Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present application more apparent, the present application is further described in detail below with reference to fig. 1-8 and the embodiments. It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the present application and are not intended to limit the present application.
The embodiments of the present invention will be described in further detail with reference to the drawings attached hereto.
The embodiment of the application discloses a water meter protocol matching method, which enables a water meter to determine a corresponding fixed protocol from a preset protocol database when the water meter is installed, so that the water meter can automatically perform protocol matching, the occurrence of incorrect matching of the water meter protocol is reduced, and convenience is brought to later-stage time of the water meter.
Referring to fig. 1, the flow of the method for matching the water meter protocol includes the following steps:
step S100: and acquiring the in-place signal of the water meters to be paired.
The water meters to be paired are the water meters which need to be installed and are subjected to protocol pairing, the in-place signal is a signal output when the water meters to be paired are installed at the installation positions of the water supply meters, and the installation conditions of the water meters can be determined by installing the pressure sensors at the corresponding positions.
Step S101: and activating the preset detection equipment according to the in-place signal, and controlling the detection equipment to operate to acquire the protocol information of the water meter.
The protocol that the water gauge protocol information corresponds is the required protocol of water gauge, through installing the ifrd chip on the water gauge in order to carry out the record, when output signal in place, activation check out test set is in order to read the water gauge protocol information on the water gauge, and wherein check out test set is the card reader that can read the ifrd chip, and after the water gauge installation finishes, reads the position of chip and aligns and be close to with the ifrd chip of recording data on the water gauge on the card reader.
Step S102: and outputting the stored fixed protocol in the preset protocol database according to the preset output rule.
The fixed protocol is a protocol capable of being matched with the protocol of the water meter, a plurality of different fixed protocols are integrated to form a protocol database, the fixed protocols are stored, when the protocol matching is needed on the water meter, the fixed protocols are output from the protocol database one by one to be matched with the protocol of the water meter, the fixed protocols are output according to an output rule, the output rule is that the fixed protocols are output from front to back in the protocol database, each fixed protocol has a corresponding code in the protocol database, and the codes are the sequence of the fixed protocols in the protocol database.
Step S103: and judging whether the fixed protocol is consistent with the protocol corresponding to the water meter protocol information.
The purpose of the judgment is to know whether the fixed protocol output at the moment can be matched with the protocol of the water meter.
Step S1031: if the fixed protocol is consistent with the protocol corresponding to the water meter protocol information, outputting a pairing signal, defining the fixed protocol as a pairing protocol, and controlling the water meter to be paired with the pairing protocol.
When the fixed protocol is consistent with the protocol corresponding to the protocol information of the water meter, the protocol matching of the output fixed protocol and the water meter can be performed, the matching signal is output at the moment so that a worker can know the matching condition of the water meter, the fixed protocol is defined as the matching protocol to be identified, so that the fixed protocol used in the protocol database can be distinguished subsequently, the condition that the fixed protocol is called again to be matched subsequently is reduced, and the water meter is controlled to be matched with the matching protocol at the moment so as to realize the subsequent normal use of the water meter.
Step S1032: and if the fixed protocol is inconsistent with the protocol corresponding to the water meter protocol information, defining the fixed protocol as a dislocation protocol and continuously outputting a new fixed protocol according to the output rule until a pairing signal is output.
When the fixed protocol is inconsistent with the protocol corresponding to the water meter protocol information, the protocol matching of the output fixed protocol and the water meter cannot be carried out, the fixed protocol is defined as a dislocation protocol for marking at the moment so as to be convenient for calling the fixed protocol subsequently, and meanwhile, new fixed protocols are continuously output and continuously paired with the water meter according to the output rule until the water meter protocol is successfully paired, so that the subsequent normal use of the water meter is realized.
Referring to fig. 2, the method for matching a water meter protocol further includes:
step S200: after the pairing signal is output, all the dislocation protocols are defined as a first protocol set, and all the fixed protocols except the first protocol set and the pairing protocol in the protocol database are defined as a second protocol set.
And after the matching signal is output, defining the matched fixed protocols which do not meet the requirements as a first protocol set so as to realize the integration of the dislocation protocols, and defining the fixed protocols which do not belong to the first protocol set and the fixed protocols which do not belong to the matching protocols in the protocol database as a second protocol set so as to realize the classification of the available fixed protocols in the protocol database and facilitate the subsequent protocol matching of the water meter.
Step S201: and counting according to the in-place signal to determine the quantity information of the water meters.
The quantity value corresponding to the quantity information of the water meter is the quantity value of the water meter installation, and the in-place signal sent out when the water meter is installed is counted to obtain the quantity value, which is a conventional technical means for a person skilled in the art and is not described in detail.
