The working principle is as follows: before the device is used, the temperature inside the installation bin 11 is monitored in real time through the temperature sensor 8, when the normal work of the industrial personal computer is not influenced at all by the temperature inside the installation bin 11, the heat is dissipated by directly utilizing the main body bin 3 and the second heat conduction rod 15 on the top of the cover plate 201, when the temperature sensor 8 monitors that the normal work of the industrial personal computer mainboard 6 may be influenced by the inside of the installation bin 11, the first fan 7 is controlled to rotate through the control panel 1, so that the air on the top inside the main body bin 3 is blown to the industrial personal computer mainboard 6 inside the installation bin 11 to blow the industrial personal computer mainboard 6 for cooling, then the two sets of air suction pumps 902 are controlled to suck air into the exchange bin 906, the air inside the installation bin 11 is forced to enter the inside the exchange bin 906 from the through hole 14 and the human air inlet hole 903 with heat, and the air with heat is conveyed to the inside the S-shaped heat exchange tube 901 through the air suction pumps 902, in the process, the S-shaped heat exchange tube 901 conducts heat in the flowing air to the outside, so that the temperature of the flowing air inside the S-shaped heat exchange tube 901 is gradually reduced, the cooled flowing air is conveyed back to the inner top of the main body bin 3 again, internal circulation of the air inside the main body bin 3 is formed, and the heat dissipation effect of the industrial personal computer is improved;
When the temperature sensor 8 monitors that the internal temperature of the main body bin 3 seriously affects the work of the whole industrial personal computer, the control panel 1 controls the driving device 203 to be matched with the linkage device 204 to drive the four groups of rotating pipes 206 to rotate, the threaded rods 207 at the two ends of the four groups of rotating pipes 206 are forced to extend out of the internal parts of the four groups of rotating pipes by utilizing the action of threads, so that eight groups of threaded rods 207 extend out of the internal parts of the main body bin 3, and then two groups of telescopic bins 209 respectively extend out of the top and the bottom of the main body bin 3, and then the first fan 7, the air suction pump 902 and the second fan 205 are controlled to operate simultaneously, the second fan 205 filters external air through the first filter screen 202 on the telescopic bin 209 at the bottom and then transmits the external air to the internal bottom of the main body bin 3, then the filtered air enters the exchange bin 906, one part of the external air is absorbed by the two groups of air suction pumps 902 and transmitted to the internal parts of the main body bin 3, and the other part of the external air is transmitted to the internal parts of the installation bin 11 through the through holes 14, then, the air with the temperature is discharged to the external environment through the second filter screen 5, and external circulation of the air inside the main body bin 3 is formed, so that the heat dissipation effect of the industrial personal computer is further improved.
