Abstract

技术领域
本发明涉及包含多个分开的浓缩组分的液体洗涤组合物。该组合物旨在用于自动洗衣机中的洗衣,所述洗衣机配备有用于洗涤组合物的各个所述分开的组分中的独立储槽,以及取决于使用者所需的单个衣物的可变特征而用于选择和测量洗涤组合物的各种分开的组分的程序。
洗涤组合物被设置成使得各种分开的组分可以在洗涤循环的预设时间借助于所述洗衣机配备的合适的选择、测量和输送设备而引入洗衣机的洗涤室中。
此处和下文中,针对术语“具有分开的组分的液体洗涤组合物”,组合物旨在由至少两种液相组分组成,所述至少两种液相组分同时和/或顺序地用于在洗衣机中执行完整的洗衣循环,以便获得经洗涤物品的纤维的洗涤和后续调理。
背景技术
在已开发的市场中,家用洗衣目前几乎完全在洗衣机的支持下进行。
对于这样的机器,合适的洗涤剂产品已在市场上存在很长时间,其具有流体或粉末状的复杂通用配方,能够手动或通过具有自动编程的输送装置引入机器的洗涤室。
然而,消费者经常发现他或她自己需要洗涤用特定材料制成的物品,对于这些特定材料,通用洗涤剂对纤维几乎没有效果和/或有害。
因此,在家用洗衣剂市场中,已扩展了许多类型的产品,其针对特定的织物组和/或物品的颜色具有优化的性能。
为了满足他们所有的需求,大多数消费者被迫购买和使用多种产品:例如,用于白色物品、彩色物品、羊毛物品、合成纤维物品或运动类物品。
另一方面,单个产品的使用可能反而代表损坏由更精细的纤维组成的物品的可能风险,该物品实际上因具有较高洗涤剂和漂白效果的产品而显著劣化,或者另一方面,对于具有顽固尘渍的较不精细物品的效力降低。
该第一组洗涤剂产品还由用于在洗涤过程中执行特定功能的其它类型的产品来扩展,例如用于去除最顽固污渍或有机性质污渍的去污剂、软化剂、芳香剂或用于调理天然纤维的特定添加剂。
如果洗涤产品的这种多样性一方面允许对不同类型的织物和污垢进行有效洗涤,则其另一方面自然意味着一些缺点,例如:消费者供应的复杂性更大,在进行洗涤的家庭房间中的体积更大,使用方法有一定的技巧,非最佳的延长储存,从而导致洗涤效果的损失,尤其是洗涤剂中的酶成分的损失,最后,当可用的存料不完整而迫切需要进行洗衣时,存在产品使用不当的风险。
使用洗衣产品的这种常规模式的另一个缺点源于以下事实:目前洗涤衣物的频率比过去高得多:需要高洗涤功率的情况因此变得越来越少。因此,市场上的一些洗涤剂成分相对于普通洗衣的需求而言过量,因此无益地增加了产品对环境的影响。
此外,必须注意的是,形成洗涤剂的各单独的表面活性剂的最高去油效果发生在明确定义的不同温度范围:因此,市场上可用的通用洗涤产品组合物(其必须能够在全部可能的温度范围内发挥洗涤活性以用于待洗涤的不同物品)必须必然包括多种表面活性剂;因此,基于由消费者选择的洗涤程序的温度,那些表面活性剂的一部分可被证明是差的或无用的,并且因此表示了无用的浪费。
为了解决这些不同的问题,配备有多个单独的储槽的洗衣机最近开始在市场中扩展,其中设置单独的浓缩组分,更简单并且分别具有不同的功能。因此,这种分割允许大量的洗涤循环,其中不同组分的投配是自动进行的,而且以不同的洗涤循环次数(已知的且已普遍采用的实例是Miele的洗衣机)进行,基于所执行的洗涤的类型和待洗涤的物品的类型对其进行校准。因此,单独的组分可以以正确的量使用,而不需要使用者的任何随机介入,从而获得单个洗涤循环的优化效力。
文献CN108951007、DE102016106777、WO2015/143820、EP2566943、EP2524079、EP2196574、EP1995368、US7784310、EP474848公开了洗衣机或洗衣机的使用方法的解决方案,其提供了在连续的洗涤循环期间自动投配的单独的洗涤组分的多个储槽。
关于在具有多个储槽的所述洗衣机中使用的具有分开的组分的洗涤组合物的具体类型,当前现有技术由以下简要评述的文献示例性地代表。
