Abstract
The invention provides an intelligent box packing and sealing production line which performs box opening and box sealing operation according to the size of a box body and simultaneously performs coding operation, and has good universality and high efficiency operation. The automatic box opening and closing machine comprises a stacking mechanism, a first transfer robot, a weighing flaring machine, a box body warehouse, a box opening robot, a box closing robot, a first adhesive tape machine, a second adhesive tape machine, a coding machine and a transfer output roller belt; the stacking mechanism is arranged in front of the first transfer robot and comprises at least one conveying line, and the first transfer robot transfers stacked cartons at the tail end of the conveying line to a weighing mechanism of the weighing flaring machine; the weighing flaring machine comprises a weighing mechanism, a pushing plate mechanism and a box body supporting mechanism, wherein the pushing plate mechanism is arranged at the front end of the weighing mechanism, the box body supporting mechanism is arranged at the rear of the weighing mechanism, a box body with one end open and one end sealed is arranged on the box body supporting mechanism, and the pushing plate mechanism pushes the stacked strip boxes to enter the inner cavity of the box body along the opening.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of packaging box structures, in particular to an intelligent packaging box production line.
Background
The box packing and sealing machine is a packaging device, and stacks the strip box products at the rear end of a packaging line, and is full-automatic in the box packing and sealing process. The working flow of the existing box packing machine is as follows: firstly, the strip box is conveyed by a conveying line, enters a slideway through a strip box pulling device and then enters a front-pile belt conveyor. And finishing appearance inspection of the cartons on a belt conveyor in front of stacking, removing unqualified cartons, and enabling qualified cartons to enter a stacking machine. When 50 cartons of cartons at the stacking machine are full, the cartons are grabbed by a carton grabbing robot and placed on a weighing cigarette pushing machine, and weighing and carton missing inspection is carried out on the carton cigarettes. After the detection is finished, the cigarettes enter a main machine of the box packing machine and enter the box body which is grabbed by the box grabbing robot to finish packing and packing of the cigarettes. And finally, conveying the carton boxes filled with cigarettes to the next station through a box conveying line, and removing the cigarettes with the front weighing and missing carton boxes. However, the existing packaging box host machine is only applicable to a single type of box body, so that the universality of the whole packaging production line is poor, and the existing packaging box is required to be additionally coded after being packaged, so that the packaging efficiency is low, and therefore, a universal and efficient packaging box production line needs to be developed urgently.

Aiming at the problems, the invention provides an intelligent box packing and sealing production line which performs box opening and box sealing operation according to the size of a box body and simultaneously performs code printing operation, and has good universality and high efficiency operation.

a stacking mechanism;
a first transfer robot;
weighing and expanding machine;
a box body warehouse;
a box opening robot;
a box sealing robot;
the two adhesive tape machines are respectively a first adhesive tape machine and a second adhesive tape machine;
a coding machine;
a transfer output roller belt;
the stacking mechanism is arranged in front of the first transfer robot, and comprises at least one conveying line, and the first transfer robot transfers stacked cartons at the tail end of the conveying line to a weighing mechanism of the weighing flaring machine;
the weighing flaring machine comprises a weighing mechanism, a push plate mechanism and a box body supporting mechanism, wherein the push plate mechanism is arranged at the front end of the weighing mechanism, the box body supporting mechanism is arranged at the rear of the weighing mechanism, a box body with one open end and one sealed end is arranged on the box body supporting mechanism, and the push plate mechanism pushes the stacked strip boxes to enter the inner cavity of the box body along the opening;
two sides of the weighing flaring machine, which correspond to the box body supporting mechanism, are respectively provided with a box sealing mechanism person and a box opening robot, one end of the box opening robot holding area is provided with the box body warehouse, the other end is provided with a first adhesive tape machine, the box body warehouse is provided with box bodies in a stacking mode, one end of a holding area of the box sealing robot is provided with a second adhesive tape machine, and the other end of the holding area is provided with a coding machine and a transferring conveying roller belt;
the coding machine is used for coding the packaged box body;
the box body after packaging is placed in the transfer conveying roller belt through the box sealing robot, and the transfer conveying roller belt conveys the box body to the rear storage bin.

