the progress monitoring unit is used for matching and monitoring the progress information with the plan node and judging whether the production progress of the current target provider meets the requirement of the plan node or not;

In this embodiment, when the schedule information uploaded by the target provider is received, according to the current time (i.e., the uploading time) and the pre-sent process plan, the current plan node, i.e., the schedule requirement to be completed at a certain time point, is determined, so that the schedule requirement to be completed at the current time can be determined first when the target provider uploads the schedule information each time, the received schedule information is matched with the plan node, and it is determined whether the current production schedule meets the schedule requirement of the plan node, for example, whether all production items in the plan node have been completed, the completion matching condition of each production item in the plan node, and the like.

In this embodiment, the process plan sent to the target supplier includes standard parameters of the target process to ensure the consistency of the outsourcing product, when monitoring the quality, the standard parameters of the target process are obtained from the process information, for example, the film coating process is taken as an example, the standard parameters may include film tension, glue coating amount and uniformity, film coating speed, film coating temperature, lamination pressure and the like, the target supplier timely records and uploads product information in the outsourcing production process, the product parameters during outsourcing production are obtained by performing parameter identification on the product information, that is, the product information uploaded by the target supplier may be in the form of characters, images, videos and the like, such as small production, images/videos during production or parameter measurement, and the corresponding product parameters are obtained by performing, for example, character identification and separation extraction on different forms of product information, or performing image identification on images in images and videos on frame images in the images and videos, so as to obtain corresponding product parameters, the target supplier does not need to perform one-to-one parameter synchronization, and only need to perform synchronization recording and upload on production processes, namely, automatically identify and extract the corresponding product parameters, and ensure accurate and efficient comparison between the actual product quality and accurate and high-end product quality monitoring results are achieved.

and the quality early warning module is used for outputting the quality early warning information of the target supplier when the rejection rate exceeds the expected rejection rate range.
In this embodiment, when the target supplier completes production of the target process and delivers the outgoing products, quality inspection needs to be performed, the rejection rate when the quality inspection is received can be evaluated according to the quality monitoring result of the history record, a range of expected rejection rate is calculated based on the quality monitoring result of the history record, and the quality inspection can be set according to the proportion that the quality monitoring is unqualified.
In one embodiment, the processing platform further comprises:
the crawling module is used for crawling process updating data and supplier updating data corresponding to the process updating data at intervals of preset time;
and the recommendation module is used for carrying out priority ranking on all the new process suppliers according to the supplier update data and outputting recommendation information of each new process supplier according to a priority ranking result.
In this embodiment, since the processes of each process are continuously updated, the processes of the suppliers in the library may not be the optimal choice, in order to improve the outsourcing capability of the suppliers in the supplier library, the process update data may be crawled on the internet at preset time intervals, such as every month, every quarter, and the like, and the supplier update data corresponding to the process update data, that is, the relevant data of the new process suppliers with new process production capability may include company size, registered capital, cooperation enterprises, risk litigation information, and the like, all the new process suppliers are prioritized according to the crawled supplier update data to comprehensively evaluate and sort the new process suppliers, and the recommendation information of each new process supplier is output from high to low according to the prioritized sorting result, so that the high-quality new process suppliers may be supplemented to the supplier library in time, the suppliers of the supplier library are enriched, and the process update requirements when the process outsourcing is flexibly adapted.

s203, sending an outgoing transfer bill of the target process to the target supplier, wherein the outgoing transfer bill comprises process information and a process plan;
s204, receiving progress information and product information uploaded by the target supplier through a supplier end;
s205, monitoring the production progress of the target supplier according to the progress information and the process plan, feeding back a progress monitoring result, monitoring the production quality of the outgoing product according to the product information and the process information, and feeding back a quality monitoring result.

