As an implementation manner, the transferee account may send a pickup confirmation instruction by clicking the web page address or scanning a two-dimensional code in a picture, and the client device corresponding to the transferee account may generate a pickup confirmation request based on the pickup confirmation instruction, and send the pickup confirmation request to the server.
Accordingly, based on fig. 1, as shown in fig. 3, in step S130, the transferee account information is stored as the target digital rights holder information in association with the target digital rights information, and may be subdivided into:
step S131, if a request for getting confirmation sent by the client device corresponding to the transferee account is received, the information of the transferee account is used as the information of the owner of the target digital rights and stored corresponding to the information of the target digital rights and interests.
As described above, the request for getting back confirmation may be sent by the client device corresponding to the transferee account based on the confirmation information.
And after receiving the pick-up confirmation request sent by the client equipment corresponding to the assigned account, the server can determine that the target digital rights and interests are successfully picked up by the assigned account. Accordingly, the server may store the transferee account information as the target digital rights holder information in correspondence with the target digital rights. And the corresponding relation between the target digital rights history owner information (transfer account information) and the target digital rights is deleted.
In the embodiment of the present invention, after the transfer account transfers the target digital rights to the transferee account, the transferee account may continue to transfer the target digital rights to other accounts, that is, the target digital rights may be transferred many times in the embodiment of the present invention.
As described above, in the embodiment of the present invention, when storing the digital rights information, the state information of the digital rights may also be stored. In one embodiment of the invention, as shown in FIG. 4, the status of the digital rights may include: to be used, has been disabled, etc.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 4, when the digital rights holder has acquired the digital rights but has not operated the digital rights, the status of the digital rights is "to use" (i.e., the "to activate" status mentioned above). And the digital equity owner sends a digital equity transfer request aiming at the digital equity, and sends the generated digital equity transfer confirmation information to other users, so that the digital equity state is 'give way'. If the other users do not successfully pick up the digital rights within the validity period of the digital rights transfer confirmation information (namely, if the users do not pick up the digital rights within the time), the digital rights state is recovered to be 'to be used'; if the other users successfully receive the digital rights (namely the digital rights are received), the digital rights are stored corresponding to the users successfully receiving the digital rights again, and the state of the digital rights is set to be used. If the digital rights and interests owner does not use the digital rights and interests within the using period of the digital rights and interests (i.e. the digital rights and interests are not activated within the activating period of the digital rights and interests), the state of the digital rights and interests is 'expired for use', the purchaser of the digital rights and interests can be refunded, and after the refund is successful, the state of the digital rights and interests is set to 'invalid'. If the digital rights owner initiates refund aiming at the digital rights, relevant personnel carry out refund examination on the digital rights, the state of the digital rights is set to be 'refund in progress', if the refund examination is not passed, the state of the digital rights is recovered to be 'to be used', and if the refund examination is passed, the state of the digital rights is set to be 'invalid'. If the digital rights owner initiates a ticket check for the digital rights (i.e., the digital rights owner issues a target digital rights activation request), the digital rights status may be set to "used" (i.e., "activated" as described above) after the ticket check is successful. If the user does not use the paid service within the service life of the paid service (i.e. the target digital rights are used and expired) after the digital rights are checked, the digital rights status is invalid, and if the digital rights owner initiates a refund for the digital rights after the ticket is checked, the digital rights status is set to invalid after the refund is successful.
In one embodiment of the invention, it may be provided that only the digital rights purchase account can initiate a refund for the digital rights. Correspondingly, the account receiving the gift needs to transfer the digital rights and interests back to the digital rights and interests purchasing account, and the digital rights and interests purchasing account can initiate refund aiming at the digital rights and interests, so that the use experience of the user is further ensured.
In an embodiment of the present invention, based on fig. 1, as shown in fig. 5, the method may further include:

As described above, the electronic voucher for the target digital rights can be displayed in the digital rights list of the target digital rights holder. Accordingly, the target digital rights owner (i.e., the aforementioned transferee account) may act on the electronic certificate of the target digital rights displayed in the list of purchased digital rights to issue a request for activation of the target digital rights.
