in appearance, large in space size and irregular in distribution of various characteristics on the part, is generally a semi-machined part, firstly obtains a blank in a casting or forging mode to obtain the basic appearance of the part, and then finely machines a partial structure according to the application condition of the part. In addition, for the support parts produced by casting part of the blank, even if the parts can be processed on a milling machine or a lathe, the selection and clamping of the positioning surfaces are difficult, and even the products can be scrapped out of tolerance.

Therefore, the special drilling device for the support part is designed, and the special drilling device is high in positioning efficiency and precision and convenient to operate and maintain.

a special drilling device for support parts comprises a base 1, a positioning block 2, a supporting plate 3, a drilling plate 4, a first drill bushing 5, a second drill bushing 6, a third drill bushing 7, a fourth drill bushing 8, a pressing slide block 9, a support 10, a support column 11, an adjusting bolt 12, a fastening bolt 13, a rotating shaft 14 and a J-shaped supporting block 15.
The base 1 is provided with a positioning surface 1-1 and a chute 1-3; the positioning surface 1-1 is used for positioning a support part to be processed, and is provided with a chamfer 1-2 for avoiding the interference of a bottom angle near the surface of the support part, which is attached to the positioning surface 1-1, to cause inaccurate positioning; the sliding grooves 1-3 are used for pressing the sliding block 9 to slide in the grooves.
One end of the pressing sliding block 9 is provided with a boss matched with the sliding groove 1-3, so that the pressing sliding block 9 can freely slide in the sliding groove 1-3. The lug boss and the sliding groove 1-3 on the pressing sliding block 9 are in a dovetail structure.
Through holes are symmetrically formed in two ends of the support 10 and are fixed to the base 1 at positions close to the sliding grooves 1-3 through fastening bolts 13; the middle of the support 10 is provided with a threaded hole which is matched with the adjusting bolt 12 in a threaded manner to be attached to the pressing slide block 9.
One end of the adjusting bolt 12 is provided with an external thread which is matched with a threaded hole on the support 10; the end surface of the adjusting bolt 12 close to the thread is attached to the end surface of the pressing slide block 9, so that pressing operation is realized; the end of the adjusting bolt 12 far away from the thread is provided with an adjusting handle, which plays a role of convenient adjustment.
The positioning block 2 is fixed on the upper surface of the base 1 and used for limiting the part of the bracket to be processed.
The supporting plate 3 is fixedly installed on the base 1 and located on the side of the positioning block 2, a U-shaped notch is formed in the upper end of the supporting plate, holes for the rotating shaft 14 to penetrate through are formed in the two sides of the U-shaped notch, and the supporting plate is hinged to the drilling plate 4 through the rotating shaft 14.
Four through holes are formed in the drilling plate 4 and are respectively provided with a first drill bushing 5, a second drill bushing 6, a third drill bushing 7 and a fourth drill bushing 8, and the relative position relation of the four through holes is consistent with the holes to be machined in the support parts. The drilling plate 4 is provided with a U-shaped notch at the end far away from the rotating shaft for reducing the weight of the drilling plate.
The J-shaped supporting block 15 is fixed on the upper portion of the supporting plate 3 and is integrally J-shaped, and interference between the supporting plate 3 and the drilling plate 4 in the relative rotation process is avoided. The upper end of the J-shaped supporting block 15 plays a supporting role, so that when the drilling plate 4 is parallel to the horizontal plane, the upper end face of the J-shaped supporting block 15 is just attached to the lower end face of the drilling plate 4, and the drilling precision is guaranteed.
The upper end of the supporting column 11 is provided with a thread, and is connected with the base 1 through thread fit to play a supporting role; in addition, the support column can be detached through threaded fit.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:
1. the positioning is accurate. The device is adopted to complete the drilling processing of the support parts on a common drilling machine, the positioning operation of the parts can be rapidly realized, the positioning surface is a finish machining surface, and the positioning precision is high.
2. The clamping efficiency is high. The device can realize the location fast through the finish machining surface of part, realizes pressing from both sides tightly simple and convenient fast through compressing tightly the slider.
3. Simple manufacture and low cost. The device is made of common materials, and each part is simple in structure, convenient to machine, low in manufacturing cost and maintenance cost and suitable for mass production.

