The material guide plate 25 is further installed on the crushing box 22, the material guide plate 25 is obliquely arranged, and the material guide plate 25 is located between the first cutting shaft 21 and the second cutting shaft 28; install flexible motor 26 on the outer wall between guide plate 25 and the second cutting axle 28 on crushing case 22, the telescopic link of flexible motor 26 is located crushing case 22, and the guide pole 27 is installed to the tip of telescopic link, and guide pole 27 perpendicular to first cutting axle 21, and flexible motor 26 can drive the axial reciprocating motion of guide pole 27 along first cutting axle 21.
The working principle of one embodiment of the invention is as follows: the invention can cut the bark of the paper mulberry trunk, and crush the branches and leaves together, the bark of the paper mulberry accounts for more than 16 percent of the total weight, and the fiber content of the bark of the paper mulberry is not high, thus the paper mulberry can be used as a raw material for preparing feed. The first driving roller 7 and the second driving roller 12 are driven to rotate through the second driving motor, the paper mulberry trunks below the first driving roller 7 and the second driving roller 12 are driven to rotate through the friction belt, the first squeezing block 6 and the second squeezing block 15 move towards the paper mulberry trunks in the second process, the paper mulberry trunks are cut by the cutters on the first squeezing block 6 and the second squeezing block 15, long-strip-shaped thin slices are formed and are discharged from the stock chest 14, and the first driving roller 7 and the second driving roller 12 slowly move downwards in the second process, so that the first driving roller 7, the second driving roller 12 and the paper mulberry trunks are kept attached, and the paper mulberry trunks are driven to rotate.
The mixing and crushing device has two layers of cutting shafts, and the broussonetia papyrifera material can be cut into uniform particles through the first cutting shaft 21 and the second cutting shaft 28. And the guiding rod 27 can enable the second cutting shaft 28 to cut the broussonetia papyrifera material more smoothly.
The working principle of the fermentation device is as follows: the rail car 30 can move along the first rail 32 and then can move above the additional fermenting tank 31 by switching the state of the lifting device 33. When the broussonetia papyrifera material needs to be added into the fermentation tank 31, the broussonetia papyrifera material in the storage tank 40 passing through the filling device under the action of the negative pressure generator is guided into the fermentation tank 31 through the material guide pipe 41, and in the process, the additive also enters the material guide pipe 31 under the action of the negative pressure generator and is mixed with the broussonetia papyrifera material. The water in the water storage tank 32 is also introduced into the material guiding pipe 31. In order to improve the mixing effect, the additive branch pipe 43 and the waterway branch pipe 44 are tangentially introduced into the guide pipe 41. Therefore, the stirring work is completed in the material guiding process.

A feed processing system taking paper mulberry as a raw material is characterized by comprising a skin cutting device, a mixing and crushing device and a fermentation device, wherein the skin cutting device comprises a base (4), a first driving motor (3) is installed on the base (4), a driving gear (2) is installed on an output shaft of the first driving motor (3), a first rack (5) is arranged above the driving gear (2), and the driving gear (2) is meshed with the first rack (5); a second rack (1) is arranged below the driving gear (2), and the driving gear (2) is meshed with the second rack (1); the first rack (5) is connected with a first extrusion block (6) through a connecting structure, the first extrusion block (6) is positioned on the base (4), and a cutter (13) and a discharge chute (14) are arranged on the first extrusion block (6); the second rack (1) is connected with a second extrusion block (15) through a connecting structure, the second extrusion block (15) is positioned on the base (4), and a cutter (13) and a discharge chute (14) are arranged on the second extrusion block (15); a lifting mechanism (9) is fixed above the base (4), a support frame (10) is installed at the lifting end of the lifting mechanism (9), and a second driving motor, a first driving roller (7), a second driving roller (12) and a sliding shaft (11) are installed on the support frame (10); the first transmission roller (7) and the second transmission roller (12) are identical in structure, the first transmission roller (7) and the second transmission roller (12) are located at the same horizontal height, and the central shaft of the first transmission roller (7) is parallel to the central shaft of the second transmission roller (12); an output shaft of the second driving motor is in transmission connection with the first transmission roller (7), and a friction belt (8) is wound on the first transmission roller (7) and the second transmission roller (12); the sliding shaft (11) is positioned between the first driving roller (7) and the second driving roller (12), and the friction belt (8) is wound around the sliding shaft (11); the fermentation device comprises a plurality of elongated fermentation tanks (31) arranged side by side, a first rail (32) is fixed on the side wall of each fermentation tank (31), a second rail (29) is installed at the end part of each fermentation tank (31), and the second rail (29) is perpendicular to the first rail (32); two rail cars (30) are arranged on the first rail (32) or the second rail (29), wherein a stirring device (38) is arranged on one rail car (30), and a filling device is arranged on the other rail car (30); the rail car (30) comprises a first car body (35), wherein a first wheel (34) is arranged on the first car body (35), and the first wheel (34) is in transmission connection with power equipment of the first car body (35); the first vehicle body (35) is provided with a jacking device (33), the lifting end of the jacking device (33) is provided with a second vehicle body (37), the second vehicle body (37) is provided with a second wheel (36), and the second wheel (36) is in transmission connection with power equipment of the second vehicle body (37); when the jacking device (33) is in a rising state, the bottom height of the first wheels (34) is lower than that of the second wheels (36), and when the jacking device (33) is in a falling state, the bottom height of the first wheels (34) is higher than that of the second wheels (36); the stirring device (38) and the filling device are both mounted on the second vehicle body (37).
