Description

Novel continuous spinning viscose filament yarn treating agent and preparation method and application thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of chemical additives, in particular to a novel continuous spinning viscose filament yarn treating agent and a treating method.
Background
In the production process of viscose fiber, the continuous spinning viscose filament yarn is a parallel yarn without twisting, and the surface of the viscose filament yarn is required to be adhered with an oiling agent and a sizing agent, so that the cohesion, smoothness, antistatic property and the like of the fiber are provided. The continuous spinning viscose filament has high requirement on cohesion, and PVA (polyvinyl alcohol) has excellent film forming property and is often used as sizing agent. However, in downstream spinning processes, the finish and size on the viscose needs to be removed. Because PVA belongs to typical refractory polymer substances, the waste water has high COD and poor degradability, and the direct discharge can seriously pollute the water body.
In order to improve the degradability of the sizing agent, CMC (sodium carboxymethyl cellulose) is used as the sizing agent of the continuous spinning viscose filament yarn, but the CMC has low film forming strength, and the cohesion of the viscose filament yarn after oiling is poor, so that the production requirements of various products can not be met. There are also methods that use high performance starch slurries, but the film strength of such slurries cannot meet the requirements of continuous spun viscose filament yarn production.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve the technical problems, the invention aims to provide a novel continuous spinning viscose filament yarn treating agent with good degradability and capability of remarkably improving cohesion performance and a preparation method thereof.
The aim of the invention is achieved by the following technical scheme: the novel continuous spinning viscose filament yarn treating agent is prepared by compounding the following raw materials in parts by mass:
preferably, the nonionic surfactant is one or a combination of more than two of fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether, fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene polyoxypropylene ether, fatty acid polyoxyethylene ester and fatty acid polyoxyethylene polyoxypropylene ester.
Preferably, the anionic surfactant is one or a combination of more than two of alkali metal salts of fatty acid sulfate, alkali metal salts of fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether phosphate and alkali metal salts of fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether sulfonate.
Preferably, the bundling agent is one or more than two of polyethylene glycol dimer trimethylene carbonate, methoxy polyethylene glycol poly trimethylene carbonate, carboxyl end-capped trimethylene carbonate and hydroxyl end-capped trimethylene carbonate.
Preferably, the antioxidant is one of 2, 6-di-tert-butyl-4-methylphenol, pentaerythritol tetrakis [ beta- (3, 5-di-tert-butyl-4-hydroxyphenyl) propionate ] or 4, 4-methylenebis (2, 6-di-tert-butylphenol).
Preferably, the bactericide is one of isothiazolinone, glutaraldehyde or sodium pyridine sulfate.
Preferably, the deionized water has a conductivity of less than 10 μS/cm.
The preparation process of the novel continuous spun viscose filament yarn treating agent includes the following steps: heating the nonionic surfactant to 50-70 ℃, adding the antioxidant and deionized water, stirring for 10min, then sequentially adding the anionic surfactant, the bundling agent and the bactericide, and continuously stirring for 30min to obtain the continuous spinning viscose filament treating agent.
The invention provides an application of a novel continuous spinning viscose filament yarn treating agent in viscose fiber.
Preferably, the continuous spun viscose filament yarn treating agent is used in an amount of 1 to 3% relative to the mass of viscose fiber.
The beneficial effects of the invention are as follows: the novel continuous spinning viscose filament yarn treating agent prepared by the invention has excellent water solubility, viscosity stability, film forming property, desizing property and degradability. The viscose filament yarn treated by the treating agent has good cohesion, no bifurcation phenomenon occurs between the parallel filaments, and no particulate matters exist on the surfaces of the filaments. In the downstream refining process, the viscose fiber is easy to desize, has no residue, can not influence the subsequent dyeing, and can degrade waste.