Step S202: and judging whether the quantity corresponding to the water meter quantity information changes.
The purpose of the judgment is to know whether a new water meter is installed or not so as to judge whether a new water meter needs to be subjected to protocol matching or not.
Step S2021: and if the quantity corresponding to the water meter quantity information is not changed, maintaining the current original state.
When the quantity corresponding to the water meter quantity information is not changed, it is indicated that no new water meter needs to be subjected to protocol matching at the moment, and the protocol state of each current water meter is maintained.
Step S2022: and if the quantity corresponding to the water meter quantity information changes, judging whether the fixed protocol corresponding to the water meter protocol information is in the first protocol set.
When the quantity corresponding to the water meter quantity information changes, a new water meter is installed, protocol matching work needs to be carried out at the moment, and the purpose of judgment is to know whether the protocol matched with the currently installed water meter appears when the previous water meter is matched, so that protocol matching can be carried out on the current water meter subsequently.
Step S20221: if the fixed protocol corresponding to the protocol information of the water meter is in the first protocol set, defining the first protocol set as a pairing set, outputting the fixed protocol and the protocol information of the water meter in the first protocol set according to the output rule for matching analysis, and updating the first protocol set and the second protocol set.
When the fixed protocol corresponding to the protocol information of the water meter is in the first protocol set, the protocol of the water meter required to be matched currently appears in the protocol matched with the previous water meter, the first protocol set is defined as a pairing set at the moment to explain the set condition of the water meter for protocol matching at the moment, the fixed protocol in the first protocol set is output according to the output rule and matched with the current water meter, so that protocol pairing can be performed from a small number of fixed protocols at the moment, the protocol pairing efficiency is improved, and meanwhile, after the current water meter is paired, the first protocol set and the second protocol set are updated according to the matching condition of the current water meter protocol, so that the protocol of the next water meter is matched conveniently.
Step S20222: if the fixed protocol corresponding to the water meter protocol information is not in the first protocol set, defining the second protocol set as a pairing set, outputting the fixed protocol and the water meter protocol information in the second protocol set according to the output rule for matching analysis, and updating the first protocol set and the second protocol set.
When the fixed protocol corresponding to the protocol information of the water meters is not in the first protocol set, it is indicated that the protocol of the water meter which needs to be matched currently does not appear in the protocol which is matched with the previous water meter, that is, the protocol which needs to be matched with the water meter is in the second protocol set at the moment, the second protocol set is defined as a pairing set at the moment to indicate the set condition of the water meter which needs to be matched with the protocol at the moment, so that the fixed protocol in the second protocol set is output to be matched with the current water meter according to the output rule, and the protocols can be paired from a small number of fixed protocols at the moment, so that the protocol pairing efficiency is improved.
Referring to fig. 3, when the value corresponding to the information on the number of water meters before the output of the pairing signal changes, the method for matching the protocol of the water meters further includes:
step S300: the set in which the water meters being matched are located is defined as the job set and the other set is defined as the standby set.
When the value corresponding to the water meter quantity information changes before the pairing signal is output, it is indicated that the former water meter protocol is not paired and a new water meter needs to be matched, and at the moment, the pairing condition of the water meters needs to be further analyzed; defining the protocol set where the matched water meters are located as an operation set for identification so as to know which set the protocol matched water meters in the two water meters call, and therefore knowing which protocol set is in an unused state, defining the unused set as a standby set for identification at the moment, and facilitating subsequent calling of the standby set.
Step S301: and judging whether the protocol corresponding to the newly acquired water meter protocol information is in the operation set.
The purpose of the judgment is to know whether the protocol required by the newly acquired water meter is in the called protocol set, that is, to judge whether both the two water meters need to call the same protocol set.
Step S3011: and if the protocol corresponding to the newly acquired protocol information of the water meter is in the operation set, outputting a waiting signal and controlling the water meter not to perform protocol matching.
When the protocol corresponding to the newly acquired protocol information of the water meters is in the operation set, the two water meters need to call the same operation set, a waiting signal is output at the moment to identify the condition, and meanwhile, the newly installed water meters are controlled not to perform protocol matching, so that the condition that protocol matching is disordered is reduced.
Step S3012: and if the protocol corresponding to the newly acquired water meter protocol information is not in the operation set, outputting a fixed protocol in the standby set and performing matching analysis on the protocol corresponding to the water meter protocol information.
When the protocol corresponding to the newly acquired protocol information of the water meters is not in the operation set, the two water meters do not need to call the same protocol set for use, namely, the set required by the newly installed water meter is in the standby set, and the standby set is controlled to output a fixed protocol to be matched and analyzed with the water meters, so that the two water meters can simultaneously perform protocol matching operation, and the efficiency of protocol matching of the water meters during the installation of multiple water meters is improved.