As a specific implementation manner of the embodiment of the present invention, a "ticket checking" key may be displayed on the electronic certificate of the target digital right, and an owner of the target digital right (the transferee account) may issue an activation instruction of the target digital right by clicking the "ticket checking" key. The client device corresponding to the transferee account may send an activation request for the target digital rights to the server.
Step S550, binding the target service corresponding to the target digital rights and the transferee account information, so that the transferee account has the usage right of the target service.
The server may set the state of the target digital rights to an "activated" state after binding the target service corresponding to the target digital rights to the transferee account. In an embodiment of the present invention, after the status of the target digital rights is set to the activated status, an "activated" identifier may be marked on the electronic certificate of the target digital rights displayed in the purchased digital rights list of the digital rights holder, so that the digital rights holder cannot activate, transfer, etc. the target digital rights.
In the embodiment of the invention, a time limit can be set for the target service use right, and the owner of the target digital rights can use the target service within the service time limit of the target service after activating the target digital rights. For example, it may be set that a user can view a certain pay video within three months after acquiring the viewing right of the pay video. In the embodiment of the invention, the paid video and the paid live broadcast both refer to the video and the live broadcast which can be watched only after the account needs to pay for purchase or the obtaining condition is reached. The pickup condition may include that the account number level reaches a preset level, or the account completes a preset unlocking task, and the like.
And the client equipment corresponding to the assigned account can generate a target service use request based on the target service use instruction and send the target service use request to the server. The target service usage request may include the transferee account information as well as target service information (e.g., identification, name, etc. of the target service).
Step S570, determining whether the transferee account information is bound to the target service.
The server may determine whether information of an account to which the target service usage request is transmitted is bound to the target service after receiving the target service usage request.
Step S580, if the transferee account information is bound with the target service, providing the target service to the transferee account.
In the embodiment of the invention, if the information of the transferee account is not bound with the target service, namely the transferee account does not have the use authority of the target service, the corresponding payment service purchase information display page can be displayed to the user, so that the transferee account can acquire the target digital rights in a mode of purchasing the target service. And an unlocking task page can be displayed for the user, so that the corresponding target digital rights can be obtained by the given account in a mode of completing the unlocking task.
In the following, taking an example that an account acquires a target digital rights through a purchase manner, the digital rights management method provided by the present invention is exemplarily described.
As shown in fig. 6, fig. 6 is a flowchart illustrating a specific example of the digital rights management method according to the embodiment of the present invention, which may specifically include the following steps:
step I, entering a client and displaying the price.
In this embodiment, a payment service portal may be set at the application client, for example, a play page of a payment video, a live broadcast room of a payment live broadcast, and the like may be included. The user can see a payment service purchase information display page displayed by the client through the payment service entrance, and the page can display information such as the price, purchase rules and the like of the payment service.
Step two, the user places an order and pays.
The user can purchase the target service based on the information displayed on the pay service purchase information display page, the client can generate a corresponding order for the purchase behavior of the target service aiming at the account corresponding to the user, and the user can pay for the order.
Step three, successful payment and ticket drawing.
After the payment is successful (the order is paid), the user can obtain a target digital rights electronic certificate corresponding to the target service, and the user is the owner of the target digital rights. The target digital rights electronic voucher may be displayed in a purchased digital rights list of the user. The order may be displayed in the user's order list.
And fourthly, the user transfers the target digital rights and interests.
And fifthly, other users receive the target digital rights and interests.
After the other users receive the target digital rights and interests, the accounts corresponding to the other users are all accounts of the new target digital rights and interests, and operations such as gift transferring and activation can be performed on the target digital rights and interests, and the purchase users of the digital rights and interests cannot perform operations such as gift transferring and activation on the target digital rights and interests.
Step sixthly, ticket checking and weighting.
Namely, the target digital rights owner (payment account or transferee account) checks the ticket of the target digital rights, the server can bind the target service with the target digital rights owner, and the target digital rights owner can acquire the use right of the target service corresponding to the target digital rights.
Step (c), using the service.
The digital rights owner can normally use the target service after activating the digital rights and acquiring the use right of the target service.
