Background
Plate structures are basic structures in engineering applications, and are commonly found in wall and floor structures of buildings, bridge deck structures of bridges, various large mechanical devices applied to planar structures, and the like. The research on the anti-explosion and anti-impact test of the plate structure is an important means for checking the safety grade of the structure, and can provide technical reference for the research on engineering application safety and use durability. In the experimental research, in order to realize the fixed support, researchers mostly realize the fixed support of the plate structure by drilling through holes on the boundary of the plate structure and assembling bolts to bolt the plate structure and the large-mass base, although the support is firm, in the research of the explosion impact test, whether residual stress exists in the bolted through holes cannot be guaranteed, for the large-size plate structure, a large number of through holes are needed, the strength of the plate structure is influenced to a certain extent, for the small-size plate structure, the size and the position of the through holes can influence the expansion of cracks generated in the explosion damage process, the macroscopic damage result of the test is influenced, and the factors have certain disadvantages in the experimental research and influence the test result to a greater or lesser extent.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention provides a clamping device which can realize the fixed support of plate members with various sizes and does not need to punch holes on the plate members, aiming at solving the problems in the prior art.
In order to achieve the purpose, the technical scheme provided by the invention is as follows: an assembly type clamping device for a plate member comprises a base, an adjusting block, a clamp type bayonet, an assembly bolt and a puller bolt, wherein the top of the base is provided with a plurality of T-shaped grooves and a plurality of stop blocks which are arranged at intervals, the stop blocks are positioned on the inner side of the top of the base, and the outer side of the top of the base is provided with a baffle plate; the adjusting block is connected in the T-shaped groove in a sliding mode, the bottom of the adjusting block is matched with the longitudinal section of the T-shaped groove in shape, and the top of the adjusting block extends out of the T-shaped groove; the bottom of the clamp type bayonet is provided with a groove matched with the top of the adjusting block, and the top of the clamp type bayonet is provided with a clamping block protruding forwards; the clamp type bayonet is provided with a first through hole extending from the top end to the groove, the adjusting block is provided with a second through hole at the position corresponding to the first through hole, the assembling bolt sequentially penetrates through the second through hole and the first through hole and then is in threaded connection with a nut, and the adjusting block and the clamp type bayonet are connected together to form a combined block; the baffle plate is provided with a plurality of threaded holes, the puller bolt is in threaded connection with the threaded holes, and one end of the puller bolt abuts against the outer side of the combined block; one end of the plate member is abutted against the inner side of the combination block, and the top surface and the bottom surface of the end of the plate member are abutted against the fixture block and the base respectively.
The technical scheme is further designed as follows: the adjusting block is L-shaped and consists of a long edge and a short edge, the long edge is connected in the T-shaped groove in a sliding mode, and the short edge extends out of the T-shaped groove.
The base is formed by pouring concrete, and the stop block and the baffle are integrally formed with the base in a pouring mode.
The baffle is provided with a plurality of built-in threaded pipes, the puller bolt is in threaded connection with the built-in threaded pipes, the puller bolt is rotated, and one end of the puller bolt pushes the combined block to slide along the T-shaped groove.
The end part of the plate member is provided with a bent limb bent towards one side by 90 degrees, the outer side of the bent limb is propped against the inner side of the combined block, the top surface of the bent limb is propped against the bottom surface of the clamping block, the bottom surface of the bent limb is propped against the top of the T-shaped groove, and the inner side of the bent limb is propped against the outer side of the clamping block.
The plate member is of a flat plate structure, the top surface of one end of the plate member abuts against the bottom surface of the clamping block, and the bottom surface of the end of the plate member abuts against the top surface of the stop block.
The base bottom both sides are equipped with the ear seat, are equipped with a plurality of rag bolt holes on the ear seat, are equipped with rag bolt in the rag bolt hole.
The invention has the beneficial effects that:
the assembled clamping devices are arranged on the periphery of the plate member, each assembled clamping device corresponds to one end of the plate member, the end part of the plate member extends into the combined block, the combined block is driven to slide along the T-shaped groove by rotating the puller bolt, and the distance between the combined blocks on the assembled clamping devices on the two opposite sides of the plate member is further adjusted to adapt to plate members with different sizes; the jacking bolt is screwed down to push the inner side of the combination block to be tightly propped against the plate member, and clamping is carried out; the distance between the adjusting block and the clamp type bayonet can be adjusted by rotating the nut on the assembling bolt so as to adapt to plate members with different thicknesses, at the moment, the adjusting block is limited in the T-shaped groove due to the fact that the bottom of the adjusting block is matched with the shape of the T-shaped groove, the nut is screwed, and the clamp type bayonet moves downwards to clamp the plate members through the clamping block and the base.
The top surface of the stop block in the assembled clamping device is higher than that of the base, so that the assembled clamping device is suitable for clamping plate members with different end shapes.
The assembled clamping device provided by the invention can clamp and fix the plate member through the puller bolt and the assembling bolt, can stably fix and support the plate member under the conditions of explosion and impact load tests, does not need to arrange a through hole on the plate member, and has small adverse effect on test results in an anti-explosion and anti-impact test.

