The method includes the steps that terminal equipment corresponding to at least one file failed in analysis in first equipment sends a first video stream to a server, after the server receives the first video stream, the stream is pushed (sent) to all equipment (the first equipment and other equipment) in a cloud discussion group, and all the equipment in the cloud discussion group displays screen recording information (namely at least one file) contained in the first video stream in four display areas of a cloud discussion group interface.
Optionally, the terminal device corresponding to the at least one file that fails to be parsed in the first device may send the first video stream to the server through wired or wireless communication.
In some embodiments, the first video stream is displayed in a third screen area.
Specifically, the screen of the terminal device corresponding to the at least one file with the failed parsing in the first device may further be divided into a third screen area, where the third screen area is used to display the first video stream uploaded in real time. As shown in fig. 7, fig. 7 is a schematic view of another interface for uploading files provided in this embodiment of the present application, where the interface includes three screen areas (a first screen area, a second screen area, and a third screen area), where the first screen area displays a file 1 opened by first software, the second screen area displays a file 5 opened by second software, and at this time, a selection instruction input by a user is to select the second screen area, record the file 5 opened by the second software in the second screen area, and form a first video stream, and correspondingly, the third screen area displays the first video stream (the file 5 opened by the second software).
In this embodiment, the first device may further divide a third screen area for displaying the first video stream uploaded by the user to the server in real time, so that the user can conveniently view a process of uploading an analysis-failed file in a recording manner in real time, and possible problems (for example, an error in selecting an uploaded file, etc.) in the uploading process are avoided.
In the embodiment of the application, when the server fails to parse at least one of the plurality of files sent by the first device in the cloud discussion group, the first device receives prompt information sent by the server, and is used for notifying the user of the at least one file that the server fails to parse, so that the user is prompted to open an application interface of the at least one file that the parsing fails through recording target software and upload the at least one file that the parsing fails to the server again, and therefore file sharing of all devices in the cloud discussion group is achieved. The method solves the problem that the server cannot successfully analyze the special files, improves the uploading efficiency of various types of files, and realizes the sharing of different types of files.
The method of the embodiments of the present application is explained in detail above, and the apparatus of the embodiments of the present application is provided below.
Referring to fig. 8, fig. 8 is a schematic structural diagram of a document processing apparatus 800 according to an embodiment of the present application, and the apparatus includes a sending unit 801, a receiving unit 802, a processing unit 803, and a display unit 804, where details of each unit are described below.
A sending unit 801, configured to send multiple files to a server, where the multiple files are used for sharing by devices in a cloud discussion group other than the first device;
A receiving unit 802, configured to receive a prompt message sent by the server, where the prompt message includes at least one file that fails to be analyzed among the multiple files;
the processing unit 803 is configured to record an application interface of the target software that opens the at least one file, and obtain a first video stream;
the sending unit 801 is configured to send the first video stream to the server, where the first video stream is used for the other device to display.
In a possible implementation manner, the prompt message includes confirmation information, and the confirmation information is used for indicating whether the user starts to record the application interface of the target software for opening the at least one file.
In one possible implementation, the apparatus further includes:
the display unit 804 is configured to display an application interface for the target software to open the at least one file;
the processing unit 803 is specifically configured to:
and responding to a starting instruction input by a user, starting to record the application interface of the target software for opening the at least one file, and obtaining the first video stream.
In one possible implementation manner, the display unit 804 is further configured to:
displaying an application interface of first software in the target software for opening a first file in the at least one file in a first screen area;

Referring to fig. 9, fig. 9 is a schematic structural diagram of a file processing apparatus 900 according to an embodiment of the present application, where the apparatus 900 includes a processor 901, a transceiver 903, and optionally a memory 902, and the processor 901, the memory 902, and the transceiver 903 are connected to each other through a bus 904.
The memory 902 includes, but is not limited to, a Random Access Memory (RAM), a read-only memory (ROM), an erasable programmable read-only memory (EPROM), or a portable read-only memory (CD-ROM), and the memory 902 is used for related instructions and data. The transceiver 903 is used for receiving and transmitting data.
The processor 901 may be one or more Central Processing Units (CPUs), and in the case that the processor 901 is one CPU, the CPU may be a single-core CPU or a multi-core CPU.
A processor 901 in the apparatus 900 reads the program code stored in the memory 902 for performing the following operations:

Optionally, the processor 901 is further configured to display, in a first screen area, an application interface for a first software in the target software to open a first file in the at least one file; displaying an application interface of a second software in the target software for opening a second file in the at least one file in a second screen area; and responding to a selection instruction input by a user, and selecting and recording an application interface for opening a first file in the at least one file by first software in the target software or an application interface for opening a second file in the at least one file by second software in the target software.
Optionally, the processor 901 is further configured to display the first video stream in a third screen area.
Optionally, a second video stream sent by the server is received by the transceiver 903, where the second video stream includes other files, except the at least one file, of the plurality of files that are successfully parsed.
It should be noted that the implementation and beneficial effects of the operations may also correspond to the corresponding descriptions of the method embodiment shown in fig. 2.
An embodiment of the present application further provides a chip system, where the chip system includes a processor, and is configured to implement the functions related to any of the foregoing embodiments. In one possible design, the chip system may further comprise a memory for necessary computer programs and data of the terminal device. The chip system may be constituted by a chip, or may include a chip and other discrete devices. The input and the output of the chip system respectively correspond to the receiving and sending operations of the terminal equipment in the method embodiment.
The embodiment of the application also provides a file processing device which comprises a processor and an interface. The processor may be adapted to perform the method of the above-described method embodiments.
It should be understood that the above-described document processing apparatus may be one chip. For example, the file processing apparatus may be a Field Programmable Gate Array (FPGA), an Application Specific Integrated Circuit (ASIC), a system on chip (SoC), a Central Processing Unit (CPU), a Network Processor (NP), a digital signal processing circuit (DSP), a Microcontroller (MCU), a programmable logic controller (PLD) or other integrated chips.
In implementation, the steps of the above method may be performed by integrated logic circuits of hardware in a processor or by instructions in the form of software. The steps of the method disclosed in connection with the embodiments of the present application may be directly implemented by a hardware processor, or implemented by a combination of hardware and software modules in a processor. The software modules may be located in ram, flash, rom, prom, or eprom, registers, etc. as is well known in the art. The storage medium is located in a memory, and a processor reads information in the memory and combines hardware thereof to complete the steps of the method. To avoid repetition, it is not described in detail here.
It should be noted that the processor in the embodiments of the present application may be an integrated circuit chip having signal processing capability. In implementation, the steps of the above method embodiments may be performed by integrated logic circuits of hardware in a processor or by instructions in the form of software. The processor described above may be a general purpose processor, a Digital Signal Processor (DSP), an Application Specific Integrated Circuit (ASIC), a Field Programmable Gate Array (FPGA) or other programmable logic device, discrete gate or transistor logic, discrete hardware components. The various methods, steps, and logic blocks disclosed in the embodiments of the present application may be implemented or performed. A general purpose processor may be a microprocessor or the processor may be any conventional processor or the like. The steps of the method disclosed in connection with the embodiments of the present application may be directly implemented by a hardware decoding processor, or implemented by a combination of hardware and software modules in the decoding processor. The software module may be located in ram, flash memory, rom, prom, or eprom, registers, etc. storage media as is well known in the art. The storage medium is located in a memory, and a processor reads information in the memory and completes the steps of the method in combination with hardware of the processor.
According to the method provided by the embodiment of the present application, the present application further provides a computer program product, which includes: computer program, which, when run on a computer, causes the computer to perform the method of any one of the embodiments shown in fig. 2.
According to the method provided by the embodiment of the present application, the present application further provides a computer-readable medium, which stores a computer program, and when the computer program runs on a computer, the computer is caused to execute the method of any one of the embodiments shown in fig. 2.
According to the method provided by the embodiment of the application, the application also provides a file processing system which comprises the one or more servers and one or more terminal devices.
In the above embodiments, all or part of the implementation may be realized by software, hardware, firmware, or any combination thereof. When implemented in software, it may be implemented in whole or in part in the form of a computer program product. The computer program product includes one or more computer instructions. When loaded and executed on a computer, cause the processes or functions described in accordance with the embodiments of the application to occur, in whole or in part. The computer may be a general purpose computer, a special purpose computer, a network of computers, or other programmable device. The computer instructions may be stored on a computer readable storage medium or transmitted from one computer readable storage medium to another, for example, from one website, computer, server, or data center to another website, computer, server, or data center via wire (e.g., coaxial cable, fiber optic, Digital Subscriber Line (DSL)) or wireless (e.g., infrared, wireless, microwave, etc.). The computer-readable storage medium can be any available medium that can be accessed by a computer or a data storage device, such as a server, a data center, etc., that incorporates one or more of the available media. The usable medium may be a magnetic medium (e.g., a floppy disk, a hard disk, a magnetic tape), an optical medium (e.g., a Digital Video Disk (DVD)), or a semiconductor medium (e.g., a Solid State Disk (SSD)), among others.
Those of ordinary skill in the art will appreciate that the various illustrative logical blocks and steps (step) described in connection with the embodiments disclosed herein may be implemented as electronic hardware or combinations of computer software and electronic hardware. Whether such functionality is implemented as hardware or software depends upon the particular application and design constraints imposed on the technical solution. Skilled artisans may implement the described functionality in varying ways for each particular application, but such implementation decisions should not be interpreted as causing a departure from the scope of the present application.
It can be clearly understood by those skilled in the art that, for convenience and simplicity of description, the specific working processes of the above-described systems, apparatuses and units may refer to the corresponding processes in the foregoing method embodiments, and are not described herein again.
The functions may be stored in a computer-readable storage medium if they are implemented in the form of software functional units and sold or used as separate products. Based on such understanding, the technical solutions of the present application, or portions thereof, which substantially or partly contribute to the prior art, may be embodied in the form of a software product, which is stored in a storage medium and includes instructions for causing a computer device (which may be a personal computer, a server, or a location server) to perform all or part of the steps of the method described in the embodiments of the present application. And the aforementioned storage medium includes: a U-disk, a portable hard disk, a read-only memory (ROM), a Random Access Memory (RAM), a magnetic disk, an optical disk, or other various media capable of storing program codes.
The above description is only for the specific embodiments of the present application, but the scope of the present application is not limited thereto, and any person skilled in the art can easily conceive of the changes or substitutions within the technical scope of the present application, and shall be covered by the scope of the present application. Claims (16)

