Technical Field
The invention relates to a plate member assembling type clamping device, in particular to a plate member assembling type clamping device used in explosion and impact load tests.
Background
The plate structure is a basic structure in engineering applications, and is commonly found in wall and floor structures of buildings, deck structures of bridges, various large-scale mechanical devices applied to planar structures, and the like. The anti-explosion impact test research of the plate structure is an important means for checking the safety level of the structure, and can provide technical reference for engineering application safety and durability research. In experimental study, in order to realize fixed support, researchers realize fixed support of a plate structure by punching through holes on the boundary of the plate structure and assembling bolts to bolt the plate structure with a large mass base, although the support is firm, in explosion impact test study, whether residual stress exists at the bolt-fixed through holes or not cannot be ensured, for large-size plate structures, a large number of through holes are needed, the strength of the plate structure is influenced to a certain extent, for small-size plate structures, the size and the position of the through holes possibly influence the expansion of cracks generated in the explosion damage process, the macroscopic damage result of the test is influenced, and the factors have certain defects in the test study and influence the test result to a greater or lesser extent.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to solve the problems in the prior art and provides a clamping device which can realize the fixed support of plate members with various sizes and does not need to punch the plate members.
In order to achieve the above purpose, the technical scheme provided by the invention is as follows: the assembled clamping device of the plate member comprises a base, an adjusting block, a clamp type bayonet, an assembling bolt and a jacking bolt, wherein a plurality of T-shaped grooves and a plurality of stop blocks are formed in the top of the base at intervals, the stop blocks are positioned on the inner side of the top of the base, and a baffle is arranged on the outer side of the top of the base; the adjusting block is connected in the T-shaped groove in a sliding way, the bottom of the adjusting block is matched with the longitudinal section of the T-shaped groove in shape, and the top of the adjusting block extends out of the T-shaped groove; the bottom of the clamp type bayonet is provided with a groove matched with the top of the adjusting block, and the top of the clamp type bayonet is provided with a clamping block protruding forwards; the clamp type bayonet is provided with a first through hole extending from the top end to the groove, the adjusting block is provided with a second through hole at the position corresponding to the first through hole, the assembling bolt sequentially penetrates through the second through hole and the first through hole and then is screwed with the nut, and the adjusting block and the clamp type bayonet are connected together to form a combined block; the baffle is provided with a plurality of threaded holes, and the jacking bolts are in threaded connection with the threaded holes, and one end of each jacking bolt abuts against the outer side of the combined block; one end of the plate member is propped against the inner side of the combination block, and the top surface and the bottom surface of the end of the plate member are respectively propped against the clamping block and the base.
The technical scheme is further designed as follows: the regulating block is L-shaped and consists of a long side and a short side, the long side is slidably connected in the T-shaped groove, and the short side extends out of the T-shaped groove.
The base is formed by casting concrete, and the stop block and the baffle are integrally cast with the base.
The baffle is provided with a plurality of built-in threaded pipes, the jacking bolts are in threaded connection with the built-in threaded pipes, the jacking bolts are rotated, and one ends of the jacking bolts push the combined blocks to slide along the T-shaped grooves.
The end part of the plate member is provided with a bent limb bent to one side by 90 degrees, the outer side of the bent limb is propped against the inner side of the combined block, the top surface of the bent limb is propped against the bottom surface of the clamping block, the bottom surface of the bent limb is propped against the top of the T-shaped groove, and the inner side of the bent limb is propped against the outer side of the stop block.
The plate member is of a flat plate structure, the top surface of one end of the plate member abuts against the bottom surface of the clamping block, and the bottom surface of the end of the plate member abuts against the top surface of the stop block.
Ear seats are arranged on two sides of the bottom of the base, a plurality of foundation bolt holes are formed in the ear seats, and foundation bolts are arranged in the foundation bolt holes.
The invention has the beneficial effects that:
according to the invention, a plurality of assembly type clamping devices are arranged around a plate member, each assembly type clamping device corresponds to one end of the plate member, the end part of the plate member stretches into a combined block, and the combined block is driven to slide along a T-shaped groove by rotating a jacking bolt, so that the distance between the combined blocks on the assembly type clamping devices on two opposite sides of the plate member is adjusted to adapt to the plate members with different sizes; the inner side of the combined block is pushed to tightly prop against the plate member by tightening the tightening bolt, and clamping is carried out; the distance between the adjusting block and the clamp type bayonet can be adjusted by rotating the nuts on the assembly bolts so as to adapt to plate members with different thicknesses, at the moment, the adjusting block is limited in the T-shaped groove due to the fact that the bottom of the adjusting block is matched with the T-shaped groove, the nuts are screwed down, and the clamp type bayonet moves downwards to clamp the plate members through the clamping block and the base.
The top surface of the stop block is higher than the top surface of the base in the assembled clamping device, so that the assembled clamping device can be suitable for clamping plate members with different end shapes.
The assembled clamping device realizes clamping and fixing of the plate member through the jacking bolts and the assembling bolts, can stably and fixedly support the plate member under explosion and impact load test conditions, does not need to provide through holes on the plate member, and has small adverse effect on test results in anti-explosion and impact test.

Example 1
The assembled clamping device of the plate member of the embodiment comprises a base 1, an adjusting block 2, a clamp type bayonet 3, an assembling bolt 4 and a jacking bolt 5 as shown in fig. 1; referring to fig. 2, the top of the base 1 is provided with a plurality of T-shaped grooves 11 side by side along the length direction, the bottom dimension of each T-shaped groove 11 is larger than the opening dimension, and a stop block 12 is arranged between two adjacent T-shaped grooves 11, so that a structure is formed in which the T-shaped grooves 11 and the stop blocks 12 are arranged at intervals, the stop block 12 is positioned at the inner side of the top of the base 1, a baffle 13 is arranged at the outer side of the top of the base 1, the T-shaped grooves 11 are positioned between the stop block 12 and the baffle 13, in this embodiment, the base 1 is formed by casting concrete, and the stop block 12 and the baffle 13 are integrally cast with the base; referring to fig. 3, the adjusting block 2 is cast by a cast iron material, is in an L shape formed by long sides and short sides, the long sides are slidably connected in the T-shaped groove 11, and the longitudinal section of the long sides is matched with the longitudinal section of the T-shaped groove 11, so that the adjusting block 2 cannot deviate from the opening at the top of the T-shaped groove 11, and the short sides of the adjusting block 2 extend out of the T-shaped groove 11 from the opening of the T-shaped groove 11; as shown in fig. 4, the clamp-type bayonet 3 is cast by cast iron material, the bottom is provided with a groove 31 matched with the short side of the adjusting block 2, and the top is provided with a clamping block 32 protruding forwards; the clamp type bayonet 3 is provided with a first through hole 33 extending from the top end to the groove, the adjusting block 2 is provided with a second through hole 21 at the position corresponding to the first through hole 33, the assembling bolt 4 sequentially penetrates through the second through hole and the first through hole and then is screwed with the nut 7, and the adjusting block 2 and the clamp type bayonet 3 are connected together to form a combined block; the baffle 13 is provided with a plurality of built-in threaded pipes, the built-in threaded pipes form threaded holes 14, and the jacking bolts 5 are in threaded connection with the threaded holes 14, and one ends of the jacking bolts are propped against the outer sides of the combined blocks.
As shown in fig. 5, in this embodiment, the end of the middle plate member 6 is provided with a curved limb 61 bent at 90 degrees towards the lower side, in this embodiment, the top surface of the stop block 12 is higher than the top surface of the base 1 (i.e. the top surface of the T-shaped slot), so that a space capable of accommodating the curved limb is formed between the stop block 12 and the combined block, when clamping, the outer end surface of the curved limb 61 abuts against the inner side of the combined block, the top surface of the curved limb 61 abuts against the bottom surface of the clamping block 32, the bottom surface of the curved limb abuts against the top surface of the T-shaped slot, and the inner side of the curved limb abuts against the outer side of the stop block 12; the jacking bolts 5 are rotated to drive the combined blocks to slide along the T-shaped grooves 11, so that the distance between the combined blocks on the assembly type clamping devices on two opposite sides of the plate member is adjusted to adapt to the plate members with different sizes, the jacking bolts 5 are screwed down to push the inner sides of the combined blocks to tightly prop against the plate member 6, clamping and fixing are achieved, and the degree of freedom of the plate member in the horizontal direction is restrained; by rotating the nuts 7 on the mounting bolts 4, the distance between the adjusting block 2 and the clamp-type bayonet 3 can be adjusted to accommodate plate members 6 of different thickness, the nuts 7 are tightened, and the clamp-type bayonet 3 moves down to clamp the plate members 6 through the clamping blocks 31 and the base 2. The final clamping and fixing of the plate member is realized by arranging assembly type clamping devices around the plate member 6. In the embodiment, when an explosion experiment is performed, an explosion shock wave is transmitted from above the plate member 6, and the plate member 6 may be broken in the middle due to strong impact, so when the plate member 6 is clamped by the clamping device of the embodiment, the stop block 2 abuts against the inner side of the bent limb 61, the combined block is blocked on the outer side of the bent limb, which is equivalent to restraining both the inner side and the outer side of the bent limb 61, and when the plate member is broken due to strong impact of explosion, the clamping device can still maintain the clamping of the plate member 6, and the plate member 6 cannot be pulled down from the clamping device due to impact force.
Example two
As shown in fig. 6, the structure of the assembly type clamping device for the plate member of the present embodiment is basically the same as that of the first embodiment, except that the plate member 6 is a flat plate structure, when the plate member 6 is clamped, the outer end face of the plate member 6 abuts against the inner side of the assembly block, the top face of the end portion of the plate member 6 abuts against the bottom face of the clamping block 32, and the bottom face of the end portion abuts against the top face of the stop block 12; the final clamping and fixing of the plate member is achieved by rotating the nuts 7 on the jacking bolts 5 and the assembly bolts 4.
As shown in fig. 7, in this embodiment, a plurality of assembling blocks are provided with a tightening bolt 5 at intervals, so that during the test, too many tightening bolts can reduce the efficiency of assembly and clamping, and the constraint of sufficient strength of the plate structure can be satisfied by providing a tightening bolt at intervals.
Example III
As shown in fig. 8, the structure of the assembled clamping device for the plate member of the present embodiment is basically the same as that of the first embodiment, and is different in that the two sides of the bottom of the base 1 are provided with the ear bases 9, the ear bases 9 are provided with a plurality of anchor bolt holes 8, and after the position of the base 1 is adjusted and the plate member is clamped, anchor bolts are arranged in the anchor bolt holes 8 to fix the base 1 on the ground.