In another aspect of the implementation of the present invention, a method for managing digital rights applied to a client device is also provided. The client device logs into an assignment account with the target digital rights. In order to distinguish from the client device corresponding to the below-described transferee account, the client device logged in the transfer account of the target digital right is referred to as a first client device in the embodiment of the present invention. The first client device is communicatively coupled to a server.
As shown in fig. 7, the above-mentioned digital rights management method applied to the first client device may include the steps of:
step S710, responding to an assignment instruction, and generating a target digital rights assignment request;
step S720, sending the target digital rights transfer request to the server, so that after the server receives the target digital rights transfer request, the server takes the transferee account information included in the target digital rights transfer request as target digital rights owner information, and stores the information in correspondence with the target digital rights information included in the target digital rights transfer request.
In the digital rights management method provided by the invention, the first client device generates a target digital rights transfer request in response to the transfer instruction, and sends the target digital rights transfer request to the server, so that the server obtains target digital rights information and transferee account information contained in the target digital rights transfer request after receiving the target digital rights transfer request, and stores the transferee account information as target digital rights owner information corresponding to the target digital rights information, wherein the target digital rights are generated based on a target service. By applying the embodiment of the invention, through transferring the digital rights and interests, the gifting of the service corresponding to the digital rights and interests is realized, and the user experience is improved.
In another aspect of the implementation of the present invention, a digital rights management method applied to a client device is also provided. The client device logs into an account to be granted with the target digital rights. In order to distinguish from the first client device, in the embodiment of the present invention, the client device logged in the transferee account with the target digital right is referred to as a second client device. The second client device is in communication connection with the server. As shown in fig. 8, the method may include:
step S810, receiving target digital rights assignment confirmation information;
the target digital rights and interests transfer confirmation information is sent by the server based on target digital rights and interests information and assigned account information contained in the target digital rights and interests transfer request after the server receives the target digital rights and interests transfer request;

In the digital rights management method provided by the embodiment of the present invention, the second client device receives and displays the target digital rights assignment confirmation information, and then generates a target digital rights acceptance confirmation request in response to the acceptance confirmation instruction, and sends the target digital rights acceptance confirmation request to the server, so that the server stores the information of the transfered account as the information of the owner of the target digital rights, in correspondence with the information of the target digital rights, where the target digital rights are generated based on the target service. By applying the embodiment of the invention, through transferring the digital rights and interests, the gifting of the service corresponding to the digital rights and interests is realized, and the user experience is improved.
In an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 8, the method may further include:
step 840, responding to an activation instruction, generating the target digital rights activation request;
step S850 of sending the target digital rights activation request to the server; to cause the server to receive the target digital rights activation request; and binding the target service corresponding to the target digital rights and the information of the transferee account, so that the transferee account has the use right of the target service.
In an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 8, the method may further include:
step S860, responding to the use instruction, generating a target service use request;
step S870, sending the target service usage request to the server; after the server receives the target service use request, determining whether the transferee account information is bound with the target service; if the transferee account information is bound with the target service, providing the target service to the transferee account;
and step S880, receiving and displaying the target service provided by the server.
For the above-mentioned specific implementation of the digital rights management method applied to the first client device and the second client device, reference may be made to some embodiments of the digital rights management method applied to the server, and details are not repeated here.
In another aspect of the embodiments of the present invention, a digital rights management method is provided, which is applied to a digital rights management system. As shown in fig. 9, the digital rights management system includes: a first client device 910, a second client device 920, and a server 930; the method comprises the following steps:
the first client device 910, in response to the transfer instruction, generating a target digital rights transfer request; sending the target digital rights transfer request to the server; the target digital rights are generated based on a target service;
the first client device logs in a transfer account with the target digital rights. The first client device is communicatively coupled to a server.
The server 930 receiving the target digital rights transfer request; acquiring target digital rights and interests information and transferee account information contained in the target digital rights and interests transfer request; sending target digital rights transfer confirmation information to a transferee account based on the target digital rights information and the transferee account information;
the second client device 920 receives the target digital rights assignment confirmation information; displaying the target digital rights assignment confirmation information; in response to a get confirmation instruction, sending a target digital rights get confirmation request to the server;
and logging in the second client device to the assigned account with the target digital rights. The second client device is in communication connection with the server.
