In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present application more apparent, the present application is described in further detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings and embodiments. It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the present application and are not intended to limit the present application.

The meeting room reservation method provided by the application can be applied to the application environment shown in fig. 1. In general, different users have different identities in different organizations, and different identities may correspond to different rights and may use different resources. For example, in the management of meeting room resources of an organization, an administrator account having meeting room configuration authority may be included, and a user account for reserving meeting room authority may also be included, and the authority of different user accounts for each meeting room may also be different. In the conference room reservation processing of the target organization, the organization to which the related conference room resource belongs may be different companies, organizations, and the like. The meeting room reservation triggering operation refers to an operation of triggering meeting room reservation, and may specifically be a triggering operation of a user on a meeting room reservation control in an interface of a terminal. The filtering condition setting item includes setting information of different filtering conditions, and specifically may include different times, places, devices, scales, and the like. The user can set the screening condition through the screening condition setting item to screen the meeting room, so that the meeting room meeting the user requirement is quickly filtered out, and the user can conveniently perform predetermined operation aiming at the corresponding meeting room.

Specifically, the terminal may detect the identity of the currently logged-in user account, and when the user account belongs to the target organization, it indicates that the currently logged-in user account is a member of the target organization, and may perform a predetermined operation on a conference room of the target organization. Specifically, after the target screening conditions set by the user through the condition setting operation are displayed, the terminal further displays candidate meeting rooms configured with visible permission for the user account and matched with the target screening conditions in the target organization. The scale of the conference room refers to the maximum number of people participating in the conference supported by the conference room, and the scale of the conference room is not less than the number of the people participating in the conference room corresponding to the preset conference room of the user account. Conference room equipment refers to office equipment supported in a conference room and may specifically include, but is not limited to, whiteboards, telephones, projectors, televisions, computers, and the like.

Specifically, the displayed screening condition setting items may include at least one type of screening condition, and specifically may include at least one of a meeting room scheduled time, a meeting room location, a meeting room size, and a meeting room device. The screening condition setting items can be preset according to actual needs. In addition, the screening condition setting items can also be configured by the user, for example, the general screening condition setting items include meeting room scheduled time and meeting room position, and then the user can also perform personalized configuration on the general screening condition setting items and add new types of screening conditions, for example, screening conditions of meeting room scale can be added, so that the user can perform condition setting according to the personalized configuration screening condition setting items, so as to flexibly add new types of screening conditions, and can quickly obtain meeting requirements for performing scheduled operation in a meeting room.

In this embodiment, the screening condition setting item may include at least one type of screening condition, so as to effectively screen the meeting room by configuring different types of screening conditions, and quickly obtain meeting rooms meeting the requirements for performing the predetermined operation, thereby improving the processing efficiency of meeting room reservation.

In one embodiment, when the user account belongs to the target organization, in response to a meeting room scheduled triggering operation triggered by the user account, displaying the screening condition setting item includes: when the user account belongs to the target organization, responding to a meeting room scheduled triggering operation triggered by the user account, and displaying a screening condition entry; and in response to the condition setting triggering operation triggered by the screening condition entry, displaying screening condition items in a condition setting operation area associated with the screening condition entry.

The screening condition entry is an entry for triggering and displaying the screening condition items, a user indicates that meeting room screening is needed by triggering the screening condition entry, and the terminal displays the corresponding screening condition items after responding. The condition setting triggering operation refers to a triggering operation of a user for the screening condition entry, and is used for triggering and displaying the screening condition items. In a specific application, the screening condition entry may be a control element, the user triggers a condition setting triggering operation by clicking the screening condition entry, and the terminal displays the screening condition item in response to the condition setting triggering operation, so that the user performs screening condition setting according to the screening condition item.

Specifically, when the terminal monitors that the user account belongs to the target organization, the terminal responds to a meeting room scheduled triggering operation triggered by the user account, displays a screening condition entry, and the user can operate the display screening condition entry. The operation sub-region is a display region corresponding to each type of screening condition in the screening condition setting items, and the operation information is condition setting information of the screening condition of the corresponding type, specifically, the condition setting information of the screening condition of the corresponding type can be displayed in various forms such as characters, pictures or figures.

The screening condition entries comprise first condition entries, the first condition entries are associated with the first screening condition items, and a user can trigger the display of the first screening condition items by operating the first condition entries. Wherein the first screening condition items include: date operation information displayed in the date operation sub-area, and time period operation information displayed in the time period operation sub-area. The date operation information refers to condition setting information corresponding to a predetermined date, and may include a specific predetermined date, a working day or a weekend, a lunar calendar, and the like. Further, in response to a condition setting operation on the filtering condition setting item, displaying the set target filtering condition in the filtering condition setting item includes: in response to condition setting operations triggered on the date operation information and the time zone operation information, respectively, date filtering conditions are displayed in the date operation information, and time zone filtering conditions are displayed in the time zone operation information.

The date screening conditions are screening conditions which are set by the user through condition setting operation and are aimed at the scheduled date of the meeting room, and the time period screening conditions are screening conditions which are set by the user through condition setting operation and are aimed at the scheduled time period of the meeting room.

Specifically, the terminal responds to condition setting operations triggered by the date operation information and the time period operation information respectively, for example, a user can trigger condition setting operations on the date operation information and the time period operation information respectively to set screening conditions for a predetermined date and a predetermined time period, after the date screening conditions and the time period screening conditions correspondingly set by the condition setting operations are determined, the terminal displays the date screening conditions in the date operation information and displays the time period screening conditions in the time period operation information, and therefore target screening conditions set by the user for the first screening condition items are displayed intuitively, and the target screening conditions specifically comprise the date screening conditions and the time period screening conditions.

The screening condition entries comprise second condition entries, the second condition entries are associated with second screening condition items, and a user can trigger the display of the second screening condition items by operating the second condition entries. Wherein the second screening condition items include: the scale operation information comprises position operation information displayed in the position operation sub-area, scale operation information displayed in the scale operation sub-area and equipment operation information displayed in the equipment operation sub-area. The position operation information refers to condition setting information corresponding to a geographical position where a predetermined conference room is located, and specifically may include condition setting information such as a city, a building, and a floor where the conference room is located; the scale operation information refers to condition setting information corresponding to the scale of a preset conference room, and the scales of the conference rooms with different scales can accommodate different numbers of conference participants; the device operation information refers to condition setting information corresponding to a device scheduled in a conference room, and the conference room with different devices can support different conference requirements, for example, for a conference needing projection display, the conference room with a projection device needs to be scheduled.

Specifically, after the terminal responds to a meeting room scheduled triggering operation triggered by a user account and displays a screening condition entry, the terminal responds to a condition setting triggering operation of a second condition entry of the screening condition entry and displays a second screening condition item in a condition setting operation area associated with the second condition entry, wherein position operation information, scale operation information and equipment operation information are displayed in the second screening condition item. The position operation information is displayed in the position operation subarea, the scale operation information is displayed in the scale operation subarea, and the equipment operation information is displayed in the equipment operation subarea. Further, in response to a condition setting operation on the filtering condition setting item, displaying the set target filtering condition in the filtering condition setting item includes: in response to condition setting operations triggered on the position operation information, the scale operation information, and the device operation information, respectively, the position filtering conditions are displayed in the position operation information, the scale filtering conditions are displayed in the scale operation information, and the device filtering conditions are displayed in the device operation information.

