Abstract

本发明适用于建材制造技术领域,提供了一种硅酸钙镁板防火夹芯板,包括硅酸钙镁套板,还包括:第一硅酸钙镁板层、第二硅酸钙镁板层、防火管、易燃层、薄膜、灭火剂和气动驱动组件;所述第一硅酸钙镁板层和第二硅酸钙镁板层分别固定安装在硅酸钙镁套板的两端,所述气动驱动组件设置在硅酸钙镁套板内。发生大火时,大火灼烧第二硅酸钙镁板层,由于第二硅酸钙镁板层不易燃烧,易燃层优先被大火燃烧,易燃层采用橡胶层等可隔绝气体的材质,使得防火管内气压与外界气压相同,此时薄膜无法承受外界和气动驱动组件内的气压差,气体撑破薄膜,将灭火剂吹出,使得灭火剂对火源进行灭火处理,进而提高防火的效果。

技术领域
本发明属于建材制造技术领域,尤其涉及一种硅酸钙镁板防火夹芯板。
背景技术
硅酸钙镁板是以无机矿物纤维或纤维素纤维等松散短纤维为增强材料,以硅质-钙质材料为主体胶结材料,经制浆、成型、在高温高压饱和蒸汽中加速固化反应,形成硅酸钙胶凝体而制成的板材。
硅酸钙镁板不易燃,具有一定程度的防火性能,但是却不具备主动灭火的功能,使得防火性能仍然不够优秀,在装饰硅酸钙镁板的室内存放易燃的贵重物料时,显然现有的硅酸钙镁板不满足使用要求。
发明内容
本发明实施例的目的在于提供一种硅酸钙镁板防火夹芯板,旨在解决现有硅酸钙镁板具有一定程度的防火性能,但是却不具备主动灭火的功能,使得防火性能仍然不够优秀的问题。
本发明是这样实现的,一种硅酸钙镁板防火夹芯板,包括硅酸钙镁套板,还包括:
第一硅酸钙镁板层、第二硅酸钙镁板层、防火管、易燃层、薄膜、灭火剂和气动驱动组件;
所述第一硅酸钙镁板层和第二硅酸钙镁板层分别固定安装在硅酸钙镁套板的两端,所述气动驱动组件设置在硅酸钙镁套板内,所述防火管固定安装在第二硅酸钙镁板层上,且所述防火管设置有多个,所述薄膜固定安装在防火管位于气动驱动组件的一端,所述易燃层固定安装在防火管的末端,所述灭火剂设置在防火管内,所述气动驱动组件用于将灭火剂推出防火管。
进一步的技术方案,所述气动驱动组件包括夹心防火层、推板和拉簧,所述夹心防火层设置在硅酸钙镁套板内,所述夹心防火层内设置有防火腔,所述防火腔内设置有滑槽,所述滑槽内滑动连接有两个滑块,两个所述滑块上均转动连接有推杆,两个所述推杆中部转动连接,所述推杆末端转动连接在推板上,所述推板上套设有密封套,所述拉簧的两端分别与两个滑块转动连接,所述防火管与防火腔连通设置。
进一步的技术方案,所述防火腔设置有两个。
进一步的技术方案,所述夹心防火层上固定连接有加气管,所述加气管上固定安装有密封阀。
进一步的技术方案,所述夹心防火层上套设有第三保温套板,且所述夹心防火层两端分别设置有第一保温层和第二保温层。
进一步的技术方案,所述第一保温层、第二保温层和第三保温套板的材质为膨胀聚苯板、挤塑聚苯板、酚醛保温板和岩棉板的其中一种。
进一步的技术方案,所述防火管的末端设置有铁丝网。

如图1和图3所示,为本发明一个实施例提供的一种硅酸钙镁板防火夹芯板,包括硅酸钙镁套板2,还包括:
第一硅酸钙镁板层1、第二硅酸钙镁板层3、防火管8、易燃层12、薄膜20、灭火剂21和气动驱动组件;
所述第一硅酸钙镁板层1和第二硅酸钙镁板层3分别固定安装在硅酸钙镁套板2的两端,所述气动驱动组件设置在硅酸钙镁套板2内,所述防火管8固定安装在第二硅酸钙镁板层3上,且所述防火管8设置有多个,所述薄膜20固定安装在防火管8位于气动驱动组件的一端,所述易燃层12固定安装在防火管8的末端,所述灭火剂21设置在防火管8内,所述气动驱动组件用于将灭火剂21推出防火管8。

