Double-handle transferring and dumping mechanism for automatic cooker
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of automatic cooking equipment, and particularly relates to a double-handle transferring and dumping mechanism for an automatic cooking machine.
Background
Diet is always the most basic requirement for every person. However, people in the society do not have time to cook because of other stresses such as work, frequent fast food is difficult to avoid, some negative effects are caused on the health, and irreversible and huge damage is caused to the human body after long-term storage.
The traditional cooking stove has large oil smoke, people can not leave the stove during cooking, the cooking stove needs to be kept all the time, the trouble is wasted, the body is not good, particularly, the cooking stove is kept for a longer time by family full-time housewives, the skin is not good, and the cooking stove is easy to become old.
With the pace of life being accelerated and the revolution of cooking rising, the frying machines are more and more popular, and various frying machines are available in the market at present. However, the existing cooker has the problems that the dish is slowly output, finished products need to be manually loaded into a dish, and the additional labor time is spent.
Therefore, the double-handle transferring and dumping mechanism for the automatic cooker is necessary to be designed, which can be used for timely serving and saving labor time.
For example, chinese patent application No. CN201611023535.6 describes an automatic cooker, which includes a housing, a feeding compartment, a discharging box, and a control device; a feeding grid is arranged above the shell, a dish discharging box is arranged on the side face in front of the shell, and a control device is also arranged on the shell; the control device comprises a computer mainboard, a pot, an electric heating stove, a stirrer, a loudspeaker, a high-definition visual screen player capable of playing visual screens, a micro printer and a wireless transmitting module, a menu program is installed on the computer mainboard, the computer mainboard prints out a food list through the micro printer or sends a food list picture to a mobile phone through the wireless transmitting module according to the menu of the day, the computer mainboard performs visual screen demonstration cooking operation steps through the high-definition visual screen player according to the menu, and voice prompt cooking operation steps are performed through the loudspeaker. Although the required food material list can be printed out by arranging the daily menu, the user purchases food materials according to the food material list, and the cooking operation is carried out according to the screen and the voice prompt step, so that people who cannot cook can cook the food materials according to the prompt, the problem that the food materials are slowly cooked, finished products need to be manually placed in a tray, and the extra labor time is spent is still solved.

Detailed Description
In order to more clearly illustrate the embodiments of the present invention, the following description will explain the embodiments of the present invention with reference to the accompanying drawings. It is obvious that the drawings in the following description are only some examples of the invention, and that for a person skilled in the art, without inventive effort, other drawings and embodiments can be derived from them.
Example 1:
the double-handle transferring and dumping mechanism for the automatic cooker as shown in fig. 1 to 3 comprises a cooker body 2, a first connecting handle 10 and a second connecting handle 9 which are fixedly connected with the cooker body, a crank rocker arm 1 connected with the first connecting handle, a first motor 5 in transmission connection with the crank rocker arm, a guide rail plate 7, a cooker body moving groove plate 8 and a second motor 11; a coupling 12 used for being meshed with the first connecting handle is arranged on the second motor; the pan body moves along a first guide rail 6 arranged on the pan body moving groove plate.
Wherein the first connecting handle and the second connecting handle are used as two panhandle of the pan body. When the first motor is used for operating, the crank rocker arm is driven to pull the first connecting handle to pull the pot body to a designated position.
Furthermore, the diameter of the section of the first connecting handle is smaller than that of the section of the second connecting handle; the first connecting handle is used as a thin handle, and the second connecting handle is used as a thick handle. The arrangement of the two pan handles with the same diameter, namely the diameter of one pan handle and the diameter of the other pan handle, avoids the phenomenon of clamping when the pan handles are withdrawn due to the same diameter.
Furthermore, nylon retainer rings 3 are arranged on the first connecting handle and the second connecting handle. The nylon retaining ring has the advantages that the sealing ring is not easy to damage under high pressure, and the abrasion of the surface of the first connecting handle and the second connecting handle during operation is reduced.
Further, a connecting block 4 is arranged on the first connecting handle; the connecting block is fixedly connected with the crank rocker arm.
Further, as shown in fig. 4, a second guide rail having the same path as the first guide rail is provided on the guide rail plate. The path of the second guide rail on the guide rail plate is the same as the path of the first guide rail on the pot body moving groove plate, and engagement with the coupling on the second motor can be ensured when the first connecting handle is moved to a proper position (the leftmost middle end of the first guide rail in fig. 4).
Further, the starting end and the tail end of the first guide rail are on different horizontal lines; the starting end and the tail end of the second guide rail are on different horizontal lines. When the pan body is in a cooking stage, the pan body is positioned at the starting end of the guide rail (the rightmost end below the first guide rail in figure 4); when the dish needs to be discharged from the pot body, the pot body is moved to the tail end of the guide rail (the leftmost end in the middle of the first guide rail in the figure 4), so that the dish can be discharged conveniently by turning the pot body.
Furthermore, two slopes are arranged at the starting end of the guide rail on the guide rail plate and the starting end of the guide rail on the pot body moving groove plate; the two slopes have different path widths. The slope with the smaller path width in the two slopes is the moving path of the first connecting handle (thin handle), and the slope with the larger path width in the two slopes is the moving path of the second connecting handle (thick handle).
In addition, in order to prevent the pan handle from being clamped in a wrong track in the return stroke, the first connecting handle (thin handle) is positioned at the back, and the second connecting handle (thick handle) is positioned at the front.
The double-handle transferring and dumping mechanism for the automatic cooker further comprises a fixing plate 13. The fixed plate is used for fixing the position of the second motor. The coupling on the second motor passes through the fixed plate.
The working process of the invention is as follows:
pushing out the dish: when the cooking of the dishes is finished, the pot body is pushed to the bottom, the first connecting handle (thin handle) is pushed to the tail end of the guide rail, the coupling connected with the second motor is meshed with the first connecting handle (thin handle), the first connecting handle is used as the circle center, the second connecting handle overturns along the guide rail, and when the second motor is started, the pot body rotates by more than 90 degrees, so that the dishes are poured out, and the dish loading is finished.
The invention can put the finished product into a tray and take the finished product away, thereby further saving the labor time and leading the family to enjoy hot meal earlier; the first connecting handle, the second connecting handle and the pan body form the double-handle pan, the double-handle pan can keep the track horizontal and stable, the pan handle cannot be clamped in the track, and the working stability is high; according to the invention, the arrangement of the first connecting handle and the second connecting handle with the same diameter, which is thick and thin, avoids the phenomenon of blocking when withdrawing due to the same diameter, and the pan lifting angle is 120 degrees, so that the pan can be more easily pulled up through mechanical angle analysis.
The foregoing has outlined, rather broadly, the preferred embodiment and principles of the present invention in order that those skilled in the art may better understand the detailed description of the invention without departing from its broader aspects.
