Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of wound care products.
Background
When handling patient's wound, need use the gauze to wrap the processing with the prevention wound infection to the wound, and the wound can secrete interstitial fluid etc. and absorbed by the gauze at the healing in-process, and the gauze can be in the same place wound and gauze adhesion along with its oxidation sclerosis after absorbing the wound sepage, thereby when needs are changed the gauze, the gauze is difficult for taking off, and cause the wound to bleed easily, cause the wound to tear even, consequently, make the change operation of gauze complicated, and the gauze absorbs the sepage after, its air permeability descends and is unfavorable for wound healing.
Disclosure of Invention
The technical problem to be solved by the invention is to provide a wound infection nursing device aiming at the technical defects. Use when wrapping up the wound from type barrier film, make from profile and wound contact laminating, then use the sticky tape to support the sponge and paste fixedly and to supporting from the type barrier film, the simple operation, and make things convenient for the wound ventilative from the ventilative line that the profile set up, and have inadhesion in order to avoid passing through tissue fluid etc. with the wound and producing the adhesion from the profile, consequently the nursing is changed to it to the convenience, and avoid causing harm such as tearing to the wound, it is safer to use.
The technical scheme adopted by the invention is as follows: provides a wound infection nursing device, which comprises a release isolating film, a protective film and a supporting sponge; the release isolating film comprises a release surface and a connecting surface opposite to the release surface; the release surface of the release isolating film is provided with air permeable grains; the protective film is provided with an adhesive layer, and the protective film is matched with the release surface of the release isolating film in a sticking way through the adhesive layer; the connecting surface of the release isolating membrane is fixedly connected and matched with the supporting sponge.
Further optimizing the technical scheme, the interval of the breathable lines of the wound infection nursing device is smaller than 1.5 mm.
Further optimize this technical scheme, the ventilative line of wound infection nursing device is the cross striation of even setting.
Further optimizing the technical scheme, the release isolating membrane of the wound infection nursing device is circular; the outer ring of the release isolating membrane is provided with gauze; the outer ring of the gauze is provided with gum; the ventilating lines are radially distributed along the release surface.
The invention has the beneficial effects that:
1. when the release isolating membrane is used for wrapping a wound, the release isolating membrane is cut according to the shape of the wound and the wrapping requirement, so that the use flexibility is improved, then the release surface of the release isolating membrane is attached to the wound to be wrapped of a patient and is adhered and fixed through an adhesive tape, the air-permeable grains arranged on the release surface facilitate the ventilation of the wound, and the release surface has non-adhesiveness, so that the wound is prevented from being adhered to the release isolating membrane after secreting tissue fluid and the like, the replacement operation is smooth, the wound is prevented from being torn, and the use safety is improved;
when the release isolating film is used, the protective film is connected with the release surface of the release isolating film in a sticking way through the adhesive layer, so that the infection of the wound caused by the contamination due to the exposure of the release surface in the external environment is avoided, the use is safer, and when the release surface and the wound are wrapped, the release surface is attached to the wound after the protective film is removed, and the operation is convenient and fast;
2. when the release surface of the release isolating film is subjected to breathable grain processing by conventional process means such as a hot pressing process and the like, the release surface can be processed into transverse grains, the interval between the transverse grains is smaller than 1.5 mm, and the transverse grains with the breathable grains are arranged so that the wound is kept ventilated and ventilated after the release isolating film wraps the wound, and meanwhile, tissue fluid secreted by the wound and the like diffuse along the breathable grains to generate a capillary phenomenon, so that the tissue fluid secreted by the wound flows along the skin around the wound through the breathable grains to be discharged;
after the separation type isolation membrane is attached to a wound, the supporting sponge is covered by gauze, and then the supporting sponge is adhered and fixed by an adhesive tape and skin, the separation surface is more tightly attached to the wound by pressing the supporting sponge by the gauze so as to avoid the wound from being exposed to cause infection, tissue fluid is discharged outwards through the air-permeable grains, the gauze absorbs the tissue fluid and partially absorbs the tissue fluid so as to avoid the pollution to the environment caused by the random flow of the tissue fluid;
3. after the puncture operation is performed on a patient, the round release isolating membrane can be used for adhering and fixing the release isolating membrane through the back adhesive to enable the release surface to be adhered to the wound, the adhesive tape is used for adhering the supporting sponge to improve the adhering firmness, and the supporting sponge is extruded to the release isolating membrane to enable the release surface to be tightly adhered to the wound, so that the wound infection is avoided;
the air-permeable grains of the release surface enable the wound to be air-permeable, and meanwhile, the secreted tissue fluid diffuses along the air-permeable grains and flows along the skin around the wound to be absorbed by the gauze at the outer ring of the release isolating membrane, so that the tissue fluid is prevented from flowing and dripping at will, the use is more sanitary, and the flowing path of the tissue fluid is reduced due to the radial distribution of the air-permeable grains;
when changing from type barrier film and nursing the wound, avoid producing the adhesion and cause tearing to the wound from the inadhesion of type face with the wound to it is smoothly convenient to make its change, improves the safety in utilization.
