A soil pollution abatement remediation apparatus according to claim 1 further comprising: medicine spray pipe (203) and the bottom intercommunication of two piston cylinder (204), the bottom side of piston cylinder (204) is equipped with feed liquor check valve (2041), and the bottom in piston cylinder (204) is equipped with flowing back check valve (2042), flowing back check valve (2042) and medicine spray pipe (203) intercommunication, the end of medicine spray pipe (203) is equipped with spouts medicine horizontal pole (2031), and the body of rod outside of spouting medicine horizontal pole (2031) is equipped with atomizer.