the first adhesive tape machine and the second adhesive tape machine comprise adhesive tape conveying devices, adhesive tape cutting mechanisms and box body periphery pressing mechanisms, after the box body periphery pressing mechanisms press and flatten the convex flanging, the adhesive tape conveying devices convey adhesive tapes to seal the adhesive tapes, and the arrangement of the box body periphery pressing mechanisms ensures the adhesive tapes at the corresponding ends of the box bodies with different sizes to be attached;
the box opening robot comprises a first multi-shaft mechanical arm and a first output end, the first output end comprises a box opening mechanical finger and a first adsorption component, the box opening mechanical finger opens one port of a box body, the first adsorption component transfers the box body with one open end to a first tape machine, seals the sealing end of the box body by using a tape, and then the first adsorption component transfers the box body to the box body supporting mechanism, and enables the opening end to face the weighing mechanism;
the box sealing robot comprises a second multi-axis mechanical arm and a second output end, the second output end comprises a box packing adsorption plate and a second adsorption component, the box packing adsorption plate is used for adsorbing the end face of a sealed box body, pushing the end face of the sealed box body to face the box body, and enabling a second adhesive tape machine to finish sealing of the box body, and the second adsorption component is used for adsorbing the box body and then finishing transfer from the box body supporting mechanism to the second adhesive tape machine, from the second adhesive tape machine to the coding machine and from the coding machine to the transfer conveying roller belt.
After the structure of the invention is adopted, the rear end of the stacking mechanism is composed of the weighing flaring machine, the two adhesive tape machines, the box opening robot, the box sealing robot, the coding machine and the box body library, after the strip boxes are grabbed onto the weighing flaring machine, the box opening robot grabs the box bodies, the box sealing operation of one side of the box bodies is completed on the first adhesive tape machine, then the box body supporting mechanism at the flaring position of the weighing flaring machine is put into the box body, the strip boxes are pushed into the box body by the push plate mechanism, then the full box bodies are grabbed onto the second adhesive tape machine by the box sealing robot to seal the adhesive tape at the other side, the code printing machine is moved, and finally the packaged box bodies are conveyed to the transferring conveying roller belt for transportation, and the box opening and sealing operation is carried out according to the size of the box bodies.

Intelligent packaging box production line, see fig. 1-7, comprising: a stacking mechanism 10, a first transfer robot 30, a weighing flaring machine 20, a box body warehouse 40, a box opening robot 50, a box sealing robot 60, a first tape machine 70, a second tape machine 80, a coding machine 90 and a transfer output roller belt 100;
the stacking mechanism 10 is arranged in front of the first transfer robot 30, the stacking mechanism 10 comprises at least one conveying line 11, and the first transfer robot 30 transfers stacked cartons at the end of the conveying line 11 onto the weighing mechanism 21 of the weighing and flaring machine 20;
the weighing flaring machine 20 comprises a weighing mechanism 21, a push plate mechanism 22 and a box body supporting mechanism 23, wherein the push plate mechanism 22 is arranged at the front end of the weighing mechanism 21, the box body supporting mechanism 30 is arranged at the rear of the weighing mechanism 21, a box body 200 with one end open and one end sealed is arranged on the box body supporting mechanism 23, and the push plate mechanism 22 pushes the stacked strip boxes to enter the inner cavity of the box body 200 along the opening;
the two sides of the weighing flaring machine 20, which correspond to the box body supporting mechanism 23, are respectively provided with a box sealing mechanism person 60 and a box opening robot 50, one end of a holding area of the box opening robot 50 is provided with a box body warehouse 40, the other end of the holding area is provided with a first adhesive tape machine 70, the box body warehouse 40 is provided with box bodies in a stacked mode, one end of the holding area of the box sealing robot 60 is provided with a second adhesive tape machine 80, and the other end of the holding area is provided with a coding machine 90 and a transferring conveying roller belt 100;

the box sealing robot 60 comprises a second multi-axis mechanical arm 61 and a second output end, the second output end comprises a box filling adsorption plate 62 and a second adsorption component 63, the box filling adsorption plate 62 is used for adsorbing the end face of a sealed box body, pushing the end face of the opening to move towards the box body periphery pressing mechanism 73, enabling the second tape machine 80 to finish sealing of the box body, and the second adsorption component 63 is used for adsorbing the box body and then finishing transfer from the box body supporting mechanism 23 to the second tape machine 80, from the second tape machine 80 to the coding machine 90 and from the coding machine 90 to the transfer conveying roller belt 100.
