The present application is described in further detail below with reference to the attached figures.
Fig. 1 illustrates a flowchart of a method for email address generation according to one embodiment of the present application.
The method includes step S11 and step S12. In step S11, in response to a mailbox registration request of a user, the processing device obtains a first character string and one or more second character strings corresponding to the mailbox registration request, where the first character string corresponds to a mailbox user name, the second character string corresponds to a mailbox sub-domain name, and a separator is set between the first character string and the second character string; in step S12, the processing device generates one or more email addresses corresponding to the mailbox registration request according to the mailbox user name, the delimiter, the one or more mailbox sub-domain names, and the main domain name of the registered mailbox.
In step S11, the processing device, in response to a mailbox registration request of a user, obtains a first character string and one or more second character strings corresponding to the mailbox registration request, where the first character string corresponds to a mailbox user name, the second character string corresponds to a mailbox sub-domain name, and a separator is set between the first character string and the second character string.
Specifically, the mailbox registration request of the user may be a mailbox registration request actively submitted by the user, or may be a mailbox registration request automatically generated by the system for the user.
When the user or the system submits the mailbox registration request, a first character string corresponding to the mailbox registration request and one or more second character strings can be directly submitted to the processing device at the same time; the mailbox registration request can also be submitted to the processing device first, then an input window returned by the processing device is obtained, and a first character string and one or more second character strings corresponding to the mailbox registration request are input at the input window.
Here, the first character string and/or the second character string may be input by the user, or may be a character string recommended by the system.
Here, the first character string corresponds to a mailbox user name, the second character string corresponds to a mailbox sub-domain name, and a separator is arranged between the first character string and the second character string. For example, if the first string input by the user is "ZhangSan" and the second string input by the user is "perfectword", the first string "ZhangSan" corresponds to the mailbox user name, the second string corresponds to "PerfectWorld" corresponds to the mailbox sub-domain name, and the set separator may be a mailbox separator "@".
In step S12, the processing device generates one or more email addresses corresponding to the mailbox registration request according to the mailbox user name, the delimiter, the one or more mailbox sub-domain names, and the main domain name of the registered mailbox.
Specifically, the processing device generates one or more email addresses corresponding to the email registration request according to the format of the email user name, the delimiter, the email sub-domain name, and the main domain name of the registered email. In other words, the email address includes the email user name and an email domain name composed of the email sub domain name and the main domain name, and the email user name and the email domain name are separated by a separator.
Com, if the registered mailbox main domain name is email, the email address generated by the processing device is: ZhangSan @ perfect world.
Here, if there are a plurality of mailbox subdomain names, a plurality of email addresses may be generated according to different mailbox subdomain names. In the above example, if the user further selects the mailbox sub domain name of "pwrd", the another email address generated by the processing device is: ZhangSan @ pwrd.
That is, the user may be in two parts of the mailbox address: the mailbox user name and the mailbox sub domain name can freely select the desired name, such as the username @ otherpart.
In one embodiment, in the step S11, the processing device, in response to a mailbox registration request of a user, obtains a first character string corresponding to the mailbox registration request, where the first character string corresponds to a mailbox user name; generating a candidate email address corresponding to the email registration request according to the first character string and the main domain name of the registered email; if the candidate email address fails to pass the repeated detection, one or more second character strings corresponding to the email registration request are obtained, the second character strings correspond to email sub-domain names, and separators are arranged between the first character strings and the second character strings.
Specifically, the processing device first generates a candidate email address based on the mailbox registration request of the user and the first character string, and the main domain name of the registered mailbox, for example, if the first character string input by the user is "ZhangSan", and the main domain name of the registered mailbox is email. ZhangSan @ email. Here, a separator is set between the first character string and the main domain name of the registered mailbox.
Here, the method of acquiring the mailbox registration request and acquiring the first string is the same as or similar to the method shown in step S11 in fig. 1, and therefore, the description thereof is omitted here.
Then, the processing device detects whether the candidate email address exists, if so, the candidate email address fails to pass the repeated detection, otherwise, the candidate email address is not registered by other people and passes the repeated detection.
If the candidate email address fails to pass the repeated detection, the processing device provides an input box for the user to input one or more second character strings corresponding to the email registration request; alternatively, the processing device provides one or more recommended second strings to the user and one or more of them are selected by the user as the second strings. Here, the second character string corresponds to a mailbox sub-domain name, and a separator is provided between the first character string and the second character string.