The position screening condition is a screening condition set by a user through a condition setting operation and aiming at the position of a preset conference room, the scale screening condition is a screening condition set by the user through the condition setting operation and aiming at the scale of the preset conference room, and the equipment screening condition is a screening condition set by the user through the condition setting operation and aiming at equipment provided in the preset conference room.

In one specific application, as shown in fig. 10, when the user triggers the second condition entry, i.e., "more" condition entries, among the filtering condition entries, the terminal displays the position filtering condition in the position operation information, the scale filtering condition in the scale operation information, and the device filtering condition in the device operation information. The user can set conditions in different operation sub-areas, specifically including setting the city, the building type, the floor, the number of accommodated people and the equipment in which the conference room is located, wherein the equipment includes a television, a telephone, a projector, a white board and the like.

In this embodiment, the terminal responds to condition setting operations triggered by the position operation information, the scale operation information, and the device operation information, respectively, to display the position screening conditions in the position operation information, display the scale screening conditions in the scale operation information, and display the device screening conditions in the device operation information, thereby visually displaying the screening conditions set by the user corresponding to the types of screening condition items of the conference room position, the conference room scale, the conference room device, and the like.

In one embodiment, displaying the target filtering condition in the operation information includes: and displaying the target screening condition in a preset display mode in the operation information.

The preset display mode can be set according to actual needs so as to more visually display the corresponding target screening conditions in the operation information. For example, the target screening conditions may be displayed in different fonts, may be displayed in different sizes, may be marked by a predetermined marking color, or may be provided with different marks to highlight the set target screening conditions.

Specifically, when the terminal displays the target screening conditions in the operation information, a preset display mode is determined, the display mode is preset according to actual needs, and different types of screening addition can correspond to different display modes. During specific implementation, the terminal can determine the type corresponding to the target screening condition, determine a corresponding preset display mode according to the type, and display the target screening condition in the operation information according to the display mode.

Further, the conference room reservation method further comprises: when the condition setting operation triggered on the operation information is not detected, a target screening condition determined according to the default screening condition is displayed in the operation information.

The default screening condition is a preset default screening condition, and when the user does not set the screening condition, the target screening condition can be obtained according to the default screening condition, for example, the default screening condition can be directly set as the target screening condition.

In a specific application, the default screening condition may be determined by the server according to behavior data corresponding to the user account in the target organization, where the behavior data may include session information of the user account in a session group, schedule information or memo information of the user account, and the like. The conversation group is a user set comprising more than one organization member identification, and users represented by the organization member identifications in the conversation group can share information and interact messages according to the conversation group. A conversation group may be a chat group or a discussion group. The session group may be a stable group that exists for a long time once established, or may be a temporary group that is resolved beyond the validity period. The session message record includes messages issued by each member in the session group, and the session message record may include only session messages issued by the user account in the session group, and may also include session messages issued by each member in the session group. The server can query a session group where the user account is located according to the account identification of the user account, the session group belongs to the target organization, that is, the session group is composed of organization members belonging to the target organization, or the session group is controlled by the target organization to establish and cancel the group. After determining a session group where a user account is located, a server queries session message records of the session group, wherein the session message records include historical session messages of each member in the session group. After the session message records are obtained, the server performs conference room condition analysis on the session message records, and the specific server can perform semantic recognition on the session message records, so that various types of screening conditions when a conference room is preset are determined from the session message records. The server obtains the default screening conditions corresponding to the user account according to the obtained screening conditions of each type, for example, the screening conditions of each type may be combined to obtain the default screening conditions corresponding to the user account.

Specifically, when the terminal does not detect the condition setting operation triggered by the operation information, it indicates that the user does not trigger the condition setting operation on the operation information, and the terminal displays the target screening condition determined according to the default screening condition in the operation information. In specific application, the terminal does not monitor condition setting operation triggered by the user on the operation information, the terminal can inquire the default screening condition corresponding to the operation information, and display the target screening condition in the operation information according to the target screening condition determined by the default screening condition. The default screening condition can be preset and configured according to actual needs, for example, for the time-type screening condition, the terminal can postpone the preset time backwards according to the current time to obtain the default screening condition, for example, the terminal can postpone for one day to obtain the default screening condition; for the filtering condition of the location type, the terminal may set the location where the terminal is currently located as a default filtering condition. In addition, the default filtering condition may also be "unlimited", i.e., unlimited, to better adapt to the user's settings. In one embodiment, when the user account belongs to the target organization, in response to a meeting room scheduled triggering operation triggered by the user account, displaying the screening condition setting item includes: when the user account belongs to the target organization, responding to a meeting room scheduled trigger operation triggered by the user account, and entering a meeting room scheduled interface; and displaying the screening condition setting items in a first display area of a conference room predetermined interface.

The conference room reservation interface is an interface used by the terminal for displaying the conference room reservation information, and the conference room reservation operation is realized in the conference room reservation interface. The meeting room reservation interface can be divided into a plurality of display areas, and the screening condition setting items are displayed in a first display area of the meeting room reservation interface.

Specifically, when the user account belongs to the target organization, the terminal responds to meeting room reservation triggering operation triggered by the user account, enters a meeting room reservation interface, and displays the screening condition setting item in a first display area of the meeting room reservation interface. Wherein, the first display area is preset corresponding to the screening condition setting item.

Further, in response to a conference room selection operation triggered on the candidate conference room, selecting the target conference room, and displaying the predetermined result for the target conference room includes: responding to conference room selection operation triggered by the candidate conference rooms, and selecting a target conference room; and responding to the reservation confirmation operation of the target conference room, entering a result interface when the reservation is completed, and displaying the reservation result of the target conference room.

And the result interface is an interface for displaying the preset result of the conference room by the terminal. The second display area is a display area for displaying conference room reservation information corresponding to the visible conference room. The visible conference room is a conference room in the target organization configured with visible rights for the user account. The organization configures different visible authorities for each user account, when the user account performs conference room reservation, conference rooms in the visible authority range can be visible for the user account, and the user account can perform reservation processing on the visible conference rooms. The conference room reservation information refers to information describing at least one of a reservation state of a conference room and conference room information, and may include, for example, a location of the conference room, a reservation state, a size of the conference room, and the like. In this embodiment, the conference room reservation information corresponding to the visible conference room is displayed in the second display area of the conference room reservation interface, so that the information of the conference room configured with the visible right for the user account in the target organization can be visually displayed on the conference room reservation interface, and thus, the user can select the conference room for reservation processing on the conference room reservation interface, and the conference room reservation operation mode is enriched.

