The method according to claim 1, wherein the administrative division information matching algorithm is obtained by mapping the administrative division information of the meteorological site and the administrative division information of the insurance information; the method comprises the steps of obtaining administrative division information of a meteorological site by overlaying layers through longitude and latitude of the position of the meteorological site and a vector polygon of an administrative area, then establishing a mapping table of the administrative division information of the meteorological site and administrative division information of an insurance core system, and only changing the mapping relation of the administrative division mapping table when the administrative division information of the insurance core system is changed, so that the consistency of the administrative division of the meteorological site and the administrative division of the insurance core system is kept.

The method according to claim 1, wherein the meteorological element information comprises basic meteorological elements of air temperature, rainfall and wind speed of meteorological day values or meteorological hour values, and also comprises hail and lightning customized meteorological disaster information; the meteorological element information is derived from meteorological data products publicly released and produced by a specified organization, and comprises a meteorological station direct observation result, a meteorological actual data product meeting national regulations, but not a meteorological forecast data product.

The method according to claim 1, wherein the weather disaster type and the weather disaster coding information are performed according to the national standard "natural disaster classification and code" (GB/T28921-2012), and include the disaster types of rainstorm, wind disaster and hail disaster, and can be extended according to the natural disaster coding rules to code the custom weather disaster type.

The method according to claim 1, wherein the weather disaster discrimination algorithm lookup table is generated for weather disaster discrimination according to issued weather disaster countries or industry standards, and is used for discriminating weather disaster types by matching the acquired weather element information of the time interval to which the weather disaster discrimination algorithm lookup table belongs, wherein each weather disaster name is clearly marked in the weather disaster report when the discriminated weather disaster type is a plurality of disasters, and an empty value is returned when no weather disaster exists.

The method of claim 1, wherein the weather disaster information query report template comprises a weather report number, a weather report generation event, an administrative region of a weather report, a time interval, weather condition information of a previous week, a distinguished weather disaster type, a weather data source, an administrative district data source, a query insurance agency name and code, a report code, and unit information of report generation, and is capable of describing weather conditions of a previous week and weather and occurrence of a weather disaster of a current day.
8. An insurance application-oriented meteorological disaster information inquiry report generation system is characterized by comprising:
the data input module is used for inputting administrative division information, time intervals and preliminary meteorological disaster types of insurance information aiming at the target area;
the administrative division matching algorithm module is used for acquiring administrative division information of the meteorological information corresponding to the administrative division information of the insurance information of the target area according to an administrative division information matching algorithm;
the meteorological disaster matching and distinguishing algorithm module is used for acquiring meteorological element information of the time interval of the target area according to the input time interval and the acquired administrative division information of the meteorological information; acquiring weather disaster coding information of the preliminary weather disaster type according to the input preliminary weather disaster type; matching a weather disaster discrimination algorithm lookup table according to the acquired weather disaster coding information and the acquired weather element information of the time interval, and discriminating the type of the weather disaster to obtain a weather disaster type discrimination result;
And the data report generating module is used for calling a meteorological disaster information query report template, filling data processing result information of the administrative division matching algorithm module and the meteorological disaster matching judgment algorithm module, and generating a meteorological disaster report of the time interval of the target area according to the meteorological disaster type judgment result and the meteorological disaster information query report template.
