If the order of the goods-taking user is delivered by delivery capacity which is not registered in the service platform to which the service platform belongs, the server does not store the order information of the order, at the moment, when the goods-taking user takes the goods, the server cannot be matched with the information of the self-picking cabinet in which the goods of the goods-taking user are located according to the stored order information, and on the basis, the service client used by the goods-taking user is required to send the user identification and the self-picking cabinet identification to the server to execute the goods-taking operation.
Based on this, before judging whether a storage cell matched with a character string formed by the corresponding pickup code and the specified position number in the user identifier exists in the self-picking cabinet, the server needs to inquire whether an order matched with the user identifier exists (namely whether identification information carried in the order information is the same as the user identifier), and if not, judges whether a storage cell matched with a character string formed by the corresponding pickup code and the specified position number in the user identifier exists in the self-picking cabinet according to the corresponding relationship between the user identifier and the stored storage cell of the stored goods in the self-picking cabinet and each pickup code.
In the above, the character string formed by the digits specified in the user identifier may be specified according to actual requirements, for example: when the user identification is the mobile phone number of the goods-taking user, the character string formed by the designated digits can refer to the last four digits of the mobile phone number.
In this specification, after the server matches the target cell corresponding to the user identifier, a confirmation instruction for confirming whether the pickup user opens the target cell may be further returned to the service client, and after the service client obtains the confirmation instruction, the service client may display a confirmation control corresponding to the confirmation instruction according to the confirmation instruction. And the service client sends a confirmation opening message to the server when monitoring that the goods taking user performs confirmation operation on the confirmation control, and the server sends a goods taking instruction for opening the door of the target cell opening cabinet to the self-picking cabinet after receiving the confirmation opening message. It will be appreciated that this confirmation page is primarily for the pick-up user to confirm the next storage compartment to be opened.
In the above content, the confirmation instruction refers to an instruction predetermined by the server and the service client, and when the service client receives the confirmation instruction, the confirmation control corresponding to the confirmation instruction may be called and displayed.
In addition, after the matching is successful, the server can determine guiding information for guiding the goods taking user to take the goods and return the guiding information to the service client for displaying, wherein the server can return the guiding information and the confirmation instruction in the content to the service client together, so that the service client can display the guiding information to the goods taking user and display the confirmation control to the goods taking user. For example, the guidance information may be presented in a page and the confirmation control may be presented in the page.
The page for presenting the guidance information is referred to as a guidance page, and the guidance page may present only the guidance information, or may present the guidance information and the confirmation control. Of course, the guiding information can also be carried in the page data of other pages for displaying. The following description will be made of an example in which the guidance information is presented by being carried in page data of a guidance page, as shown in fig. 1.
Fig. 1 is a schematic view of a guide page provided in this specification.
As can be seen from fig. 1, the page data of the guidance page carries guidance information for guiding the pickup user to pick up the goods, wherein the guidance information is determined by the server according to the received self-service cabinet identifier and the user identifier, and the guidance information includes: location information of the self-service counter (such as XX building XX position in fig. 2), number of the self-service counter (such as R counter in fig. 2), number of the target bay (such as R12 in fig. 2), and the like. The control corresponding to the "confirmation of opening the cabinet" in fig. 1 may be regarded as the confirmation control generated by the service client based on the confirmation instruction.
Further, if the server determines that the storage cell matched with the character string formed by the corresponding goods taking code and the specified position number in the user identification does not exist in the self-picking cabinet, page data of a goods taking code input page for obtaining the goods taking code is returned to the service client, so that the service client obtains the page data of the goods taking code input page, the page data is rendered based on the page data, the goods taking code input page is obtained and displayed, and then the goods taking code input by the goods taking user on the goods taking code input page is sent to the server. And the server takes the storage cell corresponding to the goods taking code as a target cell according to the goods taking code sent by the business client based on the goods taking code input page.