Example one
The assembled clamping device for the plate member of the embodiment, as shown in fig. 1, comprises a base 1, an adjusting block 2, a clamp type bayonet 3, an assembling bolt 4 and a tightening bolt 5; referring to fig. 2, a plurality of T-shaped grooves 11 are formed in the top of the base 1 side by side along the length direction, the bottom size of each T-shaped groove 11 is larger than the opening size, a stop block 12 is arranged between every two adjacent T-shaped grooves 11, so that a structure in which the T-shaped grooves 11 and the stop blocks 12 are arranged at intervals is formed, the stop blocks 12 are located on the inner side of the top of the base 1, a baffle 13 is arranged on the outer side of the top of the base 1, the T-shaped grooves 11 are located between the stop blocks 12 and the baffle 13, in this embodiment, the base 1 is formed by pouring concrete, and the stop blocks 12 and the baffle 13 are integrally formed with the base by pouring; as shown in fig. 3, the adjusting block 2 is made of cast iron and is in an L shape composed of a long side and a short side, the long side is slidably connected in the T-shaped groove 11, and the longitudinal section of the long side is matched with the longitudinal section of the T-shaped groove 11, so that the adjusting block 2 cannot be separated from an opening at the top of the T-shaped groove 11, and the short side of the adjusting block 2 extends out of the T-shaped groove 11 from the opening of the T-shaped groove 11; as shown in fig. 4, the pincer-type bayonet 3 is made of cast iron, the bottom of the pincer-type bayonet is provided with a groove 31 matched with the short edge of the adjusting block 2, and the top of the pincer-type bayonet is provided with a clamping block 32 protruding forwards; a first through hole 33 extending from the top end to the groove is formed in the clamp type bayonet 3, a second through hole 21 is formed in the adjusting block 2 at a position corresponding to the first through hole 33, the assembling bolt 4 sequentially penetrates through the second through hole and the first through hole and then is in threaded connection with the nut 7, and the adjusting block 2 and the clamp type bayonet 3 are connected together to form a combined block; the baffle 13 is provided with a plurality of built-in threaded pipes which form threaded holes 14, and the jacking bolt 5 is in threaded connection with the threaded holes 14, and one end of the jacking bolt abuts against the outer side of the combined block.
Referring to fig. 5, in this embodiment, the end of the plate member 6 is provided with a bent limb 61 bent at 90 degrees to the lower side, in this embodiment, the top surface of the stop 12 is higher than the top surface of the base 1 (i.e. the top surface of the T-shaped groove), so a space for accommodating the bent limb is formed between the stop 12 and the combined block, when clamping is performed, the outer end surface of the bent limb 61 abuts against the inner side of the combined block, the top surface of the bent limb 61 abuts against the bottom surface of the fixture block 32, the bottom surface of the bent limb abuts against the top surface of the T-shaped groove, and the inner side of the bent limb abuts against the outer side of the stop 12; the jacking bolt 5 is rotated to drive the combination blocks to slide along the T-shaped groove 11, so that the distance between the combination blocks on the assembled clamping devices on the two opposite sides of the plate member is adjusted to adapt to plate members with different sizes, the jacking bolt 5 is screwed down to push the inner sides of the combination blocks to tightly abut against the plate member 6, clamping and fixing are realized, and the degree of freedom of the plate member in the horizontal direction is restrained; by rotating the nut 7 on the assembly bolt 4, the distance between the adjusting block 2 and the pincer-type bayonet 3 can be adjusted to adapt to plate members 6 with different thicknesses, the nut 7 is screwed, and the pincer-type bayonet 3 moves downwards to clamp the plate members 6 through the clamping block 31 and the base 2. The final clamping and fixing of the plate member are realized by arranging the assembled clamping devices on the periphery of the plate member 6. In the embodiment, when an explosion experiment is performed, an explosion shock wave is transmitted from the upper part of the plate member 6, and strong impact on the plate member 6 may cause the middle of the plate member to be broken, so that when the clamping device of the embodiment clamps the plate member 6, the stop block 2 abuts against the inner side of the bent limb 61, the combined block is stopped at the outer side of the bent limb, namely, the inner side and the outer side of the bent limb 61 are both restrained, when the plate member is broken due to the strong impact of the explosion, the clamping device can still keep clamping the plate member 6, and the plate member 6 cannot be pulled down from the clamping device due to the impact force.
Example two
As shown in fig. 6, the structure of the assembled clamping device of the plate member of this embodiment is substantially the same as that of the first embodiment, except that the plate member 6 is a flat plate structure, when clamping, the outer end surface of the plate member 6 abuts against the inner side of the combination block, the top surface of the end portion of the plate member 6 abuts against the bottom surface of the fixture block 32, and the bottom surface of the end portion abuts against the top surface of the stop block 12; final clamping fixation of the plate member is achieved by rotating the jacking bolts 5 and the nuts 7 on the assembly bolts 4.
As shown in fig. 7, in the present embodiment, a plurality of combination blocks are correspondingly provided with a tightening bolt 5 at intervals, because in the test process, too many tightening bolts are combined to reduce the assembling and clamping efficiency, and the interval of the tightening bolts can satisfy the constraint of sufficient strength for the plate structure.
EXAMPLE III
As shown in fig. 8, the structure of the assembled clamping device for a plate member of this embodiment is substantially the same as that of the first embodiment, except that ear seats 9 are provided at both sides of the bottom of the base 1, a plurality of anchor bolt holes 8 are provided on the ear seats 9, and after the position of the base 1 is adjusted and the plate member is clamped, anchor bolts are provided in the anchor bolt holes 8, so that the base 1 is fixed on the ground.
The technical solutions of the present invention are not limited to the above embodiments, and all technical solutions obtained by using equivalent substitution modes fall within the scope of the present invention.