That is, the second string is provided as the mailbox sub-domain name only when the mailbox address generated by the mailbox user name preferred by the user is renamed.
In one embodiment, in step S11, the manner in which the processing device obtains the one or more second character strings corresponding to the mailbox registration request includes any one of:
acquiring one or more second character strings input by the user: that is, the user directly inputs one or more character strings in an area such as an input box, and takes it as a second character string;
obtaining one or more recommended second character strings, and selecting one or more second character strings from the one or more recommended second character strings: that is, the processing device may automatically determine one or more recommended second character strings based on a predefined manner, so that the user does not need to input the recommended second character strings by himself/herself, and then select one or more recommended second character strings from the one or more recommended second character strings as the determined second character strings by means of user selection or system automatic sorting, or the like.
That is, the processing device may obtain the second character string based on active submission by the user, or based on automatic obtaining of the recommended second character string.
In one embodiment, the step of obtaining one or more recommended second strings comprises at least any one of:
-determining, from the first character string, one or more recommended second character strings associated with the first character string: here, the keyword/word in the first character string may be extracted according to the first character string to generate a recommended second character string, for example, when the first character string is "ZhangSan", the capital letter "ZS" therein may be extracted as the recommended second character string, so as to generate an email address of ZhangSan @ zs.email.com; or, generating a recommended second character string according to the related information associated with the first character string, where the related information may be preset or obtained, for example; if the first character string is "SunWuKong", then "Monkey" may be used as the recommended second character string, thereby generating an email address of SunWuKong @ Monkey.
-determining one or more recommended second strings based on profile information of the user: here, the profile information includes, but is not limited to, a graduation institution, a place, hobbies, and the like of the user. For example, when the first character string is "ZhangSan", the interest "Movie" of "ZhangSan" may be used as the recommended second character string, so as to generate an email address of ZhangSan @ Movie.
-determining one or more recommended second strings from the browsing history of the user: here, the keyword obtained through statistical analysis is used as the recommended second character string by performing statistical analysis on all historical browsing records of the user or browsing records in a predetermined time period. For example, if the browsing topic of the user is "ic" by counting the browsing records of the user in the last week, the "ic" may be used as the recommended second character string, so as to generate the email address of ZhangSan @ ic.
-determining one or more recommended second strings from the current time information and/or current location information of the user: acquiring current time information of the user based on system time, and acquiring current position information of the user based on modes such as GPS (global positioning system) or base station positioning and the like; or determining the current time information and/or the current position information of the user according to the time and/or the position information determined by the user; then, the current time information and/or the current position information are used as the recommended second character string. For example, if the current time is 2019, taking "2019" as the recommended second character string, so as to generate an email address of ZhangSan @2019. email.com; and if the current position information is Beijing, taking 'Beijing' as the recommended second character string, thereby generating the E-mail address of Zhang san @ Beijing.
-determining one or more recommended second strings from the sub-domain names selected by the other one or more users: the sub-domain names selected by other users can be recommended to the current user as recommended second character strings, furthermore, the sub-domain names selected by other users can be counted, and the sub-domain names with higher or lower selection frequency can be recommended to the current user as recommended second character strings. For example, if the popular sub-domain name selected by the other user is "Music", then "Music" may be used as the recommended second string, so as to generate the email address of ZhangSan @ Music.
-determining one or more recommended second strings from the statistical record of data: here, the historical data (such as any data of news, reports, novels, and web pages) may be counted, or the historical data in a certain time range may be counted to obtain a statistical keyword, and the statistical keyword is used as the recommended character string. For example, if it is statistically found that the recent hotspot is entitled "Environment protection", a word (e.g., "Environment") related to "Environment protection" may be used as the recommended second character string, so as to generate an email address of ZhangSan @ Environment.
In one embodiment, the method further includes step S13 (not shown), wherein in step S13, the processing device detects availability of a DNS corresponding to the mailbox domain name according to a sub domain name corresponding to the second string and a main domain name of the registered mailbox, where the mailbox domain name includes the sub domain name and the main domain name.