Further, the server may also return to the service client a prompt message indicating whether to use a character string formed by a specified digit in the user identifier as the pickup code, and accordingly, the service client displays the prompt message and sends a confirmation message to the server after monitoring that the pickup user performs a confirmation operation on the prompt message, where the service client may display the prompt message using an individual page, may also display the prompt message in a guidance page in the above content, and may also display the prompt message through a preset component in the service client, for example, a pop-up window component is generated according to the prompt message, and then may display the prompt message through the pop-up window component, as shown in fig. 2.
Fig. 2 is a schematic diagram of a pop-up window for displaying a prompt message provided in the present specification.
As can be seen from fig. 2, the pop-up window for displaying the prompt message contains information for confirming to the pickup user (e.g., "whether to use the following pickup code to open the cabinet" in fig. 2) and a corresponding pickup code (e.g., "4239" in fig. 2).
Of course, the server may also return the prompt message and the confirmation instruction in the content to the service client, so that the service client can display the received prompt message and the confirmation control to the pickup user in one page. In addition, the guidance information may be displayed together with the prompt message.
In the above cargo access system, the self-picking cabinet is used for receiving the goods taking instruction and opening the storage cell according to the goods taking instruction.
In addition, the cargo access system may further include: and the client used for delivering the capacity is used for analyzing the collected image data of the identifier of the self-service cabinet to obtain the self-service cabinet identifier. The client side can send the self-service cabinet identification to the server based on the identification information of the delivery capacity.
The server receives a self-service cabinet identifier sent by the client used by the delivery capacity based on the identifier information, and returns page data of a goods-taking code setting page to the client used by the delivery capacity when the delivery capacity is determined not to be the specified delivery capacity through the identifier information, wherein the specified delivery capacity refers to the delivery capacity which is not registered in the service platform, and examples of the page data include: the staff of the merchant who self-distributes the order, etc.
Furthermore, after the client used by the delivery capacity acquires the page data of the goods-taking code setting page returned by the server based on the identification information, rendering can be performed based on the page data to obtain and display the goods-taking code setting page, and then the goods-taking code input by the delivery capacity in the goods-taking code setting page can be sent to the server.
After receiving the goods taking code sent by the distribution capacity based on the goods taking code setting page, the server can send a cabinet opening instruction to the self-picking cabinet based on the goods taking code, so that the distribution capacity finishes the storage of the goods.
It can be seen from the above contents that, when the goods taking user needs to take goods, the server can automatically match out the corresponding goods taking code and the storage cell matched with the user identification according to the user identification of the goods taking user, and send an instruction for opening the storage cell to the self-picking cabinet, so that the fast goods taking of the user is realized, the goods taking efficiency of the user is improved, and further the user experience is improved.
For further explanation of the present specification, the following describes in detail the method executed by the service client and the server in the cargo access process through the cargo access system, as shown in fig. 3 and fig. 4.
Fig. 3 is a schematic flow chart of a cargo access method provided in this specification, including the following steps:
s301: and the service client responds to the specified operation of the goods taking user to obtain the self-picking cabinet identification of the self-picking cabinet and the user identification of the goods taking user.
S302: and sending the user identification and the self-picking cabinet identification to a server so that the server judges whether a corresponding picking code exists in the self-picking cabinet or not according to the user identification and the stored corresponding relation between the storage cell of the stored goods in the self-picking cabinet and each picking code, and if so, taking the storage cell matched with the character string as a target cell and sending a picking instruction for opening a door of the target cell to the self-picking cabinet so as to open the target cell in the self-picking cabinet.
In this specification, the service client may obtain a self-picking cabinet identifier of the self-picking cabinet and a user identifier of the goods pick-up user in response to a specified operation of the goods pick-up user, and send the user identifier and the self-picking cabinet identifier to the server.
