The driving point of the rotary driving mechanism 16 can be one or a few, a cover plate of the packaging container 2 is provided with a linkage mechanism consisting of a turntable 2132 and a driven mechanism, the linkage mechanism on the cover plate of the packaging container acts under the driving of the rotary driving mechanism 16 to drive the first connecting part 2136 to slide linearly, and when the outer side slides in place, the outer side is abutted against the second connecting part 221 on the container body 21 to complete the locking of the cover plate of the packaging container; when the cover plate slides inwards to the right position, the cover plate is separated from the second connecting part 221 on the container body, and the cover plate of the packaging container is unlocked. All operations are automatically completed by an operator through a control program in a remote distance.
The rotary driving mechanism 16 can be driven electrically, pneumatically, hydraulically, etc.; the cover plate grabbing mechanism 11 can grab the cover plate by an unpowered structure or a powered structure.
Example 3:
as shown in fig. 6, the present embodiment provides an automatic cap-removing system comprising the packaging container of embodiment 1 and the automatic cap-removing device of embodiment 2.
The automatic cover taking and sealing system is used for carrying out automatic cover taking operation on a packaging container in a certain large-size radioactive waste cement fixing and treating system of a nuclear power station, and the packaging container 2 adopts an FA-I steel box specified by standard EJ 1076. The automatic capping device 1 is fixedly arranged in a factory building through a fixing frame 12, and the packaging container conveying device 3 penetrates through the middle of the fixing frame 12 and is coaxial with the fixing frame 12; the fixed frame 12 is provided with a guide rod 13, a mounting frame 15 and a lifting driving mechanism 14, the mounting frame 15 is matched with the guide rod 13 and can slide up and down along the guide rod 13, the output end of the lifting driving mechanism 14 is connected with the mounting frame 15, after the lifting driving mechanism 14 is started to operate, the output end of the lifting driving mechanism drives the mounting frame 15 to lift up and down, and the guide rod 13 plays a role in accurate guiding in the lifting process; two sets of cover plate grabbing mechanisms 11 and a set of rotary driving mechanism 16 are fixedly arranged on the mounting frame 15, and the rotary driving mechanism 16 provides single-point driving.
The lid body 21 of the packaging container 2 is provided with a lid plate 211, a lifting mechanism 212, a turn table 2132, a follower mechanism 213, and a lock mechanism 214. The lifting mechanisms 212 are provided with two sets and are matched with the cover plate grabbing mechanism 11 on the automatic cover taking device 1. The center of the upper surface of the turntable 2132 is provided with a driving access part 2131 which is connected with the turntable 2132 into a whole, is matched and connected with a rotary driving mechanism 16 on the automatic cap removing device 1, and transmits power provided by the rotary driving mechanism 16.
The driven mechanism 213 comprises a connecting rod 2133, a driven part 2134, a sliding sleeve 2135 and a first connecting part 2136; the sliding sleeve 2135 is fixedly installed on the cover plate 211, in this example, 28 sleeves are provided, one end of the first connecting portion 2136 is fixed on the driven portion 2134, the other end of the first connecting portion 2136 penetrates through a sliding sleeve circular hole formed in the sliding sleeve 2135, and the driven portion 2134 and the first connecting portion 2136 linearly slide in the axial direction of the sliding sleeve circular hole of the sliding sleeve 2135 under the driving of the rotating table 2132 and the connecting rod 2133. The first inclined surface 2137 is disposed at an end of the first connecting portion 2136, and when the first inclined surface 2137 slides outward to a proper position, the first inclined surface clings to and fits with the second inclined surface 222 on the container body 22 of the packaging container 2, so as to generate a pre-tightening force required by the sealing of the cover plate.
Example 4:
the present embodiment provides an automatic cover removing method of the automatic cover removing system according to embodiment 3, including:

s1.1: the lifting driving mechanism 14 drives the cap taking mechanism to descend until the rotating driving mechanism 16 is connected with the turntable 2132,
s1.2: the rotation driving mechanism 16 drives the turntable 2132 to rotate so as to disconnect the first connecting portion 2136 from the second connecting portion 221,
s1.3: the cover plate grabbing mechanism 11 grabs the cover plate 211, and the lifting driving mechanism 14 drives the cover taking mechanism to ascend so as to drive the cover body 21 to ascend;
s2: and (4) capping:
s2.1: the lifting driving mechanism 14 drives the cap taking and sealing mechanism for grabbing the cap body 21 to descend until the cap body 21 closes the upper end opening of the container body 22,
s2.2: the rotation driving mechanism 16 drives the turntable 2132 to rotate in the reverse direction so that the first connecting portion 2136 is connected to the second connecting portion 221,
s2.3: the cover plate grabbing mechanism 11 releases the cover plate 211, and the lifting driving mechanism 14 drives the cover taking mechanism to lift.
In an initial state of system operation, an empty packaging container 2 is positioned at a loading station, the packaging container 2 is transported to a cap taking station through a transporting device 3, a rotary driving mechanism 16 on an automatic cap taking device 1 is aligned with a driving access portion 2131 on the packaging container 2, meanwhile, a cover plate grabbing mechanism 11 is aligned with a lifting mechanism 212 respectively, and in-place signals of the packaging container 2 are fed back to a control system; starting the lifting driving mechanism 14 to drive the mounting frame 15 and other structures fixedly mounted on the mounting frame to descend, and stopping driving the lifting driving mechanism 14 after a low-level signal is triggered; starting the cover plate grabbing mechanism 11 to complete the connection between the cover plate grabbing mechanism and the packaging container cover body 21; the rotation driving mechanism 16 is started to drive the rotary table 2132 to rotate anticlockwise according to a preset angle, the connecting rod 2133 drives the driven part 2134 to linearly slide towards the center, the first inclined surface 2137 on the first connecting part 2136 is separated from the second inclined surface 222 on the container body 22, unlocking of the cover plate is completed, and an unlocking completion signal is fed back; the lifting driving mechanism 14 is started reversely to drive the mounting frame 15 and other structures fixedly mounted on the mounting frame to ascend, the cover body 21 of the packaging container 2 ascends synchronously along with the cover plate grabbing mechanism 11, and the lifting driving mechanism 14 stops ascending after triggering a high-level signal; continuously starting the transportation device 3, transporting the packaging container 2 without the cover to a designated station to receive radioactive solid waste, after finishing the preparation treatment of the solid waste, transporting the packaging container 2 with the waste back to a cover taking station, and finishing the cover sealing operation of the packaging container 2 according to the reverse steps; all the above operations of unsealing and closing the packaging container 2 are performed completely automatically by the control program.
The system and the method can be used in radioactive waste treatment facilities to realize automatic cover taking and sealing operations of radioactive waste packaging containers, and can also be used for automatic connection and disconnection operations of container cover plates, pipeline flanges and the like under special operating environment conditions which are inconvenient for other operators to approach.
It will be understood that the above embodiments are merely exemplary embodiments taken to illustrate the principles of the present invention, which is not limited thereto. It will be apparent to those skilled in the art that various modifications and improvements can be made without departing from the spirit and substance of the invention, and these modifications and improvements are also considered to be within the scope of the invention.

Claims (12)

1. A packaging container, comprising:
a container body (22) and a cover body (21),
the cover body (21) comprises a cover plate (211), a rotary table (2132) and a driven mechanism (213),
the turntable (2132) is rotatably connected to the central position of the upper surface of the cover plate (211),
one end of the driven mechanism (213) is hinged to the edge of the rotary table (2132), the other end of the driven mechanism is provided with a first connecting part (2136), the container body (22) is provided with a second connecting part (221) matched with the first connecting part (2136),
When revolving stage (2132) rotated, it can drive follower (213) and rotate around its pin joint to make the other end of follower (213) be close to or keep away from revolving stage (2132), when the other end of follower (213) kept away from revolving stage (2132), it drove first connecting portion (2136) and moved to and links to each other with second connecting portion (221) towards second connecting portion (221), when the other end of follower (213) was close to revolving stage (2132), it drove first connecting portion (2136) and releases the connection with second connecting portion (221).

The packaging container according to claim 1, wherein the driven mechanism (213) comprises a connecting rod (2133) and a driven portion (2134), one end of the connecting rod (2133) is hinged to an edge of the turn table (2132), the other end thereof is hinged to one end of the driven portion (2134), and the first connecting portion (2136) is provided at the other end of the driven portion (2134).