Referring to fig. 4, after waiting for the signal output, the method for matching a water meter protocol further includes:
step S400: and counting according to the pairing signal to determine the completion number information.
When a waiting signal is output, the two water meters need to call the same protocol set, and the protocol matching condition needs to be further analyzed; the quantity value corresponding to the quantity information is the total value of the paired water meters, and is obtained by counting the pairing signals, and the counting method is a conventional technical means of a person skilled in the art and is not described in detail.
Step S401: and calculating the difference between the water meter quantity information and the finished quantity information to determine the difference quantity information.
The numerical value corresponding to the difference value quantity information is the difference between the quantity value of the installed water meters and the quantity value of the water meters which are matched with the protocol, namely the quantity of the installed water meters which are not matched with the protocol.
Step S402: and judging whether the quantity value corresponding to the difference quantity information is equal to one or not.
The purpose of the judgment is to know whether the two water meters in the protocol matching state are matched or not so as to conveniently control the protocol matching of the remaining water meters subsequently.
Step S4021: if the quantity value corresponding to the difference quantity information is not equal to one, the current original state is maintained.
When the quantity value corresponding to the difference quantity information is not equal to one, the water meter in the matching state is not matched, and the current original state is maintained, so that the water meter can be ensured to be matched with a normal protocol.
Step S4022: and if the quantity value corresponding to the difference quantity information is equal to one, determining a new pairing set of the water meters according to the new first protocol set and the second protocol set, and outputting a fixed protocol in the pairing set for matching analysis.
When the quantity value corresponding to the difference quantity information is equal to one, the matching of the water meters in the matching state is completed, the first protocol set and the second protocol set are updated, and the pairing set of the water meters can be determined through the first protocol set and the second protocol set, so that the normal protocol matching analysis of the water meters is realized.
Referring to fig. 5, a control method of the detection apparatus is also included, the method including:
step S500: and acquiring the installation condition information of the preset installation point.
The installation point is used for installing the water meter and carrying out the position that the agreement pairs, and the condition that installation situation information corresponds is the installation condition of installation point water meter.
Step S501: and judging whether the condition corresponding to the installation condition information is consistent with the preset in-place condition or not.
The in-place condition is the condition that the water meter set by the staff in advance is just installed and is installed correctly, and the purpose of judgment is to know whether a newly installed and correct water meter exists or not, so that the protocol matching can be controlled conveniently in the follow-up process.
Step S5011: and if the condition corresponding to the installation condition information is inconsistent with the in-place condition, maintaining the current original state.
When the condition corresponding to the installation condition information is inconsistent with the in-place condition, it is indicated that no new water meter is installed or the water meter is installed incorrectly, and at the moment, protocol matching does not need to be carried out on the water meter.
Step S5012: and if the condition corresponding to the installation condition information is consistent with the in-place condition, judging whether the numerical value corresponding to the difference quantity information is greater than two.
When the condition corresponding to the installation condition information is consistent with the in-place condition, the water meter can be subjected to protocol matching operation, and the purpose of judgment at this time is to know whether two water meters are in matching operation before the water meter is matched so as to control whether the water meter is subjected to matching operation.
Step S50121: if the numerical value corresponding to the difference quantity information is more than two, the current original state is maintained.
When the numerical value corresponding to the difference numerical information is more than two, the two water meters are in the protocol matching state, the current original state is maintained, the matched water meters continue to be matched, and the unmatched water meters continue to wait for matching.
Step S50122: and if the numerical value corresponding to the difference quantity information is not more than two, activating the detection equipment to operate.
When the numerical value corresponding to the difference numerical information is not more than two, the protocol matching operation can be carried out on the water meter which is newly installed at present, and at the moment, the detection equipment is activated to operate so as to obtain the protocol required by the newly installed water meter, so that the normal protocol matching operation can be conveniently carried out on the water meter subsequently.
Referring to fig. 6, when the value corresponding to the difference quantity information is not greater than two, the control method of the detection apparatus further includes:
step S600: the fixed protocols are counted in the first protocol set and the second protocol set to determine the remaining protocol number information.
When the value corresponding to the difference value quantity information is not more than two, the protocol matching can be carried out on the water meter which is just installed, and at this time, the situation that the quantity of available fixed protocols in the protocol database is insufficient can occur, and further analysis is needed; the quantity value corresponding to the remaining protocol quantity information is the quantity of the fixed protocols which are not paired with the water meter in the protocol database, and is obtained by counting the fixed protocols in the first protocol set and the second protocol set, and the counting method is a conventional technical means of a person skilled in the art and is not described in detail.
Step S601: and judging whether the quantity value corresponding to the residual protocol quantity information is greater than a preset reference threshold value or not.