WO2017/211697公开了一种在储槽的组合中提供的用于解决酶相容性问题的洗涤组合物;所述组合物被分成具有包含酶促蛋白酶基质的组分的第一储槽、具有含有酶促脂肪酶和/或纤维素酶基质的组分的第二储槽以及含有洗涤剂的第三储槽。作为另选,洗涤剂可以添加到第一或第二储槽中。
EP2521811和相应的US2013036772A1(据此草拟了权利要求1的前序部分)公开了一种洗衣机,其包括连接至洗衣机的内筒的外部多个储槽。所述多个储槽包括:第一储槽,其至少包含酶、用于酶的稳定剂和表面活性剂,其是常规洗涤剂的典型制剂;第二储槽,其至少包含漂白剂和络合剂,其又是已知的去污和消毒制剂;以及第三储槽,其至少包含芳香剂和/或光学漂白剂和/或软化剂。本文所公开的具体组合物不具有创新的配方,并且简单地表示根据要求输送的不同的复杂洗涤试剂的实例。在某些条件下输送各储槽的复杂内容物,但不允许有效地构建优化成分的量的配方。此外,必须注意的是,其中一种组分同时含有酶和表面活性剂,所述酶和表面活性剂因此在洗涤循环中一起输送:其与现有技术的普通洗涤剂不同,其中两种成分是先验定义的,并且在使用中是不可能对其进行调整:因此在不需要它们的许多情况下克服了(昂贵的)酶的浪费的局限,并且在这些情况下,使得这样的组分在存在被酶降解的基于动物来源的蛋白质(例如羊毛和丝绸)的材料的情况下是无用的。最后,将分开的组分分成三个隔室,其中组分比率为1:4:1(其中最大量是针对碱性漂白剂),这与洗涤需求不一致(通常需要更大量的表面活性剂和溶剂),并且因此产生可用体积的不适当使用,不适合于用于洗衣机的任何输送体系中。特别地,如EP3623524中所示的解决方案,其中有必要将容纳在洗衣机的舷窗的圆形扇区中的储槽中的组分汇聚,由于要洗涤的物品的平均类型,划分成三种组分对于利用该空间不是最佳的。此外,必须考虑到,洗衣机舷窗将洗涤热量的一部分转移到洗涤制剂的储槽,因此不再处于中性环境中(如果储槽设置在洗衣机上方,则可能发生这种情况)。EP2521810公开了一种洗衣机,其包括连接至洗衣机内筒的多个外部储槽。所述多个储槽包括:第一储槽,所述第一储槽至少包含选自淀粉酶、甘露聚糖酶、纤维素酶、脂肪酶和/或果胶裂解酶的组的至少一种酶,并且至少包含表面活性剂和/或络合剂;第二储槽,所述第二储槽至少包含蛋白酶和表面活性剂和/或络合剂;以及第三储槽,所述第三储槽至少包含芳香剂和/或光学漂白剂和/或软化剂。
WO2009/95003公开了一种洗衣机,其包括多个储槽,其中各单独类型的洗涤组分容纳在相应的储槽中。因此,完全避免了不同类型的酶之间的有害相互作用,并且可以以精确的方式进行各单独组分的投配;然而,无论是从体积的角度来看,还是从再填充的频率和模式的角度来看,都存在必须管理大量不同储槽的显著缺点。
从以上报道的现有技术的框架中,可以明显看出在具有现有技术的分开的组分的组合物中如何仍然存在低效率。特别地,仅在可以管理大量单独的储槽的情况下,组件的拆分才有效,而拆分意味着折衷,当选择分成三个单独的储槽时,此种折衷会使洗涤效率低并且缺乏灵活性。
特别地,如WO2009/9503中所提出的,建议将各酶家族分配给相应的储槽的方案遭受了上述对于体系的良好效率和对于其由消费者的迅速可接受性的过多数量的储槽的上述缺点,实际上,对于适用于各特定洗衣情况的多种洗涤组合物的当前使用情况而言,将不会在其中看到足够的优点。在其中建议将各酶家族与没有有害相互作用发生的洗涤组合物的其它组分(例如表面活性剂、漂白剂或软化剂)缔合的溶液中(例如在EP2521811中提出的那样),确实可以将不同储槽的数量保持在合理的低水平,但缺点是不能独立地投配酶和与其相关的组分,因此证实了过量组分的不可避免的浪费。
此外,如EP3623524中所提出的,这些问题在各个储槽具有尺寸限制的情况下更加突出,因为它们必须被容纳在预设几何形状的隔室中。