It should be understood that the appended drawings are not to scale, but are merely drawn with appropriate simplifications to illustrate various features of the basic principles of the invention. Specific design features of the invention disclosed herein, including, for example, specific dimensions, orientations, locations, and configurations, will be determined in part by the particular intended application and use environment. In the various figures attached hereto, identical or equivalent components (elements) are referenced by the same reference numerals.
Fig. 1 is a schematic structural diagram of a part to be machined, wherein m1, m2, m3 and m4 are deep blind holes to be machined, A, B, C is a positioning reference surface, the three surfaces are finish machining surfaces and can be used as positioning references, and the rest positions are blank surfaces of castings.
Before m1, m2, m3 and m4 are machined by using the drilling device, positioning and clamping operations of the support parts are completed. Placing the support part on the base 1, enabling the surface B to be attached to the upper surface of the base 1, enabling the surface A to be attached to a positioning surface 1-1 on the base 1, enabling the surface C to lean against the positioning block 2, screwing the joint bolt 12 to enable the joint bolt to push the pressing slider 9 to slide towards the positioning block 2 and to be pressed onto the part, enabling the surface C of the part to be closely attached to the positioning block, forming a certain pre-tightening force, and achieving the purpose of pressing.
The supporting plate 3 and the drilling plate 4 are hinged through a rotating shaft 14 and can rotate relatively, and when a part is installed, the drilling plate 4 is rotated to enable the drilling plate 4 to be far away from the J-shaped supporting block 15 for convenient installation, so that positioning and clamping operations can be conveniently carried out; after the clamping and positioning operations are completed, the drilling plate 4 is rotated, so that the lower surface of the drilling plate 4 is attached to the upper surface of the J-shaped supporting block 15, the supporting plate 3 and the drilling plate 4 are ensured to be perpendicular to each other, and the drilling precision is ensured.
Furthermore, a spring is arranged between the pressing sliding block 9 and the support 10, so that when the drilling and the part dismounting are completed, and the adjusting bolt 12 moves towards one end far away from the positioning block 2, the pressing sliding block 9 can return to the initial position under the action of the spring force.

1. A special drilling device for a support part is characterized by comprising a base (1), a positioning block (2), a supporting plate (3), a drilling plate (4), a drilling sleeve, a pressing sliding block (9), a support (10), an adjusting bolt (12) and a J-shaped supporting block (15);
the base (1) is provided with a positioning surface (1-1) and a chute (1-3); the positioning surface (1-1) is used for positioning a support part to be processed; the lower end of the pressing sliding block (9) is provided with a boss matched with the sliding chute (1-3) so that the pressing sliding block (9) can freely slide in the sliding chute (1-3);
two ends of the support (10) are fixed on the base (1) and close to the sliding grooves (1-3); the threaded end of the adjusting bolt (12) penetrates through a threaded hole in the middle of the support (10) to be attached to the end face of the pressing sliding block (9), so that the support part is pressed;
the positioning block (2) is fixed on the upper surface of the base (1) and used for limiting a support part to be processed;
the supporting plate (3) is fixedly arranged on the base (1) and is positioned on the side of the positioning block (2); the upper end of the drilling machine is provided with a U-shaped notch, and two sides of the U-shaped notch are hinged with the drilling plate (4) through a rotating shaft;
the drilling plate (4) is provided with four through holes for mounting four drill bushings; the relative positions of the four through holes are consistent with the holes to be processed on the bracket parts;
the J-shaped supporting block (15) is fixed on the upper part of the supporting plate (3) and is integrally J-shaped; the upper end of the J-shaped supporting block (15) plays a supporting role, so that when the drilling plate is parallel to the horizontal plane, the upper end face of the J-shaped supporting block (15) is just attached to the lower surface of the drilling plate (4), and the drilling precision is guaranteed.
2. The special drilling device for the support parts, as claimed in claim 1, is characterized in that the drilling device further comprises a support column (11), the upper end of which is in threaded connection with the base (1) to play a supporting role.
