本公开实施例公开了一种通信方法,该方法包括:接收第一信息,第一信息用于指示空闲的信道;基于第一信息所指示的空闲的信道发送信息。采用本公开实施例,通过接收到的第一信息所指示的空闲的信道来发送信息,避免了现有技术中通过搜索多个信道乃至特定频谱内的所有信道,来确定空闲的信道的方式,可以直接依据第一信息的指示确定空闲的信道,提高了确定空闲的信道的效率,进而提高了信道资源的利用率。