In one embodiment, in the second display area of the conference room reservation interface, displaying the conference room reservation information corresponding to the visible conference room includes: displaying a conference room reservation schematic diagram corresponding to each visible conference room in a reservation schematic area corresponding to each visible conference room in a second display area of a conference room reservation interface; wherein, the meeting room reservation schematic diagram comprises: at least one of a meeting room identification of the meeting room, a meeting room location, a meeting room size, meeting room equipment, and a graphical representation of a predetermined status of a preset time period is visible.

The preset schematic area is arranged corresponding to each visible conference room, and the corresponding conference room preset information is displayed in the preset schematic area related to the visible conference room. The meeting room reservation diagram comprises at least one of meeting room identification of a visible meeting room, meeting room location, meeting room size, meeting room equipment and a reservation status diagram of a preset time period. The conference room identifier may be a number, a name, and the like of the conference room and may be data capable of identifying the conference room; the meeting room position is the geographical position of the meeting room; the scale of the conference room is the maximum number of people in the conference room; the conference room equipment is conference equipment in a conference room, such as a telephone, a television or a projector; the predetermined state diagram of the preset time period is used for representing the predetermined state of the conference room in the preset time period, and specifically, the predetermined state of different time periods can be represented by different color filling tiles. Specifically, after the terminal responds to conference room selection operation triggered by the candidate conference rooms and selects the target conference room, the terminal displays a preset state diagram corresponding to the selected target conference room, and specifically includes displaying first preset state information of a non-user account marked in a first marking mode and second preset state information of a user account marked in a second marking mode, so that the preset state of the target conference room is visually displayed in the diagram form, and a user can conveniently and visually obtain the preset information of the target conference room.

In the embodiment, the terminal performs condition matching in the conference room database according to the obtained target screening condition, and performs permission matching on the conference room meeting the target screening condition according to the conference room visible permission pre-configured by the user account to obtain the candidate conference room, so that the candidate conference room which is configured as the visible permission for the user account in the target organization and is matched with the target screening condition is obtained, the conference room is selected by the user for reservation, the visible permission for reserving the conference room by the user account can be restricted, the waste of conference room resources can be avoided, and the reasonable distribution of conference room resources is ensured.

In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 13, a conference room configuration method is provided, which is described by taking the method as an example applied to the second terminal in fig. 1, and includes the following steps:

The organization can be different organizations, companies and the like, different organizations have different conference room resources, and conference room configuration can be performed on members in the organization. In one embodiment, displaying a set of candidate objects belonging to a target organization in response to a configuration operation for a meeting room visibility range item comprises: responding to the configuration operation aiming at the meeting room visible range item, entering an authority configuration interface, and displaying an authority configuration type list on the authority configuration interface; and when the permission configuration types selected by the type selection operation on the permission configuration type list are not all member types, entering an object selection interface, and displaying a candidate object set belonging to the target organization on the object selection interface.

The permission configuration interface is an interface used by the terminal for displaying the content of the configuration visible range item, and the user can perform configuration operation on the visible range of the target conference room in the permission configuration interface. The permission configuration type list includes various permission configuration types of the visible range permission configuration, such as all member type, sub-organizer type, organization member type, and the like. The object selection interface is an interface for displaying a candidate object set of the target organization, and a user can select the object from the candidate object set displayed in the object selection interface to determine the target object to be endowed with the visible authority.

Specifically, the terminal responds to configuration operation of a user for a meeting room visible range item, enters an authority configuration interface, and displays an authority configuration type list in the authority configuration interface, wherein the authority configuration type list comprises various visible range authority configuration modes. In a specific application, as shown in fig. 15, a terminal responds to a configuration operation for a meeting room visible range item, enters an authority configuration interface, and displays an authority configuration type list on the authority configuration interface, where the authority configuration type list includes all members, designated departments/members, and three authority configuration types designated to the members, and if a user selects a designated department/member or a designated authority configuration type, the terminal enters an object selection interface, and displays a candidate object set belonging to a target organization on the object selection interface. As shown in fig. 16, when the user selects the designated permission configuration type, the terminal displays a candidate object set including subsets such as recent group chat, an address book, and recent contacts on the object selection interface, and the user may select a target object for the subset, thereby determining a target object to which a permission in a visible range needs to be given.

In this embodiment, the user triggers a type selection operation on the permission configuration type list to select a permission configuration type, a candidate object set belonging to a target organization is displayed on a corresponding object selection interface, and the user selects a target object for the candidate object set to perform visible range configuration on a target conference room, so that permission quota modes of the conference room can be enriched, the user can configure the target conference room as required, and processing efficiency of conference room configuration is improved.

In one embodiment, the meeting room configuration item comprises a non-visible range item, the non-visible range item comprising at least one of a meeting room identification, a meeting room location, a meeting room size, and a meeting room device; the conference room configuration method further comprises: and in response to the configuration operation triggered by the non-visible range item, displaying a configuration result for the non-visible range item in a configuration result area of the non-visible range item.

The invisible range item is other configuration items besides the visible range item, and comprises at least one of conference room identification, conference room position, conference room size and conference room equipment. And the terminal responds to the configuration operation triggered by the user aiming at the invisible range item, and displays the configuration result aiming at the invisible range item in the configuration result area of the invisible range item, particularly in the configuration result area associated with the invisible range item, so that the configuration result of the invisible range item is visually displayed.

In this embodiment, besides the visible range item, the configuration of the invisible range item in the target conference room may be supported, and the configuration result for the invisible range item is displayed in the configuration result area of the invisible range item, so that the richness of the items configured in the conference room is enriched, and the configuration result of the conference room is visually displayed.

In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 17, a conference room reservation method is provided, which is described by taking the method as an example applied to the server in fig. 1, and includes the following steps:

step 1702, obtain a meeting room reservation request triggered by a user account belonging to a target organization.

Among them, a conference room refers to a room for meeting, and a conference room may be a room having an off-line physical structure. The conference room can also be a virtual conference room which is an efficient, convenient and low-cost network conference room based on network and cloud computing, and users can quickly and efficiently transmit voice, video and data files with global users through mobile end products such as mobile phones, computers and the like. The virtual conference room can be used for easily enjoying simple, convenient and efficient communication experience, the limitation of time and space places is eliminated, and the virtual conference room is a great advantage change different from the traditional physical conference room in the video conference development. The organization can be different organizations, companies, etc., different organizations have different conference room resources, and conference room configuration can be performed on members in the organization. The target organization is an organization to which a user account for triggering meeting room reservation belongs. The user account refers to an account of a client of the login terminal, different organizations can have different account systems, and different user accounts are set, so that the corresponding user logs in the client to reserve meeting room resources in the organizations. The conference room reservation request refers to a message for requesting reservation of a conference room, and the conference room reservation request can be sent to a server through a logged-in terminal by a user account, or can be automatically sent to the server after the terminal is triggered. Specifically, the server determines a target screening condition corresponding to the user account according to the acquired meeting room reservation request, for example, when the meeting room reservation request carries the screening condition of the meeting room, the server may directly extract the target screening condition from the meeting room reservation request; when the conference room reservation request does not carry the screening condition of the conference room, the server may determine the corresponding target screening condition according to the corresponding behavior data of the user account in the target organization, where the behavior data may include session information of the user account in a session group, schedule information or memo information of the user account, and the like.