The server judges whether a storage cell matched with a character string consisting of a corresponding goods taking code and a specified digit in the user identification exists in the self-picking cabinet or not according to the user identification and the corresponding relation between the storage cell of stored goods in the self-picking cabinet and each goods taking code, if so, the storage cell matched with the character string is used as a target cell, and a goods taking instruction for opening a cabinet door of the target cell is sent to the self-picking cabinet so as to open the target cell in the self-picking cabinet.
In combination with the above, the service client may be an independent client provided by the service platform, and in addition, the service client may also be an applet running in the designated client, and in any case, in the process of picking up goods, the goods picking user simply scans the identifier of the self-picking cabinet or clicks the link in the order notification message, so that the server can automatically match the storage slot with the corresponding goods picking code matched with the user identifier according to the user identifier of the goods picking user, and send an instruction for opening the storage slot to the self-picking cabinet. Compare in prior art, get the mode that the goods user needs manual input to get the goods sign indicating number and open self-service cabinet door, can realize that user's quick goods of getting improves user's the efficiency of getting goods, and then improves user's use and experiences. The detailed process in the whole process and other supplementary schemes have already been explained in the above-mentioned contents, and are not described in detail herein.
Fig. 4 is a schematic flow chart of a cargo access method provided in this specification, including the following steps:
s401: receiving a self-picking cabinet identifier and a user identifier of a goods picking user sent by a service client used by the goods picking user, wherein the self-picking cabinet identifier and the user identifier are obtained by the service client in response to the specified operation of the goods picking user.
S402: and judging whether a corresponding goods taking code exists in the self-picking cabinet or not and a storage cell matched with a character string consisting of a specified digit in the user identification according to the user identification and the stored corresponding relation between the storage cell of the stored goods in the self-picking cabinet and each goods taking code, if so, taking the storage cell matched with the character string as a target cell, and sending a goods taking instruction for opening a cabinet door of the target cell to the self-picking cabinet so as to open the target cell in the self-picking cabinet.
Fig. 4 shows a process of executing the cargo access method by the server when the server is taken as an execution subject, and a specific detailed process and other supplementary schemes are also described in the above, and are not described in detail herein.
It should be noted that all actions of acquiring signals, information or data in the present application are performed under the premise of complying with the data protection regulation policy responded by the country of the location and obtaining the authorization given by the owner of the corresponding device.
Based on the same idea, the present specification further provides a corresponding cargo access device, as shown in fig. 5 and 6.
Fig. 5 is a schematic view of a cargo access device provided in the present specification, including:
an obtaining module 501, configured to obtain, in response to a specified operation of a pickup user, a self-picking cabinet identifier of a self-picking cabinet and a user identifier of the pickup user;
a sending module 502, configured to send the user identifier and the self-picking cabinet identifier to a server, so that the server determines, according to the user identifier and a corresponding relationship between the stored bin of the stored goods in the self-picking cabinet and each goods-picking code stored in the self-picking cabinet, whether a corresponding goods-picking code exists in the self-picking cabinet and a storage bin matched with a character string formed by a location number in the user identifier, if so, using the storage bin matched with the character string as a target bin, and sending a goods-picking instruction for opening the door of the target bin to the self-picking cabinet, so as to open the target bin in the self-picking cabinet.
Optionally, the obtaining module 501 is specifically configured to obtain page data of the pickup code input page, perform rendering based on the page data to obtain and display the pickup code input page, where the page data of the pickup code input page is returned to the service client by the server after it is determined that there is no storage slot in the self-service container, where the storage slot is matched with a character string formed by a corresponding pickup code and a specified digit in the user identifier; and sending the goods taking code input by the goods taking user on the goods taking code input page to the server so that the server takes the storage cell corresponding to the goods taking code as a target cell.
Optionally, the obtaining module 501 is specifically configured to obtain a confirmation instruction returned by the server, and display a confirmation control according to the confirmation instruction, where the server returns a confirmation instruction used for confirming whether the pickup user opens the target slot to the service client when determining that the corresponding pickup code matches the storage slot matched with the character string; and when the fact that the goods taking user performs confirmation operation on the confirmation control is monitored, sending a confirmation opening message to the server, so that the server sends a goods taking instruction for opening the door of the target cell opening to a self-service cabinet.