因此,本发明的目的在于提供具有分开的组分的洗涤组合物,其允许在广泛的不同可能的洗涤条件下独立地投配组合物的主要组分,而且在适合设置独立储槽的各种组分之间保持总体上合理的较低数量的分开的组分和相对数量,这优化了洗衣机舷窗的圆形扇区中的可用空间。本发明的目的还在于,将成分的总体积降低到最小量,以便增加多达75个洗涤循环(平均衣物负载为4.5kg),洗衣机的独立性不需要重新装载这些组分,以便减少用于洗涤单元的包装的塑料材料的使用和所产生的环境影响。
最后,另一个目的在于提出一组组分,如在暴露于各种热洗涤循环期间与洗衣机的舷窗接触时可以发现的,所述组分特别适合于即使在临界温度条件下也随时间保持良好的效力。
发明内容
这些目的通过具有多个分开的组分的洗涤组合物实现,所述洗涤组合物具有所附权利要求1中限定的特征。在从属权利要求中限定了所述洗涤组合物的其它优选特征。
特别地,本发明由洗涤组合物的制剂组成,其用于处理所有可能的服装物品和常见用途的其它纺织品,所述物品由任何类型的天然或合成织物制成,并且处于尘垢或污渍的任何条件下。
根据本发明,此类洗涤组合物由四种液相的分开的组分组成,所述组分在相应容器中出售给消费者,并且当它们在洗衣机中根据预定义的量(其根据织物的类型、尘垢程度或污渍的存在而变化)彼此组合使用时,能够最佳地洗涤和处理任何类型的纤维和物品,而无需添加或替代地使用一些其它洗涤产品、去污剂或软化剂,从而确保了所提出的用于解决有效家用洗衣问题的溶液的普适性。
在配备有自动投配体系的洗衣机中,洗涤组合物与本发明的分开的组分一体化,因此不仅能够显著降低必须用于洗涤的产品的数量,而且还能够显著减少意图存放此类产品存料的家庭面积。

具体实施方式
为了解决上述突出问题,鉴于需要处理不同的材料而不产生废物并在扇形隔室中占用有限的空间,申请人对酶在储存过程中的稳定性以及优化不同洗涤组分的分配和数量的机会进行了广泛的研究。
在此种实验结束时,已经检测到分成四种不同的组分可以以图1所示的不同体积的组分1、2、3、4最佳地占据扇形隔室(图1),组分的体积比为5:4:1:2至4:3:1:3,优选为4.2:3.3:1:2.5。
此外,已经突出显示了,在特定的pH条件下,可以维持不同酶家族的稳定混合物,特别是蛋白酶和脂肪酶,而没有显著的活性损失。
这些研究的结果允许克服现有技术的上述状态,设计了液体洗涤组合物,其中将所有必需的酶收集到单一组分中。这已经允许以创新的方式使用其它组分,取决于其活性温度的最佳范围和与纤维的相容性,将表面活性剂分成两种组分,并且添加用于纤维的最终调理的第四组分,从而设计了本发明的具有分开的组分的液体洗涤组合物。
实际上,由此可以在单个容器中保留体积减少(图1的组分3的体积)的基于蛋白酶和脂肪酶的两种酶以及可能被认为是必需的其它酶,以便优化去污能力,占据可用的整个容器体积并将表面活性剂组分转移到较大体积的分开的独立容器中。这允许在四种不同且独立的体积上更好地分布(与已知技术相比)各种组分,有利地分离必须优选在不同洗涤条件下使用的组分(通常为酶和表面活性剂)。
因此,构成本发明的液体洗涤组合物的四种分开的组分具有以下总体配方:
·组分1–洗涤剂制剂,pH为4.0至12.0,对棉物品、特别是白色物品具有特定作用;
·组分2–洗涤剂制剂,pH为8.0至12.0,对合成纤维的、着色的和动物来源的纤维具有特定作用;
·组分3–基于酶的去污制剂,pH为4.0至6.0;
·组分4–用于在洗涤操作结束后进行纤维调理的制剂,pH为1.0至4.0。
占据相应体积的组分在图1中被称为1、2、3和4。
如图1中所示,考虑到其平均使用频率,这些组分以浓缩形式包含在料筒中,其量足以进行50至100次的洗涤循环,具有高于市场上的常规液体洗涤产品的平均效力。
本发明的洗涤组合物的四个料筒1-4安装在配备有接收座的专用洗衣机上,所述接收座具有用于四个料筒的单独的抽吸单元(如EP3623524中所述)。所述机器还配备有四种组分的自动且独立的抽吸和投配体系,其配备有软件程序,所述软件程序根据使用者针对尘垢类型和织物类型进行的选择而定义单独组分的相应投配量。容器的盖本身代表了与机器上提供的分配管线的连接,并配备了用于平衡内部压力的通风体系。