1. A method of processing a file, comprising:
the method comprises the steps that a first device sends a plurality of files to a server, and the files are used for sharing by other devices except the first device in a cloud discussion group;
receiving prompt information sent by the server, wherein the prompt information comprises at least one file which fails to be analyzed in the plurality of files;
the recording target software opens an application interface of the at least one file to obtain a first video stream;
and sending the first video stream to the server, wherein the first video stream is used for the other equipment to display.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the prompt message comprises a confirmation message indicating whether the user started recording the application interface of the target software for opening the at least one file.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein the step of opening an application interface of the at least one file by the recording target software to obtain a first video stream comprises:
displaying an application interface for the target software to open the at least one file;
and responding to a starting instruction input by a user, starting to record the application interface of the target software for opening the at least one file, and obtaining the first video stream.
4. The method of claim 1, wherein the recording target software opening an application interface of the at least one file to obtain a first video stream comprises:
displaying an application interface of a first software in the target software for opening a first file in the at least one file in a first screen area;
displaying an application interface of a second software in the target software for opening a second file in the at least one file in a second screen area;
and responding to a selection instruction input by a user, and selecting and recording an application interface for opening a first file in the at least one file by first software in the target software or an application interface for opening a second file in the at least one file by second software in the target software.
5. The method according to any one of claims 1-4, further comprising:
displaying the first video stream in a third screen area.
6. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
and receiving a second video stream sent by the server, wherein the second video stream comprises other files except the at least one file which are successfully analyzed in the plurality of files.
7. A document processing apparatus, characterized by comprising:
the sending unit is used for sending a plurality of files to the server, and the files are used for sharing by other equipment except the first equipment in the cloud discussion group;
a receiving unit, configured to receive a prompt message sent by the server, where the prompt message includes at least one file that fails to be parsed among the multiple files;
the processing unit is used for recording an application interface of the target software for opening the at least one file to obtain a first video stream;
the sending unit is configured to send the first video stream to the server, where the first video stream is used for displaying by the other device.
8. The apparatus of claim 7, wherein the prompt message comprises a confirmation message indicating whether the user starts recording the application interface of the target software for opening the at least one file.
9. The apparatus of claim 7, further comprising:
the display unit is used for displaying an application interface for the target software to open the at least one file;
the processing unit is specifically configured to:
and responding to a starting instruction input by a user, starting to record the application interface of the target software for opening the at least one file, and obtaining the first video stream.
10. The apparatus of claim 7, further comprising:
the display unit is used for displaying an application interface of first software in the target software for opening a first file in the at least one file in a first screen area; displaying an application interface of a second software in the target software for opening a second file in the at least one file in a second screen area;
the processing unit is specifically configured to:
and responding to a selection instruction input by a user, and selecting to record an application interface of a first software in the target software for opening a first file in the at least one file, or an application interface of a second software in the target software for opening a second file in the at least one file.
11. The apparatus of claim 7 or 8, further comprising:

13. A document processing apparatus, characterized in that the apparatus comprises a processor and a memory, the memory being adapted to store a computer program, the processor being adapted to invoke the computer program to perform the method according to any of claims 1-6.

A chip, wherein the chip is a chip within a file processing device, wherein the chip comprises a processor and an input interface and an output interface connected to the processor, wherein the chip further comprises a memory, wherein the method of any of claims 1-6 is performed when a computer program is executed in the memory.
15. A computer-readable storage medium for storing a computer program which, when run on a computer, causes the computer to perform the method of any one of claims 1-6.
16. A computer program product, characterized in that it comprises a computer program which, when run on a computer, causes the computer to carry out the method of any one of claims 1-6.