Then, if the general configuration of the DNS satisfies the DNS availability of the mailbox domain name, in step S12, the processing device generates one or more email addresses corresponding to the mailbox registration request according to the mailbox user name, the delimiter, one or more mailbox sub-domain names, and the main domain name of the registered mailbox.
Specifically, the processing device generates the mailbox domain name according to a sub domain name corresponding to the second string and a main domain name of the registered mailbox, that is, the mailbox domain name is a sub domain name and a main domain name; and then, detecting whether the DNS corresponding to the mailbox domain name is available. And if the universal configuration of the DNS meets the DNS availability of the mailbox domain name, generating one or more email addresses corresponding to the mailbox registration request directly according to the mailbox user name, the delimiter, one or more mailbox sub-domain names and the main domain name of the registered mailbox.
Here, the DNS common configuration of the sub-domain name and the main domain name is to use a common sub-domain name method in the DNS server, for example, the sub-domain name corresponds to a fixed IP address, so that all sub-domain names before the main domain name is email support MX records and SPF records.
The DNS may be available with records including MX and SPF to which the DNS corresponds. As will be appreciated by those skilled in the art, ordinary mail services typically deploy records such as MX and SPF on a main domain name (e.g., email. The MX record is a mail exchange record and points to a mail effector which is used for positioning the mail effector according to the address suffix of the addressee when the electronic mail system sends the mail; SPF is a type of DNS record proposed for spam prevention, which is a TXT type of record used to register all IP addresses owned by a certain domain name for outgoing mail.
If the MX record and the SPF record configured on the mailbox sub-domain are the same as the MX record and the SPF record configured on the main domain, the third-party mail server can normally send the mail to the mail server corresponding to the email address. That is, if the MX record and the SPF record configured by the sub-domain name are the same as the MX record and the SPF record configured by the main domain name, the one or more email addresses corresponding to the email registration request may be generated directly according to the mailbox user name, the delimiter, the one or more mailbox sub-domain names, and the main domain name of the registered mailbox.
If the general configuration of the DNS does not satisfy the DNS availability of the mailbox domain name, in step S12, the processing device configures the DNS according to the one or more mailbox sub-domain names and the main domain name of the registered mailbox, and generates one or more email addresses corresponding to the mailbox registration request according to the mailbox user name, the delimiter, the one or more mailbox sub-domain names, and the main domain name of the registered mailbox.
Here, if the general configuration of DNS does not satisfy the DNS availability of the mailbox domain name, the configuration manner includes at least any one of the following:
firstly, the method comprises the following steps: only adding MX records and SPF records to the newly added sub domain name contained in the new email address to be registered;
II, secondly: and customizing the resolution of the DNS server so that when the sub-domain name of the registered new E-mail address is inquired, the corresponding MX record and SPF record are returned.
In an embodiment, before the step of obtaining one or more recommended second character strings, the processing device may further detect a DNS of a mailbox domain name corresponding to the generated candidate recommended second character string and/or a candidate mailbox name corresponding to the generated candidate recommended second character string, and delete the candidate recommended second character string if the DNS is unavailable or the candidate mailbox name is a registered mailbox name, and no longer recommend the candidate recommended second character string as the recommended second character string.
In one embodiment, the method further includes step S14 (not shown), wherein, in step S14, the processing device registers the corresponding email box for the user according to the generated email box address, and the processing device inserts a record of the new email box address into the user database for subsequent login and transceiving.
Here, the transceiving function of the registered electronic mailbox is the same as or similar to that of the existing mailbox. For example, when receiving a mail, the sender finds the main server according to the domain name of the complete email address, and specifies the complete email address of the receiver after connecting; when sending, it is consistent with the existing mailbox.
Fig. 2 shows a flowchart of a method for email address generation according to another embodiment of the present application.
The method includes step S20, step S21, and step S22. In step S20, the processing device determines a mailbox registration request corresponding to the user and one or more corresponding second character strings according to the corresponding mail content information and/or setting information in the existing electronic mailbox address of the user; in step S21, in response to the mailbox registration request, the processing device obtains a first character string and one or more second character strings corresponding to the mailbox registration request, where the first character string corresponds to a mailbox user name, the second character string corresponds to a mailbox sub-domain name, and a separator is set between the first character string and the second character string; in step S22, the processing device generates one or more email addresses corresponding to the email registration request according to the email user name, the delimiter, one or more email sub domain names, and the main domain name of the registered email.