Optionally, the obtaining module 501 is specifically configured to obtain and render page data returned by the server to show a guide page including guide information for guiding the pickup user to pick up the goods, where the guide information includes at least one of location information of the pickup cabinet, a number of the pickup cabinet, and a number of the target slot.
Optionally, the obtaining module 501 is specifically configured to obtain and display a prompt message sent by the server, where the prompt message is used to prompt the pickup user whether to use a character string formed by a location number in the user identifier as a pickup code; and responding to the confirmation operation executed by the goods taking user aiming at the prompt message, and sending a confirmation message to the server so as to enable the server to send a goods taking instruction for opening the target compartment door to the self-service cabinet.
Optionally, the service client includes: an applet running in a designated client;
the obtaining module 501 is specifically configured to, in response to a starting instruction for starting the service client by the specified client, obtain the self-service delivery cabinet identifier obtained by the specified client based on a specified operation executed by the pickup user, and obtain a user identifier bound to an account based on which the pickup user logs in the specified client.
Optionally, the starting instruction is generated after the specified client analyzes the image data of the collected identifier of the self-service cabinet to obtain the identifier of the self-service cabinet.
Optionally, the starting instruction is generated by the specified client in response to the specified operation performed by the pickup user on the link in the received order notification message.
Optionally, the order notification message includes: at least one of short message and Instant Messaging (IM) message.
Fig. 6 is a schematic view of a cargo access device provided in the present specification, including:
a receiving module 601, configured to receive a self-picking cabinet identifier and a user identifier of a goods-picking user sent by a service client used by the goods-picking user, where the self-picking cabinet identifier and the user identifier are obtained by the service client in response to a specified operation of the goods-picking user;
and the control module 602 is configured to determine, according to the user identifier and the stored correspondence between the storage bin of the stored goods in the self-picking cabinet and each goods picking code, whether a corresponding goods picking code exists in the self-picking cabinet or not and a storage bin matched with a character string formed by a specified digit in the user identifier, and if the corresponding goods picking code exists, take the storage bin matched with the character string as a target bin and send a goods picking instruction for opening a door of the target bin to the self-picking cabinet, so as to open the target bin in the self-picking cabinet.
Optionally, the control module 602 is specifically configured to, if an order matching the user identifier is not queried, determine whether a storage cell matching a character string composed of a corresponding pickup code and a middle index of the user identifier exists in the self-picking cabinet according to the user identifier and a stored correspondence between a storage cell of a stored good in the self-picking cabinet and each pickup code.
Optionally, the control module 602 is specifically configured to, if it is determined that there is no storage bin in the self-service desk, where the corresponding pickup code matches a character string formed by the location number in the user identifier, return page data of a pickup code input page used for acquiring the pickup code to the service client; and according to the goods taking code sent by the business client based on the goods taking code input page, taking the storage cell corresponding to the goods taking code as a target cell.
Optionally, the control module 602 is specifically configured to, when determining that the corresponding pickup code matches the storage slot matched with the character string, return a confirmation instruction for confirming whether the pickup user opens the target slot to the service client; and if receiving a confirmation cabinet opening message sent by the service client based on the confirmation instruction, sending a goods taking instruction for opening the target cell door to the self-service cabinet.
Optionally, the control module 602 is specifically configured to determine guidance information for guiding the pickup user to pick up the goods, where the guidance information includes at least one of location information of the pickup cabinet, a number of the pickup cabinet, and a number of the target slot; and carrying the guiding information in page data and returning the page data to the service client so that the service client renders the page data to display a guiding page containing the guiding information.