The packaging container according to claim 2, wherein the first connecting portion (2136) has a first inclined surface (2137), wherein the second connecting portion (221) has a second inclined surface (222) cooperating with the first inclined surface (2137), and wherein the first connecting portion (2136) is connected to the second connecting portion (221) by abutment of the first inclined surface (2137) with the second inclined surface (222).
4. The packaging container as claimed in claim 1, characterised in that the follower (213) is provided in plurality, the plurality of followers (213) being arranged at circumferentially spaced intervals around the edge of the turntable (2132).
5. The packaging container according to any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein the first connecting portion (2136) of the driven portion (2134) is provided in plural, and the second connecting portion (221) is provided in plural, and the plural second connecting portions (221) are spaced apart from each other in a circumferential direction of the container body (22).
6. The packaging container according to any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein the cover (211) is provided with a sliding sleeve (2135) corresponding to the first connecting portion (2136), and the sliding sleeve (2135) is sleeved on the corresponding first connecting portion (2136) for guiding the corresponding first connecting portion (2136) to move towards the corresponding second connecting portion (221).
7. A packaging container according to any one of claims 1-4, wherein said cover (211) is provided with lifting means (212) for facilitating gripping of the cover (211) by the cover gripping means (11).
8. The packaging container according to any one of claims 1 to 4,
the turntable (2132) is provided with a driving access part (2131) which is used for being connected with a rotary driving mechanism (16).
9. The packaging container according to any one of claims 1 to 4,
the inner wall of the container body (22) is provided with a ring plate (223), and the cover plate (211) is supported on the ring plate (223).
10. An automated cover-removing device for use with a packaging container according to any one of claims 1 to 9, comprising:
a fixed frame (12), a lifting driving mechanism (14) and a cover taking mechanism,
the cover taking and sealing mechanism comprises a mounting frame (15), a rotary driving mechanism (16) and a cover plate grabbing mechanism (11),
the rotary driving mechanism (16) and the cover plate grabbing mechanism (11) are both arranged on the mounting frame (15),
the lifting driving mechanism (14) is connected between the fixed frame (12) and the mounting frame (15) and is used for driving the cover taking mechanism to lift so as to enable the rotary driving mechanism (16) to be connected with or disconnected from the rotary table (2132),
the rotation driving mechanism (16) is used for driving the rotary table (2132) to rotate so as to enable the first connecting part (2136) to be connected with or disconnected from the second connecting part (221),
the cover plate grabbing mechanism (11) is used for grabbing or releasing the cover plate (211).
11. An automatic cap taking and sealing system comprises a packaging container and an automatic cap taking and sealing device, and is characterized in that,
the packaging container comprises a container body (22) and a cover body (21),
The cover body (21) comprises a cover plate (211), a rotary table (2132) and a driven mechanism (213),
the rotary table (2132) is rotatably connected with the central position of the upper surface of the cover plate (211),
one end of the driven mechanism (213) is hinged to the edge of the rotary table (2132), the other end of the driven mechanism is provided with a first connecting part (2136), the container body (22) is provided with a second connecting part (221) matched with the first connecting part (2136),
when the rotary table (2132) rotates, the driven mechanism (213) can be driven to rotate around the hinged point of the driven mechanism, so that the other end of the driven mechanism (213) is close to or far away from the rotary table (2132), when the other end of the driven mechanism (213) is far away from the rotary table (2132), the driven mechanism drives the first connecting portion (2136) to move towards the second connecting portion (221) to be connected with the second connecting portion (221), and when the other end of the driven mechanism (213) is close to the rotary table (2132), the driven mechanism drives the first connecting portion (2136) to release the connection with the second connecting portion (221);

the rotary driving mechanism (16) and the cover plate grabbing mechanism (11) are both arranged on the mounting frame (15),
The lifting driving mechanism (14) is connected between the fixed frame (12) and the mounting frame (15) and is used for driving the cover taking mechanism to lift so as to enable the rotary driving mechanism (16) to be connected with or disconnected from the rotary table (2132),
the rotation driving mechanism (16) is used for driving the rotary table (2132) to rotate so as to enable the first connecting part (2136) to be connected with or disconnected from the second connecting part (221),
the cover plate grabbing mechanism (11) is used for grabbing or releasing the cover plate (211).
12. A method of automatically removing closures in an automatic closure removal system as claimed in claim 11, comprising:

s2.1: the lifting driving mechanism (14) drives the cover taking and sealing mechanism for grabbing the cover body (21) to descend until the cover body (21) seals the upper end opening of the container body (22),
S2.2: the rotation driving mechanism (16) drives the turntable (2132) to rotate reversely so as to connect the first connecting part (2136) with the second connecting part (221),