Step 1706, according to the meeting room visibility permission configured for the user account by the target organization, determining a candidate meeting room matched with the target screening condition.

The conference room visible authority is configured for each user account by the target organization, the target organization gives the visible authority for the user account configuration to a certain conference room, and when the user account performs conference room reservation, the conference room is visible for the user account, that is, the user account can check the reservation information of the conference room, and can perform reservation operation on the conference room. The visibility rights can be configured by an organization administrator to configure all conference rooms in advance. The candidate meeting room meets the target screening condition set by the user account and is a meeting room with a visible user account. The user can select a conference room for a predetermined operation with respect to the candidate conference room.

Specifically, after the target screening condition is determined, the server queries the meeting room visible right configured for the user account by the target organization in advance, and determines candidate meeting rooms according to the meeting room visible right and the target screening condition. During specific implementation, the server can query a conference room database of a target organization, perform condition matching on the conference room database according to target screening conditions, determine a conference room meeting the target screening conditions, and query a conference room visibility right pre-configured by a user account after determining the conference room meeting the target screening conditions from the conference room database, wherein the conference room visibility right is pre-configured by the target organization to which the user account belongs. And the server performs permission matching on the meeting rooms meeting the target screening condition according to the meeting room visible permission of the user account, so as to obtain candidate meeting rooms meeting the target screening condition, which are visible to the user account in the meeting rooms.

In other implementations, the server may further maintain a visible conference room library corresponding to each user account, where the visible conference room library includes conference rooms in which the corresponding user accounts are visible, and when determining a candidate conference room, the server may query the visible conference room library corresponding to the user account, and perform matching in the visible conference room library according to the target screening condition, so as to obtain the candidate conference room meeting the target screening condition.

And step 1708, sending the candidate conference room to a user account, and reserving a target conference room selected from the candidate conference rooms by the user account to obtain a reservation result for the target conference room.

And the target conference room is a conference room to be reserved, which is selected by the user from the candidate conference rooms. The predetermined result is a processing result predetermined for the target conference room, and the predetermined result may include success, failure, timeout, and the like of the predetermined.

The conference room reservation method comprises the steps of determining a target screening condition corresponding to a user account based on a conference room reservation request triggered by the user account belonging to a target organization, determining a candidate conference room matched with the target screening condition according to a conference room visible permission configured for the user account by the target organization, and reserving the target conference room selected by the user account after sending the candidate conference room to the user account to obtain a reservation result for the target conference room. In the process of meeting room reservation processing, the user account in the target organization is fed back with the candidate meeting room which is configured for the user account in the target organization as the visible permission and matched with the target screening condition, so that the visible permission of the meeting room reserved by the user account is restricted, the waste of meeting room resources can be avoided, and the reasonable distribution of meeting room resources is ensured.

In one embodiment, determining a target screening condition corresponding to a user account based on a meeting room reservation request includes: when the meeting room reservation request comprises the screening condition identification, extracting a screening condition field from the meeting room reservation request; setting a format according to a preset condition, and acquiring various types of screening conditions in a screening condition field; and determining target screening conditions corresponding to the user account according to the screening conditions of various types.

The screening condition identification is used for identifying whether the meeting room request carries the screening condition, if the meeting room reservation request comprises the screening condition identification, the screening condition set by the user account through the login terminal is indicated to be carried in the meeting room reservation request, and the target screening condition can be directly extracted from the meeting room request. The screening condition field is a field for recording various types of screening condition data in the conference room reservation request, such as a conference start time, a conference duration, a conference room location, a conference room device, and the like. The condition setting format is a preset format of the screening condition field, and the screening condition field can be analyzed according to the condition setting format to obtain various types of screening conditions. In this embodiment, when the conference room reservation request includes the screening condition identifier, the screening conditions of each type in the screening condition field extracted from the conference room reservation request are obtained according to the preset condition setting format, the target screening condition corresponding to the user account is obtained according to the screening conditions of each type, and the target screening condition can be directly extracted from the conference room reservation request, so that conference room matching is performed according to the target screening condition, and processing efficiency of conference room reservation is ensured.

In one embodiment, determining a target screening condition corresponding to a user account based on a meeting room reservation request includes: inquiring a session message record of a user account in a session group of a target organization based on a meeting room reservation request; carrying out meeting room condition analysis on the session message records to obtain screening conditions of various types; and determining target screening conditions corresponding to the user account according to the screening conditions of various types.

The conversation group is a user set comprising more than one organization member identification, and information sharing and message interaction can be carried out among users represented by the organization member identifications in the conversation group according to the conversation group. A conversation group may be a chat group or a discussion group. The session group may be a stable group that exists for a long time once established, or may be a temporary group that is resolved beyond the validity period. In the conversation group, each member identification can publish at least one of text messages, voice messages, video messages and picture messages. Wherein the text message is a message whose message content is text. The voice message is a message that can play voice data, and the voice message may include the voice data itself or a link address for downloading the voice data. A video message is a message that can play a video, which may include the video itself or a link address for downloading the video. If the server queries the session group where the user account is located according to the user account identifier in the conference room reservation request, the session group belongs to the target organization, that is, the session group is composed of organization members belonging to the target organization, or the session group is controlled by the target organization to establish and cancel the group. After determining the session group where the user account is located, querying a session message record of the session group, wherein the session message record comprises historical session messages of each member in the session group. In a specific application, after the server obtains the session message record, the server may perform keyword matching on each session message in the session message record to determine whether a keyword for reserving a conference room or for opening a conference exists in the session message record, and if the matching is successful, it indicates that the conference room reservation is required, further determine screening conditions of various types, such as conference type, conference participant number, conference room position, conference equipment, and the like, according to the session message record. The number of conference participants can be determined according to the number of members of the session group, and can also be determined according to the members specified by the user specified symbols in the session message record, and if the members specified according to the '@' are used for determining the participants, the number of the conference participants can be obtained according to the participants, and the scale of the conference room corresponding to the conference room can be determined. For example, in group chat of enterprise WeChat, whether a predetermined conference room is needed or not can be determined according to group chat records of the group chat, and various types of screening conditions related to the predetermined conference room are further determined when the predetermined conference room is needed, and if the conference is a video conference, equipment needed by the conference room comprises a camera; when the conference is held in the Shenzhen Shenhai region, the conference room position is in the Shenzhen Shenhai region.

In this embodiment, the server determines various types of screening conditions according to the session message records of the user account in the session group of the target organization, so that target screening condition prediction can be performed based on group chat data of the user account, candidate conference rooms meeting the needs of the user account can be obtained for reservation, an operation flow of conference room reservation can be simplified, and processing efficiency of conference room reservation can be improved.