The server 930, upon receiving a request for getting confirmation from the client device corresponding to the transferee account, stores the transferee account information as the target digital rights holder information in association with the target digital rights information.
According to the digital rights management method provided by the invention, after receiving a target digital rights transfer request, a server acquires target digital rights information and transferee account information contained in the target digital rights transfer request, and the transferee account information is used as target digital rights owner information and is stored corresponding to the target digital rights information, wherein the target digital rights are generated based on a target service. By applying the embodiment of the invention, through transferring the digital rights and interests, the gifting of the service corresponding to the digital rights and interests is realized, and the user experience is improved.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the method may further include:
the second client device 920, in response to an activation instruction, generating the target digital rights activation request; sending the target digital rights activation request to the server;
the server 930, receiving a target digital rights activation request sent by a client device corresponding to the transferee account; and binding the target service corresponding to the target digital rights and the information of the transferee account, so that the transferee account has the use right of the target service.
In the embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 9, the digital rights management system may be communicatively connected to a payment service system 940. The payment service system can be a payment service maintainer, and the payment service maintainer can ensure the normal use of the payment service. For example, it may be a maintainer of program viewing services involved with pay-per-view video, a maintainer of live-to-live services involved with pay-per-view video, and so on.
In one embodiment, the server 930 may invoke the payment service system 940 via an authorization interface, such that the payment service system 940 binds the target service with the owner (transferee account) of the target digital rights. And receiving the successful result of the authorization returned by the payment service system 940, and setting the target cloud ticket in an activated state, so that the owner of the target cloud ticket has the usage right of the target service.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the method may further include:
the second client device 920, responding to the use instruction, generating a target service use request; sending the target service usage request to the server;
the server 930, which receives the target service usage request sent by the client device corresponding to the transferee account; determining whether the transferee account information is bound to the target service; and if the transferee account information is bound with the target service, providing the target service for the transferee account.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the client device may display a paid service entry to a user through an APP (application) client, where the paid service entry may be a paid video playing page, a paid live broadcast room, or the like. When a user uses a certain payment service, the client device may first query whether the account corresponding to the user has the usage right of the payment service, and if the account corresponding to the user has the usage right of the payment service, the client device may normally provide the payment service to the user. If the account corresponding to the user does not have the use authority of the payment service, the payment service purchase information display page can be displayed to the user through the payment service entrance, so that the user can purchase the corresponding payment service. Certainly, the client device may also display a task unlocking entry to the user through the APP client, where the task unlocking entry may be an advertisement (such as an open screen advertisement, a sidebar advertisement, and the like) set in advance in the client, and may also be a video playing page, and the like. When a user uses a service which can be obtained only by unlocking, if the client device inquires that the account corresponding to the user does not have the use permission of the service, a corresponding task unlocking page can be displayed to the user so that the user can complete a corresponding task to obtain the service. The present invention is not particularly limited thereto.
In the embodiment of the invention, the server can authenticate the user rights through the payment service system, namely, whether the information of the authorized account is bound with the target service is determined.
As described above, in the embodiment of the present invention, after the account successfully purchases the target service, the electronic certificate of the target digital right corresponding to the target service may be generated. In practical applications, the electronic certificate of the target digital right can be called "cloud ticket", and the cloud ticket is a carrier of the target service use right (carrier of the target digital right). In practical applications, the purchased digital rights list may be referred to as a "ticket folder".
As shown in fig. 10, in one particular example, a client device may present a paid services application portal to a user, including a paid video play page, a paid live view, and various other portals. The client device may communicate with the server by invoking the digital rights interface. The server can provide cloud ticket right inquiry (namely inquiring whether the user uses a target cloud ticket corresponding to the target payment service), cloud ticket purchase and cloud ticket checking service.