Specifically, the user first has an existing email address and can perform a normal transceiving function within the existing email address. The mailbox content information includes but is not limited to the content information of the mails sent and received in the mailbox, and the setting information includes but is not limited to the label, the classification and the like set for the mailbox by the user.
In step S20, the processing device obtains one or more specific character strings according to the corresponding mail content information and/or setting information in the existing email address of the user, and uses the character strings as the one or more second character strings; for example, if the keyword of "Game" appears in the mailbox content information, the keyword "Game" is used as the second character string; and if the label information set for the mailbox by the user is 'profile', taking the 'profile' as the second character string. And then, the processing equipment generates a mailbox registration request corresponding to the user according to the second character string.
Or, the processing device firstly determines that a mailbox registration request is to be generated for the user, and then acquires one or more specific character strings as the second character string by corresponding mail content information and/or setting information in the existing electronic mailbox address of the user.
Then, in step S21, the processing device issues a request to the user to obtain the first character string input by the user, or the processing device directly determines the first character string. In an embodiment, the first character string is a user name of the existing email address, in other words, since there is already one email, the user name of the existing email can be directly used as the user name corresponding to the new email registration request without being filled in again by the user. Then, the processing device acquires the second character string determined in step S20 and the first character string acquired in step S21 in response to the mailbox registration request.
The step S21 is the same as or similar to the step S11 shown in fig. 1, and the step S22 is the same as or similar to the step S12 shown in fig. 1, so that the description is omitted here and is included herein by reference.
For example, if the existing email address is: and finally, an email address of the Zhangsan @ Gate. email.com or an email address of the Zhangsan @ profile. email.com can be generated.
In an embodiment, in the step S20, the processing device analyzes and counts the corresponding mail content information and/or setting information in the existing email address of the user, and determines one or more second character strings according to the obtained keywords; and determining a mailbox registration request corresponding to the user according to the one or more second character strings.
Specifically, in step S20, the processing device performs word segmentation, extraction, statistics, and the like on the mailbox content information and/or the setting information to obtain a corresponding keyword, and determines a second character string according to the keyword.
In one embodiment, the operations of word segmentation, extraction, statistics, and the like correspond to a time range. For example, performing word segmentation, retrieval or semantic analysis in a first time period according to the content of the inbox and/or outbox mail to obtain one or more keywords; further, if the number of the one or more keywords/the number of the corresponding mails and the like exceeds a certain threshold, the keyword is used as the second character string.
And then, determining the mailbox registration request according to the second character string, wherein the mailbox registration request comprises the second character string.
In one embodiment, the method further includes step S25 (not shown), wherein, in step S25, when the second character string is plural, the processing device correlates the generated plural email addresses.
Specifically, if the second character string is multiple, the generated multiple email addresses may be automatically or manually associated, where the association includes, but is not limited to, receiving, sending, setting, and the like. Here, for example, if the user registers a plurality of email addresses having different second character strings at the same time when registering, the plurality of email addresses may be associated with each other; if the user already has an existing email address and an email address with a new sub-domain name is registered based on the existing email address, the processing device may also associate the email addresses with each other.
In one embodiment, the mailbox user names corresponding to the plurality of mutually associated email addresses are the same, and the different email addresses are different in whether or not the email addresses have sub-domain names.
For example, a plurality of email addresses such as ZhangSan @ email.com, ZhangSan @ game.email.com, ZhangSan @ profile.email.com, and the like may be associated with one another. Here, it should be understood by those skilled in the art that the actual users corresponding to the multiple email addresses associated with each other are the same user, and the confirmation of whether the users are the same user can be determined through information such as a registration channel, verification information, and an identity.
In one embodiment, the method further includes step S26 (not shown), wherein in step S26, the processing device presents the mail content information corresponding to the plurality of correlated email addresses in any email box corresponding to the plurality of email addresses, where each email address corresponds to one presentation area.
Specifically, if the email addresses are associated with each other, the email content information corresponding to the email addresses associated with each other is displayed in any email box associated with each other in a manner of a tab page, a folder, or the like. For example, in the above example, in the email box ZhangSan @ email.com, the email to be sent and received of ZhangSan @ email.com, "ZhangSan @ profile.email.com" is respectively shown through three tab pages. Different email addresses correspond to a display area (such as a label page, a folder, different display areas corresponding to different background colors, and the like) so as to realize the functions of sorting, managing and displaying the emails.