如图1和图2所示,作为本发明的一种优选实施例,所述气动驱动组件包括夹心防火层6、推板9和拉簧18,所述夹心防火层6设置在硅酸钙镁套板2内,所述夹心防火层6内设置有防火腔7,所述防火腔7内设置有滑槽16,所述滑槽16内滑动连接有两个滑块17,两个所述滑块17上均转动连接有推杆15,两个所述推杆15中部转动连接,所述推杆15末端转动连接在推板9上,所述推板9上套设有密封套10,所述拉簧18的两端分别与两个滑块17转动连接,所述防火管8与防火腔7连通设置。
在本发明实施例中,易燃层12被大火燃烧后,拉簧18带动两个滑块17相向运动,滑块17通过推杆15带动推板9向右侧运动,进而使防火腔7内气体撑破薄膜20,将灭火剂21吹出,使得灭火剂对火源进行灭火处理,向防火腔7内储存惰性气体后时,惰性气体吹向火源时可隔绝氧气,进一步提高灭火的功能,防火腔7进一步提高硅酸钙镁板防火夹芯板的保温能力。
如图1所示,作为本发明的一种优选实施例,所述防火腔7设置有两个。
在本发明实施例中,设置有两个防火腔7,使得灭火准确性提高,节约易燃层12、薄膜20和灭火剂21的更换成本。
如图1和图3所示,作为本发明的一种优选实施例,所述夹心防火层6上固定连接有加气管13,所述加气管13上固定安装有密封阀14。
在本发明实施例中,通过更换新的易燃层12、薄膜20和灭火剂21,并且打开密封阀14向加气管13内充气后关闭密封阀14,使得硅酸钙镁板防火夹芯板能够重复利用。
如图1所示,作为本发明的一种优选实施例,所述夹心防火层6上套设有第三保温套板11,且所述夹心防火层6两端分别设置有第一保温层4和第二保温层5。
在本发明实施例中,夹心防火层6外侧设置的第三保温套板11、第一保温层4和第二保温层5用于提高硅酸钙镁板防火夹芯板的保温能力。
如图1所示,作为本发明的一种优选实施例,所述第一保温层4、第二保温层5和第三保温套板11的材质为膨胀聚苯板、挤塑聚苯板、酚醛保温板和岩棉板的其中一种。
在本发明实施例中,第一保温层4、第二保温层5和第三保温套板11的材质为膨胀聚苯板、挤塑聚苯板、酚醛保温板和岩棉板的其中一种。
如图1和图3所示,作为本发明的一种优选实施例,所述防火管8的末端设置有铁丝网19。
在本发明实施例中,铁丝网19用于防止损伤易燃层12,防止意外启动灭火功能。
本发明上述实施例中提供了一种硅酸钙镁板防火夹芯板,发生大火时,大火灼烧第二硅酸钙镁板层3,由于第二硅酸钙镁板层3不易燃烧,易燃层12优先被大火燃烧,易燃层12采用橡胶层等可隔绝气体的材质,使得防火管8内气压与外界气压相同,此时薄膜20无法承受外界和气动驱动组件内的气压差,拉簧18带动两个滑块17相向运动,滑块17通过推杆15带动推板9向右侧运动,进而使防火腔7内气体撑破薄膜20,将灭火剂21吹出,使得灭火剂对火源进行灭火处理,向防火腔7内储存惰性气体后时,惰性气体吹向火源时可隔绝氧气,进一步提高灭火的功能,防火腔7进一步提高硅酸钙镁板防火夹芯板的保温能力。

第一硅酸钙镁板层、第二硅酸钙镁板层、防火管、易燃层、薄膜、灭火剂和气动驱动组件;
所述第一硅酸钙镁板层和第二硅酸钙镁板层分别固定安装在硅酸钙镁套板的两端,所述气动驱动组件设置在硅酸钙镁套板内,所述防火管固定安装在第二硅酸钙镁板层上,且所述防火管设置有多个,所述薄膜固定安装在防火管位于气动驱动组件的一端,所述易燃层固定安装在防火管的末端,所述灭火剂设置在防火管内,所述气动驱动组件用于将灭火剂推出防火管。