本发明基于以下实验观察,当这些酶插入pH低于6.0的制剂中并且额外使用特定的溶剂混合物时,能够在具有一些类型的蛋白酶的混合物中保持脂肪酶范畴的酶的稳定性和相对洗涤效力。优选地,制剂的pH必须大于4,甚至更优选大于5。
特别地,由于成分的容器可能在洗涤循环期间处于可能暴露于温度升高的位置,因此必须不仅在37℃(其是该领域中通常确定为与洗涤剂的标准储存条件相关的极限温度参数的温度)下确保随时间的稳定性,而且在甚至高达约40℃时也确保了随时间的稳定性。
相对于含有洗涤表面活性剂的那些,分离这种组分(如上所述确定为第三组分)能够实现仅在需要时的准确投配以及与被待处理织物类型的相容性。在没有其它洗涤组分的情况下保持在单个容器中的酶具有更大的可用体积,从而在时间单位中允许该第三组分的更大投配:这能够实现优异的去污作用,并替代预处理剂或洗涤添加剂的使用。除此之外,可以通过使用例如基于第二表面活性剂的组分来进行动物来源材料(羊毛、丝绸)的物品的清新洗涤,而不必使用酶破坏它们,所述酶仅在存在有机来源的污渍的情况下是必要的。
第一组分的洗涤制剂的特征在于阴离子表面活性剂占主导存在,其在植物来源的纤维上是高度活性的,其在中高温下(例如在60℃下)展示出效力峰值。此外,可向这样的制剂中添加基于氧的增白剂以提高对可氧化污渍的效力,并且可以添加光学增白剂以获得最大程度的白度。
第二组分的洗涤制剂的特征在于非离子表面活性剂占主导存在,其在15℃至30℃的温度下展示出最大效力。可对其添加颜色稳定成分和植物蛋白质以全面改善动物来源纤维的水合,并且可以添加气味去除用成分,以便实现合成纤维和产业物品的最佳洗涤。
现在将更详细地说明本发明的洗涤组合物的各个分开的组分的配方。
组分1
组分1是浓缩的洗涤剂基质,其在等于或高于40℃的温度下展现出最大效力。具有洗涤剂效果的表面活性剂体系主要由阴离子表面活性剂和非离子表面活性剂的混合物组成,总计为20%至50%活性剂的量。该混合物必须包含阴离子表面活性剂和非离子表面活性剂,其活性剂比率为75:25至50:50。在本申请的上下文中,参考了活性剂的量,因为表面活性剂(或被考虑的其它物质)通常在市场上可用,并且其承载或稀释在水中或其它试剂(例如乙醇或二醇)中,而这种水或其它试剂被认为是对于洗涤剂目的而言“非活性”的组分。
为了实现最大效力,活性剂对纤维素纤维的物品和宽范围的污渍相等,该混合物必须优选由至少四种不同分子的组合组成。
优选的阴离子表面活性剂的类型属于由烷基苯磺酸盐、烷基醚硫酸盐和烷基硫酸盐组成的组。
优选的烷基苯磺酸盐具有C10至C15的烷基链,并且可以商品名TENSARILTM(由KLM烯烃制造)、SOLPHODACTM(由SASOL制造)、MARLONTM(由SASOL制造)和CAFLONTM(由UNIVAR制造)市售获得。烷基苯磺酸盐通常以其酸性形式插入制剂中,并且用强碱如氢氧化钠、单乙醇胺或三乙醇胺原位进行中和。这种碱的添加还具有将制剂的pH调节至所需值的功能。
优选具有C10至C16的链长和1至3的乙氧基化摩尔数的烷基醚硫酸盐表面活性剂。可用原料的实例可以商品名ZETESOLTM(由Zschimmer&Schwarz制造)、EMPICOLTM(由INNOSPEC制造)、TENSAGEXTM(由KLM Oleo制造)市售获得。
表面活性剂混合物还可以含有具有C10至C16的烷基链的烷基硫酸盐,其可以商品名SULFOPONTM(由BASF制造)、SULFETALTM(由Zschimmer&Schwarz制造)、STEPANOLTM(由STEPAN制造)在市场上获得。
在非离子表面活性剂中,伯乙氧基化脂肪醇和仲乙氧基化脂肪醇都是优选的,其具有高于或等于7摩尔的乙氧基化度和C10至C18的烷基链,例如以商标LUTENSOLTM(由BASF制造)、CAFLONTM(由UNIVAR制造)或EMPILANTM(由INNOSPEC制造)市售获得。