Fig. 3 shows a schematic diagram of a processing device for email address generation according to an embodiment of the present application.
The processing device 10 comprises obtaining means 101 and generating means 102. The acquiring device 101, in response to a mailbox registration request of a user, acquires a first character string and one or more second character strings corresponding to the mailbox registration request, where the first character string corresponds to a mailbox user name, the second character string corresponds to a mailbox sub-domain name, and a separator is arranged between the first character string and the second character string; the generating device 102 generates one or more email addresses corresponding to the email registration request according to the email user name, the delimiter, one or more email sub-domain names and the main domain name of the registered email.
The obtaining device 101, in response to a mailbox registration request of a user, obtains a first character string and one or more second character strings corresponding to the mailbox registration request, where the first character string corresponds to a mailbox user name, the second character string corresponds to a mailbox sub-domain name, and a separator is set between the first character string and the second character string.
Specifically, the mailbox registration request of the user may be a mailbox registration request actively submitted by the user, or may be a mailbox registration request automatically generated by the system for the user.
When the user or the system submits the mailbox registration request, a first character string corresponding to the mailbox registration request and one or more second character strings can be directly submitted to the obtaining device 101 at the same time; the mailbox registration request may be submitted to the obtaining apparatus 101, and then an input window returned by the obtaining apparatus 101 is obtained, and the first character string and the one or more second character strings corresponding to the mailbox registration request are input at the input window.
The generating device 102 generates one or more email addresses corresponding to the email registration request according to the email user name, the delimiter, one or more email sub domain names and the main domain name of the registered email.
Specifically, the generating device 102 generates one or more email addresses corresponding to the email registration request according to a format of "email user name, delimiter, email sub domain name, main domain name of registered email". In other words, the email address includes the email user name and an email domain name composed of the email sub domain name and the main domain name, and the email user name and the email domain name are separated by a separator.
Com, if the registered mailbox main domain name is email, the email address generated by the generating device 102 is: ZhangSan @ perfect world.
Here, if there are a plurality of mailbox subdomain names, a plurality of email addresses may be generated according to different mailbox subdomain names. In the above example, if the user further selects the mailbox sub domain name of "pwrd", the another email address generated by the generating device 102 is: ZhangSan @ pwrd.
That is, the user may be in two parts of the mailbox address: the 'mailbox user name' and the 'mailbox sub domain name' can freely select a desired name, such as username @ otherpart.
In one embodiment, the obtaining device 101 obtains a first character string corresponding to a mailbox registration request in response to the mailbox registration request of a user, where the first character string corresponds to a mailbox user name; generating a candidate email address corresponding to the email registration request according to the first character string and the main domain name of the registered email; if the candidate email address fails to pass the repeated detection, one or more second character strings corresponding to the email registration request are obtained, the second character strings correspond to email sub-domain names, and separators are arranged between the first character strings and the second character strings.
Specifically, the obtaining device 101 first generates a candidate email address based on the email registration request of the user, the first character string, and the main domain name of the registered email, for example, if the first character string input by the user is "ZhangSan", and the main domain name of the registered email is email. Com. Here, a separator is set between the first character string and the main domain name of the registered mailbox.
Here, the method for acquiring the mailbox registration request and acquiring the first string is the same as or similar to the acquiring method shown in the apparatus 101 in fig. 3, and therefore, the details are not repeated herein.
Then, the obtaining device 101 detects whether the candidate email address exists, if so, the candidate email address fails to pass the repeated detection, otherwise, the candidate email address is not registered by other people and passes the repeated detection.
If the candidate email address fails to pass the repeated detection, the obtaining device 101 provides an input box for the user to input one or more second character strings corresponding to the email registration request; alternatively, the obtaining apparatus 101 provides one or more recommended second character strings to the user, and the user selects one or more recommended second character strings as the second character strings. Here, the second character string corresponds to a mailbox sub-domain name, and a separator is provided between the first character string and the second character string.
That is, the second string is provided as the mailbox sub-domain name only when the mailbox address generated by the mailbox user name preferred by the user is renamed.