Optionally, the control module 602 is specifically configured to return, to the service client, a prompt message indicating whether to use a character string formed by a specified number in the user identifier as a pickup code; and if receiving a confirmation message sent by the service client based on the prompt message, sending a goods taking instruction for opening the target cell door to the self-service cabinet.
The present specification also provides a computer-readable storage medium storing a computer program, which can be used to execute a cargo access method provided in fig. 1.
The present specification also provides a schematic block diagram of an electronic device corresponding to fig. 3 or fig. 4 shown in fig. 7. As shown in fig. 7, at the hardware level, the electronic device includes a processor, an internal bus, a network interface, a memory, and a non-volatile memory, but may also include hardware required for other services. The processor reads the corresponding computer program from the non-volatile memory into the memory and then runs the computer program to implement the cargo access method of fig. 3 or fig. 4. Of course, besides the software implementation, the present specification does not exclude other implementations, such as logic devices or a combination of software and hardware, and the like, that is, the execution subject of the following processing flow is not limited to each logic unit, and may be hardware or logic devices.
In the 90 s of the 20 th century, improvements in a technology could clearly distinguish between improvements in hardware (e.g., improvements in circuit structures such as diodes, transistors, switches, etc.) and improvements in software (improvements in process flow). However, as technology advances, many of today's process flow improvements have been seen as direct improvements in hardware circuit architecture. Designers almost always obtain a corresponding hardware circuit structure by programming an improved method flow into the hardware circuit. Thus, it cannot be said that an improvement in the process flow cannot be realized by hardware physical modules. For example, a Programmable Logic Device (PLD), such as a Field Programmable Gate Array (FPGA), is an integrated circuit whose Logic functions are determined by programming the Device by a user. A digital system is "integrated" on a PLD by the designer's own programming without requiring the chip manufacturer to design and fabricate application-specific integrated circuit chips. Furthermore, nowadays, instead of manually making an Integrated Circuit chip, such Programming is often implemented by "logic compiler" software, which is similar to a software compiler used in program development and writing, but the original code before compiling is also written by a specific Programming Language, which is called Hardware Description Language (HDL), and HDL is not only one but many, such as abel (advanced Boolean Expression Language), ahdl (alternate Hardware Description Language), traffic, pl (core universal Programming Language), HDCal (jhdware Description Language), lang, Lola, HDL, laspam, hardward Description Language (vhr Description Language), vhal (Hardware Description Language), and vhigh-Language, which are currently used in most common. It will also be apparent to those skilled in the art that hardware circuitry that implements the logical method flows can be readily obtained by merely slightly programming the method flows into an integrated circuit using the hardware description languages described above.
The controller may be implemented in any suitable manner, for example, the controller may take the form of, for example, a microprocessor or processor and a computer-readable medium storing computer-readable program code (e.g., software or firmware) executable by the (micro) processor, logic gates, switches, an Application Specific Integrated Circuit (ASIC), a programmable logic controller, and an embedded microcontroller, examples of which include, but are not limited to, the following microcontrollers: ARC 625D, Atmel AT91SAM, Microchip PIC18F26K20, and Silicone Labs C8051F320, the memory controller may also be implemented as part of the control logic for the memory. Those skilled in the art will also appreciate that, in addition to implementing the controller as pure computer readable program code, the same functionality can be implemented by logically programming method steps such that the controller is in the form of logic gates, switches, application specific integrated circuits, programmable logic controllers, embedded microcontrollers and the like. Such a controller may thus be considered a hardware component, and the means included therein for performing the various functions may also be considered as a structure within the hardware component. Or even means for performing the functions may be regarded as being both a software module for performing the method and a structure within a hardware component.
The systems, devices, modules or units illustrated in the above embodiments may be implemented by a computer chip or an entity, or by a product with certain functions. One typical implementation device is a computer. In particular, the computer may be, for example, a personal computer, a laptop computer, a cellular telephone, a camera phone, a smartphone, a personal digital assistant, a media player, a navigation device, an email device, a game console, a tablet computer, a wearable device, or a combination of any of these devices.
