4) In the process, the sand bin feeding and the metering scale are processed in a semi-closed mode, only the side face of the forklift feeding on the upper portion of the sand bin is left to be of a transparent curtain type structure, the closed side face and the top face are used for introducing dust generated in the forklift feeding and metering process into a first dust remover through a pipeline for processing, the recovered dust returns to a third spiral conveyor in the system through an ash removal spiral for reuse, and secondary pollution is avoided;
dust generated during the material beating of the cement bin and the fly ash bin is recovered by the second dust remover and returns to the fourth screw conveyer through the ash removal screw;