In one embodiment, the manner for the obtaining device 101 to obtain the one or more second character strings corresponding to the mailbox registration request includes any one of the following:
acquiring one or more second character strings input by the user: that is, the user directly inputs one or more character strings in an area such as an input box, and takes it as a second character string;
obtaining one or more recommended second strings and selecting one or more second strings from the one or more recommended second strings: that is, the apparatus 101 may automatically determine one or more recommended second character strings based on a predefined manner, so that the user does not need to input the one or more recommended second character strings by himself/herself, and then select one or more recommended second character strings from the one or more recommended second character strings as the determined second character strings by means of user selection or system automatic sorting, and the like.
That is, the obtaining device 101 may obtain the second character string based on active submission by the user, or automatically obtain and recommend the second character string.
In one embodiment, the manner of obtaining the one or more recommended second strings includes at least any one of:
-determining, from the first character string, one or more recommended second character strings associated with the first character string: here, the keyword/word in the first character string may be extracted according to the first character string to generate a recommended second character string, for example, when the first character string is "ZhangSan", the capital letter "ZS" may be extracted as the recommended second character string, so as to generate an email address of ZhangSan @ zs.email.com; or, a recommended second character string is generated according to the related information associated with the first character string, where the related information may be preset or obtained, for example; if the first character string is "SunWuKong", then "Monkey" may be used as the recommended second character string, thereby generating an email address of SunWuKong @ Monkey.
-determining one or more recommended second strings based on the user's profile information: here, the profile information includes, but is not limited to, a graduation institution, a place, hobbies, and the like of the user.
For example, if the popular sub-domain name selected by the other user is "Music", the "Music" may be used as the recommended second string, so as to generate the email address of ZhangSan @ Music.
-determining one or more recommended second strings from the statistical record of data: here, statistics may be performed on historical data (such as any data of news, reports, novels, and web pages), or statistics may be performed on historical data within a certain time range to obtain a statistical keyword, and the statistical keyword is used as the recommended character string. For example, if it is statistically found that the recent hotspot is entitled "Environment protection", a word (e.g., "Environment") related to "Environment protection" may be used as the recommended second character string, so as to generate an email address of ZhangSan @ Environment.
In an embodiment, the processing device 10 further includes a detecting device 103 (not shown), where the detecting device 103 detects availability of a DNS corresponding to the mailbox domain name according to a sub domain name corresponding to the second character string and a main domain name of the registered mailbox, where the mailbox domain name includes the sub domain name and the main domain name.
Then, if the general configuration of the DNS satisfies the DNS availability of the mailbox domain name, the generating device 102 generates one or more email addresses corresponding to the mailbox registration request according to the mailbox user name, the delimiter, one or more mailbox sub-domain names, and the main domain name of the registered mailbox.
Specifically, the detection device 103 generates the mailbox domain name according to the sub domain name corresponding to the second character string and the main domain name of the registered mailbox, that is, the mailbox domain name is a sub domain name and a main domain name; and then, detecting whether the DNS corresponding to the mailbox domain name is available.
That is, if the MX record and the SPF record configured for the sub domain name are the same as the MX record and the SPF record configured for the main domain name, the one or more email addresses corresponding to the email registration request may be generated directly according to the mailbox user name, the delimiter, the one or more mailbox sub domain names, and the main domain name of the registered mailbox.
If the general configuration of the DNS does not satisfy the DNS availability of the mailbox domain name, the generating device 102 configures the DNS according to the one or more mailbox sub-domain names and the main domain name of the registered mailbox, and generates one or more email addresses corresponding to the mailbox registration request according to the mailbox user name, the delimiter, the one or more mailbox sub-domain names, and the main domain name of the registered mailbox.
Here, if the general configuration of the DNS does not satisfy the DNS availability of the mailbox domain name, the configuration manner includes at least any one of the following:
firstly, the method comprises the following steps: only adding MX records and SPF records to the newly added sub domain name contained in the new email address to be registered;
II, secondly: and customizing the resolution of the DNS server so that when the sub-domain name of the registered new E-mail address is inquired, the corresponding MX record and SPF record are returned.
In an embodiment, the processing device 10 may further detect a DNS of a mailbox domain name corresponding to the generated candidate recommended second character string and/or a corresponding candidate mailbox name, and delete the candidate recommended second character string if the DNS is unavailable or the candidate mailbox name is a registered mailbox name, and no longer recommend the candidate recommended second character string as the recommended second character string.