The reference threshold is the maximum enough available fixed protocols in the protocol database determined by the staff, and the purpose of judgment is to know whether the number of unpaired fixed protocols in the protocol database is enough.
Step S6011: and if the quantity value corresponding to the residual protocol quantity information is greater than the reference threshold value, activating the detection equipment to operate.
And when the quantity value corresponding to the residual protocol quantity information is larger than the reference threshold value, the current water meter can normally perform protocol pairing operation, and the detection equipment is activated to enable the water meter to normally perform protocol matching.
Step S6012: and if the quantity value corresponding to the residual protocol quantity information is not greater than the reference threshold value, outputting a protocol lack signal and activating the operation of the detection equipment.
When the quantity value corresponding to the residual protocol quantity information is not greater than the reference threshold value, the residual fixed protocol quantity in the protocol database possibly cannot meet the requirement of the water meter protocol matching at the moment, the protocol is output to lack signals so as to identify the situation, and meanwhile, the detection equipment is activated to operate so that the water meter can be subjected to matching analysis, and whether the water meter can be normally matched or not can be conveniently judged subsequently.
Referring to fig. 7, the water meter protocol matching method further includes:
step S700: and judging whether the pairing signal is output before all the fixed protocols in the first protocol set and the second protocol set are output.
The purpose of the judgment is to know whether a certain fixed protocol in all fixed protocols which are not paired with the water meter in the protocol database can be paired with the current water meter so as to judge whether the water meter can be paired with a normal protocol.
Step S7001: if the pairing signal is output before all the fixed protocols in the first protocol set and the second protocol set are output, the original state is maintained.
When the matching signals are output before all the fixed protocols in the first protocol set and the second protocol set are output, the water meter matched with the current protocol can be matched with the corresponding protocol, and at the moment, the original state is maintained to realize normal protocol matching of the water meter.
Step S7002: and if the pairing signal is not output before all the fixed protocols in the first protocol set and the second protocol set are output, outputting an abnormal matching signal.
When the pairing signal is not output before all the fixed protocols in the first protocol set and the second protocol set are output, it is indicated that all the remaining fixed protocols in the protocol database do not meet the protocol for pairing with the current water meter, and at the moment, an abnormal matching signal is output to record and identify the pairing condition of the water meter, so that a worker can know the installation result of the water meter.
Step S701: and after the protocol lacks signal output, defining a detection interval with a preset fixed time length range on a preset positive sequence time axis, setting the end point behind the detection interval as the current time, and controlling the detection area to move in a positive sequence on the time axis.
The detection interval is used for detecting the protocol matching condition of the water meter after the protocol lack signal is output, the positive sequence time axis is a time axis used for recording time along the time lapse direction, the fixed time length is the time length range of the detection interval on the time axis, namely the width of the detection area on the positive sequence time axis, and the end point at the back of the time in the detection interval is the current time, so that the detection interval can detect the protocol matching condition of any water meter within the fixed time length after the protocol lack signal is output; the detection interval can move along with the time axis in a positive sequence, so that the detection interval can continuously detect the water meter matching condition after the detection is abnormal.
Step S702: and counting according to the abnormal matching signals in the detection interval to determine abnormal quantity information.
The quantity value corresponding to the abnormal quantity information is the total quantity value of the abnormal matching signals in the detection interval, the abnormal quantity information is obtained by counting, and the counting method is a conventional technical means of a person skilled in the art and is not described in detail.
Step S703: and judging whether the quantity value corresponding to the abnormal quantity information is greater than a preset allowable threshold value or not.
The allowable threshold value is the maximum value of the total number of abnormal matching signals which are allowed to appear in the detection interval after the protocol lacks signal output and are determined by the staff; the purpose of the judgment is to know whether the number of the water meters with unmatched protocols in the detection interval exceeds the specified condition or not so as to judge whether the protocol database can meet the normal protocol matching of the water meters or not.
Step S7031: and if the quantity value corresponding to the abnormal quantity information is not greater than the allowable threshold value, activating the detection equipment to operate.
And when the quantity value corresponding to the abnormal quantity information is not greater than the allowable threshold value, the fixed protocols in the protocol database are fewer at the moment and can still meet the normal pairing of the protocols of the water meter, and the detection equipment is activated to operate so that the water meter can be continuously detected when being installed.
Step S7032: and if the quantity value corresponding to the abnormal quantity information is larger than the allowable threshold value, outputting an abnormal protocol signal.
When the quantity value corresponding to the abnormal quantity information is larger than the allowable threshold value, the protocol database can not meet the normal protocol pairing of the water meter at the moment, and an abnormal protocol signal is output to identify the condition, so that the worker can know the condition in time, and the worker can process the abnormal condition in time.