The digital rights management system may invoke the payment service system by invoking the empowerment interface. The pay service system can maintain pay video program viewing services, pay live broadcast room services, and other various pay services. As shown in fig. 10, the payment service system may provide services such as service inquiry, service empowerment, and the like to the digital rights management system. The service inquiry can provide the server with the payment service capable of generating the cloud ticket, and the service authorization is to bind the payment service with the corresponding cloud ticket owner.
In addition, the client device can call the payment service system by calling the authentication interface. The payment service system may provide a service authentication service to the client device, i.e. may query whether the account has a corresponding payment service usage right.
In one embodiment, the digital rights management system may be communicatively coupled to a service center, an order center, a service purchase center, and the like to form a complete payment service purchase link.
As shown in fig. 11, the service center may complete the functions of commodity creation, information synchronization, commodity pricing and distribution. For example, the goods may be set for pay live programs, pay on demand programs, pay lottery services, and the like, that is, the pay services are provided for the user to purchase in the form of goods. The service center can also finish pricing and releasing of the individual commodities, package the commodities into a package, price and release the package, set commodity inventory and the like. The service purchase center can create and maintain a series of second killing activities, grouping activities, ladder fares, time-of-use pricing and the like of commodities corresponding to the paid services to improve the purchase experience of the user.
The digital rights management system then forms the transaction center in the purchase link, i.e., the core transaction link. The digital rights management system can generate a cloud ticket based on the purchase or pickup condition of the user to the commodity corresponding to the payment service, and provide services such as referral, pickup and purchased digital rights inquiry of the cloud ticket. As described above, the digital rights management system generates the cloud ticket and generates the corresponding order, and the order center may manage the order, for example, may provide services such as order query, order operation, and order reconciliation.
As shown in fig. 12, fig. 12 shows an interaction diagram of a first client device, a second client device, a server, and a payment service system, for example, a first user purchases a target service and remits a target cloud ticket corresponding to the target service to a second user, and the second user activates the target cloud ticket, and specifically may include the following steps:

and taking the information of the assigned account as the information of a target digital rights owner, and correspondingly storing the information of the target digital rights.
The invention also provides a client device, which comprises a processor, a communication interface, a memory and a communication bus, wherein the processor, the communication interface and the memory complete mutual communication through the communication bus,
a memory for storing a computer program;
the processor is used for realizing the following steps when executing the program stored in the memory:
generating a target digital rights transfer request in response to the transfer instruction;
and sending the target digital rights and interests transfer request to the server, so that after the server receives the target digital rights and interests transfer request, the server takes the transferee account information contained in the target digital rights and interests transfer request as target digital rights and interests owner information and stores the target digital rights and interests information corresponding to the target digital rights and interests contained in the target digital rights and interests transfer request.

In yet another embodiment provided by the present invention, there is also provided a computer program product containing instructions which, when run on a computer, cause the computer to perform the digital rights management method of any of the above embodiments.

1. A method for managing digital rights, the method being applied to a server, the method comprising:
receiving a target digital rights transfer request; the target digital rights are generated based on a target service;
acquiring target digital rights and interests information and transferee account information contained in the target digital rights and interests transfer request;
and taking the information of the assigned account as the information of a target digital rights owner, and correspondingly storing the information of the target digital rights.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein prior to said storing said transferee account information as target digital rights holder information in correspondence with said target digital rights information, said method further comprises:
sending target digital rights transfer confirmation information to the transferee account based on the target digital rights information and the transferee account information;
the using the transferee account information as target digital rights owner information and storing the target digital rights owner information correspondingly comprises:
if a receiving confirmation request sent by client equipment corresponding to the transferee account is received, taking the information of the transferee account as the information of a target digital rights owner, and storing the information of the target digital rights corresponding to the information of the target digital rights; and the receiving confirmation request is sent by the client device corresponding to the authorized account based on the confirmation information.
3. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
receiving a target digital rights activation request sent by client equipment corresponding to the transferee account;
and binding the target service corresponding to the target digital rights and the information of the transferee account, so that the transferee account has the use right of the target service.
4. The method of claim 3, further comprising:
receiving a target service use request sent by client equipment corresponding to the transferee account;
determining whether the transferee account information is bound to the target service;
and if the transferee account information is bound with the target service, providing the target service for the transferee account.