其它非离子表面活性剂可选自烷基聚葡萄糖苷或烷基聚戊糖苷的类别。
对于表面活性剂混合物,最终可以以1%至10%活性剂的浓度加入皂。优选的皂由橄榄油和椰子油获得。
可向上述表面活性剂混合物中加入其它类型的表面活性剂,以稳定其粘度或发泡能力,但这种额外的表面活性剂对纤维素来源纤维的洗涤性能的改善没有明显效果。
此外,必须以符合已知技术的洗涤制剂的方式向混合物中加入螯合分子、多价螯合剂和溶剂。
为了提高洗涤效果,还应当引入具有分散、抗再沉积和去污功能的聚合物。这些组分可以选自可以商标SOKALANTM(由BASF制造)、TEXCARETM(由CLARIANT制造)或REPEL-O-TEXTM(由SOLVAY制造)在市场上获得的产品。此类组分在制剂中的范围可以为2%至10%。
假定组分1的主要目标用于由白色纤维素纤维制成的织物,则所述配方富含光学增白剂,所述光学增白剂优选地选自4,4'-二苯乙烯基联苯(DSBP)的衍生产物,例如以商标TINOPALTM(由BASF制造)在市场上提供的那些。这种原料的浓度为0.05%至1%。
用水来完成所述制剂,并且所述混合物中可以含有其它功能性成分,例如芳香剂、流变改性剂、防腐剂和着色剂。
在组分1的制剂中,最后还可以添加过氧化氢,以便增加对可氧化污渍的增亮作用,并获得特定的消毒作用。酸型的pH调节剂在这种情况下是必需的,用于将pH水平保持在约4至约12。
组分2
组分2是在低温下有活性的浓缩洗涤剂基质,其特征在于对动物来源纤维(例如羊毛和丝绸)的作用极其柔和。
与组分1类似,组分2基于阴离子表面活性剂和非离子表面活性剂的混合表面活性剂体系,其总计为30%至60%活性剂的量。尽管没有说明它们在低温下的最大效力,但阴离子表面活性剂可用于稳定超浓缩制剂。因此,该混合物必须包含活性剂比例为25:75至50:50的阴离子表面活性剂和非离子表面活性剂。
组分2中使用的阴离子表面活性剂选自已经在组分1中引用的相同类别。然而,申请人已经观察到,烷基硫酸盐和烷基醚硫酸盐类别的阴离子表面活性剂的完全去除以及替换成磺化烯烃将以明显可感知的方式(如通过消费者特定小组测试以实验方式验证)改善了物品的柔软性和弹性,并且避免了通过羊毛的化学脱水造成的毡化。例如,可用的磺化烯烃可选自商标HOSTAPURTM(由CLARIANT制造)、WEYLCLEAN(由WEYLCHEM制造)或MERSOLATTM(由LANXESS制造)的产品。
与组分1一样,用于该组分的优选的非离子表面活性剂是伯乙氧基化脂肪醇和仲乙氧基化脂肪醇,其具有高于或等于7摩尔的乙氧基化度和C10至C18的烷基链,例如可以商标LUTENSOLTM(由BASF制造)、CAFLONTM(由UNIVAR制造)、EMPILANTM(由INNOSPEC制造)市售获得,以及任何情况下的烷基聚葡萄糖苷。
申请人还证实,可优选使用与烯烃结合的葡糖胺,这有助于维持羊毛纤维的柔软性。
优选地,制剂还包含浓度为1%至5%活性剂的辛酰谷氨酸二钠,其展现出灭菌和去除源自汗液和其它体液的臭味的辅助功能。
与组分1一样,组分2的混合物应优选地加入有螯合和多价螯合分子。
为了提高洗涤效力,聚合物还应该优选地引入具有分散、抗再沉积和去污功能,可在针对组分1表明的商业产品的相同范围内进行选择;并且使用的浓度是相当的,在2%至10%的范围内。
组分2以优选的方式表明用于着色物品的洗涤处理,并且因此进一步与具有颜色抗转移功能的添加剂整合。有效的溶液可以选自聚乙烯基吡咯烷酮的衍生物和阳离子脂族多胺的衍生物,例如可以商标SOKALANTM(由BASF制造)、TEXCARETM(由CLARIANT制造)、REILLINETM(由VERTELLUS制造)市售获得的那些。
用水来完成所述制剂,并且所述混合物中可以含有其它功能性成分,例如溶剂、芳香剂、流变改性剂、防腐剂、着色剂和pH调节剂。
组分3