For convenience of description, the above devices are described as being divided into various units by function, and are described separately. Of course, the functions of the various elements may be implemented in the same one or more software and/or hardware implementations of the present description.

Claims (29)

1. A cargo access system, comprising: the system comprises a server, a self-picking cabinet and a service client used by a goods-taking user;
the service client is used for responding to the appointed operation of the goods taking user, obtaining a self-picking cabinet identifier of a self-picking cabinet and a user identifier of the goods taking user, and sending the user identifier and the self-picking cabinet identifier to the server;
the server is used for receiving the self-picking cabinet identification and the user identification, judging whether a corresponding picking code exists in the self-picking cabinet or not and a storage cell matched with a character string consisting of a specified number in the user identification according to the user identification and the corresponding relation between the stored storage cell of the goods in the self-picking cabinet and each picking code, if so, taking the storage cell matched with the character string as a target cell, and sending a picking instruction for opening a cabinet door of the target cell to the self-picking cabinet;
and the self-picking cabinet is used for receiving the goods taking instruction and opening the target lattice according to the goods taking instruction.
2. The system for storing and taking out goods as claimed in claim 1, wherein if the server does not inquire the order matching with the user id, it determines whether there is a storage slot matching with a character string composed of the corresponding item taking code and the specified number of bits in the user id according to the user id and the corresponding relationship between the stored storage slot of the stored items in the self-picking cabinet and each item taking code.

The cargo access system of claim 1, wherein if it is determined that there is no storage slot in the self-service container that matches the character string composed of the corresponding pickup code and the specified digit in the user identifier, the server returns page data of a pickup code input page for acquiring the pickup code to the service client, and uses the storage slot corresponding to the pickup code as a target slot according to the pickup code sent by the service client based on the pickup code input page;
the business client acquires page data of the goods taking code input page, renders based on the page data to obtain and display the goods taking code input page, and sends the goods taking code input by the goods taking user on the goods taking code input page to the server.

The cargo access system of claim 1, wherein the server returns a confirmation instruction for confirming whether the pickup user opens the target bay to the service client when determining the storage bay whose corresponding pickup code matches the character string, and sends a pickup instruction for opening the target bay door to the self-service cabinet if receiving a confirmation opening message sent by the service client based on the confirmation instruction;
and the business client acquires the confirmation instruction returned by the server, displays a confirmation control according to the confirmation instruction, and sends a confirmation opening message to the server when monitoring that the goods taking user performs confirmation operation on the confirmation control.
5. The item access system of claim 1, wherein the server determines guidance information for guiding the pickup user to pick up items, so as to carry the guidance information in page data and return the page data to the service client, wherein the guidance information includes at least one of location information of the pickup cabinet, a number of the pickup cabinet, and a number of the target slot;
and the service client acquires the page data and renders the page data to show the guide page containing the guide information.
6. The cargo access system of claim 1, wherein the server returns to the service client whether to use a character string consisting of a specified number of digits in the user identifier as a prompt message of a pickup code, and sends a pickup instruction for opening the target gate door to the self-picking cabinet if receiving a confirmation message returned by the service client based on the prompt message;
and the service client acquires and displays the prompt message, responds to the confirmation operation executed by the goods-taking user aiming at the prompt message, and sends a confirmation message to the server.
7. The item access system of claim 1, wherein the business client comprises: an applet running in a designated client;
the service client responds to a starting instruction of the specified client for starting the service client, acquires the self-picking cabinet identifier acquired by the specified client based on the specified operation executed by the goods-taking user, and acquires the user identifier bound by the account number based on which the goods-taking user logs in the specified client.
8. The item access system of claim 7, wherein the activation instruction is generated by the designated client parsing the image data of the collected self-service container identifier to obtain the self-service container identifier.
