Abstract
The invention provides a mild, comfortable and quick-depilatory skin care composition. The composition uses calcium thioglycolate as a lower-stimulating basic reducing agent to cleave disulfide bonds of cystine linkages between adjacent polypeptide chains of hair keratin, thereby removing body hair; and preventing the damage of skin and soothing the damaged skin by adding a proper amount of alpha-bisabolol. The invention also provides a preparation method of the depilatory composition, which has simple operation steps and can realize industrial scale production.
Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of daily chemicals, and particularly relates to a mild and mild rapid depilatory composition and application thereof.
Background
The depilatory cream utilizes chemical substances in the depilatory cream to dissolve the hair structure so as to achieve the aim of depilation. The chemical substances have certain irritation, and are suitable for people who are afraid of pain but have less allergy to skin. The existing depilatory product cannot solve the problem that the specific skin of Asians is easy to be sensitive, and achieves the effects of mild and slow depilation as well as quick depilation. Therefore, there is an urgent need to develop skin care products that have both mild, comfortable and quick depilation.
Disclosure of Invention
It is an object of the present invention to provide a depilatory composition and product which provides both mild, soothing and rapid depilation.
The technical scheme adopted by the invention is as follows:
in a first aspect of the present invention, there is provided an epilatory composition comprising, in mass percent: 3.0-10.0% of calcium thioglycolate, 3.0-5.0% of urea, 3.0-5.0% of cetostearyl alcohol, 1.0-2.0% of sodium hydroxide and 0.2-2.0% of alpha-bisabolol.
The epilatory composition according to the first aspect of the invention preferably comprises the following components in mass percent: 7.0-10.0% of calcium thioglycolate, 3.0-5.0% of urea, 3.0-5.0% of cetostearyl alcohol, 1.0-2.0% of sodium hydroxide and 0.8-2.0% of alpha-bisabolol.
More preferably, the epilatory composition comprises the following ingredients in mass percent: 7.0-10.0% of calcium thioglycolate, 4.0% of urea, 4.0% of cetearyl alcohol, 1.5% of sodium hydroxide and 0.8-1.0% of alpha-bisabolol.
In a second aspect of the invention, there is provided the use of an epilatory composition according to the first aspect of the invention in the manufacture of an epilatory product.
The depilatory product is in any form conventionally used for topical application, particularly as an aqueous, aqueous-alcoholic or oily solution, oil-in-water or water-in-oil or multiple emulsion, hydrogel or oleogel, liquid, paste or solid anhydrous product. These depilatory preparations are prepared according to conventional methods.
The depilatory product may be fluid or have the appearance of a white or coloured cream, ointment, lotion, mousse.
According to the use of the second aspect of the invention, further, the epilation product comprises: depilatory cream, depilatory gel, depilatory wax paper, depilatory spray, depilatory emulsion, depilatory essence.
In a third aspect of the present invention, there is provided a depilatory formulation, consisting essentially of a depilatory composition according to the first aspect of the present invention.
According to the depilatory preparation of the third aspect of the present invention, further, the depilatory preparation further comprises pharmaceutically acceptable excipients.
The adjuvants may include hydrophilic or lipophilic gelling agents, hydrophilic or friendly active agents, preservatives, antioxidants, solvents, fragrances, fillers, pigments, chelating agents, deodorants.
The amount of the auxiliary materials is the amount commonly used in the field, for example, the auxiliary materials account for 0.01-20% of the total weight of the depilatory preparation, and the auxiliary materials select a water phase or an oil phase as a solvent according to the properties of the auxiliary materials.
Further, as the emulsifier and co-emulsifier which can be applied to the present invention, the auxiliary may include, for example, fatty acid esters of polyethylene glycol, steareth and the like.
Further, as the hydrophilic gel that can be applied to the present invention, the supplementary materials may include carbomer, acrylate copolymers, polysaccharides such as hydroxypropylcellulose, natural gums and clays.
In a fourth aspect of the invention, there is provided a process for the preparation of a depilatory formulation according to the third aspect of the invention, comprising the steps of:
s1, weighing the components in proportion, adding the components into water, and heating and stirring the mixture into uniform liquid;
s2, mixing the uniform liquid obtained in the step S1 with pharmaceutically acceptable auxiliary materials to obtain the depilatory preparation.
According to the preparation method of the fourth aspect of the invention, preferably, the temperature of the heating and stirring is 80-85 ℃.
According to the preparation method of the fourth aspect of the present invention, preferably, the heating and stirring is performed at 30 to 60rpm for 30 to 60 min.
The invention has the beneficial effects that:
the invention provides a mild, comfortable and quick-depilatory skin care composition. The composition can swell hair and cleave disulfide bonds of cystine links between adjacent polypeptide chains of hair keratin under the condition of a higher pH value (12.0-12.7) by using calcium thioglycolate as a less-irritant alkaline reducing agent. Finally, the keratin is destroyed (degraded) to form a jelly-like block, and then the residue can be washed or removed by a towel or the like, so as to achieve the effect of removing the body hair; however, the normal skin surface of a human body is slightly acidic, the pH value of the skin is 5.5-7.0, and when the skin contacts with an alkaline reducing agent with a higher pH value, the skin is damaged, the chemical barrier function is lost, and contact dermatitis is caused. So the damage of the skin and the soothing of the damaged skin are prevented by adding a proper amount of alpha-bisabolol.
The invention also provides a preparation method of the depilatory composition, which has simple operation steps and can realize industrial scale production.
Detailed Description
The present invention will be described in further detail with reference to specific examples. It should be understood that these examples are for illustrative purposes only and are not intended to limit the scope of the present invention.
Examples
An epilatory composition comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 3.0-10.0% of calcium thioglycolate, 3.0-5.0% of urea, 3.0-5.0% of cetearyl alcohol, 1.0-2.0% of sodium hydroxide, 0.2-2.0% of alpha-bisabolol and the balance of water.
In the range of the mixture ratio, 25 samples (see table 1 below) were prepared, wherein per 100 parts by weight, 4 parts of cetearyl alcohol, 4 parts of urea, 1.5 parts of sodium hydroxide, 5 concentrations of 1 part, 3 parts, 5 parts, 7 parts and 10 parts of calcium thioglycolate were set, 5 concentrations of 0.1 part, 0.2 part, 0.4 part, 0.8 part and 1.0 part of alpha-bisabolol were set, and the balance was water.
The preparation method of the depilatory composition comprises the following steps: heating calcium thioglycolate, urea, cetearyl alcohol, calcium hydroxide, alpha-bisabolol and a solvent to 80-85 ℃ in proportion, stirring at 30-60 rpm for 30-60 min to obtain a uniform liquid, and adjusting the pH value to 12.5.

2. An epilatory composition according to claim 1, comprising the following components in mass percent: 7.0-10.0% of calcium thioglycolate, 3.0-5.0% of urea, 3.0-5.0% of cetostearyl alcohol, 1.0-2.0% of sodium hydroxide and 0.8-2.0% of alpha-bisabolol.

s2, mixing the uniform liquid obtained in the step S1 with pharmaceutically acceptable auxiliary materials to obtain the depilatory preparation.
9. The method according to claim 8, wherein the temperature of the heating and stirring is 80 to 85 ℃.