在该组分中,如上所述,主要包含酶填充物。填充物的酶基质含有酶的混合物,其是确保本发明的洗涤组合物的去污能力(特别是对于有机来源的污渍)的基础。所述混合物通常至少含有蛋白酶、淀粉酶和脂肪酶。此外,所述基质可优选含有纤维素酶和/或甘露聚糖酶。
混合物在高达40℃的温度条件下必须是稳定的,因而超过37℃(酶制造商在此温度下测试了酶稳定性)。这是因为将容器容纳在舷窗附近可以使混合物在高温洗涤的情况下暴露于液体的内部温度升高,从而加速酶分离。
在蛋白酶中,特别推荐在本申请中使用枯草杆菌蛋白酶;只有某些类型(特别是由制造商以先前未稳定的形式提供)允许在组分3时获得最大稳定性。实际上,如果原料已经包含稳定活性成分,则不可能在所有必需的酶之间找到相互稳定性的总体平衡,从而不利地影响洗涤效果。
特别地,其已经被定义为实验加速稳定性的最佳结果,其允许在40℃下调节12周之后的效力损失低于20%。
本发明的实验研究已经证明,当pH保持在4至6、或甚至更好在5至6时,相同制剂中的这些酶、特别是蛋白酶和脂肪酶之间的稳定共存是最佳的。
对于最佳稳定化,已经检测到有必要仔细选择可用的可能的枯草杆菌蛋白酶;这样的选择已经考虑了制造商在商业原料中引入的酶的共乘因子、特定的去污效力和赋予脂肪酶的降解能力来进行。实际上,在缺乏酶的充分混合的情况下,在这些pH水平下,酶之间产生相容性问题,这证实了其随时间的不稳定性和效力丧失。
在零时刻和在40℃下加速老化期达到12周的实验洗涤试验,具体地监测血液、草、可可、橄榄油和皮脂的污渍,已经突出显示了通过优选具有枯草杆菌蛋白酶型酶的混合物而获得了最大稳定性和效力,所述酶可以商品名PREFERENZTMP100(从DUPONT可得)或LAVERGYTMPRO104L(从BASF可得)市售获得(甚至是最近才进入市场的酶),并且更好地进行了常规的洗涤剂应用,证明了更快地劣化。
制剂中的蛋白酶可包含至多3%的活性酶蛋白(aep,作为首字母缩写),优选至多2%aep。
除了蛋白酶之外,该制剂还包含脂肪酶,其选自例如以商品名LIPEXTM和LIPEXEVITYTM(从NOVOZYMES可得)和PREFERENZTML(从DU PONT可得)市售获得的脂肪酶。该制剂可包含至多1%aep的脂肪酶。
除了蛋白酶和脂肪酶之外,第三组分的制剂还可以包含淀粉酶,其选自例如以商品名AMPLYFY PRIME、STAINZYME、TERMAMYLTM、TERMAMYL ULTRATM(从NOVOZYMES可得)和PREFERENZTM S(从DU PONT可得)市售获得的淀粉酶。该制剂可以包含至多1%aep的淀粉酶,优选至多0.5%aep的淀粉酶。此外,该体系还可以包含纤维素酶和甘露聚糖酶,其浓度皆可以为至多0.5%aep。
最后通过添加多元醇(例如优选甘油或甚至更好为山梨醇)和选自氯化钙和甲酸钠的盐来稳定第三组分的制剂。稳定体系的选择必须从制剂中排除使用单丙二醇(MPG)。在制剂中不有意添加MPG,但源自市售原料的次要成分的MPG必须不高于10%活性剂。实际上,已经检测到,整体高于10%的MPG浓度产生了溶液的化学-物理不稳定性,这导致浑浊的混合物和变性酶的沉淀,导致去污效力的显著损失。
组分4
本发明的洗涤组合物的第四组分是用于纤维调理的产品,发现其增加天然纤维物品的柔软性并且显著减少合成纤维物品的静电吸附。该组分的制剂通常至少含有阳离子表面活性剂,优选是酯基季铵盐(estherquat)类别。可将聚丙二醇或乙醇加入此种表面活性剂中。阳离子表面活性剂可以以5%至20%活性剂的浓度存在。
可任选地将浓度为至多2%的乳酸添加到制剂中,以便调节pH和乳液稳定性。乳酸的添加赋予产品无菌性,并避免加入另外的防腐剂。