5. The method of claim 1, wherein the target digital rights transfer request further comprises: transfer account information;
the method further comprises the following steps:
and deleting the corresponding relation between the transfer account information and the target digital rights and interests information.
6. A digital rights management method applied to a first client device having an assignment account of a target digital rights logged therein, the first client device being communicatively connected to a server, the method comprising:
generating a target digital rights transfer request in response to the transfer instruction; the target digital rights are generated based on a target service;
and sending the target digital rights transfer request to the server so that the server receives the target digital rights transfer request, and then taking the assigned account information contained in the target digital rights transfer request as target digital rights owner information which is stored correspondingly to the target digital rights information contained in the target digital rights transfer request.
7. A method for managing digital rights and interests, the method being applied to a second client device, the second client device having a transfered account with a target digital rights and interests logged therein, the second client device being communicatively connected to a server, the method comprising:
receiving target digital rights transfer confirmation information; the target digital rights and interests transfer confirmation information is sent by the server based on target digital rights and interests information and assigned account information contained in the target digital rights and interests transfer request after the server receives the target digital rights and interests transfer request; the target digital rights are generated based on a target service;
displaying the target digital rights assignment confirmation information;
in response to the pick-up confirmation instruction, sending a target digital rights pick-up confirmation request to the server; and the server takes the information of the allowed account as the information of the target digital rights owner and stores the information of the target digital rights correspondingly.
8. The method of claim 7, further comprising:
generating the target digital rights activation request in response to an activation instruction;
sending the target digital rights activation request to the server; to cause the server to receive the target digital rights activation request; and binding the target service corresponding to the target digital rights and the information of the transferee account, so that the transferee account has the use right of the target service.
9. The method of claim 8, further comprising:
generating a target service usage request in response to the usage instruction;
sending the target service usage request to the server; after the server receives the target service use request, determining whether the transferee account information is bound with the target service; if the transferee account information is bound with the target service, providing the target service to the transferee account;
and receiving and displaying the target service provided by the server.
10. A digital rights management method, applied to a digital rights management system, the digital rights management system comprising: a first client device, a second client device and a server; the method comprises the following steps:
the first client device responds to an assignment instruction and generates a target digital rights assignment request; sending the target digital rights transfer request to the server; the target digital rights are generated based on a target service;
the server receives the target digital rights transfer request; acquiring target digital rights and interests information and transferee account information contained in the target digital rights and interests transfer request; sending target digital rights transfer confirmation information to a transferee account based on the target digital rights information and the transferee account information;
the second client device receives the target digital rights assignment confirmation information; displaying the target digital rights assignment confirmation information; in response to a get confirmation instruction, sending a target digital rights get confirmation request to the server;
and if receiving a pickup confirmation request sent by the client equipment corresponding to the transferee account, the server takes the information of the transferee account as the information of the target digital rights owner and stores the information of the target digital rights corresponding to the information of the target digital rights.

the server is used for receiving the target digital rights and interests transfer request; acquiring target digital rights and interests information and transferee account information contained in the target digital rights and interests transfer request; sending target digital rights transfer confirmation information to a transferee account based on the target digital rights information and the transferee account information; if a receiving confirmation request sent by client equipment corresponding to the transferee account is received, taking the information of the transferee account as the information of a target digital rights owner, and storing the information of the target digital rights corresponding to the information of the target digital rights;
the second client device is used for receiving the target digital rights assignment confirmation information; displaying the target digital rights assignment confirmation information; and responding to the receiving confirmation instruction, and sending a target digital rights receiving confirmation request to the server.
12. A digital rights management apparatus applied to a server, the apparatus comprising:
the transfer request receiving module is used for receiving a target digital rights transfer request; the target digital rights are generated based on a target service;
the information acquisition module is used for acquiring the target digital rights and interests information and the transferee account information contained in the target digital rights and interests transfer request;
and the information storage module is used for taking the information of the assigned account as the information of a target digital rights owner and correspondingly storing the information of the target digital rights.