Another embodiment of the present invention provides an outsourcing intelligent processing platform for a process of printing a packaged product, as shown in fig. 3, wherein the processing platform 30 includes:
one or more processors 301 and a memory 302, where one processor 301 is illustrated in fig. 3, the processor 301 and the memory 302 may be connected by a bus or by other means, and fig. 3 illustrates a connection by a bus as an example.
Processor 301 is used to implement the various control logic of processing platform 30, which may be a general purpose processor, a Digital Signal Processor (DSP), an Application Specific Integrated Circuit (ASIC), a Field Programmable Gate Array (FPGA), a single chip, an ARM (Acorn RISC Machine) or other programmable logic device, discrete gate or transistor logic, discrete hardware components, or any combination of these components. Also, processor 301 may be any conventional processor, microprocessor, or state machine. The processor 301 may also be implemented as a combination of computing devices, e.g., a combination of a DSP and a microprocessor, a plurality of microprocessors, one or more microprocessors in conjunction with a DSP, and/or any other such configuration.
The memory 302 is a non-volatile computer-readable storage medium and can be used for storing non-volatile software programs, non-volatile computer-executable programs, and modules, such as program instructions corresponding to the method for outsourced intelligent processing of processes for printing packaged products in accordance with embodiments of the present invention. The processor 301 executes various functional applications and data processing of the processing platform 30, that is, implements the process outsourcing intelligent processing method of the printed packaged product in the above-described method embodiment, by executing the nonvolatile software program, instructions, and units stored in the memory 302.
The memory 302 may include a storage program area and a storage data area, wherein the storage program area may store an operating system, an application program required for at least one function; the storage data area may store data created from use of the processing platform 30, and the like. Further, the memory 302 may include high speed random access memory, and may also include non-volatile memory, such as at least one magnetic disk storage device, flash memory device, or other non-volatile solid state storage device. In some embodiments, memory 302 optionally includes memory located remotely from processor 301, which may be connected to processing platform 30 via a network. Examples of such networks include, but are not limited to, the internet, intranets, local area networks, mobile communication networks, and combinations thereof.
The one or more units are stored in the memory 302 and when executed by the one or more processors 301 perform the process-outsourced intelligent processing method of printed packaged products of any of the above-described method embodiments, e.g. performing the above-described method steps S201 to S205 of fig. 2.
Embodiments of the present invention provide a non-transitory computer-readable storage medium storing computer-executable instructions for execution by one or more processors, for example, to perform method steps S201-S205 of fig. 2 described above.
By way of example, non-volatile storage media can include read-only memory (ROM), programmable ROM (PROM), electrically Programmable ROM (EPROM), electrically erasable ROM (EEPROM), or flash memory. Volatile memory can include Random Access Memory (RAM), which acts as external cache memory. By way of illustration and not limitation, RAM is available in many forms such as Synchronous RAM (SRAM), dynamic RAM, (DRAM), synchronous DRAM (SDRAM), double Data Rate SDRAM (DDRSDRAM), enhanced SDRAM (ESDRAM), synchlink DRAM (SLDRAM), and Direct Rambus RAM (DRRAM). The disclosed memory components or memory of the operating environment described herein are intended to comprise one or more of these and/or any other suitable types of memory.
In summary, in the disclosed process outsourcing intelligent processing platform and method for printing packaging products, whether the target process needs to be processed by outgoing is confirmed; selecting a supplier with the highest matching degree with the target process from a supplier library as a target supplier; sending an outbound shipping slip of the target process to the target supplier, wherein the outbound shipping slip comprises process information and a process plan; receiving progress information and product information uploaded by a target supplier through a supplier terminal; monitoring the production progress of the target supplier according to the progress information and the process plan, feeding back a progress monitoring result, monitoring the production quality of the outgoing product according to the product parameter information and the process information, and feeding back a quality monitoring result. By synchronously sending the process information and the process plan in the process outside the process commission, the reserved interface receives the progress information and the product information uploaded by the supplier, real-time and objective progress and quality supervision is realized, the potential risks of progress and quality in the process outside the commission production process can be timely found, and the risk outside the process commission is reduced.
Of course, it will be understood by those skilled in the art that all or part of the processes of the methods of the above embodiments may be implemented by a computer program instructing relevant hardware (such as a processor, a controller, etc.), and the computer program may be stored in a non-volatile computer readable storage medium, and when executed, may include the processes of the above method embodiments. The storage medium may be a memory, a magnetic disk, a floppy disk, a flash memory, an optical memory, etc.