根据本发明,优选的是将官能化菊粉聚合物添加到组分4中,以增加物品的柔软性并以可感知的程度除去纤维素纤维的粗糙度,从而允许获得与具有20%较高浓度的阳离子表面活性剂的无菊粉制剂相当的结果。由于织物纤维上的阳离子表面活性剂的过度高浓度意味着,由于不期望的副作用、过多的油性和所得的排水性(特别是对于旨在吸收水的物品,例如手巾和浴衣),投配阳离子表面活性剂的机会有限,因此添加官能化菊粉衍生物使得经洗涤和调理的物品的感官明显改善。菊粉以0.2%至2%活性剂的量投配在组分4中,并且可以选自以商标(由ROYALCOSUN制造)在市场上可得的产品。
已知当以0.1%至3%的活性原料的量加入时,源自小麦和丝绸的一些水解的或官能化的植物型蛋白质展现出对织物纤维的软化作用好于羊毛脂。然而,申请人已经证实,除了对cheratinic纤维的水合作用和柔软性具有影响之外,仅在化妆品领域的现有技术中使用源自大米的植物型蛋白质还可以改善纤维素纤维的水合作用以及丝绸和棉纤维的松弛(其可以通过消费者特定小组测试而清楚地突出显示),有助于熨烫物品。这些源自大米的植物型蛋白质在制剂中以0.2%至3.0%活性剂的量投配,并且可以选自市售产品中,例如商标为(由BASF制造)和ORYSOLTM(由KELISEMA制造)的产品。
在洗涤操作结束时用组分4处理由动物纤维制造的物品,其对抗了通常由洗涤过程引起的脱水,并且减少了由水造成的纤维老化。
组分4的制剂还可含有次要活性剂,例如硅、纤维素酶类别的酶和中和气味的活性成分。
分开的组分1至4的投配
上述分开的组分1至4可以在程序期间独立地投配;对于各洗涤循环,必须始终投配具有洗涤剂效果的组分1和2中的至少一种,而组分3和4则以下述报告的标准任选地添加。
特别地,针对约4.5Kg的标准衣物负载,本发明的洗涤组合物的分开的组分的投配量优选为以下:
·组分1和组分2的总量应介于10ml至40ml之间;
·组分3的量应介于1ml至10ml之间;
·组分4的量应介于5ml至20ml之间。
组分1、2和3应在主洗涤步骤中投配,并且可根据洗涤程序同时或以不同的步骤添加到洗涤液体中。
另外,组分1和2也可以在预洗步骤期间投配。最后,应在最终漂洗中投配组分4。
考虑到在使用洗衣机时检测到的平均相对投配需求,根据优选实施方式的组分的组成需要低于4升的总体积,优选3.25升,体积因此被分成:
组分1:1250ml
组分2:1000ml
组分3:300ml
组分4:700ml
这种体积的选择能够实现容器在设置在家用电器的壳体中的最佳分布,并且允许进行多达75次洗涤循环,从而避免组分随着时间的推移过度交错消耗而给使用者造成补充困难。
实施例
在下文中,以详细和示意性的方式报告了本发明的单独液体洗涤组分的一些优选实施例。然后在洗衣机的操作循环期间,通过存储在机器上的过程创建洗涤组合物的复杂制剂,该过程以本领域技术人员力所能及的技术方式根据要求提供四种组分的选择、投配和输送。

如从以上提供的描述可以理解的,分成四种组分和各组分的具体制剂能够获得高度有效的洗涤组合物,并且实现发明内容中提及的目的。
实际上,通过有效占据扇形隔室的如此大的体积,提供了用于自动实现多种类型物品的最有效洗涤配方的合适组分。四种组分的特定组成可以优化各个配方的性质和数量,获得活性成分的长期保存,减少洗涤循环中的废物和环境污染,并为用户提供最少的管理投入。
有利地,本发明的洗涤组合物可以与任何配备有四个独立储槽的洗衣机一起使用,所述独立储槽易于通过合适的选择、投配和不同的输送程序进行控制。
然而,应理解,本发明不应被视为限于以上说明的特定设置(其仅构成其示例性实施方式),而是在不脱离本发明的保护范围(仅由所附权利要求限定)的情况下,不同的变体都是可能的,所有这些都在本领域技术人员的获取范围内。
例如,尽管始终提及或多或少稠的液体组分,但不排除洗涤组合物也可以至少部分地使用完全脱水的组分,例如粉末或小颗粒(因此仍然是流体,以便能够轻易输送至洗衣机的洗涤室)。
Claims (15)
1.一种流体洗涤组合物,其具有容纳在洗衣机的相应独立储槽中的四种分开的组分,所述洗衣机配备有用于根据单个洗衣批次的不同特性进行所述分开的组分的选择、投配和差异化输送的程序,其特征在于,所述分开的组分具有以下配方:
组分1:洗涤剂制剂,pH为4.0至12.0,在40℃至60℃的温度下在洗涤程序中具有高洗涤剂效果,对棉纤维、特别是着白色的物品具有特定作用;
组分2:洗涤剂制剂,pH为8.0至12.0,在15℃至40℃的温度下在洗涤程序中具有高洗涤剂效果,对合成、着色和动物来源的纤维具有特定作用;
组分3:基于酶的去污制剂,至少基于蛋白酶和脂肪酶以及可能的淀粉酶,pH为5.0至6.0,优选5.0至5.5,用山梨醇和氯化钙稳定;
组分4:洗涤后调理制剂,pH为2.0至4.0。
2.如权利要求1所述的洗涤组合物,其中,所述组分1由活性剂比例为75:25至50:50的阴离子表面活性剂和非离子表面活性剂的混合物组成,其中所述阴离子表面活性剂选自烷基苯磺酸盐、烷基醚硫酸盐和烷基硫酸盐,并且所述非离子表面活性剂选自伯乙氧基化脂肪醇和仲乙氧基化脂肪醇、烷基聚葡萄糖苷或烷基聚戊糖苷。
3.如权利要求2所述的洗涤组合物,其包含20%至50%活性剂的量的表面活性剂,1%至10%活性剂的量的皂,总计2%至10%活性剂的量的具有稳定、分散、抗再沉积和去污功能的混杂添加剂,0.05%至1%活性剂的量的氧化增白剂和光学增白剂,和补足至100%的水。
4.如前述权利要求中任一项所述的洗涤组合物,其中,所述组分2由活性剂比例为25:75至50:50的阴离子表面活性剂和非离子表面活性剂的混合物组成,其中所述阴离子表面活性剂选自烷基苯磺酸盐和磺化烯烃,任选地添加有葡糖酰胺,并且所述非离子表面活性剂选自具有高于或等于5摩尔的乙氧基化度以及C10至C18的烷基链的伯乙氧基化脂肪醇和仲乙氧基化脂肪醇。
5.如权利要求4所述的洗涤组合物,其包含30%至60%活性剂的量的表面活性剂,1%至5%活性剂的量的具有抑菌功能并辅助去除臭味的添加剂,总计2%至10%活性剂的量的具有稳定、分散、抗再沉积和去污功能的混杂添加剂,和补足至100%的水。
6.如前述权利要求中任一项所述的洗涤组合物,其中,所述组分3由酶混合物组成,所述酶混合物至少包含蛋白酶、脂肪酶和淀粉酶以及任选的纤维素酶和/或甘露聚糖酶。
7.如权利要求6所述的洗涤组合物,其中,在组分3中,所述蛋白酶的含量为至多3%aep,所述脂肪酶的含量为至多1%aep,所述淀粉酶的含量为至多0.5%aep,并且所述纤维素酶和甘露聚糖酶的任一含量各自至多为0.5%aep。
8.如权利要求7所述的洗涤组合物,其中,所述蛋白酶是枯草杆菌蛋白酶。
9.如权利要求7所述的洗涤组合物,其中,组分3还包含由多元醇组成的稳定添加剂,所述多元醇优选地选自甘油和山梨醇。
10.如权利要求9所述的洗涤组合物,其中,单丙二醇的总含量不高于10%活性剂。
11.如权利要求1所述的洗涤组合物,其中,所述组分4包含酯季铵类别的阳离子表面活性剂,其可能添加有丙二醇或乙醇。
12.如权利要求11所述的洗涤组合物,其中,组分4包含5%至20%活性剂的量的所述阳离子表面活性剂,至多2%活性剂的量的基于乳酸的抑菌添加剂,0.2%至2%活性剂的量的基于菊粉的软化添加剂,0.4%至3%活性剂的量的基于大米蛋白的软化添加剂,和补足至100%的水。
13.如前述权利要求中任一项所述的洗涤组合物,其中,所述组分1至4以5:4:1:2至4:3:1:3的体积比、优选以4.2:3.3:1:2.5的体积比设置在相应的储槽中。
14.洗衣套件,其包含含有各自的洗涤组分的四个单独的料筒,其特征在于:
所述组分构成前述权利要求中任一项所述的洗涤组合物,并且
所述组分1至4以5:4:1:2至4:3:1:3的体积比,优选以4.2:3.3:1:2.5的体积比分布在所述料筒中。
15.一种洗衣机中的洗涤方法,其包括使用洗涤剂的洗涤步骤,其中,将投配量的洗涤组分从所述组分的多个分开的料筒开始输送到洗涤室中,其特征在于,所述料筒容纳在由所述洗衣机的舷窗限定的隔室中,并且包含构成权利要求1至13中任一项所述的洗涤组合物的组分。