9. The item access system of claim 7, wherein the initiation instruction is generated by the designated client in response to the pick user performing a designated operation on a link in the received order notification message.
10. The item access system of claim 9, wherein the order notification message comprises: at least one of short message and Instant Messaging (IM) message.
11. A cargo access method is applied to a business client, and comprises the following steps:
the method comprises the steps that a business client responds to the specified operation of a goods taking user to obtain a self-picking cabinet identifier of a self-picking cabinet and a user identifier of the goods taking user;
and sending the user identification and the self-picking cabinet identification to a server so that the server judges whether a corresponding picking code exists in the self-picking cabinet or not according to the user identification and the stored corresponding relation between the storage cell of the stored goods in the self-picking cabinet and each picking code, and if so, taking the storage cell matched with the character string as a target cell and sending a picking instruction for opening a door of the target cell to the self-picking cabinet so as to open the target cell in the self-picking cabinet.
12. The method of claim 11, wherein the method further comprises:
acquiring page data of the goods picking code input page, rendering based on the page data to obtain and display the goods picking code input page, wherein the page data of the goods picking code input page is returned to the service client side by the server after determining that no corresponding storage lattice matched with the character string formed by the goods picking code and the specified digit in the user identification exists in the self-picking cabinet;
and sending the goods taking code input by the goods taking user on the goods taking code input page to the server so that the server takes the storage cell corresponding to the goods taking code as a target cell.
13. The method of claim 11, wherein the method further comprises:
obtaining a confirmation instruction returned by the server, and displaying a confirmation control according to the confirmation instruction, wherein the server returns a confirmation instruction for confirming whether the goods-taking user opens the target slot to the service client when determining that the corresponding goods-taking code is matched with the storage slot of the character string;
and when the fact that the goods taking user executes confirmation operation on the confirmation control is monitored, sending a confirmation opening message to the server, so that the server sends a goods taking instruction for opening the target cell door to a self-picking cabinet.
14. The method of claim 11, wherein the method further comprises:
and acquiring page data returned by the server and rendering to show a guide page containing guide information for guiding the goods pickup user to pick up goods, wherein the guide information contains at least one of the position information of the self-picking cabinet, the number of the self-picking cabinet and the number of the target cell.
15. The method of claim 11, wherein the method further comprises:
acquiring and displaying a prompt message sent by the server, wherein the prompt message is used for prompting whether the goods picking user uses a character string consisting of a digit in the user identification as a goods picking code;
and responding to the confirmation operation executed by the goods taking user aiming at the prompt message, and sending a confirmation message to the server so as to enable the server to send a goods taking instruction for opening the target compartment door to the self-service cabinet.
16. The method of claim 11, wherein the service client comprises: an applet running in a designated client;
the service client responds to the specified operation of the goods taking user, obtains the self-picking cabinet identifier of the self-picking cabinet and the user identifier of the goods taking user, and specifically comprises the following steps:
responding to a starting instruction of the specified client for starting the service client, acquiring the self-picking cabinet identifier acquired by the specified client based on the specified operation executed by the goods-taking user, and acquiring the user identifier bound by the account number based on which the goods-taking user logs in the specified client.
17. The method of claim 16, wherein the start instruction is generated by the designated client parsing the image data of the collected self-service cabinet identifier to obtain the self-service cabinet identifier.
18. The method of claim 16, wherein the initiation instruction is generated by the specified client in response to the pickup user performing a specified operation on a link in the received order notification message.
19. The method of claim 18, wherein the order notification message comprises: at least one of short message and Instant Messaging (IM) message.
20. A goods access method is characterized in that the method is applied to a server and comprises the following steps:
the method comprises the steps that a server receives a self-picking cabinet identifier and a user identifier of a goods picking user, which are sent by a service client used by the goods picking user, wherein the self-picking cabinet identifier and the user identifier are obtained by the service client in response to the specified operation of the goods picking user;
and judging whether a corresponding goods taking code exists in the self-picking cabinet or not and a storage cell matched with a character string consisting of the specified digits in the user identification according to the user identification and the stored corresponding relation between the storage cell of the stored goods in the self-picking cabinet and each goods taking code, if so, taking the storage cell matched with the character string as a target cell, and sending a goods taking instruction for opening a cabinet door of the target cell to the self-picking cabinet so as to open the target cell in the self-picking cabinet.
