The adjusting assembly 6 comprises a connecting block 61 fixedly connected to the lower surface of the supporting plate 11 and a guide plate 62 fixedly connected between the two connecting blocks 61, one end of the guide plate 62 close to the discharge end of the wrapping drum 4 inclines upwards, two racks 63 are fixedly connected to the guide plate 62, the length direction of the racks 63 is the same as that of the wrapping drum 4, a rotating roller 64 is arranged between the two racks 63, two ends of the rotating roller 64 are coaxially and fixedly connected with a power gear 641, the power gear 641 is meshed with the racks 63, a double-head motor is installed in the rotating roller 64, two output shafts of the double-head motor are respectively connected with the two power gears 641, so that the double-head motor rotates, but the power gear 641 is limited by the racks 63, so that the rotating roller 64 rotates, the rotating roller 64 rolls along the guide plate 62 and rolls towards the inclined upper end of the guide plate 62 along with the rotating roller 64, because the distance between the guide plate 62 and the rotating plate 14 is reduced, therefore, the rotating roller 64 drives the end portion of the rotating plate 14 to tilt, and further drives the wrapping drum 4 mounted on the rotating plate 14 to rotate, when the wrapping drum 4 does not need to be tilted, the rotating roller 64 rolls towards the lower end of the guide plate 62, so that the aim of conveniently and quickly adjusting the tilt or the level of the wrapping drum 4 is achieved, the rotating roller 64 is adopted as an adjusting main structure, the adjusting process is more stable, and vibration is not easy to generate in the adjusting process.
Referring to fig. 5 and 6, an annular groove 43 is formed in a part of the wrapping cylinder 4 close to the outlet end, the groove 43 extends to the outlet end of the wrapping cylinder 4, a filter cylinder 44 is fixedly connected to the groove 43, a gap is formed between the filter cylinder 44 and the bottom surface of the groove 43 to form a discharge channel, a plurality of filter holes 45 are uniformly formed in the filter cylinder 44, and the filter holes 45 can filter filtered residues or residual powder so that the wrapped nuts can be collected independently without interference of the residues or the powder.
The blanking assembly 5 comprises a residue hopper 51 and a collecting hopper 52 which are arranged at the outlet end of the coating cylinder 4; the residue hopper 51 is attached to the outlet end of the clothes wrapping cylinder 4 but not fixedly connected with the outlet end of the clothes wrapping cylinder, and the discharge channel is communicated with the residue hopper 51, so that residues can enter the residue hopper 51, and the residue hopper 51 is also fixedly connected with a discharge hopper 511 for facilitating the discharge of the residues; the filter cylinder 44 protrudes out of the end of the coating cylinder 4, the collecting hopper 52 is attached to the end of the filter cylinder 44, the collecting hopper 52 is communicated with the filter cylinder 44, the coated nuts enter the collecting hopper 52 to be collected, and then the residue powder and the coated nuts are separated and collected, so that the powder does not exist in the finished coated nuts. Because the coating cylinder 4 is in the rotating process, the residue hopper 51 and the collecting hopper 52 are both semicircular, and the spilling probability of residues, powder and coated nuts in the discharging process can be reduced.
The residue fill 51 is half-wrapped on the collection fill 52, so the bottom surface of the collection fill 52 has also been seted up and has been filtered the hole 45, and the powder that gets into the collection fill 52 along with wrapping up in the nut can get into the residue fill 51 through filtering the hole 45 in, can further reduce the powder that contains in the wrapping up in the nut.
A protruding leading-out part 521 is integrally formed on the collecting hopper 52, the leading-out part 521 is long-strip-shaped, the interior of the leading-out part 521 is communicated with the collecting hopper 52, two chains 522 are arranged in the leading-out part 521, the chains 522 extend to the bottom surface of the collecting hopper 52 along the length direction of the leading-out part 521, two ends of each chain 522 are provided with a linkage gear 523, the chains 522 are sleeved on the linkage gears 523, a plurality of scraping plates 524 are arranged between the two chains 522, the scraping plates 524 are uniformly distributed along the length of the chains, and two ends of each scraping plate 524 are fixedly connected with the two chains 522, so that the scraping plates 524 can move along with the chains 522, the scraping plates 524 are attached to the bottom surface of the leading-out part 521, and the scraping plates 524 on the bottom surface of the collecting hopper 52 are tangent to the bottom surface of the collecting hopper 52; the motor 525 for driving the linkage gear 523 to rotate is fixedly connected to the side wall of the leading-out portion 521, and the two linkage gears 523 in the leading-out portion 521 are connected together through a transverse shaft, so that the motor 525 can drive the chain 522 to move, and further drive the scraper 524 to move, and the scraper 524 can scrape out the coated nuts in the collecting hopper 52, so that the coated nuts can be conveniently taken out of the collecting hopper 52.
Referring to fig. 6 and 7, a plurality of ribs 46 are further arranged inside the wrapping cylinder 4, the length direction of the ribs 46 is the same as the axial direction of the wrapping cylinder 4, the axial direction of the wrapping cylinder 4 surrounded by the plurality of ribs 46 is uniformly distributed, and the rolling effect of the nut during the rotation process of the wrapping cylinder 4 can be improved due to the existence of the ribs 46, so that powder can be more uniformly wrapped on the surface of the nut.
A plurality of uniformly distributed round holes 461 are formed in the surface of the convex rib 46 close to the discharge end of the wrapping drum 4, the size of the round holes 461 is the same as that of the filtering holes 45, and the distribution area of the round holes 461 only occupies one half of the convex rib 46; the inner part of the rib 46 is communicated with the groove 43, and the circular hole 461 can lead the powder to leak down; the inside baffle 462 that is equipped with of bead 46, offer on the baffle 462 with the transition hole 463 of the same size of round hole 461, and the one end of baffle 462 is equipped with cylinder 464, cylinder 464's telescopic link and baffle 462 intercommunication, so baffle 462 can remove, when transition hole 463 and round hole 461 align, the powder can be revealed down to round hole 461, during round hole 461 and transition hole 463 dislocation, baffle 462 seals round hole 461, makes the powder can not reveal. The nut is rolled by the part, without the circular hole 461, of the rib 46, and when the nut needs to be coated with the coating thickly, the circular hole 461 is sealed by the baffle 462, so that powder and the nut can be stirred and rolled for a longer time, and the coating thickness of the nut is increased; when needs are wrapped up in the clothing thinly, baffle 462 removes and makes transition hole 463 and round hole 461 align, and the powder can be downstairs, has reduced the powder and the nut time of stirring and rolling together, and the clothing section of thick bamboo 4 tilt state is wrapped up in to the cooperation again, can make the nut wrap up in on the surface clothing not too thick.
The cross-sectional side of the ridge 46 is triangular, so that the surface of the ridge 46 is a slope, and when the nuts are jacked up by the ridge 46, the nuts can slide along the surface of the ridge 46, so that the nuts can be stirred better, and the stirring effect is further improved.

The magnets 87 are fixedly connected to the end portions of the two moving plates 8, and the magnets 87 can enable the two moving plates 8 to be connected together to form a complete circular ring shape, so that the device is convenient and fast.