In one embodiment, the conference room condition analysis is performed on the session message records to obtain various types of screening conditions, including: determining a session message segment representing a meeting room reservation intent from a session message record; various types of screening conditions are determined based on the session message segments and the group information of the session groups.

Wherein the meeting room reservation intention represents that meeting room reservation is required, for example, the session message record includes "we start a short meeting in the afternoon of tomorrow", "it seems necessary to define a meeting room for centralized discussion" and so on, which indicates that meeting room reservation is required in the session group. The session message segment may include a session message in the session message record corresponding to the meeting room booking intention and a contextual session message having a session message corresponding to the meeting room booking intention. The group information is attribute data of the session group, and may include group attribute, group number, group name, and the like.

In particular, upon conference room condition analysis of the conversation message record, the server may determine a conversation message segment from the conversation message record that represents a predetermined intent of the conference room. In a specific implementation, the server may perform intent recognition on each session message in the session message record, and specifically, based on a natural language understanding technology, perform intent recognition on each session message through an intent recognition model, such as an SVM (Support Vector Machine) model, a CNN (Convolutional Neural network) model, an LSTM (Long Short-Term Memory) model, a FastText classification algorithm (FastText classification algorithm) model, and the like, to obtain an intent of the session message, so as to determine a session message segment representing a predetermined intent of a conference room from the session message record according to the intent of the session message. The session message segment includes a session message indicating a predetermined intention of the conference room and a context session message of the session message.

After the session message segment is determined, the server parses the session message segment, and identifies various types of screening conditions from the session message segment, for example, by entity identification. On the other hand, the screening conditions of each type can also be determined according to the group information of the session group, for example, the number of participants in the conference room is determined according to the number of the members of the session group, so that the size of the predetermined conference room is determined.

In this embodiment, the session message segment indicating the conference room reservation intention is determined in the server session message record, and various types of screening conditions are determined, so that target screening condition prediction can be performed based on group chat data of the user account, and candidate conference rooms meeting the user account needs can be obtained for reservation, an operation flow for conference room reservation can be simplified, and processing efficiency of conference room reservation can be improved.

In one embodiment, the conference room reservation method further comprises: when the meeting room reservation request is a reservation type of an online meeting, determining online meeting setting conditions corresponding to a user account; creating a virtual meeting room, and configuring the virtual meeting room according to the set conditions of the online meeting to obtain a target virtual meeting room; and sending the target virtual conference room to a user account, and booking the target virtual conference room when the user account triggers a booking operation for the target virtual conference room to obtain a booking result for the target virtual conference room.

The online conference means that a conference room required to be scheduled by a conference room scheduling request is a virtual conference room of the online conference, and the online conference supports online access of each participant through a terminal without being concentrated in a physical conference room. The virtual conference room is an efficient and convenient network conference room based on network and cloud computing, and a user can quickly and efficiently transmit voice, video and data files with global users through mobile end products such as mobile phones and computers. The online conference setting condition refers to a setting condition of a virtual conference room corresponding to the online conference, and may include, but is not limited to, a start time and a duration of the online conference, a conference room host, a conference room identifier, a speaking right of a participant, and the like. The target virtual meeting room is a virtual meeting room configured according to the on-line meeting setting conditions corresponding to the user account, and meets the meeting room reservation requirements of the user account.

Specifically, after the server obtains the conference room reservation request, the server determines the reservation type of the conference room reservation request, and if the reservation type of the conference room reservation request is an online conference, the conference room reservation request needs to be a virtual conference room instead of a physical conference room, and the server determines the online conference setting condition corresponding to the user account. The online meeting setting condition can be set by a user account, for example, the server can extract the online meeting setting condition from the meeting room reservation request. The online conference setting condition may also be determined according to the corresponding behavior data of the user account in the target organization, for example, the online conference setting condition may be obtained according to the session message record of the user account in the session group of the target organization. The server creates a virtual conference room, and performs conference room configuration on the virtual conference room according to the determined on-line conference setting conditions, such as configuring the conference room name, the conference room identification, the conference room owner, the effective start time of the conference room, the effective duration of the conference room, the conference room privacy level, the conference room privacy watermark and the like of the virtual conference room, so as to obtain a target virtual conference room. The conference room privacy level is used for identifying the privacy level of the conference room, and the conference room is invisible to organization members which do not meet the privacy level, namely, only the organization members which meet the conference room privacy level can inquire the corresponding conference room; the conference room secret watermark is watermark content displayed in a terminal interface of a participant in a conference process, and specifically may include a name of a conference room and account information of a user account. During specific implementation, various types of setting conditions can be pre-configured according to the requirements of an actual application scene, so that the server determines the corresponding setting conditions of the online conference according to the corresponding behavior data of the user account in the target organization.

And after the target virtual conference room is obtained, the server sends the target virtual conference room to the user account, and when the user account triggers a predetermined operation aiming at the target virtual conference room, the server performs reservation on the target virtual conference room to obtain a predetermined result aiming at the target virtual conference room. For example, the server sends the target virtual conference room to the user account, after the terminal logged in by the user account is displayed, the user can trigger a predetermined operation on the target virtual conference room, and the server reserves the target virtual conference room to obtain a predetermined result for the target virtual conference room. In addition, after the terminal logged in by the user account is displayed, the user can further configure the target virtual conference room at the terminal, so that the setting is performed according to actual needs to obtain an updated target virtual conference room, and a predetermined operation is triggered based on the updated target virtual conference room, so that the server performs reservation aiming at the updated target virtual conference room to obtain a predetermined result for the updated target virtual conference room.

In this embodiment, when a conference room reservation request requires reservation of a virtual conference room supporting an online conference, the server configures the created virtual conference room according to an online conference setting condition corresponding to a user account to obtain a target virtual conference room, and triggers a reservation operation according to the user account to reserve the target virtual conference room, so that reservation of the online virtual conference room is achieved, and reservation processing efficiency of the conference room can be effectively improved.

The application also provides an application scenario, and the application scenario applies the conference room reservation method and the conference room configuration method. Specifically, the application of the conference room reservation method and the conference room configuration method in the application scenario is as follows:

as shown in fig. 18, conference rooms are configured by an administrator through a configuration terminal, which can specify conference room information such as the location of each conference room, the number of persons that can be accommodated, and available equipment, and can also configure a visibility range that allows which departments and members can book the conference room. When the organization member reserves the meeting room through the preset terminal, the meeting room which can meet the preset target screening condition is inquired by appointing the target screening condition at the preset terminal. After the meeting room meeting the target screening condition is inquired, the meeting room which is invisible to the organization member is filtered through visible range filtering processing, and then the candidate meeting room list is returned to a preset terminal which is logged in by the organization member, so that the organization member selects the target meeting room for preset processing aiming at the candidate meeting room.