21. The method according to claim 20, wherein determining whether there is a storage slot in the self-picking cabinet matching a character string composed of a corresponding item picking code and a specified number in the user identifier according to the user identifier and a stored correspondence between the storage slot of the stored item in the self-picking cabinet and each item picking code comprises:
if the order matched with the user identification is not inquired, whether a storage cell matched with a character string consisting of the corresponding goods taking code and the index number in the user identification exists in the self-picking cabinet or not is judged according to the corresponding relation between the user identification and the stored storage cell of the stored goods in the self-picking cabinet and each goods taking code.
22. The method of claim 20, wherein the method further comprises:
if it is determined that the corresponding goods taking code does not exist in the self-picking cabinet, and the storage cell matched with the character string formed by the specified digits in the user identification does not exist, returning page data of a goods taking code input page for obtaining the goods taking code to the service client;
and according to the goods taking code sent by the business client based on the goods taking code input page, taking the storage cell corresponding to the goods taking code as a target cell.
23. The method of claim 20, wherein prior to sending a pickup instruction to the self-service cabinet to open the target shelf door, the method further comprises:
when the storage cell matched with the corresponding goods taking code and the character string is determined, a confirmation instruction for confirming whether the goods taking user opens the target cell is returned to the service client;
sending a goods taking instruction for opening the target grid cabinet door to the self-picking cabinet, and specifically comprising the following steps:
and if receiving a confirmation cabinet opening message sent by the service client based on the confirmation instruction, sending a goods taking instruction for opening the target cell door to the self-service cabinet.
24. The method of claim 20, wherein the method further comprises:
determining guiding information for guiding the goods taking user to take goods, wherein the guiding information comprises at least one of the position information of the self-service cabinet, the number of the self-service cabinet and the number of the target bay;
and carrying the guiding information in page data and returning the page data to the service client so that the service client renders the page data to display a guiding page containing the guiding information.
25. The method of claim 20, wherein prior to sending a pickup instruction to the self-service cabinet to open the target shelf door, the method further comprises:
a prompt message for judging whether a character string consisting of digits in the user identification is used as a goods picking code is returned to the service client;
sending a goods taking instruction for opening the target grid cabinet door to the self-picking cabinet, and specifically comprising the following steps:
and if receiving a confirmation message sent by the service client based on the prompt message, sending a goods taking instruction for opening the target cell door to the self-service cabinet.
26. A cargo access device, wherein the cargo access device is applied to a service client, and the cargo access device comprises:

the receiving module is used for receiving a self-picking cabinet identifier and a user identifier of a goods picking user which are sent by a service client used by the goods picking user, wherein the self-picking cabinet identifier and the user identifier are obtained by the service client in response to the specified operation of the goods picking user;
and the control module is used for judging whether a corresponding goods taking code exists in the self-picking cabinet or not and a storage cell matched with a character string consisting of a specified number in the user identification according to the user identification and the stored corresponding relation between the storage cell of the stored goods in the self-picking cabinet and each goods taking code, if so, taking the storage cell matched with the character string as a target cell, and sending a goods taking instruction for opening a cabinet door of the target cell to the self-picking cabinet so as to open the target cell in the self-picking cabinet.
28. A computer-readable storage medium, characterized in that the storage medium stores a computer program which, when executed by a processor, implements the method of any of the preceding claims 11 to 25.
29. An electronic device comprising a memory, a processor and a computer program stored on the memory and executable on the processor, wherein the processor implements the method of any of claims 11 to 25 when executing the program.
