1. An injection site nursing device for nursing in oncology department, comprising:

a monitoring assembly disposed on a bottom surface of the nursing block (3) for monitoring extravasation of blood.
2. The injection site care device for oncology care of claim 1, wherein the dressing change assembly comprises:
the nursing block comprises a top groove (6), the top groove (6) is formed in the top surface of the nursing block (3), medical cotton (7) is arranged inside the top groove (6), a supporting frame (8) is arranged inside the top groove (6), and medical gauze (9) is fixedly installed inside the supporting frame (8);
two sliding tray (10), two sliding tray (10) are seted up respectively the left and right sides of overhead tank (6), the left and right sides of carriage (8) fixed mounting respectively has sliding block (11), sliding block (11) with sliding tray (10) activity joint is in the same place.
3. The injection site care device for oncology care of claim 1, wherein the dressing change assembly further comprises:
the nursing device comprises a baffle (12), wherein the baffle (12) is arranged on one side of the nursing block (3), a hinge is fixedly arranged on one side of the baffle (12), the nursing block (3) is fixedly connected with the hinge, and a rubber block (13) is fixed on one side of the baffle (12);
the medicine feeding piece is arranged on the bottom surface of the nursing block (3) and used for feeding medicine.
4. The injection site nursing device for nursing in oncology department according to claim 3, characterized in that the medicine feeding member comprises:
bottom hole (14), bottom hole (14) are seted up the bottom surface of nursing piece (3), the inside fixed mounting of bottom hole (14) has connecting pipe (15), connecting hole (16) have been seted up to the bottom surface in nursing groove (2), connecting pipe (15) with connecting hole (16) are fixed to be cup jointed together, the inside fixed injection valve (17) that has cup jointed of connecting hole (16).

two monitoring holes (20), two monitoring holes (20) are all seted up the bottom surface of nursing piece (3), the inside of monitoring hole (20) is fixed to be cup jointed and is discoloured silica gel column (21), intercommunicating pore (22) have been seted up to the bottom surface of nursing groove (2), discolour silica gel column (21) with intercommunicating pore (22) are fixed to be cup jointed together.

the alarm box (23) is fixedly installed on the top surface of the nursing belt (1), two detection holes (24) are formed in the bottom surface of the alarm box (23), the two detection holes (24) correspond to the positions of the two monitoring holes (20), a color sensor (25) is fixedly installed inside the alarm box (23), and two sensing ends of the color sensor (25) are connected with the color-changing silica gel column (21);
an alarm member provided on a top surface of the alarm box (23) for alarming.
8. The injection site nursing device for nursing of oncology department according to claim 7, wherein the alarm member comprises:
suggestion groove (26), suggestion groove (26) are seted up the top surface of alarm box (23), the inside fixed mounting in suggestion groove (26) has warning light (27), warning light (27) with color sensor (25) electric connection together.

the alarm box comprises an alarm groove (28), the alarm groove (28) is formed in the top face of the alarm box (23), an alarm loudspeaker (29) is fixedly mounted inside the alarm groove (28), and the alarm loudspeaker (29) is electrically connected with the color sensor (25).