Specifically, when the administrator performs the conference room configuration processing through the configuration terminal, as shown in fig. 19, the administrator may specify conference room information such as a conference room name, a location where the conference room is located, the number of accommodated persons, and available devices, and the visibility range is, by default, visible to all members. If the modification is needed, two dimensions can specify the visible range of the conference room, as shown in fig. 20, the visible range includes the specified dimensions of the department and the members, and the department means that all the members under the set department can see the conference room; the member means that the members in the set member list can see the conference room. Both dimensions can be specified simultaneously, as long as either condition is satisfied, the conference room is visible to the members. As shown in fig. 21, when the visible range configuration is performed for a designated department/member, selection interfaces for the department and the member are displayed. As shown in fig. 22, when the user selects the object assigned to perform the visible range configuration, the objects such as the recent group chat, the enterprise address book, and the recent contact are displayed for configuration. After the configuration items are configured, the configuration processing of the target conference room is realized through the saving operation.

On the other hand, as shown in fig. 23, when the organization member makes a conference room reservation through the reservation terminal, the screening condition entry and information of each conference room are displayed. The organization members can select the screening conditions in a combined manner according to the actual meeting requirements of the organization members. As shown in fig. 24 and 25, the filtering condition may specifically specify a time period, a specified place, a specified number of participants, a specified device, and the like. The appointed time period is used for screening the conference rooms which are not scheduled in the time interval; the appointed place can be divided into three levels of city, mansion and floor, and the required meeting room is selected; the number of the participants is appointed so that only the conference room with the number of the participants more than or equal to the number of the participants is displayed; the designated desired device may only show the meeting room with the selected device. The organization member submits the screening condition to a conference room background server, the server screens out a conference room list meeting the condition, before returning the conference room list to the organization member, the server confirms the visible range authority of each conference room and filters out the conference room invisible to the organization member, so that the organization member performs preset operation on the conference room which meets the visible range authority and meets the screening condition. As shown in fig. 26, when the organization member selects a target conference room from the candidate conference rooms, the schedule state of the target conference room is displayed, and when the user performs a schedule confirmation operation, the schedule processing is performed on the target conference room.

Further, the server may also determine a target screening condition corresponding to the user account based on the conference room reservation request when the conference room reservation request is triggered based on a reservation terminal logged in by the user account belonging to the target organization, and determine a candidate conference room matched with the target screening condition according to a conference room visibility right configured for the user account by the target organization, the server sends the candidate conference room to the reservation terminal logged in by the user account, a user of the reservation terminal selects a target conference room from the candidate conference room to trigger a reservation operation, the server performs reservation for the target conference room selected by the user account, obtains a reservation result for the target conference room, feeds the reservation result back to the reservation terminal, and displays the reservation result for the target conference room in the reservation terminal.

In the embodiment, the organization can freely configure the authority of the members, control which meeting rooms the members can reserve, more reasonably allocate the authority of meeting room resources, and avoid the waste of meeting room resources.

It should be understood that although the various steps in the flowcharts of fig. 2, 12-13 and 17 are shown in order as indicated by the arrows, the steps are not necessarily performed in order as indicated by the arrows. The steps are not limited to being performed in the exact order illustrated and, unless explicitly stated herein, may be performed in other orders. Moreover, at least some of the steps in fig. 2, 12-13 and 17 may include multiple steps or multiple stages, which are not necessarily performed at the same time, but may be performed at different times, which are not necessarily performed in sequence, but may be performed alternately or alternately with other steps or at least some of the other steps.

In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 27, there is provided a meeting room reservation apparatus 2700, which may be a software module or a hardware module, or a combination of the two, as a part of a computer device, the apparatus specifically including: a reservation triggering module 2702, a condition setting module 2704, a candidate meeting room display module 2706, and a reservation result display module 2708, wherein:

the reservation triggering module 2702 is used for responding to the conference room reservation triggering operation triggered by the user account when the user account belongs to the target organization, and displaying the screening condition setting items;

a condition setting module 2704 for displaying the set target screening condition in the screening condition setting item in response to a condition setting operation on the screening condition setting item;

a candidate meeting room display module 2706, configured to display candidate meeting rooms configured with visible permissions for user accounts in the target organization and matched with the target screening conditions;

and a reservation result display module 2708, configured to select the target conference room in response to the conference room selection operation triggered on the candidate conference room, and display a reservation result for the target conference room.

In one embodiment, the predetermined trigger module 2702 comprises a conditional entry display module and a conditional entry trigger module; wherein: the system comprises a condition entry display module, a screening condition entry display module and a screening condition entry display module, wherein the condition entry display module is used for responding to meeting room scheduled triggering operation triggered by a user account when the user account belongs to a target organization and displaying the screening condition entry; and the condition entrance triggering module is used for responding to condition setting triggering operation triggered by the screening condition entrance and displaying the screening condition items in a condition setting operation area associated with the screening condition entrance.

In one embodiment, the screening condition items include: in at least one operation sub-area, displaying operation information corresponding to the type of screening condition; the condition setting module 2704 comprises a target condition determining module and a target condition displaying module; wherein: the target condition determining module is used for responding to condition setting operation triggered by the operation information and determining target screening conditions; and the target condition display module is used for displaying the target screening conditions in the operation information.

In one embodiment, the condition entry triggering module is further configured to, in response to a condition setting triggering operation on a first condition entry of the screening condition entries, display a first screening condition item in a condition setting operation area associated with the first condition entry; the first screening condition items include: date operation information displayed in the date operation sub-area, and time period operation information displayed in the time period operation sub-area; the condition setting module 2704 is further configured to display a date filtering condition in the date operation information and a time period filtering condition in the time period operation information in response to a condition setting operation triggered on the date operation information and the time period operation information, respectively.

In one embodiment, the condition entry triggering module is further configured to, in response to a condition setting triggering operation on a second condition entry of the screening condition entries, display a second screening condition item in a condition setting operation area associated with the second condition entry; the second screening condition items include: position operation information displayed in the position operation sub-region, scale operation information displayed in the scale operation sub-region, and device operation information displayed in the device operation sub-region; the condition setting module 2704 is further configured to display the location filtering condition in the location operation information, the scale operation information, and the device filtering condition in the device operation information, in response to a condition setting operation triggered on the location operation information, the scale operation information, and the device operation information, respectively.

In one embodiment, the target condition display module is further configured to display the target screening condition in the operation information in a preset display manner; the conference room reservation apparatus 2700 further includes a default condition module for displaying a target screening condition determined according to the default screening condition in the operation information when the condition setting operation triggered to the operation information is not detected.

In one embodiment, the reservation triggering module 2702 is further configured to enter a meeting room reservation interface in response to a meeting room reservation triggering operation triggered by the user account when the user account belongs to the target organization; displaying a screening condition setting item in a first display area of a scheduled interface of a meeting room; the predetermined result display module 2708 is further configured to select a target conference room in response to a conference room selection operation triggered on the candidate conference room; and responding to the reservation confirmation operation of the target conference room, entering a result interface when the reservation is completed, and displaying the reservation result of the target conference room.

In one embodiment, the apparatus 2700 further includes a schedule information display module for displaying the meeting room schedule information corresponding to the visible meeting room in the second display area of the meeting room schedule interface; the visible meeting room is a meeting room which is configured with visible permission for the user account in the target organization.

