referring to fig. 5 and 6, the output end of the sewage pumping cylinder 15 extends into the turnover box 21 through a pipeline and is provided with an output head 81, the output head 81 is provided with a diffusion fence 82, the auxiliary material introducing member 22 comprises an auxiliary material box 83 and an auxiliary material conduit 84 arranged at the output end of the auxiliary material box 83, and the auxiliary material conduit 84 extends into the turnover box 21 and is provided with an auxiliary material input discharge hole 85.
The slow flow section 24 is arranged between the diffusion arrangement fence 82 and the sedimentation tank 23, a plurality of guide grooves 91 which are arranged in a ladder shape are erected in the slow flow section 24, the guide grooves 91 are erected in the slow flow section 24 through a support frame 92, and the guide grooves 91 at the tail end of the guide grooves are connected with the sedimentation tank 23.
In this embodiment, the sewage is pumped out from the solid-liquid separation tank 12 by the sewage pumping machine barrel 15 and is output to the turnover box 21, and auxiliary materials such as flocculating agents and the like for assisting precipitation are input through the auxiliary material box 83, and the output ends of the sewage and the flocculating agents are both in a fence-arranging and hole-arranging output mode, so that the output ranges of the sewage and the flocculating agents can be diffused, and the contact degree of the sewage and the flocculating agents is improved.
A slow flow interval 24 is arranged between the turnover box 21 and the sedimentation tank 23, and guide grooves 91 which are arranged in a ladder shape are arranged in the slow flow interval 24, so that the effect of dispersing water flow is achieved, the injection speed of the water flow is reduced, the contact area of sewage and a flocculating agent is increased, and the flocculating settling rate of suspended impurities in the sewage is increased.

Claims (9)

1. A kitchen waste treatment device comprises a pretreatment device and a solid-liquid separation box arranged in the pretreatment device; the device is characterized in that a filtering partition plate is arranged in the solid-liquid separation box, a solid output end of the solid-liquid separation box is externally connected with a sundry output machine barrel, and a liquid output end of the solid-liquid separation box is externally connected with a sewage pumping machine barrel;
the sewage extraction machine comprises a sewage extraction machine barrel, a solid-liquid separation box, a pretreatment device, a filter baffle, a pushing device, a sewage extraction machine, a sewage pump and a sewage pump, wherein the filter baffle is movably arranged in the solid-liquid separation box, the pretreatment device is provided with the pushing device, the pushing device is used for driving the filter baffle to move along the inner cavity of the solid-liquid separation box, the sewage extraction machine barrel is internally provided with an extraction device, and the extraction device is synchronously linked with the pushing device;
the pretreatment device is externally connected with a turnover box, the sewage is pumped out of the output end of the machine barrel and is led into the turnover box, a plurality of sedimentation tanks are arranged in the turnover box, the leading-in sides of the sedimentation tanks are provided with slow flow intervals, the turnover box is further externally connected with auxiliary material leading-in pieces, and the output ends of the auxiliary material leading-in pieces are located at the slow flow intervals.

The kitchen waste treatment apparatus according to claim 1, wherein said solid-liquid separation tank has a slide rail, said filter partition is installed in said slide rail, a solid discharge port is provided at one end of said solid-liquid separation tank, a liquid discharge port is provided at the other end of said solid-liquid separation tank, an output side of said solid discharge port is provided with an inclined structure, and a horizontal height of said solid discharge port is higher than that of said liquid discharge port.

The kitchen waste disposal apparatus as recited in claim 2, wherein a material transporting shaft is installed in said waste output cylinder, a positioning bearing is installed on an inner wall of said waste output cylinder, said material transporting shaft is installed in said waste output cylinder through said positioning bearing, and a material transporting auger is installed on said material transporting shaft and extends to said solid discharge port.

The kitchen waste treatment device according to claim 3, wherein a driving wheel is installed at a middle point of the material conveying rotating shaft, a driving frame is externally installed on the sundries output machine barrel, a material conveying motor is installed on the driving frame, a driving wheel is installed at a driving end of the material conveying motor, and the driving wheel is connected with the driving wheel through a synchronous belt.

The kitchen waste treatment apparatus according to claim 2, wherein said pushing assembly includes a fixed member mounted on the pretreatment apparatus, a steering cylinder mounted on the fixed member, and a threaded screw inserted into the steering cylinder, said threaded screw extending into the solid-liquid separation tank and being connected to the filtering partition.

The kitchen waste treatment device according to claim 5, wherein said pumping means comprises a piston plate built in the sewage pumping cylinder, and a movable rod for driving the piston plate, the other end of the movable rod is provided with a transmission link, the outer wall of the steering cylinder is provided with an outer transmission sleeve, and the outer transmission sleeve is provided with an outer helical thread.

The kitchen waste treatment equipment according to claim 6, wherein a linkage rack is arranged between the pushing assembly and the drawing device, a first synchronizing wheel and a transmission gear which are in coaxial transmission are arranged at one end of the linkage rack, a second synchronizing wheel and a rotating bolt which are in coaxial transmission are arranged at the other end of the linkage rack, the first synchronizing wheel and the second synchronizing wheel are connected through a belt, the transmission gear is meshed with the external spiral tooth thread, and the rotating bolt is connected with the transmission connecting rod.
