8. The system of claim 5, wherein the location information comprises a parking space partition and a parking space number, and the location information acquiring module comprises:
the unique identification code determining submodule is used for determining the unique identification code of the camera tracking the vehicle when the vehicle enters the parking space;
the parking space partition obtaining submodule is used for obtaining the parking space partition by adopting the unique identification code;
the position identification submodule of the parking space identification dotted line is used for identifying the position of the parking space identification dotted line corresponding to the parking space from the moving image;
the parking direction obtaining submodule is used for obtaining the parking direction;
and the parking space number determining submodule is used for determining the parking space number by adopting the position of the parking space identification dotted line and the parking direction.