In one embodiment, the reservation information display module is further configured to display a conference room reservation diagram corresponding to a visible conference room in a reservation indication area corresponding to each visible conference room in a second display area of the conference room reservation interface; the conference room reservation diagram comprises: at least one of a meeting room identification of the meeting room, a meeting room location, a meeting room size, meeting room equipment, and a graphical representation of a predetermined status of a preset time period is visible.

In one embodiment, the system further comprises a predetermined state display module for displaying a predetermined state diagram corresponding to the selected target conference room; the predetermined state diagram includes: the method comprises the steps of marking first preset state information of a non-user account by a first marking mode and marking second preset state information of a user account by a second marking mode.

In one embodiment, the system further comprises a meeting room matching module, configured to perform condition matching in a meeting room database according to the target screening condition, and determine a meeting room meeting the target screening condition; and carrying out permission matching on meeting rooms meeting the target screening conditions according to meeting room visible permission pre-configured by the user account to obtain candidate meeting rooms.

In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 28, a conference room configuration apparatus 2800 is provided, which may be a part of a computer device using a software module or a hardware module, or a combination of the two, and specifically includes: a configuration trigger module 2802, a candidate display module 2804, a visible rights configuration module 2806, and a configuration validation module 2808, wherein:

a configuration triggering module 2802 for displaying a conference room configuration item for the target conference room in response to a conference room configuration operation for the target organization; the conference room configuration item comprises a conference room visibility range item;

a candidate display module 2804 for displaying a set of candidates belonging to a target organization in response to a configuration operation for a meeting room visibility range item;

a visible right configuration module 2806, configured to, in response to an object selection operation triggered in the candidate object set, select a target object, so that a visible right of a target object in the conference room visible range item is given to the target object in the target conference room;

a configuration confirmation module 2808 configured to, in response to the meeting room configuration confirmation operation, obtain a target meeting room that meets the meeting room configuration item.

In one embodiment, the candidate object display module 2804 is further configured to, in response to a configuration operation for the meeting room visibility range item, enter a permission configuration interface, and display a permission configuration type list on the permission configuration interface; and when the permission configuration types selected by the type selection operation on the permission configuration type list are not all member types, entering an object selection interface, and displaying a candidate object set belonging to the target organization on the object selection interface.

In one embodiment, the meeting room configuration item comprises a non-visible range item, the non-visible range item comprising at least one of a meeting room identification, a meeting room location, a meeting room size, and a meeting room device; the conference room configuration apparatus 2800 further comprises a configuration result display module for displaying, in response to the configuration operation triggered for the non-visible range item, a configuration result for the non-visible range item in a configuration result area of the non-visible range item.

In one embodiment, the configuration triggering module 2802 is further configured to enter a configuration interface to display meeting room configuration items for the target meeting room in response to a meeting room configuration operation for the target organization; the configuration confirmation module 2808 is further configured to, when the configured conference room configuration item activates the configuration confirmation information in the configuration interface, obtain a target conference room that conforms to the conference room configuration item in response to a conference room configuration confirmation operation triggered with respect to the configuration confirmation information.

In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 29, there is provided a meeting room reservation apparatus 2900, which may be a part of a computer device using a software module or a hardware module, or a combination of both, specifically including: reservation request acquisition module 2902, screening condition determination module 2904, candidate meeting room determination module 2906, and reservation processing module 2908, wherein:

a reservation request obtaining module 2902, configured to obtain a meeting room reservation request triggered by a user account belonging to a target organization;

a screening condition determining module 2904, configured to determine, based on the meeting room reservation request, a target screening condition corresponding to the user account;

a candidate meeting room determining module 2906, configured to determine, according to the meeting room visibility permission configured for the user account by the target organization, a candidate meeting room matching the target screening condition;

and a reservation processing module 2908, configured to send the candidate meeting rooms to the user account, and perform reservation for a target meeting room selected by the user account from the candidate meeting rooms, to obtain a reservation result for the target meeting room.

In one embodiment, the screening condition determination module 2904 includes a condition field extraction module, a field parsing module, and a screening condition combination module; wherein: the system comprises a condition field extraction module, a screening condition field extraction module and a screening condition identification module, wherein the condition field extraction module is used for extracting a screening condition field from a meeting room reservation request when the meeting room reservation request comprises the screening condition identification; the field analysis module is used for setting a format according to a preset condition and acquiring various types of screening conditions in the screening condition field; and the screening condition combination module is used for determining target screening conditions corresponding to the user account according to various types of screening conditions.

In one embodiment, screening criteria determination module 2904 includes a message record query module and a message record analysis module; wherein: the message record inquiry module is used for inquiring the session message record of the user account in the session group of the target organization based on the meeting room reservation request; and the message record analysis module is used for carrying out meeting room condition analysis on the session message records to obtain various types of screening conditions.

In one embodiment, the message record analysis module comprises a message segment determination module and a message segment analysis module; wherein: a message segment determining module for determining a session message segment representing a predetermined intention of the conference room from the session message record; and the message segment analysis module is used for determining various types of screening conditions based on the session message segments and the group information of the session groups.

In one embodiment, the system further comprises an online meeting condition module, a virtual meeting room configuration module and a virtual meeting room reservation module; wherein: the online conference condition module is used for determining online conference setting conditions corresponding to the user account when the conference room reservation request is a reservation type of the online conference; the virtual conference room configuration module is used for creating a virtual conference room and configuring the virtual conference room according to the set conditions of the online conference to obtain a target virtual conference room; and the virtual conference room reservation module is used for sending the target virtual conference room to the user account, reserving the target virtual conference room when the user account triggers a reservation operation aiming at the target virtual conference room, and obtaining a reservation result aiming at the target virtual conference room.

For the specific definition of the meeting room reservation device and the meeting room configuration device, reference may be made to the above definition of the meeting room reservation device and the meeting room configuration method, which will not be described herein again. The respective modules in the conference room reservation apparatus and the conference room configuration apparatus described above may be wholly or partially implemented by software, hardware, and a combination thereof. The modules can be embedded in a hardware form or independent from a processor in the computer device, and can also be stored in a memory in the computer device in a software form, so that the processor can call and execute operations corresponding to the modules.

In one embodiment, a computer device is provided, which may be a terminal, and its internal structure diagram may be as shown in fig. 30. The computer device includes a processor, a memory, a communication interface, a display screen, and an input device connected by a system bus. Wherein the processor of the computer device is configured to provide computing and control capabilities. The memory of the computer device comprises a nonvolatile storage medium and an internal memory. The non-volatile storage medium stores an operating system and a computer program. The internal memory provides an environment for the operation of an operating system and computer programs in the non-volatile storage medium. The communication interface of the computer device is used for carrying out wired or wireless communication with an external terminal, and the wireless communication can be realized through WIFI, an operator network, NFC (near field communication) or other technologies. The computer program is executed by a processor to implement a conference room reservation method or a conference room configuration method. The display screen of the computer equipment can be a liquid crystal display screen or an electronic ink display screen, and the input device of the computer equipment can be a touch layer covered on the display screen, a key, a track ball or a touch pad arranged on the shell of the computer equipment, an external keyboard, a touch pad or a mouse and the like.