In an embodiment, the processing device 10 further comprises a recording device 104 (not shown), wherein the recording device 104 registers the corresponding electronic mailbox for the user according to the generated electronic mailbox address, and the processing device 10 can insert a record of a new electronic mailbox address into the user database for subsequent login and transceiving.
Fig. 4 shows a schematic diagram of a processing device for email address generation according to another embodiment of the present application.
The processing device 10 comprises determining means 100, obtaining means 101 and generating means 102. The determining device 100 determines a mailbox registration request corresponding to a user and one or more corresponding second character strings according to corresponding mail content information and/or setting information in an existing electronic mailbox address of the user; the obtaining device 101, in response to the mailbox registration request, obtains a first character string and one or more second character strings corresponding to the mailbox registration request, where the first character string corresponds to a mailbox user name, the second character string corresponds to a mailbox sub-domain name, and a separator is arranged between the first character string and the second character string; the generating device 102 generates one or more email addresses corresponding to the email registration request according to the email user name, the delimiter, one or more email sub-domain names and the main domain name of the registered email.
Specifically, the user first has an existing email address and can perform a normal transceiving function within the existing email address. The mailbox content information includes but is not limited to the content information of the mails sent and received in the mailbox, and the setting information includes but is not limited to the label, the classification and the like set for the mailbox by the user.
The determining apparatus 100 obtains one or more specific character strings according to the corresponding mail content information and/or setting information in the existing email address of the user, and takes the one or more specific character strings as the one or more second character strings; for example, if the keyword of "Game" appears in the mailbox content information, the keyword "Game" is used as the second character string; and if the label information set for the mailbox by the user is 'profile', taking the 'profile' as the second character string. Then, the apparatus 100 generates a mailbox registration request corresponding to the user according to the second character string.
Alternatively, the determining apparatus 100 first determines that a mailbox registration request is to be generated for the user, and then obtains one or more specific character strings as the second character string by using the corresponding mail content information and/or setting information in the existing electronic mailbox address of the user.
Then, the obtaining device 101 sends a request to the user to obtain the first character string input by the user, or the obtaining device 101 directly determines the first character string. In an embodiment, the first character string is a user name of the existing email address, in other words, since there is already one email, the user name of the existing email can be directly used as the user name corresponding to the new email registration request without being filled in again by the user. Then, the processing device, in response to the mailbox registration request, acquires the second character string determined by the determining means 100 and the first character string acquired by the acquiring means 101.
The obtaining device 101 and the generating device 102 are the same as or similar to the corresponding devices shown in fig. 3, and therefore are not described herein again and are included herein by way of reference.
For example, if the existing email address is: com, directly using "ZhangSan" as the first character string, using "Game" or "profile" as the second character string, and finally generating an email address of ZhangSan @ Game.
In an embodiment, the determining apparatus 100 analyzes and counts the corresponding mail content information and/or setting information in the existing email address of the user, and determines one or more second character strings according to the obtained keywords; and determining a mailbox registration request corresponding to the user according to the one or more second character strings.
Specifically, the determining device 100 performs word segmentation, extraction, statistics, and the like on the mailbox content information and/or the setting information, thereby obtaining a corresponding keyword, and determines the second character string according to the keyword.
In an embodiment, the processing device 10 further includes an association unit 105 (not shown), wherein when the second character string is multiple, the association unit 105 associates the generated multiple email addresses with each other.
Specifically, if the second character string is multiple, the generated multiple email addresses may be automatically or manually associated, where the association includes, but is not limited to, receiving, sending, setting, and the like. Here, for example, if the user registers a plurality of email addresses having different second character strings at the same time when registering, the plurality of email addresses may be associated with each other; the associating means 105 may also associate existing email addresses with each other if the user already has these email addresses and has registered an email address with a new sub-domain name based on the existing email addresses.
In an embodiment, the mailbox user names corresponding to the plurality of mutually associated email addresses are the same, and the different email addresses are different in whether or not the email addresses have sub domain names.
In an embodiment, the processing apparatus 10 further includes a presentation device 106 (not shown), wherein the presentation device 106 presents the mail content information corresponding to the plurality of correlated email addresses in any email box corresponding to the plurality of email addresses, and each email address corresponds to one presentation area.