the interface module is used for receiving the progress information and the product information uploaded by the target supplier through the supplier end, the processing platform opens a corresponding interface to the target supplier and opens corresponding authority in advance, the authority comprises login authority and data uploading authority, the target supplier calls the corresponding interface through the supplier end to log in the processing platform, and the current progress information and the product information are uploaded according to periods in the outsourcing processing process;
the progress monitoring module is used for monitoring the production progress of the target supplier according to the progress information and the process plan and feeding back a progress monitoring result;
the quality monitoring module is used for monitoring the production quality of the outgoing product according to the product information and the process information and feeding back a quality monitoring result;
the selection module comprises:
the acquisition unit is used for acquiring the capacity requirement and the process requirement of the target procedure;
the primary screening unit is used for screening all alternative suppliers meeting the capacity requirement and the process requirement in the supplier library;
the matching unit is used for acquiring the historical outsourcing information, the capacity information and the process information of each alternative supplier and matching the capacity information, the capacity information and the process information with the capacity requirement and the process requirement of the target process to obtain the historical matching degree, the capacity matching degree and the process matching degree of each alternative supplier;
the history matching degree is obtained through history outsourcing processes, outsourcing quality and comprehensive evaluation of outsourcing disputes of the alternative suppliers, a reference history matching degree is preset, points are added according to the times of the same target process in the history outsourcing, points are added or subtracted according to the evaluation result of the outsourcing quality, points are subtracted according to the times of the outsourcing disputes, and then the history matching degree is obtained through the outsourcing history comprehensive evaluation of each alternative supplier;
when the capacity of the alternative supplier completely covers the capacity requirement of the target procedure, the capacity matching degree is fully measured, and when the capacity requirement of the target procedure is partially covered, the capacity matching degree is correspondingly deducted according to the uncovered proportion, so that the quantized capacity matching degree is obtained;
the selection unit is used for calculating the comprehensive matching degree according to the historical matching degree, the productivity matching degree and the process matching degree of each alternative supplier and a preset selection strategy, and determining the alternative supplier with the highest comprehensive matching degree as the target supplier;
the preset selection strategy is a weight coefficient between different set matching degrees, and the weight coefficient set in the preset selection strategy performs weighted operation on the different matching degrees to obtain a comprehensive matching degree;
if the target process needs to send out a plurality of suppliers, sequentially selecting alternative suppliers from high to low according to the sequence of the comprehensive matching degree until the capacity requirement can be met;
the quality monitoring module comprises:
the parameter acquisition module is used for acquiring the standard parameters of the target process from the process information;
the parameter comparison module is used for performing parameter identification on the product information and comparing the identified product parameters with the standard parameters to obtain parameter comparison results; the product information uploaded by the target supplier comprises characters, images and videos, and corresponding product parameters are obtained by performing character recognition and separation extraction on different forms of product information or by performing image recognition on pictures and frame images in the videos;
the quality monitoring unit is used for confirming whether the product quality of the current target supplier is qualified or not according to the parameter comparison result and recording a quality monitoring result;
the processing platform further comprises:
the analysis module is used for analyzing whether the rejection rate of the current quality inspection exceeds the expected rejection rate range according to the quality monitoring result when the quality inspection is carried out on the received outgoing products;
the quality early warning module is used for outputting quality early warning information of the target supplier when the rejection rate exceeds the expected rejection rate range;
the crawling module is used for crawling process updating data and supplier updating data corresponding to the process updating data at intervals of preset time;
the recommendation module is used for carrying out priority ranking on all the new process suppliers according to the supplier update data, outputting recommendation information of each new process supplier according to a priority ranking result and supplementing the new process suppliers to a supplier base in time;
the transfer module is used for judging whether the outgoing product is a finished product or not when the outgoing product is received, if so, transferring the outgoing product to a finished product warehouse, and otherwise, transferring the outgoing product to the next process of the target process;
the target process comprises printing, film covering, hot stamping, silk printing, embossing, die cutting and forming.

monitoring the production progress of the target supplier according to the progress information and the process plan, feeding back a progress monitoring result, monitoring the production quality of an outgoing product according to the product information and the process information, and feeding back a quality monitoring result;
when the target process is confirmed to need to be sent out, selecting a supplier with the highest matching degree with the target process from a supplier library as a target supplier, wherein the method comprises the following steps:
acquiring the capacity demand and the process demand of the target procedure;
screening all alternative suppliers meeting the capacity requirement and the process requirement in the supplier base;
acquiring historical outsourcing information, capacity information and process information of each alternative supplier, and matching the historical outsourcing information, the capacity information and the process information with the capacity requirement and the process requirement of the target process to obtain historical matching degree, capacity matching degree and process matching degree of each alternative supplier;
calculating comprehensive matching degree according to a preset selection strategy according to the historical matching degree, the productivity matching degree and the process matching degree of each alternative supplier, and determining the alternative supplier with the highest comprehensive matching degree as the target supplier;