In one embodiment, a computer device is provided, which may be a server, and its internal structure diagram may be as shown in fig. 31. The computer device includes a processor, a memory, and a network interface connected by a system bus. Wherein the processor of the computer device is configured to provide computing and control capabilities. The memory of the computer device comprises a nonvolatile storage medium and an internal memory. The non-volatile storage medium stores an operating system, a computer program, and a database. The internal memory provides an environment for the operation of an operating system and computer programs in the non-volatile storage medium. The database of the computer device is used for storing data. The network interface of the computer device is used for communicating with an external terminal through a network connection. The computer program is executed by a processor to implement a meeting room reservation method.

It will be appreciated by those skilled in the art that the configurations shown in fig. 30 and 31 are only block diagrams of some of the configurations relevant to the present application, and do not constitute a limitation on the computer apparatus to which the present application is applied, and a particular computer apparatus may include more or less components than those shown in the figures, or may combine some components, or have a different arrangement of components.

In one embodiment, a computer device is further provided, which includes a memory and a processor, the memory stores a computer program, and the processor implements the steps of the above method embodiments when executing the computer program.

In an embodiment, a computer-readable storage medium is provided, in which a computer program is stored which, when being executed by a processor, carries out the steps of the above-mentioned method embodiments.

In one embodiment, a computer program product or computer program is provided that includes computer instructions stored in a computer-readable storage medium. The computer instructions are read by a processor of a computer device from a computer-readable storage medium, and the computer instructions are executed by the processor to cause the computer device to perform the steps in the above-mentioned method embodiments.

It will be understood by those skilled in the art that all or part of the processes of the methods of the embodiments described above can be implemented by hardware instructions of a computer program, which can be stored in a non-volatile computer-readable storage medium, and when executed, can include the processes of the embodiments of the methods described above. Any reference to memory, storage, database or other medium used in the embodiments provided herein can include at least one of non-volatile and volatile memory. Non-volatile Memory may include Read-Only Memory (ROM), magnetic tape, floppy disk, flash Memory, optical storage, or the like. Volatile Memory can include Random Access Memory (RAM) or external cache Memory. By way of illustration and not limitation, RAM can take many forms, such as Static Random Access Memory (SRAM) or Dynamic Random Access Memory (DRAM), among others.

The technical features of the above embodiments can be arbitrarily combined, and for the sake of brevity, all possible combinations of the technical features in the above embodiments are not described, but should be considered as the scope of the present specification as long as there is no contradiction between the combinations of the technical features.

Claims

1. A method for meeting room reservation, the method comprising:

when the user account belongs to a target organization, responding to a meeting room scheduled triggering operation triggered by the user account, and displaying screening condition setting items;

displaying candidate meeting rooms which are configured as visible authorities for the user accounts and matched with the target screening conditions in the target organization;

and responding to the conference room selection operation triggered by the candidate conference room, selecting a target conference room, and displaying a predetermined result of the target conference room.

2. The method according to claim 1, wherein when the user account belongs to a target organization, in response to a meeting room scheduled trigger operation triggered by the user account, displaying the filtering condition setting item comprises:

3. The method of claim 2, wherein the screening condition term comprises: in at least one operation sub-area, displaying operation information corresponding to the type of screening condition;

the displaying of the set target screening condition in the screening condition setting item in response to the condition setting operation on the screening condition setting item includes:

determining a target screening condition in response to a condition setting operation triggered on the operation information;

and displaying the target screening condition in the operation information.

4. The method according to claim 1, wherein when the user account belongs to a target organization, in response to a meeting room scheduled trigger operation triggered by the user account, displaying the filtering condition setting item comprises:

when the user account belongs to a target organization, responding to a meeting room booking trigger operation triggered by the user account, and entering a meeting room booking interface;

displaying a screening condition setting item in a first display area of the conference room predetermined interface;

the selecting a target conference room in response to the conference room selection operation triggered on the candidate conference room, and the displaying a predetermined result for the target conference room comprises:

responding to the conference room selection operation triggered by the candidate conference room, and selecting a target conference room;

and responding to the preset confirmation operation of the target conference room, entering a result interface when the preset is completed, and displaying the preset result of the target conference room.

5. The method of claim 4, further comprising:

displaying a conference room reservation schematic diagram corresponding to each visible conference room in a second display area of the conference room reservation interface;

the visible meeting room is a meeting room which is configured with visible permission for the user account in the target organization; the meeting room reservation schematic diagram comprises: at least one of a meeting room identification of the visible meeting room, a meeting room location, a meeting room size, meeting room equipment, and a graphical representation of a predetermined status of a preset time period.

6. The method according to any one of claims 1 to 5, wherein after the selecting a target conference room in response to the conference room selection operation triggered on the candidate conference room, further comprising:

displaying a preset state diagram corresponding to the selected target meeting room;

the predetermined state diagram includes: the method comprises the steps of marking first preset state information of a user account which is not marked by a first marking mode, and marking second preset state information of the user account which is marked by a second marking mode.

7. A method of meeting room reservation, the method comprising:

determining a target screening condition corresponding to the user account based on the meeting room reservation request;

and sending the candidate conference room to the user account, reserving a target conference room selected from the candidate conference rooms by the user account, and obtaining a reservation result of the target conference room.

8. The method according to claim 7, wherein the determining a target screening condition corresponding to the user account based on the meeting room reservation request comprises:

when the meeting room reservation request comprises a screening condition identifier, extracting a screening condition field from the meeting room reservation request;

setting a format according to a preset condition, and acquiring various types of screening conditions in the screening condition field;

and determining target screening conditions corresponding to the user account according to the screening conditions of each type.

9. The method according to claim 7, wherein the determining a target screening condition corresponding to the user account based on the meeting room reservation request comprises:

inquiring a session message record of the user account in a session group of the target organization based on the meeting room reservation request;

performing conference room condition analysis on the session message records to obtain various types of screening conditions;

10. The method of claim 9, wherein the performing a meeting room condition analysis on the session message record to obtain various types of filtering conditions comprises:

determining from the conversation message record a conversation message segment representing a meeting room appointment intent;

determining various types of screening conditions based on the session message segments and group information of the session groups.

11. The method of any one of claims 7 to 10, further comprising:

when the meeting room reservation request is a reservation type of an online meeting, determining online meeting setting conditions corresponding to the user account;

creating a virtual meeting room, and configuring the virtual meeting room according to the online meeting setting conditions to obtain a target virtual meeting room;

and sending the target virtual conference room to the user account, and booking the target virtual conference room when the user account triggers a booking operation aiming at the target virtual conference room to obtain a booking result for the target virtual conference room.

12. A meeting room reservation apparatus, the apparatus comprising:
