The invention will be further described with reference to fig. 1-9, and the automatic oiling device for large flanges shown in fig. 1 and 2 comprises a driving device 1, a rotary supporting device 2, a rotating plate 3, a linear expansion device 4 and an anti-rust oil atomizing nozzle 5.
As shown in fig. 6, the slewing bearing device 2 includes a slewing bearing 22 and a bearing housing 21, an outer ring of the slewing bearing 22 is mounted on the bearing housing 21, and the bearing housing 21 is fixed on the mounting platform.
As shown in fig. 1 and 3, the driving device 1 is in driving connection with the inner ring of the slewing bearing 22; one end of the rotating plate 3 in the length direction is fixedly or detachably connected with the side, far away from the driving device 1, of the inner ring of the slewing bearing 22.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the linear expansion device 4 is mounted on the rotating plate 3, and the movable end of the linear expansion device 4 is located on the side of the rotating plate 3 away from the slewing bearing 22.
As shown in fig. 4 and 5, the rust-preventive oil atomizer 5 is installed at the movable end of the linear expansion device 4; the rust preventive oil atomizer 5 comprises an oil inlet 51, and the oil inlet 51 is connected with an oil pump through a pipeline.

the mounting platform of the automatic large flange oiling device is a fixed platform (embodiment 1) or a movable lifting platform (embodiment 2), and the slewing bearing device 2 and the large flange are coaxial by adjusting the large flange or the movable lifting platform in the using process; then adjusting the extension length of the movable end of the linear expansion device 4 to enable the movable end of the linear expansion device 4 to reach the annular area of the large flange; by adjusting the spray pressure of the anti-rust oil and the anti-rust oil atomizer 5, the spray range of the anti-rust oil atomizer 5 is coincident with the width of the annular area of the large flange or is smaller than the width of the annular area of the large flange (the annular area of the large flange is sprayed for multiple times by adjusting the extension length of the movable end of the linear expansion device 4); the driving device 1 is started to drive the inner ring of the slewing bearing 22 and the rotating plate 3 to rotate, and the rust-preventive oil atomizing nozzle 5 coats the annular area of the flange in the rotating process until the surface of the flange is coated with oil.
